CMLL Friday Arena Mexico Show

Pegasso, and Principe Diamante vs Hijo Del Signo, and Metalico

Metalico comes out with a stuffed horse and a sombrero. Interesting. Signo and Pegasso start the match out. Pegasso gets the best of him bringing in Metalico. Principe Diamante tags in to try his hand now. They go back and forth until Pegasso and Signo get back in. Signo gets him in a submission, and then Metalico hits Diamante with a death valley driver and then puts him in a submission for the fall. First Fall: Metalico submits Principe Diamante.

Second fall starts with Diamante being double teamed. After they do away with him, it’s Pegasso’s turn to get worked on. The story of this fall is constant double teaming, not very eventful double teaming at that. They finally break out of the double teaming and both hit fireman carries in the corner. Diamante hits a moonsault and Pegasso hits a 450 for the pin. Second Fall: Pegasso pins Hijo Del Signo with a 450.

The third fall starts with Pegasso running wild on both of them. He tags in Diamante who continues the same momentum. Pegasso hits the fireman’s carry on Metalico, and goes for the 450, but Metalico gets his knees up. Hijo Del Signo gets in with Diamante, and he dodges Diamante then hits him with two canadian destroyers for the victory. Third Fall: Hijo Del Signo pins Principe Diamante with the canadian destroyer.

Winners: Hijo Del Signo and Metalico

Microman, El Gallito, and Guapito vs Chamuel, Perico Zakarias, and Mije

Awh man. This isn’t even a mini’s match. These 6 are actual midgets. Holy crap, they have a midget ref too. I’m not going to pretend to y’all that I know any of these 6 participants, but I will do my best. I believe Microman is the smallest of them. He’s squaring off with Chamuel I believe. Guapito and Mije are in now. Handsome mini. Perico and Gallito now come in. These guys are no max mini that’s for sure. Chaos is breaking out now, two of them are brawling on the outside. Microman is legit toddler sized, it’s almost uncomfortable watching him get hit, but hey I’m an equal opportunist. Chamuel pins Microman with a leg drop. First Fall: Chamuel pins Microman with a leg drop.

Second fall doesn’t last too long. Microman hits a dive to the outside on Chamuel, and then Gallito and Guapito roll up the other two for the fall. Second Fall: Guapito rolls up Perico for the pin.

Lucha wikia says Microman is 3 foot 6 inches. That’s an absolute lie. Guapito starts the next fall with Chamuel. I’ll say it’s actually impressive for how fast they move considering the limits nature has bestowed on them. Our guy microman gets in there with Perico. They exchange chops. Perico looks like a giant next to microman. Microman hits a nice move in the corner and has he celebrates Chamuel kicks him. Chamuel is legit 3 times his size. Microman and Chamuel brawl on the outside. Gallito and Guapito hit, well, dives to the outside. Microman gets Chamuel in the ring and eventually hits a vader bomb for the win…. The crowd was actually really into this match. Third Fall: Microman pins Chamuel with the vader bomb.

Winners: Microman, Gallito, and Guapito

(Lightning Round) Dalys vs Reyna Isis

They start the match chain wrestling and transitioning between different holds. Reyna Isis does a sunset flip which undoes her pants and they fall revealing her thong. American crowd would have gone ballistic for that. She pulls them up and buttons them up. Dayls dominating her early into this match. Isis tries to make a comeback but she gets thwarted. Dalys throws her by her hair and ouch that looked painful. Reyna that rips off her pants and the crowd pops for that, but it signifies her attempting another comeback. This one more successful than the first. She hits a big splash to the outside and rolls her back into the ring. Reyna gets caught up on the apron and Dalys hits her with a double knee strike to the back. Dalys gains too much momentum for Isis and pins her with a running senton. Dalys pins Reyna Isis with a running senton.

Winner: Dalys

Soberano, Triton, and Esfinge vs Dragon Rojo, Hechicero, and Templario

Triton starts with Dragon Rojo and they trade submission holds and wrestling take downs seeing who can get the better of one another. After Triton knocks Rojo to the outside, Soberano and Templario make their way in. I’ll say Soberano is one of my favorites, everything he does looks so smooth and good. The early match trend continues, however, as he and Templario do some mat wrestling before the pace elevates. It’s time for Esfinge and Hechicero to show their stuff. Esfinge hits a nice head scissors takeover which leads to him doing a middle rope dive. After that brawling happens outside of the ring, Hechicero hits a big drop kick on Triton. Some big spots are exchanged until Esfinge gets Hechicero int his very elaborate submission for the fall. First Fall: Esfinge submits Hechicero.

Triton and Dragon Rojo start the second fall, which leads to Triton getting him on the outside only to feign a dive and hit a pose. Hechicero and Esfinge now have a stare down. Hechicero goes for the mask of Esfinge and while readjusting Esfinge basically exposed his face for a second. Soberano runs wild for a bit and goes for a dive and yep you guessed it, hit feigns it and hits a pose. But the cockiness leaves them susceptible to attack and that’s exactly what happens. Soberano starts to make a come back. He hits a hurricanrana on Templario then hits hime with a dive over the top. Esfinge and Triton ride the mometum until Hechicero works them over and hits Soberano with a suplex then a stalling face buster. Triton then hits a springboard dive on Hechicero. Templario hits a canadian destroyer on the apron on Soberano, and then he goes for a moonsault to the outside while Hechicero holds him and he completely smashes his face on the apron. They’re just exchanging big spot after big spot and kicking out of them. Triton hits a big type rope hurricanrana to the outside on Hechicero. Triton finally hits a big 450 on Dragon Rojo for a pin, then Soberano hits a canadian destroyer on Templario for the victory. Second Fall: Soberano pins Templario with a canadian destroyer.

Winners: Soberano, Triton, and Esfinge
