WWE Championship Match: AJ Styles (c) vs Rusev

Honestly, it’s just nice to Rusev get a shot at the WWE Championship. I can’t say it’s been built well, or anyone takes him particularly seriously. But you can’t really lose with this match. If Styles wins, the crowd cheers. If Rusev wins, Rusev Day chants will fill the arena. So good build, shmood build. We’re gonna get a mostly likely good match with a crowd that’s into it. I’ll take it.

Intercontinental Title 30 Minute Iron Man Match: Seth Rollins vs Dolph Ziggler (c) w/ Drew McIntyre

What might be the best storyline coming into this PPV, we see Rollins as challenger because he got too full of himself right after Money in the Bank. Also Rollins coming off a loss to McIntyre is nice since he has literally no momentum for the first time in a while. My personal fantasy book is that Ambrose shows up at some point under the guise of “evening the odds” before turning on Seth and helping Ziggler retain. Dean Ambrose vs Seth Rollins at SummerSlam doesn’t need a belt to be something people want to see.
