Steve Austin Approved Shark Boy’s “Shell Yeah!” Parody
Former TNA star Shark Boy revealed that Stone Cold Steve Austin liked his parody gimmick of the WWE legend, right down to Shark Boy using the “shell yeah!” catchphrase. The endorsement from Austin brought added credibility to the comedic tribute and delighted fans who caught the reference.
Shark Boy said Austin’s approval showed the veteran’s sense of humor and helped the bit resonate more on the independent scene and in TNA. The exchange underscores how even playful parodies can earn respect from the stars they lampoon.
