AEW has a special edition of Dark! Recorded in Washington, D.C. on January 21st, we see four big time matches, including the return of ABADON!

QUICK NOTES

Well isn’t this a surprise? For whatever reason, four matches that weren’t aired a few weeks ago pop up right here between Dynamite and Rampage. Honestly, Thursday is where Dark should go so maybe they’re testing the waters. At the same time, I hope having only four matches on the card means these four matches went the distance. Okay, well, Abadon is probably gonna eat Gia Scott’s soul, but the other three matches could easily go 15 minutes each.

AFTER WATCHING

Alright, well, not 15 minutes, but a good 10 to 12 minutes was pretty good. Solo winning was a bit of a surprise but with The Factory ringside, they helped him win and built that Heel heat. Abadon’s match went as expected, then we got a good promo from Big Shotty before a great match with Hobbs. And of course, a great Six Man Tag main event, though I will say the one weak spot was Gin ‘n’ Juice turning into a Meteora. They couldn’t do it all in one smooth motion, but that was still an awesome idea.
