Will Ospreay Officially Joins Death Riders on AEW Dynamite
After weeks of on-screen friction, Will Ospreay has officially aligned with Jon Moxley and the Death Riders on the July 1 episode of AEW Dynamite. The turn follows a run of events that saw the Death Riders previously rule Ospreay out at the 2025 Forbidden Door PPV and then assist him in securing the Owen Hart Foundation at this year’s Forbidden Door, marking a surprising resolution to their recent animosity.
Dynamite opened with a backstage exchange between Renee Paquette and Ospreay before he met Moxley at his locker room door and accepted an offer to join the faction. Later, Ospreay and Moxley defeated The Twist (Blake Christian & Lee Johnson), with broadcast visuals showing Ospreay wearing the Death Riders patch and AEW confirming the new alliance on social media. The development raises questions about how the stable and Ospreay will be presented heading into AEW All In at Wembley Stadium.
