WWE Wants TripleMania to Play to “Important People” as Part of AAA Global Push
WWE is reportedly pushing to elevate Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide into a global brand and sees TripleMania as the ideal showcase to do it. The company wants the event staged in front of “Important People” — network executives, potential broadcast partners and advertisers — to help secure a major TV deal and broaden AAA’s international appeal.
If WWE succeeds, expect changes to production, talent presentation and marketing aimed at global audiences, with AAA positioned as a viable partner for international distribution. The move could accelerate cross-promotional opportunities and raise the profile of Mexican lucha libre on the world stage.
