WWE News: Rhyno Clears The Air On Retirement Talk, His WWE Future

What does the future hold for Rhyno?

Last week on RAW, General Manager Elect Baron Corbin’s reign of terror continued, leading to the end of a two-year run for one of the red brand’s tag teams.

After being forced to face one another where the loser would be fired from RAW, Heath Slater and Rhyno were officially split up after ‘The One Man Band’ picked up the win and then later on, an unwanted job as a WWE referee instead of competing in the ring. Meanwhile, it was the end of the line on Monday nights for ‘The Man Beast’, yet he continued to compete on RAW Live Events.

Also as noted, there had been a report that following the match with Slater, Rhyno announced his retirement to the live crowd during the commercial (see that story here). However, it was never addressed by WWE and again, he continued to compete on Live Events. It now looks like that was not in fact the case and was merely just a rumor, as WWE has posted the following of Rhyno addressing his future:
