Former Major League Baseball All-Star Jose Canseco is back in the news today, but not for baseball reasons. The former star of the Oakland Athletics, Texas Rangers, Boston Red Sox and others has signed a professional wrestling contract with World Class Revolution based out of Ardmore, Oklahoma.

Canseco is of course most known for controversy these days than his baseball career, being at the forefront of MLB and the United States Senate’s probe into the use of performance enhancing drugs, speaking very openly about his part use of steroids.

World Class Revolution issued the following regarding Canseco’s signing:
