CMLL Grand Prix 2026 Adds PAC, Douki and Austin Aries to Team World
CMLL confirmed three international names for the 2026 International Grand Prix on CMLL Informa, announcing PAC (representing the United Kingdom and AEW), Douki (Japan/NJPW) and Austin Aries (United States/MLW) as early selections for Team World. The 20-man event — expected to pit Team Mexico against a group of international competitors — will take place at Arena Mexico on Friday, August 7, with Titan, Xelhua and Volador Jr. already locked in for Team Mexico.
The Grand Prix will run as a cibernetico elimination match, continuing CMLL’s ongoing partnerships with AEW, NJPW and MLW and building on recent cross-promotional moments like Forbidden Door 2026, where PAC and Titan both saw action. Past male winners include Mistico (2023, 2025) and Claudio Castagnoli (2024), and anticipation is already growing for this year’s international showdown.
