WWE News: Ruby Riott Returns Tonight On Monday Night RAW

It’s been just over a month now since Monday Night RAW’s Ruby Riott was injured at a WWE Live Event back on June 29th in Bismarck, South Dakota. If you remember, that show was marred with changes after a number of Superstars had travel issues. That night, Ruby was put into a singles match against Dana Brooke, which reportedly was a last second change. While obviously Riott’s injury can’t be fully attributed to that, however she suffered a sprained MCL and was looking at anywhere from 2-6 weeks on the shelf (read more about that here).

Tonight on RAW, the rest of The Riott Squad, Liv Morgan and Sarah Logan, were in action in a rematch from last week when they took on Sasha Banks and Bayley. It appeared again as if Sasha and Bayley were on their way to picking up a win, however while the match went to the outside, someone appeared dressed in all black with their face covered to create a distraction. The individual in question would reveal herself to be the returning Ruby Riott, leading to Morgan and Logan getting the victory and a measure of retribution from last week’s loss.
