The Absolute thought he was done facing factions, but he didn’t bet on “Bullet Club Gold” deciding to be All Elite. The Switchblade and the Booster beat him down, then they beat up on the Perfect 10, only to give them both a reason to team up! Will it be #AbsolutePerfect10n that wins the day? Or will these high rollers win big?

But Starks doesn’t wait for a bell, he and Spears attack BCG right away! They brawl, the bell rings, and Spears throws hands on Jay while Starks is after Juice! Jay ‘n’ Juice turn it around, the ref reprimands, but then Starks & Spears turn it back around! Starks fires hands, Spears stomps, but then Juice turns it back around! Spears throws Jay out of the ring while Juice throws hands. The ref counts, Juice lets off and TOSSES Starks out. Jay CHOPS Spears, then Juice goes to the apron to leap, into a body shot! Starks RAMS Juice into the railing, Spears does the same to Jay. Jay rakes Spears’ eyes!

Starks whips Juice into the railing! Jay CHOPS Spears, Starks puts Juice in the ring, but Jay CHOKES Spears with camera cables! The ref reprimands, Jay stops, and Starks rains down fists on Juice. Jay complains, btu then Spears trips Jay! Starks CHOPS Juice in the corner, and then CHOPS again! Starks grinds his forearms into Juice, then CHOPS him! Tag to Spears, they double whip and double ELBOW Juice down! Starks pushes Juice down, Spears drops a leg! Cover, ONE! Spears keeps Juice from Jay, wrenches his arm and tags in Starks. Starks hops up to AX HANDLE Juice’s arm!

Starks scoops and SLAMS Juice, tags Spears back in, and then watches Jay. Spears taunts Jay with finger guns, then goes back for Juice. Spears bumps Juice off buckles, climbs up and fans fire up as he rains down punches! The fans count along, all the way to nine, but Jay storms over! Spears gives Jay TEN! Spears then brings Juice up to whip, Juice reverses, and Jay gets a cheap shot in! Spears DECKS Jay for it, but Juice LEG LARIATS Spears! Juice drags Spears up, throws him out, and Juice distracts the ref so Jay can APRON GOURD BUSTER Spears down! Spears writhes, Starks complains, but the ref keeps him back!

Rampage goes picture in picture as Juice gets away from Starks, and Jay throws more hands on Spears. The ref reprimands Jay as he plays innocent, and Jay puts Spears back in. Juice tags Jay in, and Jay drags Spears up to RAM him into the corner! Jay RAMS into Spears again and again, then tags in Juice. Juice RAMS into Spears again and again! Jay mocks the “Ten!” and then Juice pushes Spears down. Juice drags Spears back up, winds up, and DECKS him with the Left Hand o’ God! Juice then SENTONS! Cover, TWO! Spears hangs tough while Juice complains about the count. Juice drags Spears back up to wrench.

Juice whips Spears hard into the corner as Rampage returns to single picture. Tag to Jay, he drags Spears up and Too Sweet CHOPS! Fans “WOO~!” while Jay grins. Jay stands Spears back up to Too Sweet CHOP! Spears leans against the buckles but Jay stands him up again. CHOP! Spears CHOPS! And CHOPS! Jay dropkicks the legs out! Spears clutches the knee and Starks is furious, but Jay mocks Starks’ pose. Jay covers Spears, TWO! Jay clamps onto Spears with a chinlock. Jay grinds Spears, taunts him, and fans rally up. Spears fights up, throws body shots, and reaches for Starks.

Jay keeps Spears away, CLUBS him down, then sucker punches Starks! Juice shouts, “RICKY SUCKS!” Jay drags Spears up but Spears suplexes instead! Fans fire up while both men are down! Spears and Jay crawl, hot tags to Juice and Starks! The Absolute dodges then CLOBBERS Juice! Starks scares Jay off, dodges Juice and back drops him! Jay returns but then scurries away. Juice waistlocks. Starks elbows free but Juice knees low. Juice whips, Starks reverses, but Juice blocks the tornado DDT! So Starks suplexes to a NORTHERN LIGHTS DRIVER! Fans fire up with Starks, Jay runs in, but Starks fires off body shots!

Starks ROCKS Jay again and again, then clotheslines him up and out! Starks runs at the corner to ELBOW Juice! Starks puts Juice up top, climbs up after him, and poses. Spears sneaks a tag, SUPERPLEX! Spears goes up, FROG SPLASH! Cover, TWO!! Fans fire up and rally behind Spears, and he watches Juice. Juice stands, Spears fireman’s carries, but Juice CLAWS the eyes! Tag to Jay, he runs in, but into a fireman’s carry! Jay fights free, CHOPS, and Spears sputters. Jay runs, into a POP-UP SPINEBUSTER!! Cover, Juice breaks it!! Juice whips, Spears reverses and Juice tumbles out. Starks runs in to CLOBBER Juice!

Starks gets up, Jay BLASTS him! Jay blocks a superkick, but then Spears comes right back to SUPERKICK! Fireman’s carry, but Jay slips out! Clinch, BLADERUNNER!! Cover, BCG wins!

It was fast and furious, but not over yet as Starks CLOBBERS Jay! Starks rains down fists, Juice drags him off Jay! Juice hammers Starks, but Starks pushes him down to fire off in return! Juice shoves free but Starks pursues! Starks fires hands, whips, but Juice reverses! Starks ducks ‘n’ dodges, but Juice avoids the Absolute Spear! Starks is furious as Bullet Club regroups and retreats. Jay says he owns the ring, and he owns Starks! Will Bullet Club taking over AEW be an absolute?

Backstage interview with #HardyParty.

Lexi Nair is with Hook & The Hardy Boyz, saying Matt asked for this time. We know Isiah Kassidy is still MIA, and Matt says the reason for that is because The Firm are behind it! Where is Isiah!? But then The Firm is on the tron! Lee Moriarty says, “Come check this out.” Stokely Hathaway says, “Matt ‘n’ Jeff, I heard you were looking for your boy, Isiah. It’s an evil world we live in. But we caught your boy lacking at Applebee’s. It’s a damn shame when you get your ass beat in a booth, eating cornbread, drinking Long Island Iced Tea with Mary J. Blige playing in the background.”

As for Isiah, he’s up there! The camera looks up to the top of the shelf unit to see Ethan Page & “Big Bill” Morrissey mugging Kassidy! Stokely asks, “When is the damn match? I wanna know!” Ethan says no more “asking!” This is how this is gonna go down! Big Bill choke grips Kassidy, and Ethan says this all happens next Friday on Rampage, at the Compound! And if they don’t agree, Kassidy is going down! But they promise that if Hardy accepts, Kassidy will be fine. Matt says okay! They will do this at the Compound! Ethan is a man of his word, so Bill can let him go. Bill DROPS Kassidy to the floor!!

The Hardys freak out and Stokely says see you next week. Well, maybe not Kassidy. But Stokely looks forward to visiting the Hardys’ house, turning on all their lights and running up that electric bill. Matt vows the Firm is all dead! Hook says “The Firm’s getting deleted.” Will this be less a deletion and more an execution?

Naturally Limitless VS Brady Pierce & Charlie James!

Keith Lee thought he was done with Swerve Strickland, but Swerve wasn’t done with him. Keith reunites with Dustin Rhodes to show the now Mogul Embassy what they’re dealing with. Will Swerve rethink his business plan after seeing this match?

The teams sort out, Dustin starts against Pierce and the two circle. They tie up, Dustin headlocks, but Pierce powers out. Dustin runs Pierce over, things keep moving, and Dustin slips out of the scoop to shove, kick and RHODES UPPERCUT! Then arm-drag! Dustin has the armlock, he brings Pierce up and tags in Keith. Fans fire up as Naturally Limitless double whip Pierce to ropes, then DOUBLE BACK DROP! Pierce flounders away as fans sing “OH~ Bask In His Glory~!” Keith conducts the choir and welcomes James as he tags in. Fans rally with “CHA! CHA! CHA!” Charlie, but Keith runs him over!

And runs him over again! Charlie goes to a corner, Keith runs in to SPLASH! And then he TOSSES Charlie across the ring! Pierce gets in to help his partner, but Keith CLOBBERS them both! Dustin gets in now, and he wants to fly. Keith TOSSES Dustin at Pierce and Charlie! Dustin then clotheslines Pierce out, and he feeds Charlie to the SPIRIT BOMB!! Cover, Naturally Limitless win!

Backstage interview with Sammy Guevara.

Lexi is with the Spanish God and brings up that on Dynamite, MJF kind of left Sammy behind. A lot of people are wondering if Sammy and MJF will be back on the same page next week for that tag team match. Tay Melo says they will, and then pushes Lexi aside so she can talk with Sammy. Tay says she loves Sammy, but he knows MJF is not really his friend, right? He’s not! Tay is his wife, she wants the best for him, but what is he doing? Look at your shirt. Do you think Lil’ Sammy would be proud of what Sammy’s doing now? She says no, of course he wouldn’t!

Sammy’s biggest dream is to be world champion! And now he has the biggest opportunity of his life, and he’s gonna do what? Lay down in the main event for MJF? Why!? For money? Sammy doesn’t even need money anymore! And he doesn’t like MJF! So what is he doing? Just listen to her. Will the Spanish God see sense in what Tay is telling him?

Anna Jay VS Ashley D’Amboise!

While the Queenslayer wants after Julia Hart, she’ll settle for tuning up against #JackedBarbie. Will Anna’s fat, uh, peach and bad attitude be more than enough?

The bell rings and the two circle. Fans rally for Ashely as a hometown hero, and she ties up with Anna. Anna powers Ashley to a corner, then LEG LARIATS! Anna KNEES Ashley low, whips her corner to corner, but Ashley goes up and over! Ashley arm-drags Anna, and arm-drags her again! Ashley grinds the armlock, but Anna pulls hair to put Ashley in the corner. Ashley turns it around to RAM into Anna! And again! The ref counts, Ashley lets off and whips corner to corner, then runs in, but Anna slips to the apron! SWING KICK! HOTSHOT! Fans boo but Anna drags Ashley to the corner to bend her against the post!

The ref reprimands and counts but Anna lets off at 4. Anna smirks and pushes Ashley back in while Rampage goes picture in picture.

Anna puts Ashley on ropes to CHOKE her! The ref counts, Anna lets off at 4, then stalks Ashley. Anna drags Ashley up to bump her off buckles, then reels her into a dragon sleeper! BACKBREAKER, but Anna holds on, for another BACKBREAKER! And then a SLAM! Cover, TWO! Anna seethes but she stomps Ashley to the ropes. Anna stands on Ashley’s neck, the ref counts, and Anna steps off. Anna stomps Ashley, then brings her back onto ropes. Anna CHOKES Ashley again! The ref counts, Anna lets off at 4, and Ashley sputters. Anna drags Ashley up to bump off buckles, and fires off body shots!

Anna digs her boot into Ashley’s face, but lets off as the ref counts. Anna taunts the fans, drags her up again, and bumps her off buckles. Anna headlocks, grinds Ashley down, and smothers her into the mat. Ashley fights back up to her feet while Rampage goes to break.

Rampage returns and Ashley THROWS Anna away! Fans fire up and Ashley storms up on Anna. Ashley drags Anna up to whip, but Anna reverses. Anna reels Ashley in, turns her, and hits a NECKBREAKER! Ashley sputters again but Anna wraps on the QUEENSLAYER! Ashley taps, Anna wins!

Winner: Anna Jay, by submission

Anna smiles as she stands over Ashley. But then the lights go out! And when they come up, Julia Hart is in the ring! Julia CLOBBERS Anna from behind, and then goes out after her! Julia dribbles Anna’s face off the floor! Julia drags Anna up but Anna throws hands! Julia whips, Anna reverses, and Anna POSTS Julia! Anna then puts Julia in the ring, to bend her against the post! The refs rush in to stop this, and Anna lets go of Julia. Anna fumes but she heads to the back. Will things only grow more brutal between these two?

The Outcasts speak backstage.

Showing off their new shirts with Britt Baker’s black eye on it, Toni Storm says, “Hello, losers,” while Saraya & Ruby Soho throw up the L’s on their foreheads. Saraya says they heard what Britt & Hayter said on Dynamite, and Soho says between the two of them, the Outcasts just don’t care. Britt & Hayter talk so much, but don’t walk the walk all that much. Unlike the three of them. They’re proving their points! And speaking of, Willow Nightingale wants to prove a point. Saraya says, “Well guess what, baby girl? You’re so lucky, because you get to face me!” Yes, the world famous Saraya, on Dynamite!

And Saraya is gonna walk her like a dog! RUFF RUFF! And they show everyone why AEW is THEIR house.

Six Man Tag: The Acclaimed VS Ryzin, Cameron Stewart & ???

Max Caster, Anthony Bowens & Billy Gunn are set for a rare trios outing! And of course, Platinum Max has a diss track on deck! “The Acclaimed, we abusing you cowards like DeSantis loses political power! Yo, someone check this dude’s phone. Looking like a guy who can’t go into a school zone! You lookin’ scrambled like a word game. Leave your eyes blacker than the new Little Mermaid!” Ryzin takes offense and rushes the ramp, only for Bowens to ROLLING ELBOW him down! “You can’t bruise the squad. You’re losing the match like Don Lemon loses jobs.”

Bowens takes the mic to say, “FORT LAUDERDAAAALE~!” Bowens then SUPERKICKS another of their opponents! “The Acclaimed have arrived! SCISSOR ME, DADDY ASS~!” But then #OnlyCam gets in the way, wanting to join in. Billy CLOBBERS him for it! Caster laughs and the bell rings. Cameron Stewart flounders, fans cheer on Daddy Ass, and he brings Cameron up as the fans sing, “OH~ Scissor Me, Daddy~!” Billy hits the FAMOUSER! Billy stands Cam back up, for the ARRIVAL! Another case of early start time, Rampage will be on at 5:30 PM Eastern, 2:30 Pacific! And the Firm Deletion at the Hardy Compound will go down! Will Kassidy be in any shape to help Hook & the Hardys tear down Stokely and his squad?

Mark Henry welcomes us back to Rampage.

The World’s Strongest Man starts by bringing up what Sonjay Dutt did on Wednesday, and asks if we should expect the same thing happening here tonight. Jay Lethal says, “What a stupid question, moron! You should be concerned with the fact that two days ago, Jeff Jarrett beat Dax live on Dynamite. And tonight, I burst that bubble that FTR’s been living in when I beat Cash, solidifying the fact that they can’t hold a candle to Jeff Jarrett and myself. And it’s just a matter of time before you are looking at the next AEW Tag Team Champions. So shine ’em up, boys, keep ’em warm for us.”

Cash says that wasn’t a dumb question from Mark, but we all do know the answer: of course they’re gonna cheat, it’s what they do every time! You can’t trust Jarrett, Lethal, or Sonjay, and the giant just does what he’s told. Lethal and his friends mock the talking and the tears, but Cash says even if they do cheat, they won’t win. FTR will have their friend, Mark Briscoe, ringside to stop the cheating. Triple J has the worst of intentions for FTR and Mark, so FTR will make sure Triple J doesn’t get what they want. Then it looks like there’s been enough talk. It’s TIME for the main event! Will Triple J #FearTheRepercussions of their actions?

Cash Wheeler w/ Dax Harwood VS Jay Lethal w/ Team Triple J!

Mark Briscoe makes his way to ringside as tonight’s special enforcer. Will the Sussex County Chicken be able to keep this a fair fight between his friends?

The bell rings and the two circle. They feel out the grapple, but Lethal bails out. Only for Dax to be right there! Lethal hurries away and Dax says relax, he wasn’t gonna do anything. Lethal hugs Mark, then gets back in the ring. Lethal and Cash tie up, but Cash avoids the body shot! The two go again, tie up, and Cash puts Lethal in the corner. Lethal turns it around, Cash turns it back around, but then Lethal turns it around. Lethal throws a knee and fast hands! The ref reprimands and counts, but Cash CHOPS! And CHOPS! Lethal knees low again, throws more body shots, and he puts Cash in a corner.

Lethal throws knee after knee but Cash ROCKS him with a forearm! Cash UPPERCUTS, but Lethal headlocks. Cash powers up and out, but Lethal runs him over! Things speed up, Lethal scoops Cash and SLAMS him! Lethal struts, then he scoops to SLAM Cash again! Lethal struts some more, then scoops Cash again. Cash slips free, Lethal kicks low and whips, but Cash turns hip toss into hip toss! And then arm-drags! Cash has the armlock and shifts to a top wristlock. Lethal fights up, Cash wrenches, but Lethal pulls hair! Lethal whips, things speed up, and Lethal knees low! Fans boo but Triple J soaks it all up.

Sonjay gets at the Hogan cosplayer and takes his sign! Fans boo but Lethal  whips Cash. Cash reverses, he gets under the handspring, and then runs to hurdle and DROPKICK Lethal! Lethal gets up, Cash KNEES him! Cash whips and RAMS Lethal, then whips him the other way for a BIG back drop! Fans fire up and Cash clotheslines Lethal up and out! “Top guys!” Fans fire up with FTR and Mark applauds while Rampage goes picture in picture.

Lethal gets up, but Cash WRECKS him with a dropkick! Not the best for Cash as he hobbles a bit, but he gets Lethal up to CHOP him! Cash puts Lethal in the ring, then he struts to mock Jarrett! Jarrett complains but Cash goes up the corner. Sonjay distracts and Lethal SHOVES Cash off the top! Mark complains but Jarrett just shrugs. Dax checks Cash, Mark argues with Sonjay but Sonjay just shrugs. Cash crawls but Lethal is on him, and RAMS him into the apron! Lethal refreshes the ring count, tells Dax to back off, and then he puts Cash back in. Lethal gest the arms so he can DRAGON STOMP Cash!

Lethal digs his boot in, but he lets off when Cash doesn’t give up. Cash throws a body shot but Lethal knees low, then CHOPS Cash off his feet! Cash goes to the apron but Lethal drags him back in to stomp away! The ref counts, Lethal lets off, and Cash sits up. Lethal drags Cash up, wrenches, whips, but Cash sunset flips! Lethal stays up, and he CLUBS the hands to then stomp Cash in the gut! Lethal drops an elbow, covers, TWO! Lethal wraps on a bearhug to squeeze Cash. Cash endures, fights up, and he throws elbows. Cash gets free, but Lethal reels Cash back in for a BIG back suplex! Cash sputters while Lethal checks his chin.

Lethal drags Cash to a cover, TWO! Lethal wraps the bearhug back on and squeezes tight. Cash endures, fights back up, and Rampage returns to single picture. Cash goes around, switches, but Lethal switches back to have the COBRA TWIST! Cash endures, grabs at Lethal’s face, but Lethal pulls harder on the hold. Fans rally, Cash powers out and throws body shots! Lethal whips, Cash hits hard off buckles. Lethal puts the COBRA TWIST back on! Cash endures again, Lethal pulls hair, but the ref reprimands. Lethal throws hands into Cash’s ribs, and then reaches out. Sonjay reaches in, but Mark stops Sonjay from making the chain!

Fans cheer Mark as he scolds Sonjay, and Cash hip tosses free! Lethal shoves Cash, gets him back, but they go around and around, and Cash rolls Lethal! TWO, Lethal scoops, but Cash cradles! TWO! Cash whips, Lethal reverses and FLAPJACK HOTSHOTS! Cash falls and sputters while Lethal catches his own breath. Lethal drags Cash to center, then struts around. Sonjay and Satnam mirror Lethal, and Lethal goes to the corner. Lethal climbs, Dax coaches Cash, and Lethal winks to Jarrett. MACHO ELBOW onto knees! Cash saves himself and Sonjay freaks out! Fans rally up as Cash rises!

Things speed up, Cash drops, hurdles and MONKEY FLIPS! Lethal staggers up, into body shots! Cash JABS, JABS and BACK HANDS, then UPPERCUTS! Cash whips, Lethal reverses but Cash catches the hurdle to a POWERSLAM! Fans fire up and Mark cheers as Cash hits a TORNADO DDT! Cover, TWO! Fans rally up as Cash huffs and puffs. Cash drags Lethal up, reels him in, but Lethal fights the driver! Lethal wrenches, Cash tries again, but Lethal slips out underneath! Trip and jackknife, TWO as Cash bridges up! Cash spins Lethal around, but the back holds him back! Lethal back drops free!

Cash stands, into the LETHAL COMBINATION! Lethal grits his teeth and Team Triple J says to finish it! Lethal waits on Cash to rise, then he handsprings, LETHAL- NO, Cash Gory Especials out of the handspring! Lethal fights but Cash still hits the GORY BOMB!! Cover, Sonjay’s in the ring?! The count stops and Sonjay scurries away, but Mark is right on him! They argue, Cash is distracted, Lethal shoves Cash into Mark! Dax catches Mark, Lethal handsprings, LETHAL INJECTION!! Cover, Lethal wins!!

Mark is confused, but to think Triple J would literally use him against FTR! But now, Triple J has swept FTR in the 1v1 matches, will they get a shot at the AEW World Tag Team Championships?

My Thoughts:

A really good Rampage, though a bit more packed than I thought they’d do for an earlier broadcast edition. Basically three squashes right in the middle there with Keith & Dustin winning their tag match, The Acclaimed not even giving their opponents time for introductions, and Anna getting a good match out of Ashley but otherwise being dominant in her win. Swerve & The Mogul Embassy finally show up all together, and I feel like we either get two 2v2 tag matches where Naturally Limitless beat Kaun & Liona to then go after Swerve & Cage, or we get another team involved to back Keith & Dustin up in an 8 Man Tag. Julia of course shows up to go after Anna, and just as I was wondering, The Acclaimed ARE getting in on the Trios Division with that battle royal.

Good promo from Hardy Party, but of course The Firm wasn’t going to spare Kassidy. Now, the graphic shows Kassidy will still be part of the 8 Man “Firm Deletion,” but I feel like there would’ve been more drama if Kassidy was now out, and it was a 4v3. Good promo from The Outcasts to call out Britt & Hayter, and hopefully this means things are speeding up in this story. Saraya will surely beat Willow with help from The Outcasts, she probably gets a 1v1 with Hayter for the title, and that could go either way. But in the end, we need this to become some sort of Six Woman or bigger match to really play on Outsiders VS Homegrown.

Good promo from Sammy and Tay, though obviously it was mostly Tay speaking. She makes a lot of good points that needed to be said on air, and Sammy will surely see what she means. Sammy can still help MJF win the tag match on Wednesday, but then he swerves MJF in the title match and actually make it a match. Really good tag match to open the night, and good win for Starks & Spears, but of course this isn’t over here. Starks VS Juice will be a good 1v1 match, and maybe we get Spears VS White to parallel it. But for some reason, this feels like the same backwards pacing as Starks VS Jericho…

And great stuff out of the main event. Good to see we got a Mark Henry interview again, and great match, even with the overbooking. Cash was right, Triple J did cheat again, but in a way that was very clever. Lethal and Jarrett each winning means they’re getting a tag title shot, but I wouldn’t mind seeing Mark join with FTR to take on Lethal, Jarrett & Satnam in a Six Man Tag as a tune-up.
