WWE has a medical update on Royce Keys.

After the vicious Street Fight last week, and especially the assault Jacob Fatu committed after with the Tongan Death Grip AND the hip attack with the chair around Royce’s neck, Royce has a bruised larynx and cervical strain, meaning he will be out for an unknown amount of time. If the Samoan Wolf can do that to The Powerhouse, what hope does anyone else have of surviving?

Solo Sikoa interrupts the show!

The Prodigal Son is mockingly rapping “It’s Just Me, Uce!” aka Jey Uso’s theme song. Norfolk is torn seeing Solo is in the crowd, and he asks if he’s in the right place. Solo says ya boy, Solo Dolo, is now in your citaaay~! And Solo says as we saw last week. Bloodline took out his boy, Royce Keys. The fans do boo that, and Solo says he’s back on Raw to handle some family business. So, “Bloodline,” if you will. And then Jey Uso makes his entrance, the real It’s Just Me Uce playing. Virginia is for YEETING as Main Event Jey storms down to the ring, eyes laser focused on Solo even as he steps through the ropes and grabs a mic of his own.

The fans cheer, the wanna run it back. Solo copies them, but Jey says, “You really wanna do this, little brother? You wanna air out our family laundry in front of the whole world to see again? Ey, you know what the issue is, though. Nah, you know how to fix this issue, Uce. Tribal Chief called the play, I need you to fall in line, Solo.” The fans boo, but Solo says, “Fall in line? What do you mean, ‘fall in line?’ Why does everybody keep sayin’ that crap, ‘fall in line?’ Well, how did it work out for you? Did you fall in line? Cuz it looks like you fell off!” The fans like where Solo is going with that!

Solo wants Jey to be honest: He was a world champion! He won the Royal Rumble! Jey even beat Gunther at WrestleMania! Every time they heard your music, all the kids were happy. “YEET!” The fans cheer Solo on, but also wanna run it back. Solo says no, all that’s out the window! HAH! Sucks to be Jey now! But listen, Solo already said this before, he is not coming back to the family. Solo loves where he’s at, because everybody here loves it, too! The fans cheer that! So Jey can tell your Tribal Chief- Jey tells Solo to shut his cocky, spoiled, disrespectful ass up! You forget who you talking to, bruh!?

Jey raised Solo! Fed Solo! Changed them diapers! Y’know why you even here? Cuz of the Bloodline! You know why Solo’s got that big house, his family set for life?! Cuz of the Bloodline! Solo out here mocking them, but they gonna handle this the only way the family knows how: Jey VS Solo, TONIGHT! The fans like that! Jey says Solo real quiet now. But look, when Jey wins, Solo is coming back to the family! Jey delivers Solo’s ass first-class to The Tribal Chief! This his warning shot, BLAOW! Solo “ducks” the shot, and he asks if everyone’s alright. No one got shot? Okay, we’re good. But hey, Jey, calm down. Solo accepts.

The fans cheer, and Solo adds that he’ll tell Jey this: When Solo beats Jey… Jey and this messed up family can leave him the hell alone. Now this is your warning shot! PEW PEW! Solo and Jey are going to have it out, but who wins this family feud?

We hear from Penta and Laredo Kid.

The Man with No Fear says, “This (contender’s) tournament means everything to me. Every match is a battle. Every battle takes me one step closer to my goal: Mexico City! But I can’t look past Laredo Kid. Laredo Kid, you and I are old rivals. But tonight, you will find out the luchador I have become.” But The Amazing One says he knows all about Penta, and respects what he can do. But Laredo Kid will prove he is the most complete luchador in the world, and that this moment is HIS moment. Nothing and no one can stop him! Penta says he hopes Laredo Kid is ready for war tonight. He’s going to win the tournament because he wants to face Roman Reigns, with all his people behind him!

You know why? Because he is Penta, and he has CERO MIEDO! But who takes that first step towards a first-time-ever moment in Mexico City?

Jey Uso returns backstage.

He meets up with Jimmy & Jacob. Jimmy asks if Jey’s all good, and Jacob asks what the hell Jey is got going on out there. What does Fatu mean? OTC called the play, Jey is just trying to handle the Solo problem! Solo problem? More like Jey’s running his play by himself, and ignoring Roman and the others. Jey says check this, it don’t matter, Jey gonna go out there, get the W, bring Solo back to The OTC personally! Something Fatu’s ass couldn’t do! YEET! Fatu says hey, man, he did his thang last week. The only way Solo’s coming back to the family IS if Jey gets that W, with his punk ass! Fatu leaves, Jey is upset Fatu always gets on him, but Jimmy says hey, so long as Jey gets the W.

Raw returns as Laredo Kid makes his entrance, joining Penta in the ring. The bell rings, the fans rally up, and the two step up. Penta offers a handshake, Kid wags his finger, and the fans boo. Kid and Penta circle, then tie up. Penta wrenches, wristlocks, but Kid rolls, handsprings, slips through, and waistlocks to SLAM Penta down. Kid grabs an arm, Penta arm-drags Kid! Penta runs up to headlock, but Kid fires body shots. Kid powers up and out, drops down, then leaps over, only to roll back into a KICK! The fans cheer Penta while Kid goes to a corner. Penta runs up, Kid dodges, then Kid runs up, but Penta dodges back.

Kid slips out the side, Penta runs in, and Kid GAMANGIRIS! Kid goes up, up, and MISSILE DROPKICKS! Kid kips up, Penta tumbles out, and Kid tells the booing fans to shut up. Kid builds speed to DIVE into a GAMANGIRI! Penta goes up the corner, and he CROSSBODIES! Penta hurries to keep moving, he ducks ‘n’ dodges, then RANAS! Kid tumbles out of the ring and the fans fire up! Penta builds speed, but Kid trips him up! Kid drags Penta out, SMACKS him, then SMACKS him off the apron! Raw returns Laredo Kid has Penta in the corner, and he rains down fists! Kid stops at five just to gloat, but Penta SHOVES him down! And BOOTS him back! Backstage interview with The Vision.

Byron Saxton is with Austin Theory, Maxxine Dupri, Logan Paul & Bron Breakker, noting that in just a moment, Theory goes 1v1 with Akira Tozawa. But he wants to start with Logan Paul. All this bad blood between them and The Alpha Academy- Logan stops Byron there, and says this isn’t “bad blood,” Tozawa & Otis are beneath The Vision! They’re just losers! The only bad blood is Otis’s blood pressure. They’re losers. They all know this! It’s why Maxxine left them! Maxxine adds that she knows Tozawa better than anyone, which is why she knows he has no chance against her bad boy, the hottest, most jacked, talented and tenacious superstar in the WWE!

Theory says all Byron needs to know is that Theory is gifting Tozawa an ass whooping. Why? Because he deserves it! And what does Theory deserve? Oh, right, he already has everything right here! Theory kisses Maxxine on the neck, then leads the way out, Logan following. Bron seems deep in thought, and Byron asks if he wants to add something. Bron asks, “What do you think of Oba Femi?” Byron likes Oba… Bron asks if Byron thinks Oba is the future. That’s what Brock Lesnar said… Bron snarls and says Byron sounds like Paul Heyman. Bron heads out, is he going to do what it takes to change the future?

Akira Tozawa VS Austin Theory w/ The Vision!

Raw returns as The Stamina Monster makes his entrance, joining Theory in the ring. The bell rings and Tozawa runs up to fire off on Theory! Theory shoves Tozawa away, then ELBOWS him down! The fans boo but Theory ROCKS Tozawa! Theory RAMS into Tozawa again and again, then fires an elbow! Theory snatches the sweatband, wears it himself, then whips corner to corner. Tozawa BOOTS Theory, goes up, and FLYING RANAS! The fans fire up while Theory bails out! Tozawa builds speed but Theory somersaults and LARIATS Tozawa down! Theory grins while the fans boo, and Theory stomps Tozawa. Theory mocks the fans as they boo, then he rains down fists.

Theory looms over Tozawa while he talks trash, then stands him up. But Tozawa fires fast hands! The fans cheer, but Theory kicks low and BUTTERFLY SUPLEXES! Cover, TWO! Theory clamps onto Tozawa with a chinlock. The fans chant, “LOGAN SUCKS!” Logan says he hasn’t even done anything, shut up! Tozawa fights up, fires body shots, but Theory whips him to the corner. Tozawa bounces off buckles, and Theory scoops to BACKBREAKER! The fans boo but The Vision soaks up the heat. Except for Bron, who is still locked onto the thought of Oba Femi. Theory goes back to Tozawa, stomps him down, then whips him hard into the corner!

Tozawa stumbles and falls, but Theory sits him up to taunt him. Theory says Tozawa is a loser, then SMACKS him off the mat! Theory mockingly says he doesn’t see Otis here, but that’s because of that Con-Chair-to last time. Theory stomps Tozawa, then digs his boot into Tozawa’s head! The ref counts, Maxxine taunts Tozawa, and Theory stops at 4. Theory storms back up but Tozawa CHOPS and CHOPS! Theory ELBOWS Tozawa down! Theory drags Tozawa up, back suplexes, but Tozawa lands out! SOBAT! FRONT KICK! Theory ducks, Tozawa slides, wheelbarrow and- NO, Theory stops that to HALF NELSON BACKBREAKER!

The fans boo, The Vision soaks up more heat, and Raw goes to break.

Raw returns as The Vision has Tozawa on the floor, mocking him. Theory sits Tozawa and mockingly says Tozawa must want a kiss from Maxxine! Maxxine gives Theory a kiss and Theory says that’s the closest Tozawa will ever get. Theory puts Tozawa in the ring, soaks up more heat, then slingshots in, but Tozawa dodges! Tozawa comes back, POP-UP DDT! The fans fire up as Tozawa rises! Theory flounders to a corner, Tozawa runs in, and he BOOTS Theory! Theory stumbles and falls, but Tozawa keeps moving, SHINING WIZARD! SENTON! Cover, TWO! Theory is tougher than that but the fans fire up with Tozawa as he rips off the shirt!

Tozawa powers up to KICK, KICK, KICK! The fans fire up, “YES! YES! YES!” Tozawa winds up, but SUPERKICKS instead! The fans fire up as Tozawa runs, but Theory scoops! Half nelson, spin, and a FOREARM! Cover, Theory wins!

Theory hit the #OffSwitch, and that’s it for Tozawa! Maxxine celebrates with her bad boy, but then says go after Tozawa more! Theory HAMMERS away on Tozawa’s head, then pushes him back down. The ref reprimands, the fans boo, but Theory says that’s how we do this! He high-fives with Logan, and they want Bron to get fired up, too. The fans chant “YOU SUCK!” but then Maxxine hands Theory a chair! Apply “Maximum Pressure!” But then Adam Pearce and the officials rush out here! The fans boo, but then they bark as Bron takes aim! ONLY FOR OBA TO APPEAR! The fans cheer as The Ruler makes his way to the ring!

Bron stare Oba down the entire time Oba swaggers down the ramp. Theory runs up, but gets a BOOT for it! The fans cheer that, and then Oba continues to ringside as he stares Bron down. Maxxine hurries to Theory’s side while Logan tells Bron to watch out. Oba steps into the ring, but the refs and producers rush in! The fans boo and chant “LET THEM FIGHT! LET THEM FIGHT!” Logan says no, they can pick a better time and place. Bron grins, Oba scowls, but when and where will these two decide to future of Monday Night Raw?

Backstage interview with Rey Mysterio.

Cathy Kelley is with the King of Lucha, the AAA General Manager, and says there has been a lot of buzz with this #1 contender’s tournament. What stood out in the opening contest of Penta VS Laredo Kid? Rey says Penta and Laredo went out there, had a banger, and Rey just knows that when Raw returns to Mexico, Roman will have his hands full. Dragon Lee steps in, apologizes for interrupting, but he just wants to thank Rey for this opportunity. He’ll give everything he’s got! Rey says don’t thank him, he earned the spot in the tournament! But then Dominik Mysterio steps in and asks what is going on here!

Dom has a question: Rey put this tournament together, full of luchadores, yet he doesn’t add THE King of the Luchadores? The reigning AAA Mega Campeon?! Rey says he didn’t think his son needed another handout. Isn’t that how Dom became a jackass in the first place? Jackass?! Is that why Rey handed this jackass Dom’s spot? Dragon says you watch yourself! Show respect to not only the greatest luchador of all time, but your own father. Y’know what? Idea. Dragon is gonna go to Adam Pearce, and they’ll fix this in the ring. Then he’ll send you crying to your mommy, you fake king of lucha.

Dom says fine! Dom will see Dragon in the ring, and show why HE is the greatest luchador of all time! Dom storms off, but is Dom just sticking his foot in his mouth? Or will Dragon take care of sticking his foot down Dom’s throat instead?

Stephanie Vaquer is here!

Norfolk cheers as the La Primera is finally back, as of last week’s surprise. Vaquer goes right to the ring, grabs a mic, and says, “Hola, mi raza, WWE! I’m so happy to be here! I really missed this ring. I missed every Monday Night Raw, and I missed you guys. Thank you for all your support.” The fans cheer, and Vaquer says most of all, she really missed seeing Liv and Judgment Day getting scared every time they see her coming! Vaquer says they can hurt her, but no one can destroy her! She will take Judgment Day down one by one! The fans like the sound of that! Vaquer warns Raquel, that she beat her up 1000 times, and she can do it again and again!

Roxanne Perez, you are a dead woman! And Liv… Liv Morgan, you will soon go to Hell! You’re scared, and you should be, because they both know that the title belongs to Vaquer! But then BECKY LYNCH makes her entrance! The fans cheer #BigTimeBecks as she makes her way right to the ring. Becky gets herself a mic, and she says, “The Man has come around to Norfolk, Virginia!” The fans cheer, and Becky tells Vaquer, “Hola, senorita. Como estas.” Vaquer asks what Becky wants, and Becky says what does she want, what a good question. Well, she doesn’t want a lot. Probably the same thing as Vaquer, which is to beat the ever livin’ piss outta Liv.

But for different reasons. Vaquer has a score to settle, Becky just doesn’t like the dope. And Liv took this title on a fast-track time machine to the mid-2000s, Becky has worked too hard for too long to watch that happen. Now, Vaquer, Becky doesn’t know much about her and Vaquer likes it that way. She’s an enigma, very mysterious. But what Becky does know is that Vaquer has made a big, big impact on Raw in the very short time she’s been here. And Becky knows that is especially impressive considering Vaquer has been gone more often than she’s been here. But hey, hey, Vaquer’s had a run of bad luck, happens ot the best.

Becky just can’t figure out if Vaquer is a badass that just rushes back before they’re ready, or if Vaquer’s body gives up so that her mind doesn’t have to. But Becky knows that title doesn’t need any more bad luck. Becky doesn’t consider herself particularly lucky, but she does consider herself particularly good. So Vaquer can settle the score with Liv, beat her, get her revenge, and Becky will sit there, cheer her on, and eat popcorn while Vaquer does. But when it comes to the championship, that’s Becky’s domain. Vaquer doesn’t deserve that title. That title deserves Becky! Vaquer tells Becky that respectfully, she doesn’t care.

And listen: Get in her way, and Vaquer will show Becky what La Primera is all about. Mic drops from both sides, but these two might need to throw down soon enough. Wait, LIV MORGAN ATTACKS! The fans boo as Liv gets Becky form behind and HAMMERS away! Then she lines up a shot, but Becky BOOTS her away! Clinch and BECKSPLODER! Liv flounders, right into Vaquer! Liv scrambles away, Vaquer and Becky end up in another stare down. They warn each other again, they argue again, then Becky storms out. Is Liv finding herself between a rock and a hard place? Or is she gonna find a way to pit these two against each other?

Backstage interview with LA Knight.

Cathy Kelley is with the Mega Star and says that to say things got personal last week is a massive understatement. Now that he’s had a week to process everything, where does Knight stand? “LEMME TALK TO YA!” Knight says he stands the same place as last week, where Roman says the same boring stuff as always, stuff about get to the back of the line and you didn’t earn it. Then he shows off a waste of money in watch form. Knight could get ten more of the same watch he has now, they all tell the same time, which is that it’s time for Roman to find the tingle in his loins to face Knight! But tell you what, true to your word, Roman set up a tournament!

Now Knight’s gonna go win the tournament, go to Mexico and face Roman Reigns. Cathy points out it’s an all-luchadores tournament… Oh, how convenient that it’s exclusive! Solo steps in suddenly and asks Knight if he saw what happened to Royce Keys last week. Knight says he did. Then if that happens to Solo tonight, that just leaves Knight. Knight says he appreciates the warning but what happened at SummerSlam, how they were all feeling it, but that was one night only. What?! No! Knight, you don’t get it! This is not just you VS him, it’s you VS Bloodline! Knight may not think he needs help, but at least Solo warned you.

Solo heads out, and Knight has a lot to think about. Will Knight be without allies if Solo is forced to rejoin his family?

The self-proclaimed King of Luchadores? Or a spoiled, entitled brat? Matter of perspective, really. But will Dirty Dom find a way to lie, cheat, and steal a win? Or will the Boy Wonder have the last laugh against this joker?

Dom CHOPS Dragon, but Dragon turns things around to CHOP, CHOP, CHOP! Dom turns things around to CHOP, CHOP, CHOP! Dragon bumps Dom off buckles, stomps and fires a flurry of forearms, but stops as the ref counts. Dragon brings Dom out but Dom fires body shots.

Dom knees low, Dragon CHOPS, but Dom CHOPS back! Dragon SOBATS, runs, then rolls over Dom’s back! Dragon keeps moving and RANAS! The fans fire up as Dragon runs up, JUMP KICK! Leg sweep! Raw returns as Dragon fights up out of a chinlock, fires body shots, but Dom KNEES low! Dom back suplexes, Dragon lands out, then Dragon SUPERKICKS! Dragon ducks ‘n’ dodges and ELBOWS Dom down! Then LARIATS! Then SUPERKICKS! Dom wobbles, Dragon reels him in! TORNADO DDT! Dom is down, Dragon covers, TWO! Dom survives the onslaught! Dragon pounds the mat, the fans rally up, and Dom bails out. Tournament or not, that was a banger! Dragon gets a win over the AAA Mega Campeon, will this foreshadow who wins the #1 contender’s tournament? OH NO, BIG CASS IS HERE! And he BOOTS Dragon right down! The fans boo but Cass isn’t done as he circles Dragon, like a Great White Shark! Big Cass then YANKS Dragon up and into a BEARHUG! Cass thrashes Dragon around, then hits the EAST RIVER CROSSING! The fans boo, but wait! Je’Von Evans is here! The Young OG wants payback for last week, and he leaps right in! Evans gets up to throw hands, but Cass shoves him back! Evans dodges to fire hands! Cass SHOVES Evans away!

Byron Saxton is with the Surfer Girl and brings up last week, Roxanne Perez & The Judgment Day all jumped her. Now, they have a tag match, with Roxanne & Raquel VS Sol and a mystery partner. What are her thoughts? Sol says she’s been stuck in the Judgment Day vortex, and quite frankly, she’s sick of it. After last week, she has a score to settle. So tonight, it is all about revenge. And after that, Sol goes back for what’s hers: The Women’s Intercontinental Championship. Then she really does have a partner? Well, luckily for Sol, she’s not the only one who wants revenge. In steps… Danhausen?

And he tells “Sol Rrrrrucahausen” to say no more! Danhausen is in! And he’ll do it for a big discount. Well, a little one. What does she say? Sory, Danhausen, the position’s been filled. Sol heads out, Danhausen asks Byron if he can have some money. Byron says sorry, he’s got nothing on hand. Aww… Danhausen leaves, but just who IS Sol’s teammate tonight? And will they be a winning combination against The Prodigy & La Ruda?

LA Knight talks with Adam Pearce.

The teams sort out and Sol starts against Raquel as a preview of a possible rematch. The two tie up, Sol waistlocks, but Raquel THROWS her off. Sol goes to a corner, Raquel corners her, but then Sol slips away. Sol headlocks, Raquel endures and powers up, but Sol TORNADO- NO, Raquel stops the takeover to THROW Sol away! Roxie tags Raquel, and Raquel BOOTS Sol! Raquel tags Roxie right back in, then Raquel TOSSES Iyo into the ring! The fans boo but Judgment Day hooks up their opponents. They each suplex, but Sol and Iyo each slip free! Then they each cartwheel to dodge! Then they trade targets, Sol DROPKICKS Roxie while Iyo DROPKICKS Raquel! The fans fire up as Judgement Day bails out! Iyo & Sol rally the fans, then Iyo DIVDES! But Raquel catches her!

Sol hurries out, up, and ASAI MOONSAULT takes Raquel down! But Roxie DIVES onto Sol & Iyo! The fans boo but Roxie soaks it up as Raw goes to break.

Raw returns as Roxie HIP DROPS Sol’s arm. Roxie then wrenches, tags Raquel, and they mug Sol. Raquel paces around Sol, brings her up, but Sol JAWBREAKERS! Raquel swings, Sol ducks the one lariat, but not the SOUTHPAW! The fans boo and Iyo coaches Sol, but Raquel hauls her up. Raquel suplexes, holds Sol up, but Sol fires knees! Then a DDT COUNTER! The fans fire up while both women are down! They crawl, hot tags to Roxie and Iyo! The fans fire up as Iyo bypasses Roxie, arm-drags her, then arm-drags again! Iyo knuckle locks, CHOPS, then SHOTEIS! The fans fire up and Iyo catches Roxie for a whip.

Roxie reverses, Iyo goes up and out! Iyo ROCKS Roxie, but Raquel is up! Iyo stops the boot, sends it into Roxie, then SHOTEIS! Raquel sits down at the corner, SHINKANSEN against the post! The surprise partner was just the thing to get even with Judgment Day! Sol celebrates with Iyo, but will Sol get her title back? Or will Judgment Day make sure Sol wipes out once and for all?

Bron Breakker finds Paul Heyman backstage.

The Wise Man says hello to Mr. Breakker, asks how he is doing, and Bron says he’s swell. He assumes Heyman saw that earlier. Indeed he did. Oba Femi got in Bron’s face again. Indeed he did. Bron wants to ask a question. Heyman says he may ask anything he likes. Then does Heyman think Oba Femi is the future of the WWE? Heyman sighs, and he says he has great love for Bron, both personally and professional. And truth be told… He respects Oba Femi. The man did everything he said he was going to do to Brock Lesnar, and you have to respect that. Bron says that’s not what he asked. So he will ask again: Does Heyman think that Oba the future?

Heyman takes a moment, and he says he thinks Bron is starting to think that Oba Femi is the future of WWE. And that is the problem. Heyman will say this. He’ll keep respecting Oba until Bron shows us why Oba is not worthy of that respect. Bron thinks on that, and says okay. Then Bron heads out. What will this Unpredictable Badass do to take down The Ruler?

Rey Mysterio talks with Penta backstage.

Rey congratulates him on the win, then says that is exactly how he expected this tournament to kick off. Penta agrees, it is very important. Chad Gable walks by, says hi, they fist bump, and Gable says unbelievable match, as usual! That’s why Penta is Gable’s favorite. Penta says Gable’s his favorite, too, and heads out. Gable then tells Rey he’s been wanting to talk with him. Everything Rey’s been doing in AAA as GM, nothing short of amazing. This tournament they’ve put together, it’s gonna be one of the coolest things we’ve seen in a long time. That got Gable thinking. It’d be his honor to defend this championship against the greatest luchador of all time, Rey Mysterio.

Rey says wow, Gable’s really ready to put the title on the line like that? Gable is. Then tell you what? Rey may be a GM, but he’s still got a lot in the tank. So he would be honored to face Gable for the title. They shake on it, and Gable says he’ll go to Pearce. When and where will The American Made Man and The King of Lucha fight for the title?

Sol and Iyo regroup backstage.

They’re still feeling great after that win. They finally shut Judgment Day up for once. Iyo says yes! High-five! Okay, needs some work, but they’ll get there. But then Lyra Valkyria finds them, looking even more haggard than before. She mockingly claps and says wow, look at this great pair. But Lyra sees why Sol needed Iyo as her partner. Sol really needed that win. So happy for you. Sol must be feeling so good now. Just ready to backflip back to Lyra’s Intercontinental Championship now, huh? Guess Lyra’s just wondering… If Lyra hasn’t been able to get back to it, what makes Sol think she can? Does Sol think she’s better than her or something?!

Sol asks excuse you, but what has Lyra even done to earn an opportunity? Why not ask Bayley? Sol says let’s make it clear; Sol doesn’t skip ahead of anyone, but she doesn’t get them handed to her either! Lyra says let’s get this clear! Sol gets in Lyra’s way of getting back the title SHE created, Sol will regret it! Don’t mess with her, be very careful! Lyra then looks at Iyo and asks what she’s looking at. Lyra leaves, Iyo asks if she’s okay. No idea. Maybe she needs sleep. Will Lyra lose her mind before she wins the title back? Or will she have a turn of fortune in her near future?

Bloodline Stakes: Solo Sikoa VS Jey Uso!

The Prodigal Son wanted to handle things, so Main Event Jey said bet! And in fact, the gamble is that if/when Solo loses, he loses his independence and must return home to The Bloodline! Will Solo fight with everything he has to keep everything he has? Or will he lose it all in one match?

Raw returns once more as Solo makes his entrance, joining Jey in the ring. The bell rings and the fans rally up. Jey and Solo stare down, Jey says this ain’t funny. But the fans cheer for Solo Dolo, and Solo smirks. Jey takes off the elbow pads to show this is serious now. The two circle, tie up, and go around. They even talk trash now as Solo shoves Jey back. Solo then YEETS! The fans are torn but Jey brushes that off. Jey and Solo reset, circle, and Jey says if not for him and the Tribal Chief, Solo would not be here! Jey’s just gotta beat that into him. They tie up, and Solo powers Jey to a corner. Solo says he ain’t going back!

The ref backs these two up, but Jey cheap shots Solo! And ROCKS him again! And again! Jey RAMS into Solo in the corner, then whips corner to corner. Solo reverses, Jey goes up and over, but Solo RUNS him over! Solo huffs ‘n’ puffs, says if Jey wants him back, it ain’t gonna be that easy. Solo then HEADBUTTS Jey down! Solo eggs Jey on, HEADBUTTS him down again, then eggs him on. Solo steps on Jey at the ropes, backs off at 4, then runs to FALLING HEADBUTT! Cover, TWO! Jey toughs it out, Solo says Jey’s really fallen off. Jey goes to the apron, but Solo brings him up. Jey RAMS low! And RAMS again!

Jey GAMANGIRIS and Solo staggers away. Jey hurries, runs, but Solo ELBOWS him down! Solo then snarls, drags Jey up, then TOSSES him out! Solo adds one more YEET, and Raw goes picture in picture.

The ring count starts while Jey is down, but Solo goes out at 5 of 10. Solo UPPERCUTS Jey against the desk! Jey sputters, Solo mocks the run-it-back then he brings Jey around. Solo makes Jey look in the camera as if to send a message to Roman, then he SMACKS Jey off the desk! Solo refreshes the ring count, then smiles as he stalks Jey. Solo brings Jey around, SMACKS him off the apron, then pushes him into the ring. But then Solo drags Jey right back out to SMACK him off the apron again! Solo brings Jey around to whip, but Jey reverses! Solo swings right into the steel steps! Solo flounders away towards barriers, but Jey refreshes the ring count.

Jey stands Solo up to rain down fists! The fans in the front row are certainly fired up while Jey leaves Solo behind. Jey rolls into the ring, Solo follows after, and Solo goes to a corner. Jey runs up to BODY BLOCK and ENZIGIRI! Solo slumps down, Raw returns to single picture, and Jey huffs ‘n’ puffs. The fans rally, Jey drags Solo up and reels him in. But Solo UPPERCUTS! Jey staggers, Solo runs up, but Jey TOSSES him out! Jey builds speed and DIVES! Direct hit and both men hit barriers! The fans fire up again, and a new ring count begins. Jey pushes Solo into the ring, goes up top, CROSSBODY! Cover, TWO! Solo survives and the fans rally up again.

Jey frowns while Solo sputters in the corner. Jey goes to the far corner, “YEET!” Then HIP- LARIAT from Solo!! Solo turns it around, but both men are down as the fans fire back up! Solo stands, he ROCKS Jey, then counter punches Jey! And again, and again! Solo says YEET then DECKS Jey! Solo whips Jey, but Jey KICKS Solo! Solo just brushes that off! SAMOAN DROP! The fans fire up as Solo then runs corner to corner, BODY BLOCK! Jey sputters, slumps down, and Solo takes aim. Solo slaps the thighs like Papa Rikishi! Then a HIP ATTACK! Jey slumps down, Solo covers, TWO! Jey survives and Solo is a bit frustrated.

Jey rises, but Solo brings him up, only for Jey to fire haymakers! “YEET!” Pop, lock, and UPPERCUT! Jey then whips, but Solo reverses, only for Jey to sunset flip! Solo stays up, to HIP DROP! Cover, TWO! Jey survives but Solo keeps his focus. The fans rally and duel as Solo fireman’s carries, but Jey slips free! SLEEPER! Speaking of beating Gunther, Jey’s using the same hold! But Solo RAMS Jey into buckles! Solo runs up, Jey dodges, and Jey runs, into a WHEEL KICK! The fans fire up as Solo clinches, URENAGE! Cover, TWO! Jey survives and Solo is stunned! The fans rally up as Solo rises, and he primes that thumb!

The fans fire up, but OH NO, Jimmy is here! Solo gets #BigJim to back off, but Jey runs up to SPEAR!! Cover, TWO!?! Solo survives and The Usos are stunned! The fans rally up again, and Jimmy seems to be up to something. Jey waits on Solo to go to a corner, and he takes aim. HIP- KICK!! Solo hits first, but Jey SUPERKICKS back! Solo ELBOWS Jey! But Jimmy runs up! Solo dodges that shot to SAMOAN SPIKE Jimmy! But another SPEAR!! Jey hurries up, up, and USO SPLASH!! Cover, JEY WINS!

Winner: Jey Uso, by pinfall (Solo Sikoa must return to The Bloodline)

Jimmy tipped the scales in this battle of blood brothers, and now they will “deliver” Solo to Roman Reigns next week! Will the Prodigal Son have no choice but to ACKNOWLEDGE HIM?

My Thoughts:

A very good Raw, though I expected at least one more match from the luchadores-only tournament tonight. I do appreciate LA Knight joking he could be La Knight if that’s what it takes. Great match from Penta VS Laredo Kid, but I figured Penta would win, he’s no longer got the IC title so WWE can start moving him up the card if they really wanted. Good promo form Penta, Rey and Gable, and Gable VS Rey will be a great title match whenever they have it. I would think Gable wins that, but then I’m not sure where else we go with him. Dom VS Dragon was a great match, too, and a little surprised Dragon won. But then Cass showed up, attacked, and even got the better of Evans, which should definitely set up their match. I wonder if it’ll be on Raw or at Sunday Night’s Main Event in Atlanta.

Good promo from The Vision as a group, and a good match from Theory VS Tozawa, but obviously the main attraction is Bron wanting after Oba. Oba VS Bron itself could be big for SNME ATL, or maybe a tag title match of some kind. Theory will want to be wrestling in his hometown, so why not him and perhaps a healed Logan Paul against Alpha Academy. Or maybe it’s a distracted Bron who no longer cares about the tag titles and he just ditches Theory. Bron VS Oba might even determine if Bron becomes the newest Heyman Guy, as he was/should’ve always been if not for The Vision story going sideways.

Great promo from Vaquer and Becky to not just call out Liv Morgan but also confront each other. At this point, it really could be a Triple Threat for the title, but they might take the long road, like Liv trying to ruin a 1v1 contender’s match and Pearce chooses to make it a Triple Threat at whatever event, such as SNME. In fact, SNME might be THE event for September since Worlds Collide Chicago would be about WWE VS AAA. Then we got great stuff with The Bloodline, not just with Knight but with Solo and Jey having that opening promo. I should’ve figured Jimmy would help Jey win, that’s Bloodline 101. But I wonder if Solo can turn things around on them by simply using this as a way to get close and attacking Roman. Also, I wonder if Royce “shockingly returns” to help Solo as he gets beat up.
