United States Championship: Jeff Hardy (c) vs Shinsuke Nakamura

I almost feel like the outcome here is too obvious that they won’t let it happen. Hardy has recently come out that he is actually injured (here) so one would think that means Shinsuke finally gets a title, right? With WWE, you never actually know. Hardy could retain just to lose it on SmackDown. I’d like Nakamura to finally get a championship on the main roster, since it feels like his character is really over. But what I want, and what Vince sees, don’t always line up.

SmackDown Tag Team Titles: Bludgeon Brothers (c) vs Team Hell No

So what to say about this one. Daniel Bryan comes out a little too soon for the Gauntlet match a few weeks ago and steps all over the Bludgeons exit…so they have beef with him. Then because they have beef, Kane returns to reform Hell No, so he can help his little buddy. Okay, I guess that works, and nostalgia is a strong factor. I’m honestly not sure what to make of this aside from everyone speculating that this is where The Miz interferes to go into paying off that feud. So I guess we’ll see.
