Booker T Returning to WWE NXT Commentary After Family-Related Absence
Booker T will return to the WWE NXT commentary desk Tuesday after missing several weeks while handling a family-related issue, he revealed on his Hall of Fame podcast. The Hall of Famer said he’s healthy and ready to resume duties alongside Vic Joseph, noting that as the youngest of eight siblings he needed to step back to support his family.
His last NXT broadcast was June 9, with Corey Graves and Wade Barrett filling in during his absence. NXT, coming off Great American Bash 2026, will feature PLE fallout on tonight’s show and four announced matches: El Hijo del Vikingo vs. EK Prosper, Vanity Project vs. Dr. Wagner Jr. & Galeno for the NXT Tag Team Titles, Jaida Parker vs. Karmen Petrovic, and Mason Rook vs. Jackson Drake.
