These matches were recorded back on June 11th, but they’ll of course be treated as momentum builders for everyone going into current stories. Good to see Vary Morales and JDX back, it’s been a minute. Same for seeing The Wingmen, Avalon & Bononi. “Terry Yaki” is a hilarious name, but him and his team are totally losing. And Jay Lethal VS Blake Christian could be an awesome match, but this is Dark so they’ll just have a very good match. WWE didn’t know what they were doing with their Cruiserweights, they didn’t care because Vince doesn’t care, but AEW can be where a wrestler like Blake Christian can really shine.
