What happens to R-Truth and his WWE 24/7 Championship when he arrives at the airport headed for Super Showdown? Does he at least get through security?

He finishes up a phone call with Mrs. Truth, assuring them “they can’t get me on foreign ground.” But Jinder Mahal and a referee sneak up behind him! Mahal rolls Truth up! Mahal wins!!

The Modern Day Maharaja snatches up his belt and brings it as carry-on onto Atlas Air! He is now the two-time champion, and leaves Truth dumbfounded! Will Truth be able to reclaim that title while in the air? Or when they make land at Jeddah?

My Thoughts:

Well, that was another quick plug for the 24/7 Championship. I was honestly very curious what they’d do this close to Super Showdown, and would’ve loved to seen just a short gag while they were flying. But at the same time, that might not be all that save, there isn’t a lot of space in an airplane for a roll up and cover. Mahal did make good on a promise via a YouTube exclusive, that probably took place between SmackDown and 205 Live on Tuesday. The “15-Second Champion” will surely have that belt a lot longer now, but I would love to see another one of these later tonight or early tomorrow morning just before Super Showdown begins for Truth to become a five-time 24/7 Champion. If not, he can get it back when they return for Raw on Monday so that a live crowd gets to see some good shenanigans.
