Swerve Strickland vs. Will Ospreay to Main Event AEW Forbidden Door 2026
AEW is reportedly planning to have Swerve Strickland face Will Ospreay in the main event of the 2026 Forbidden Door pay-per-view, with the two meeting in the Men’s Owen Hart Cup Final. Fightful Select indicates the promotion has the bout slated to headline the show.
The stakes are high: the winner of the Owen Hart Cup Final is said to earn a shot at the AEW World Championship at AEW All In: London later this year, giving the Forbidden Door main event significant implications for AEW’s championship picture.
