Ospreay strikes Omega, The Demand wins AEW trios gold, Roman Reigns adds dates, Mara Sadè enters free agency and All In gains a Casino Gauntlet.

Will Ospreay officially separated himself from the Death Riders on Dynamite, but his attempt to move forward resulted in another violent confrontation with AEW World Champion Kenny Omega.

The Demand captured championship gold in Detroit, WWE announced several upcoming appearances for Roman Reigns and the final pieces of SummerSlam will be put into place on Friday’s SmackDown.

Will Ospreay Strikes Kenny Omega

Will Ospreay told Jon Moxley that he could not follow through with the Death Riders’ plan at Redemption and officially declared that he was finished with the group.

Ospreay later interrupted Kenny Omega, who remained angry that his All In challenger had even considered helping Moxley suffocate him with a plastic bag. Omega slapped Ospreay during their increasingly heated exchange, prompting Ospreay to respond with the Hidden Blade.

Ospreay argued that he had carried AEW while Omega recovered and declared that it was now his time to take control of the company. Their AEW World Championship match is scheduled for All In at Wembley Stadium on August 30.

The Demand also defeated The Conglomeration to capture the AEW World Trios Championship. Jay Lethal, Blake Christian and Lee Johnson interfered before Ricochet, Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona completed the championship victory.

Ospreay may have rejected the Death Riders, but that decision did not erase his actions or restore Omega’s trust. AEW has turned its All In main event into more than a simple competition between two elite wrestlers. Both men believe they sacrificed more for the company, and each now views the other as an obstacle standing between him and the position he deserves.

Willow Nightingale signed the contract to defend the AEW Women’s World Championship against Mercedes Moné at All In before Moné and Divine Dominion attacked her. The Brawling Birds made the save.

The Demand immediately changed the balance of AEW’s trios division. Ricochet now possesses championship gold after falling short in the Redemption main event, while Orange Cassidy, Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong must regroup after losing the titles through outside interference.

Maya’s first successful defense gave her TBS Championship reign an important start, while Andrade’s victory earned him a place in an upcoming Casino Gauntlet qualifying match.

WWE Announces More Roman Reigns Appearances

WWE has announced several additional appearances for World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns following his SummerSlam defense against Seth Rollins.

Reigns is scheduled for Raw in Des Moines on August 3, Raw in Buffalo on August 17 and WWE’s combined SmackDown and Raw taping in Cleveland on August 28.

His schedule also includes Raw in Mexico City on September 14, Raw in St. Louis on October 5 and Money in the Bank from New Orleans on October 10.

The announced appearances keep Reigns connected to weekly television beyond SummerSlam, regardless of whether he leaves Minnesota with the World Heavyweight Championship.

His addition to Money in the Bank is especially notable. Reigns does not need to compete in the ladder match to shape the event, and his presence gives WWE several months to establish his next major program after the Rollins rivalry concludes.

What to Watch on TNA Impact

TNA Impact will air live from the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia with three championship matches and two quarterfinal bouts in the Knockouts Television Championship Tournament.

TNA International Champion Mustafa Ali will defend against Jason Hotch in the main event. Hotch received the opportunity after members of the TNA roster voted him the next challenger following Ali’s open challenge.

DemonXBunny will defend the Knockouts World Tag Team Championship against Heather by Elegance and M by Elegance in The Elegance Brand’s contractual rematch. The Hardys will also address their future after defeating The Righteous at the Hardy Compound.

Hotch’s championship opportunity creates an interesting conflict within Order 4. Ali issued the open challenge, but the locker room selected one of his own allies to receive the title match. Hotch must now decide whether loyalty to Ali matters more than the biggest opportunity of his TNA career.

The Knockouts Television Championship Tournament also moves closer to establishing its semifinal field. Hartwell against Hail provides another TNA-NXT crossover match, while Stone and Threat compete for an opportunity to move within two victories of becoming the inaugural champion.

Men’s Casino Gauntlet Added to AEW All In

AEW has added the Men’s Casino Gauntlet Match to All In at Wembley Stadium on August 30.

The winner will receive a future opportunity at the AEW World Championship. Wrestlers will enter the match individually at varying intervals, and the contest can end at any point through pinfall or submission.

AEW will hold qualifying matches to determine the first two entrants, which are considered the most favorable positions under the Casino Gauntlet format. Andrade El Ídolo has already been announced for one of the qualifiers.

It also creates a direct route into the world-title picture for wrestlers outside the Omega-Ospreay rivalry. Whoever wins will immediately become part of the conversation surrounding the championship after All In.

Mara Sadè Reportedly Enters Free Agency

Mara Sadè is reportedly a free agent following the expiration of her latest contract with TNA Wrestling.

The former Jakara Jackson is believed to remain in negotiations with TNA while also communicating with multiple other promotions. Sadè joined TNA last summer after her WWE run ended and has been a regular member of the Knockouts division.

She remains involved in the Knockouts Television Championship Tournament and is scheduled to face Heather by Elegance in a second-round match airing on the August 6 episode of Impact.

Sadè’s status places TNA in a difficult position. The company has already included her in an active championship tournament, but her expired agreement allows her to evaluate every available option.

Her WWE experience, television exposure and continued development in TNA should create legitimate interest. Remaining with TNA may offer her the clearest path toward an established role, while moving elsewhere could provide a larger platform or a reunion with former teammates.

WWE Evolve Results — July 29, 2026

• Wren Sinclair, Skylar Raye, Thea Hail and Zena Sterling defeated Nikkita Lyons, Sloane Jacobs, PJ Vasa and Gianna Capri

Thea Hail forced Nikkita Lyons to submit in the eight-woman main event, positioning Hail as a potential challenger for the WWE Evolve Women’s Championship.

Harlem Riggins will defend the WWE Evolve Championship next week against Aaron Rourke, Tristan Angels and Max Abrams in a four-way match.

Riggins’ championship defense will force him to survive three challengers without needing to be involved in the deciding fall. That creates a realistic path for Evolve to change champions while protecting Riggins if WWE wants to move him into a different program.

Hail’s victory over Lyons should also carry consequences. Submitting the women’s champion in a tag-team match gives Hail a straightforward claim to the next championship opportunity.

Ospreay made the correct moral decision at Redemption, but Dynamite demonstrated that doing the right thing once does not repair every relationship he damaged. He and Omega now enter All In with a personal conflict built around resentment, sacrifice and control of AEW’s future.

The Demand’s championship victory gives Ricochet’s group tangible power, while the Casino Gauntlet ensures the next world-title challenger can emerge before Omega and Ospreay settle their differences.

WWE’s focus remains on completing the SummerSlam lineup. SmackDown will determine the final ladder-match entrant and may unify two sets of tag-team championships before the company arrives in Minnesota.
