WWE News: Universal Championship Match Made For Hell In A Cell

Tonight’s edition of Monday Night RAW opened up with our Universal Champion, Roman Reigns, as ‘The Big Dog’ addressed last week’s reunion of The Shield and the challenge laid out by Braun Strowman on Twitter this weekend.

Reigns spoke about accepting Strowman’s challenge, informing him that he would be opening the show tonight, yet ‘Mr. Monster In The Bank’ was nowhere to be seen. Roman then claimed he would defend his title against anybody, calling for someone to step up, which ultimately led to Braun making his way to the squared circle. Reigns tried to bait Strowman into cashing in his Money In The Bank tonight, but that wasn’t the plan for ‘The Monster Among Men’, believing that would just lead to Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins interfering.

Braun would go on to say that he was going to make sure that doesn’t happen when he cashes in, announcing that he would do it on September 16th when they go to war in a way they never have before. The two would shake hands, agreeing to square off for the Universal Title at Hell In A Cell inside of the demonic structure:
