My Thoughts:

A great show for Worlds Collide here, though if they didn’t wanna counterprogram AEW, why not put this on Sunday? Who cares about NFL? I don’t. I would’ve watched this on Sunday night. But even then, there were some “house show” vibes to this, it was all for a lot of fun, and for teasing some future things between AAA and WWE. Great win for Team AAA against Vanity Project & Mini Abismo, always fun to see La Parka and Mr. Iguana in anything. The Cruiserweights were all awesome tonight, from Dragon Lee VS Jack Cartwheel to that Fatal 4 Way. Great wins for Dragon and Mini Vikingo, Rey Fenix has his work cut out for him as the champion.

Fatal Influence winning thanks to Las Toxicas having dysfunction was fitting. It helps plug AAA story where Flammer and Hiedra still have a competitive tension over being top woman in AAA. Plus, the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions weren’t going to owe a tag title match to an AAA team (yet). On the flipside, La Catalina wasn’t gonna lose her women’s title so soon after winning the title. It was a great showing against Roxie, and we could certainly see these two run it back for a future TripleMania or other big crossover event.

Great tag match from Lucha Brothers VS Perros Del Mal, but a disqualification win was the smart play so that Los Perros don’t lose momentum in AAA while still giving Lucha Brothers their first win as a team in a couple years. And that Six Man Tag was also a lot of fun, but Punk’s entrance was probably the best because who doesn’t love This Fire Burns? Kudos to Punk wrestling in a lucha mask, too. Great win for the Faces, and then getting a tease of Oba VS Omos was wild. That can also be a future TripleMania match, and maybe this generation’s ring breaking superplex…?

My Score: 8.8/10
