With these guys by my side, the sky is no limit!” But then Shane Taylor steps in. He says “no limit” is funny, cuz it seems like they’re all very much limited. Good to see you, Scorpio Sky. Shane didn’t recognize him without holding Christopher Daniels’ bags. Scorpio “laughs” that off, and Shane says excuse him, because he’s not here for the older guys. Shane tells Top Flight, “How many people are you gonna let climb over top of you to reach success? First it was Lio, then it was Action, and now it’s these guys.”

For years, Shane has heard Top Flight has the potential to be one of the greatest teams in ROH and AEW. But “potential” has a shelf life, boys. And with the company you keep, you’ll be stuck right here, not winning championships and not being who they should be. So they can either do that, or you can come with STP, the new faces of ROH, and they can finally reach their potential. Think about it. Darius looks to Dante and says Shane has some good points, what does Dante think? Dante says Darius already knows. A definite NO to that, Shane. They stick with the people who have been in the places they wanna get to.

Shane says that they wanna get to, that the veterans have already been to, yet they never asked how they got there? Stay stuck then, boys, but you’ll pay for it. Shane leaves, will he be proven right in the long run? Or will Top Flight not run but soar to the top of ROH?

Wheeler Yuta & Daniel Garcia VS Evil Uno & Alex Reynolds!

Speaking of taking over, The “Dark Horses” of the Death Riders are ready to prove that they’re the ones to bet on! Will the Decoder & Red Death continue to choose excellence? Or will everyone see that the Dark Order is still good enough?

The teams sort out, Yuta starts against Reynolds, but he barely upholds the Code of Honor. The bell rings, the fans rally, and the two tie up. Yuta wrenches and wristlocks, but Reynolds rolls and wrenches back. Reynolds hammerlocks, snapmares, then ghost pins, TWO! Reynolds then flips Yuta off! Yuta mockingly applauds while the fans taunt him. Yuta then sarcastically thanks the fans as he and Reynolds reset. They feel out a knuckle lock, but then Yuta kicks low! Yuta ROCKS Reynolds, dodges a haymaker, then ROCKS and CHOPS! Yuta whips Reynolds to a corner, runs up, but Reynolds dodges! Reynolds comes back to ELBOW! Then he keeps going to UPPERCUT!

The fans fire up with Reynolds, and he points to Uno! Tag to Player One, the Dark Order mugs Yuta with forearms and UPPERCUTS! Then Uno BOOTS Yuta down! The fans cheer, and Uno keeps Yuta from Garcia. Uno CHOPS, then he tags Reynolds back in. The Dark Order double whip, drop toehold, and Uno STOMPS Yuta’s hands! Then DOUBLE BASEMENT DROPKICKS knock Yuta down! Cover, TWO! Yuta BITES Reynolds’ forehead! The fans boo but Yuta headlocks. Garcia tags in as Reynolds powers out, then Yuta sends Reynolds away. Yuta drops down, Garcia scoops, but Reynolds slips free!

Reynolds shoves Garcia into Yuta, then ELBOWS Garcia! Yuta runs up, Reynolds TOSSES him, then he dodges Garcia to DROPKICK! The fans cheer as Reynolds kips up! Reynolds brings Garcia up, UPPERCUTS, then UPPERCUTS again! Reynolds whips, Garcia reverses, and Yuta traps Reynolds as Garcia distracts the ref! Uno protests, and that distraction lets Garcia & Yuta mug Reynolds! The fans boo but the Dark Horses get away with it all. Garcia drags Reynolds up, ROCKS him, then tags Yuta. Reynolds fights back but just gets mugged for it. Yuta whips and DROPKICKS Reynolds down! Cover, TWO!

The fans rally, but Yuta tags Garcia. They mug Reynolds again, then Garcia bumps Reynolds off buckles. Garcia climbs up and rains down fists! The fans count along, Garcia goes to nine and puts up his dukes. But no dancing! The fans boo but Garcia just soaks up heat. But Reynolds CHOPS! And CHOPS! Garcia kicks low, bumps Reynolds off buckles, then tags Yuta. The fans rally for Reynolds, and he fights back against Yuta & Garcia! Reynolds goes for Uno but the Dark Horses yank him back! DOUBLE BACK SUPLEX, but Reynolds lands out! Only for Garcia & Yuta to DOUBLE ELBOW him down! Then Yuta BLASTS Uno!

The fans boo but Garcia rolls Reynolds for Yuta to wheelbarrow, and Garcia knuckle locks Reynolds? Garcia drops down so he can do RAPID UP KICKS! Then a BOOT WHEELBARROW GERMAN COMBO! Bridging cover, but Uno breaks it! The fans fire up and Uno coaches Reynolds, but Yuta tags Garcia. The Dark Horses double whip Reynolds to the corner, then Garcia sends Yuta in. But Reynolds dodges Yuta, goes up and over Garcia, and Garcia RAMS Yuta! Reynolds rolls and hot tags Uno! The fans fire up as Uno LARIATS Yuta! Then he runs to LARIAT Garcia! Then he runs to LARIAT Yuta again! And back to Garcia!

The fans fire up as Uno just keeps going again and again and again! But then Garcia runs up, only for Uno to LARIAT BULLDOG COMBO! The fans fire up for Uno, he tags Reynolds, and Uno gives Reynolds the boost to FLY out onto The Dark Horses! The fans fire up as Reynolds then puts Garcia in the ring, Uno hooks him up in a Gory Especial, GORY CODE BREAKER! Cover, TWO! Garcia survives but Reynolds drags him over. Tag to Uno, and the fans fire up as Reynolds climbs up. Uno fireman’s carries Garcia, but Yuta SHOVES Reynolds down! Garcia slips free, Yuta ROCKS Uno, then Garcia CHOPS!

Tag to Yuta, he sends Garcia in for a LARIAT! Yuta ELBOWS! The Cycle of Violence continues as they ELBOW and LARIAT on repeat! Then feed to a clinch, BUSAIKU STO COMBO! Cover, Death Riders win!

8 Man Tag: The Swirl & The Premier Athletes VS Alec Price, Jordan Oliver & The Outrunners!

Alongside Jay Lethal, Blake Christian & Lee Johnson want their shot at the ROH World Six Man Tag Team Championships, and are willing to team up with two men who fell short of winning said titles just recently. As always, “Smart” Mark Sterling interrupts Bobby Cruise’s introduces so that he can say, “Everybody knows we are The Premier Athletes. We have the greatest Iranian wrestler in the history of the business, Ariya Daivari, and Tony Nese, the King of New York City!” The fans boo that just on saying “New York.” Sterling knows it is really hard for these idiots in Boston to pronounce R’s, but when he says, “Athletes,” they say, “Rule,” and nothing else!

Hands in, boys. Oh… “ATHLETES!” “SUCK!” But with that, The Swirl makes their entrance. Then Buster & The Brain make their entrance, followed by The Youngest Men Alive. The teams sort out and Truth Magnum starts against Big Shotty. The Code of Honor is skipped, the bell rings, and Truth TACKLES Lee! The fans fire up as Truth rains down fast hands! Truth CHOPS Lee, CHOPS him again, then CHOPS him again! Vanilla Baby runs in but Truth DECKS him! But then Lee kicks low! Lee puts Truth in a corner to stomp away, then ROCKS Truth. Lee whips, Truth ducks ‘n’ dodges, then tilt-o-whirls and RANAS! And DROPKICKS!

The fans cheer and Truth drags Lee up. Tag to Turbo Floyd, and while Oliver fires up the fans, distracting the ref, Truth feeds Lee into Turb’s BELT! The fans cheer but Sterling and the Athletes protest. But Turbo tags out to Oliver, and Oliver CHOPS Blake! Tag to Price, they double whip to SOBAT, KICK, then Oliver runs so that he and Price can hip toss dosido, ASSISTED BLOCKBUSTER! Nese runs up, Buster & Brain dodge, then UPPERCUT, CHOP, feed and DROPKICK! The fans fire up again, and Oliver brings Blake up. Buster & Brain hook Blake up, but Lee goes after them! The fans boo, but Lee puts Price up top and in the Tree of Woe.

Blake puts Oliver on the apron, traps him with a headscissors, and Lee DROPKCISK him down! Blake runs to BASEMENT 619! Lee DROPKICKS Price, Blake TRIANGLE MOONSAULTS Oliver! Blake stomps Price but the fans still rally for Price. Tag to Nese, he and Blake mug Price, but Price fires back! Nese throat chops Price, ROCKS him, then whips corner to corner hard! Price falls, Nese covers, TWO! Nese drops a leg, then drops it again! Then he JUMP LEG DROPS! Nese talks trash on Price and Boston, then drags Price up. The fans rally but Nese tags Daivari in. The Athletes mug Price with haymakers in the corner!

The ref counts, the Athletes stop at 4, then shout, “ATHLETES!” Boston says, “SUCK!” Daivari stands Price up, Price CHOPS, but Daivari kicks low. Daivari turns Price for a NECKBREAKER! Daivari then anchors Price and tags Lee. Lee stomps away, but the fans rally or Price. Tag to Blake and Lee suplexes high and hard! Blake stalks Price, stomps him, then brings him around. The Swirl double whip Price to the corner, then Blake distracts the ref. Price BOOTS Lee, fights off the Athletes, then DUMPS Blake out! Price slips outside to ROUNDHOUSE Lee, but Blake stops his slingshot! Blake APRON SPEARS Price down!

The fans boo but Blake goes up, up, and 450- NO, he has to roll but he jams his leg! Lee and Daivari CLOBBER Oliver and The Outrunners! Blake hobbles, he and Nese double whip, but Price goes scarecrow to DOUBLE LARIAT! The fans are thunderous as Price crawls for his corner! Hot tags to Turbo and Daivari! Turbo fires off haymakers on Daivari, then whips, but Daivari reverses! Daivari KNEES the belt! Turbo scoops and SLAMS Daivari! Then scoop SLAMS Nese! Then scoop SLAMS Lee! Then scoop SLAMS Blake! Turbo completes the set, but he gives Daivari another scoop SLAM! The fans fire up as Turbo and Truth coordinate!

But Lee SUPERKICKS Turbo! Truth back suplexes Lee hard! Blake 450 SPLASHES Truth! Price springboards, SKY SPLITTER on Blake! Nese rolls Price to then SOBAT! But Oliver BOOTS Nese! Daivari CLOBBERS Oliver! Daivari is all fire dup, but Turbo scoops and SALAMS him again! That’s three just for Daivari! The fans fire up and Turbo tags Oliver! Oliver & Price join in, “YOU SONOVABISH!!” Double biceps handshakes, and QUADRUPLE ELBOW DROP!! Cover, Nese and The Swirl all break it! The fans boo but the brawl is on! The Athletes & Swirl are tossed out, and The Outrunners coordinate with Buster & Brain!

The Athletes get back up, Turbo & Truth BLAST them back down! The Swirl get back up, Buster & Brain DOUBLE SUPERKICK them back down! And now, Price & Oliver build speed, but Turbo says wait! Turbo wants him and Truth to do it! Bet! The Outrunners build speed, and they… carefully step outside to the apron, for DOUBLE AX HANDLES! The fans cheer as The Outrunners then put Daivari in! Buster & Brain scoop Daivari, hook him up, SUPER CLASH!! Cover, Buster, Brain & Outrunners win!

But then The Swirl attacks! The fans boo, but Blake & Lee TOSS Price & Oliver! Then they go after The Outrunners! Jay Lethal rushes out here so he can join in! Was this the plan all along, win, lose or draw?! Lethal has one of the belts, but “BOYS!” Dalton Castle is here! The Peacock rushes out here, completing the trifecta! He dodges Lethal, DOUBLE LARIATS The Swirl, then picks Lethal up! BANGAAAAA~RANG!! The fans fire up as now Castle & Outrunners stand tall! Will there be no stopping the ROH World Six Man Tag Team Champions? Or will The Franchise help Blake & Lee finally have some gold?

The Kingdom speaks.

Matt Taven says, “Ladies and gentlemen, since we have returned to ROH, we are undefeated. And while we’re messing around with teams that call themselves, ‘Bustah & The Brain,’ they don’t realize that their intelligence is nowhere a match for what we’re dealing with. We’re dealing with something that’s on a God level. We’re dealing with artificial intelligence.” Mike Bennett says that after 12 years of teaming, it’s like they’ve done everything. They’ve wone titles, been this place, been that place. But it always seemed like they were just missing that extra spark, that thing that put them over the top. And they’ve found it: Artificial Intelligence!

So while everyone else is doom scrolling, worrying about who said what about their match or what their favorite match is, Mike’s been learning how to diet better, how to look better, how to wrestle better! Hell, Mike might shave his beard if the AI tells him he can escape headlocks better. Taven says AI is why he has his ponytail. Nice, looks good. But most importantly, AI taught Mike to focus on what truly matters, and that is getting back what is rightfully theirs: The ROH World Tag Team Championships. Taven says you might think this is the same old Matt ‘n’ Mike, but it’s not. It is Matthew & Michael. This is a whole new era for The Kingdom. A computerized era, if you will.

Are “Matthew & Michael” serious about trusting AI in everything? Will AI aggregating information really help these two achieve greatness once again? Or will there be some bugs in the system?

AEW National Championship: Mark Davis VS Dezmond Xavier!

So what if Andrade El Idolo has his match at Redemption, #DangerousDavis wants to feed his appetite for destruction! Will Dunkzilla be looking like an NBA Champion tonight? Or can this Rascal throw a wrench into the PPV plans?

The introductions are made, the belt is raised, and we see who reigns in the City of Champions!

The bell rings and Davis runs up! Dez dodges, fires off KICKS and an ENZIGIRI! Dez headlocks, Davis powers up and out, but Dez comes back to headlock again. Davis powers up and out again, then RUNS Dez over! Dez hurries out to the apron but Davis storms over. Dez RAMS Davis, slingshots up and over, then headlocks again. Davis powers up to back suplex, but Dez lands out ! Dez rolls, UP KICKS, then rolls to SWINGING RANA! The fans fire up while Davis tumbles to a corner. Dez runs up, but Davis catches him! And THROWS him to the corner! Davis runs up, blocks a boot, but Dez ENZIGIRIS! Dez then goes up, leaps, and hits a takeover! Cover, ONE!

Davis powers Dez into a headscissors, but the fans rally as Dez moves around. Dez tries to headstand but Davis SHORT DRIVERS! The fans rally for Dez but Davis DDTS Dez down! Dez crawls, clutches a shoulder, but Davis is back on him in the corner. Davis digs his boot in, grinds his forearm in, then runs side to side for a SLIDING FOREARM! Davis drags Dez to center, kneels for the cover, TWO! Dez is tougher than that, but the fans chant, “F DON CALLIS!” Dez fires body shots, ROCKS Davis, but Davis THROWS Dez back to a corner! Davis SPITS at the fans, but Dez BOOTS Davis! Dez goes up, but Davis CHOPS him!

Dez falls from the corner, but Davis holds onto Dez’s leg, HANGING BOSTON CRAB! The ref reprimands, the fans boo, but Davis lets go at 4! Dez clutches his leg while Davis soaks up the heat. Davis drags Dez back up, suplexes, and he marches around! The fans boo but Davis SLAMS Dez down! Davis sits Dez up, just to ROCK him with a forearm! Dez flops over, Davis stomps him, and Davis stalks Dez to the ropes. Dez fires body shots but Davis eggs him on. Dez fires more shots, then CHOPS! Davis CHOPS Dez back! Davis scoops Dez, then RAMS him into the corner! OKLAHOMA STAMPEDE! The fans boo but Davis lines up a shot.

Davis runs and SENTONS! Cover, TWO! Dez survives and the fans fire up. Davis snarls as he sits Dez up with a chinlock. Dez endures, pries at the hold, and the fans rally up. Dez fights up, fires body shots, but Davis scoops again! Dez slips free, goes to a corner, and he drop toeholds Davis into the buckles! Basement SUPERKICK! Dez gets space, the fans rally up, and Dez runs up! Dez dodges Davis’, kicks a leg out, then rolls to SUPERKICK! ENZIGIRI! DOUBLE STOMP! The fans fire up for Dez and he feeds off the energy. Dez calls his shot and the fans cheer. Dez runs Around the World to ROCK Davis, then SUPERKICKS! And GAMANGIRIS!

Dez goes up, up, and FLYING DDTS! Cover, TWO! Davis survives and Dez is beside himself! Dez hurries to the corner, hurries up the corner, and 450- NO, Davis dodges, then GUT BUSTER FACEBUSTER! SLIDING FOREARM! Cover, TWO!! Dez survives that shot, but Davis just gets mad! Dez is on the ropes, Davis runs and hits the REBOUND!! Cover, TWO?!? Dez survives, but Davis vows to end it now! GUT WRENCH- RANA! Dez covers, TWO!! Davis escapes in time, and swings, but Dez BOOTS! SUPERKICKS! Dez runs, but into a LARIAT! Dez roars, and COUNT TO PAIN!! Cover, Davis wins!

Davis went hard in the paint and took it to the hole! Davis is going to Redemption, but will Andrade have his revenge? Or will Davis be too dangerous even for El Idolo?

My Thoughts:

A very good episode of ROH that they decided to throw onto YouTube, but they really need to do a better job advertising these are happening. But whatever, at least it was only a little over an hour, the proper length of ROH episodes. As such, I wish I’d had more time, I might’ve added Angels VS Komander to this cuz that was a solid match. But obviously, none of this was going to affect much in the grand scheme of things, it was momentum-building filler for fun. Davis VS Dez was a main event that wasn’t even 10 minutes, but duh, Davis was retaining the title. Probably doesn’t retain it at Redemption, though, given how Andrade’s story needs him to have a win that matters.
