Undertaker Says AAA Should “Wrap a Story Around” Lucha Libre Style
WWE legend The Undertaker weighed in on Mexico’s AAA promotion and its lucha libre approach, saying the company’s goal should be to “wrap a story around” the high-flying style. His remark, made in a recent interview, framed storytelling as the primary way to showcase lucha’s athleticism to broader audiences.
The comment drew reactions from fans and lucha purists who argued that lucha libre already blends style and narrative in its own distinctive way. The exchange highlights the continuing debate over how best to present and preserve lucha traditions while appealing to international viewers.
