Rey Mysterio Says AAA Is Working To Bring Bad Bunny; Damian Priest Introduced
AAA General Manager Rey Mysterio introduced former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest as the promotion’s newest signee during a recent broadcast. After Mysterio returned to the commentary booth alongside Corey Graves and JBL, JBL asked about the possibility of six-time Grammy winner Bad Bunny appearing for AAA, and Mysterio said they are working on bringing him to the company.
The revelation adds momentum to AAA’s strategy of pursuing high-profile talent and celebrity appearances to expand its international reach. While nothing has been officially confirmed by Bad Bunny, Mysterio’s comments suggest talks are underway that could see the music star make a crossover appearance in Lucha Libre.
