The trios sort out and Vikingo starts against QT. Fans rally for Vikingo but QT mocks his height. Vikingo shoves QT, then dodges his haymaker. QT dodges the kick, things speed up, and Vikingo handsprings! QT gets out of the way, and fans fire up as things keep moving. QT handsprings, and does his own superhero stance. Fans boo, that was not on the same level. Vikingo kicks QT, whips, but QT reverses. Vikingo goes out and springboards back in to MISSILE DROPKICK! QT ends up in a corner and fans fire up. Viking whips again,. QT reverses again but Vikingo HEEL KICKS! Then GAMANGIRIS in the corner!

Vikingo GAMANGIRIS again! Fans fire up as Viking climbs, and he IMPLODER DRAGON RANAS! Fans fire up again and Vikingo SCREW HIGH KICKS! Vikingo doesn’t stop there, he goes outside for the OUTSIDE-IN PHOENIX SPLASH! Cover, TWO!! QT survives but Vikingo brings him up. QT pushes Vikingo away to take in Solo. Fenix tags in and steps up. Solo shoves them CHOPS, but Fenix CHOPS! Solo CHOPS, Fenix CHOPS, and Solo fires off forearms! Solo whips, Fenix tiger feints and rewinds, but Solo ducks the heel kick to waistlock! Fenix switches, ripcords and CHOPS!

Fenix knuckle locks, goes up and up and arm-drags Solo away! Then Fenix somersaults, into a HAYMAKER! Solo whips, Fenix ducks ‘n’ dodges, tiger feint rewind HEEL KICK! Solo staggers, into a somersault victory roll takedown! Solo scrambles out of the kneebar to tag in Hobbs! Fans boo but Penta tags in. Fans fire up as Penta CROSSBODIES Hobbs! Then ducks, dodges, and tells Hobbs to stop! “CERO! MIEDO!” Hobbs says no, but Penta SOBATS! Hobbs wrenches out and scoops but Penta slips free. Penta shoves and SUPERKICKS! Hobbs wobbles, ‘CERO! MIEDO!” Penta runs, but Hobbs CLOBBERS him!

Fans boo but Fenix leaps in, only for Hobbs to DECK him! Vikingo springboards in, but into a POWERBOMB! Hobbs and his team soak up all the heat and Hobbs goes back to Penta. Hobbs mocks Cero Miedo and he drags Penta up. Hobbs suplexes and holds Penta up, before the SLAM! Fans boo more but Hobbs pushes Penta down. Hobbs paces, drags Penta back up, and he TOSSES Penta out. Fans boo as QT tags and brings Penta around. Fans chant “QT SUCKS!” as QT gives Penta a body shot! And then JABS Penta, and then POSTS him! Fans boo more as Rampage goes picture in picture.

QT brings out a TABLE! Hobbs CLOBBERS Penta while the ref is distracted! Hobbs CHOKES Penta while QT sets the table up. Hobbs and QT finish setting the table at ringside, then QT goes back to Penta. QT puts Penta in, and keeps him from his corner by holding onto the mask! Tag to Solo and they stomp Penta down. Solo bumps Penta off buckles, throws body shots, then gets his mouth spray. Solo spritz while he stomps! Solo then runs in to basement dropkick! Solo grins, drags Penta up and snap suplexes. Cover, TWO! Solo drags Penta up and Rampage returns to single picture. Solo bumps Penta off buckles then tags Hobbs.

Solo feeds Penta to Hobbs’ LARIAT! Hobbs then drags Penta back and tags QT. QT drags Penta up, Solo tags in, and QTV double whip. Penta KICKS Solo, dodges QT and SUPERKICKS him! Fenix CLUBS Solo, brings him up but Solo knees free! Solo ROCKS Fenix, GAMANGIRIS, and Hobbs SPLASHES in the corner! Feed to QT’s POP-UP FAST BALL! Solo DIVING DOUBLE STOMPS! Cover, Penta and Viking break it! QT TOSSES Penta, Hobbs fires fists with Vikingo! Hobbs DECKS Vikingo and Solo brings Fenix up. Solo suplexes but Fenix knees free! It would see The Ocho refuses to join commentary, but he has requested time to speak. Lexi knocks on the door, Jericho asks who it is, and Lexi introduces herself. Is she sure she’s Lexi? Yes… Jericho opens the door and sees it is Lexi. He thanks her for this time, and wants to apologize to everyone for not “being able to perform” his duties on Rampage due to the actions of Adam Cole and Britt Baker on Dynamite. But also, we saw on Dynamite that Team Triple J officially challenged FTR for their AEW World Tag titles at Double or Nothing. But speaking of, here comes Triple J! Sonjay Dutt says they had a blast at the farm! Jarrett loved the fish they caught and the strategy they talked! And to get to it, how is FTR going to respond? Are they accepting the challenge? Because Lethal & Jarrett are definitely becoming NEW tag team champions. Jarrett agrees, it’s gonna happen.

Mark says he’s never been one to speak for another, but he’s also never known FTR to back down from a fight. Lethal says friend to friend, Mark has a match and all, but can Mark reach out to FTR to make sure they “do the right thing.” Mark says they’re bugging. He has a match. Mark heads out, Triple J wishes him luck, and Lethal assures the group that Mark and him have been friends for a long time, Mark will do “the right thing.” So wait, then they’re walking out of Double or Nothing the champs? YEP! WOO! WOW! WOO!

Vance bails out, fans fire up with Mark, but Vance grabs a sign to rip it up! Vance disrespects the Briscoe kids right in front of their dad! Mark WRECKS Vance with a dropkick for it, then BLOCKBUSTERS  from the apron! Mark CHOPS Vance, and puts him in the ring! Fans fire up but Vance bails out. Mark pursues to CHOP again! And ROCK him with a haymaker! And then another! Mark keeps after Vance with CHOPS!

Vance goes back out to again taunt the Briscoe kids. Vance puts Mark in the ring, storms up on him, and throws hands! Mark staggers up into a CHOP! And CHOP! Vance knees low, but Mark CHOPS back! Mark sputters but fans rally up. Mark drags himself up in the corner, Vance storms up on in, and ROCKS him with a haymaker! Vance brings Mark around, snapmares, and chinlocks. Mark endures, fans rally up, and Mark fights up!

But Vance wrangles Mark back down! Vance squeezes tight but Mark fights up again. Mark throws body shots, but Vance CLUBS him down! Vance drags Mark up but Mark throws body shots and forearms! Rampage returns to single picture as Mark CHOPS! And CHOPS! And CHOPS! Mark swings, but into the TOP TEN FULL NELSON! Mark endures as Vance thrashes him around! But Mark goes to a corner, kicks back and rolls Vance up! TWO!! Vance lets Mark go, swings, but into a GERMAN SUPLEX! Mark swings, but into a GERMAN SUPLEX! Mark roars and rises up, but into the ROLLING ELBOW!

Mark comes back with a SHOTGUN BOOT! Fans rally up as Mark and Vance slowly rise. Mark points to the sky for his brother! Mark eggs Vance on so Vance ROCKS him with a forearm! Mark runs in to LARIAT Vance in the corner! Vance fights the clinch, spins, but Mark catches him! COMPLETE SHOT! Cover, TWO!! Vance survives but Mark points to the sky again. Mark calls his shot and the fans fire up! Mark drags Vance up, reels him in, underhooks, but Vance RAMS Mark into the corner! Vance runs, to DISCUS LARIAT!! But Vance is too tired to cover! Mark rolls out of the ring and flops towards the family. Vance pursues and he drags Mark up to put him back in the ring. Now Vance goes looking under the ring, and he brings out a chair! The ref reprimands, Vance hands the chair to Jose, but Mark BOOTS Vance!

Mark runs again, but into a SLINGSHOT SPEAR! Cover, TWO!! Mark survives and Vance is beside himself! Vance gets the chair from Jose, but the ref stops him again! The ref takes the chair, argues with Jose, but Vance LOW BLOWS Mark! And then covers, TWO!!! Mark survives again and Jose is freaking out! Vance drags Mark up and reels him in, then he says, “Reach for the sky, B*TCH!” Fans boo but Mark gets away. Vance storms up, and Mark dumps him to the apron! Vance falls to the floor, Mark sets up the chair! Mark builds speed and jumps off the chair to FLY!! Direct hit in front of the family!

Fans fire up and Mark puts Vance back in! And then Mark DECKS Jose! Mark gets in to run at Vance, BOOT! And then the underhooks, but Vance powers out! Vance ROCKS Mark, spins, but Mark ducks to spin him around! Knee low, underhooks, and JAY DRILLER!!! Cover, Mark wins!

And now the gates open. Vanguard 2 says, “Y’all rude AF.” And Matt Hardy says on hologram that they will learn that space and time work differently here. Your lives are about to flash before your very eyes! Wait, what? And then FLASH! And now it’s night?! But it was still light out when they arrived. Guess Matt wasn’t joking about that time-space continuum stuff… Vanguard buzzes The Firm, and Hardy has the ROMAN CANDLE! RUN!!

Hook finishes eating chips and he joins in on the literal fireworks. The refs and Lexi Nair head out to keep an eye on this. The Hardy Party storms up and Stokely runs for it! Moriarty, Morrissey and Ethan brawl with Hardy Party! Morrissey lifts Kassidy but he fights free! Hook and Lee trade headlocks while Matt fires knees off on Ethan! Hook gets a dragon sleeper on Lee! Morrissey shoves Kassidy down but Jeff comes back with hands! Jeff RAMS Morrissey into a tree! Then brings him around, only for Morrissey to whip Jeff into a tree! Kassidy jumps on with a SLEEPER! They mug Morrissey but he TOSSES Kassidy!

Morrissey BOOTS Jeff, then throws off his jacket to haul Kassidy up. CHOKE SLAM into the tree! And again! And again! And then onto the ground! Matt keeps hammering away on Ethan’s head! And then snap suplexes him into the dirt! Cover, TWO! Matt calls his shot, shouts “DELETE! DELETE!” and kicks low! But Ethan trips him to rain down fists! Ethan roars and he grabs a big stick. Meanwhile, Jeff SMACKS Morrissey with a BRANCH!

Jeff breaks off more branches from the tree, and he uses one to CHOKE Morrissey! Morrissey coughs and sputters as his eyes roll back! Morrissey grabs at the ground, is he tapping out? NO, he’s PASSING out! Jeff takes out Big Bill, now to find Stokely! Speaking of, he’s seeing visions of the past. Wait, in the tiny golf cart! MAXWELL AND WOLFIE! They’re driving right up on Stokely! He dodges in time! Big Bill gets back up and he seethes. He has a HUGE log! He CLOBBERS Jeff with the log! Meanwhile, Matt and Ethan have made their way to the Hardy training ring as Rampage goes picture in picture!

Matt catches Ethan for a SIDE EFFECT! Cover, TWO! Hook and Moriarty tumble into the training room brawling as Matt stands up and calls his shot again. Ethan rises, Matt kicks low, TWIST OF- NO, Ethan powers out! Stokely runs in, Ethan CLOBBERS Matt! Hook and Moriarty keep throwing hands, Ethan and Matt exit the ring. Now Hook and Moriarty get in and Moriarty stomps away on Hook! Ethan ROCKS Matt, Hook ROCKS Moriarty! Moriarty BUCKLE SHOTS Hook! And then goes up, but Hook avoids the flying knee to LARIAT! Matt sends Ethan into the wall! Stokely slides in to grab Hook’s arms!

Hook shakes Stokely off him, and Stokely apologizes. Hook hits Stokely with an EXPLODER! But Moriarty CALF KICKS Hook! Moriarty kips up, does his dance, and Ethan checks on Stokely. Hardy storms up, but Ethan kicks him low! Ethan goes for the TWIST- Hardy POSTS him! Moriarty SMACKS Hook off a chair! Then he JAMS Hook with the chair! Ethan puts a table in the ring, sets it up, but Hardy throws hands! Ethan RAMS Hardy into a corner, runs in, but into a BOOT! Matt goes up, but Ethan ROCKS him! Ethan scoops Matt, to POWERSLAM through the table!! Both men are down but Ethan drags himself up.

Ethan pushes the wreckage out of the way, and Rampage goes to break!

Rampage returns and Ethan covers, TWO!! Ethan is furious again as Caprice Coleman was slow to the count. Ethan says this will end it, and he goes up the corner. Matt embarrassed Ethan, lied to him, took everything from him, so now Ethan takes everything from Matt! Ethan mocks the Hardy fingers, leaps, but into a kick! TWIST OF FATE!!! Matt crawls to the cover, but Big Bill SMACKS Matt with a chair! And SMACKS him again! Bill helps Ethan up, hands him the chair, and Stokely has found his way to the Hardy home theater. Stokely’s gonna see if they have Coming 2 America.

Stokely presses play, but instead of playing a movie, the lights turn red! Stokely freaks out as a voice says, “This is about to be the best day in the life of a gothic baby.” And there’s a gothic baby! Yeah, well, Stokely’s the Gotham Knight! What’s this baby gonna do? But in slides Reby Hardy! She tells him in Spanish to get outta her house! He says he has no idea what she’s saying but will take it all as disrespectful. But then in walks Senor Benjamin! He TASES Stokely! And then Maxwell and Wolfie jump in to beat up on Stokely! Stokely says Tony Khan will pay for his crimes!

But back in the fight, Bill and Ethan choke Matt and Hook and throw them alongside Jeff. Moriarty joins in, but Ethan has lighter fluid!? He pours it all over the Hardy Boyz and Hook! The Firm wants to light them on fire!! The refs tell them no, but then Kassidy returns, moaning at the moon like a weird wolf man! Kassidy SUPER SWANTONS!!! Wait, that’s not just Kassidy, that’s BROTHER ZIAH!! He has truly BROKEN!! And Matt knew he’d come~! He always does, brother! And back to Stokely, he gets tased all the way to the ring! Reby and Benjamin put him in the ring, and then Reby takes care of Stokely with a TWIST OF FATE!!

Reby sends Maxwell, he goes up the corner! SWANTON BOMB!! “DELETE! DELETE! DELETE!” Reby has Maxxie calm down, time for bed. As for the fight outside, Kassidy turns things around with a CHAIR to Bill, and then a FLYING KNEE! Kassidy hammers Bill onto the table! Hook and Moriarty brawl, and Hook catches Moriarty, EL CAMINO through a table!! Kassidy goes up top, LEG DROP through the table!! Matt hammers Ethan and says it’s all Ethan’s fault! The Hardy Party regroups and Matt says they’re going to give “this hole of the ass” what he deserves! Matt, Jeff, Hook and Kassidy surround Ethan.

My Thoughts:

A very good Rampage here, though I was hoping there were less matches so there could be more time for The Firm Deletion. And as these cinematic Deletion matches go, this wasn’t exactly top tier, but I did appreciate they got the family in on it and the reference to the golf cart hit ‘n’ runs. And I figured the Hardy Party would win to finally end this saga with The Firm. I also liked that now even Isiah Kassidy has a BROKEN persona to match Matt and Jeff. Maybe now Matt & Jeff get back in the tag division. Triple J had a good promo with Mark, and of course they think they’re winning, but they’re definitely not.

Good match from Mark VS Vance and of course Mark wins. As good as Samoa Joe is just in general, I still think Mark should’ve won the ROH World TV Championship so he could be the one defending it on ROH TV each week. Also, what even is ROH weekly TV if we’re getting that Double Jeopardy concept on AEW. Fenix VS Claudio is still going to be awesome, but shouldn’t an ROH showdown be on ROH? And of course Jade squashes her opponent because she’s definitely still getting to 60-0 before losing that title. It should obviously be Taya getting a rematch where she can actually use the chicken wing facebuster, showing Jade got lucky the last time.

Good promo from Jericho talking about needing to be protected from Adam Cole. Is this how they’ll kayfabe explain AEW Collision becoming a thing? It’s already a way to give CM Punk where to go away from The Elite should Punk actually choose to return, so maybe they’re doing a work shoot by making it Cole and Jericho who need to be separated? And good promo from Cassidy and Garcia to hype up their match. I feel like Cassidy really will find a way, but what a move if Garcia were to win and bring gold to the JAS before Jericho or Sammy. And good promo from Anna and Julia, and No Holds Barred between them is going to be wild.

Good promo from Dustin to hype AEW in Austin, and of course the Mogul Embassy attacks. That definitely sets up a match with Naturally Limitless, probably just 2v2 of Swerve & Cage VS Dustin & Keith. And really good Six Man Tag to open the show. Vikingo & Lucha Bros basically survive since Hobbs got distracted and didn’t save his team. Vikingo & Lucha Bros should go for the ROH World Six Man Tag titles to get those off the Mogul Embassy, and Hobbs should snap and just decimate QTV on the set of QTV. I would love for Hobbs to wreck their TMZ parody and get back on track. Hobbs should be moving up to either the International or World Championship. MJF may be pissed about the Fatal 4, but he’d piss himself if Hobbs became #1 contender.
