Triple H: WWE Is About Fun — Fans Shouldn’t Take It So Seriously

Paul “Triple H” Levesque told The Stephen A. Smith Show that WWE’s core mission is to entertain and offer something for everyone, from comedic characters like Danhausen to top-tier athletes such as Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, Rhea Ripley, Becky Lynch and Jade Cargill. He stressed that storylines keep the product fresh and invited lapsed viewers to jump back in, saying the stories never truly end and there’s always something big on the horizon.

Levesque also urged fans not to lose perspective and to enjoy WWE as a form of escapist fun, encouraging people to attend live events and premium live events (PLEs) to experience the product in person. He made the remarks while promoting Night of Champions 2026 in Saudi Arabia, which airs on the ESPN Unlimited app in the U.S. and on Netflix internationally (the first hour is simulcast on ESPN), with Oba Femi vs. Jey Uso and IYO SKY vs. Liv Morgan slated for the opening hour.
