WWE News: SmackDown Live Event Results From Stockton, California (12/17/18)

Results from last night’s WWE SmackDown Live Event!

While Monday Night RAW was in Sacramento last night for its live broadcast on USA Network and to tape next week’s Christmas Eve episode (go here for spoilers), the SmackDown Live brand completed their run of Live Events over the weekend with a show in Stockton, California.

Among all the action for fans in attendance last night was Asuka’s first defense of her newly won SmackDown Women’s Championship, plus Samoa Joe went one-on-one with Jeff Hardy, as well as a 6-Man Tag Team main event where AJ Styles partnered up with Rey Mysterio and Rusev to take on Randy Orton, United States Champion Shinsuke Nakamura and WWE Champion Daniel Bryan. Below are the results:

• SmackDown Tag Title Triple Threat: The Bar retained over The New Day & The Usos
• Lana & Naomi defeated The IIconics
• R-Truth defeated Shelton Benjamin in a very quick match, Andrade ‘Cien’ Almas & Zelina Vega came out after to challenge Truth & Carmella
• R-Truth & Carmella defeated Andrade ‘Cien’ Almas & Zelina Vega
• Jeff Hardy defeated Samoa Joe
• The Miz hosted MizTV with Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair & Asuka
• SmackDown Women’s Title Triple Threat: Asuka retained over Becky Lynch & Charlotte Flair
• AJ Styles, Rey Mysterio & Rusev defeated Daniel Bryan, Randy Orton & Shinsuke Nakamura
