Six Man Tag: The Dark Order VS Hangman Page & The Young Bucks!
Not only did we see Evil Uno, John Silver & Alex Reynolds go up against the Elite a few weeks ago, they got in the way of the Anxious Millennial Cowboy bashing Claudio Castagnoli with a chair on Dynamite! Will this drama of former friends all wrap up with a Rampage?
The trios sort out and Nick Jackson starts against Reynolds. They circle, tie up, and Nick headlocks. Reynolds powers out but Nick runs him over. Things speed up, Reynolds hurdles but Nick waistlocks. Reynolds bucks Nick, runs him over, then DECKS Hangman! Fans boo but the ref keeps Hangman back. Nick gets in Reynolds’ face about that, but Reynolds just DECKS him, too! Nick gets up and Hangman wants in. Nick tags him in and then Reynolds backs away. Fans boo and Hangman is annoyed. Reynolds returns slowly, and he circles with Hangman. They approach, Reynolds kicks low, but Hangman reverses the whip.
Reynolds ducks ‘n’ dodges and slides out, but he turns around into a PENALTY KICK from Nick! Fans fire up and Matt gets in to BLAST Uno & Silver! Hangman tags Nick and Matt whips Nick so he can FLY onto Uno & Silver! Hangman then goes up to ARIHARA MOONSAULT Reynolds at the ramp! Hangman puts Reynolds in for the Bucks and fans fire up. Matt tags in, he runs in, but into an elbow! Reynolds storms up but into the NORTHERN LIGHTS! Matt starts up the locomotion! Another NORTHERN LIGHTS, and then another! And then Silver runs in, but ends up part of a DOUBLE NORTHERN LIGHTS!
Fans are thunderous for The Elite and Matt drags Reynolds up. Tag to Hangman, he brings Reynolds around, and the Elite coordinates, BUCKLE BOMB DOUBLE ENZIGURI COMBO! Hangman tags Matt, Matt tags Nick, and the Bucks set up, RISKY BUSINESS! Cover, TWO!! Reynolds survives the onslaught but Nick paces around him. “This is Awesome!” as Nick bumps Reynolds off buckles and tags in Matt. Matt drags Reynolds around, but Reynolds shoves Matt to ropes! Uno dumps Matt out, and sets him up for Silver to BOOT! Silver UPPERCUTS Matt and puts him in the ring, Reynolds tags Uno.
Uno drags Matt up to bump him off buckles. Uno stomps a mudhole in but the ref counts. Uno digs his boots in but lets off at 4. Uno drags Matt back up, CHOPS him, and then bumps him off boots from Silver & Reynolds. Tag to Reynolds, he tags Silver, and the Dark Order whips Matt to a corner. Matt BOOTS Silver away, DUMPS Uno then TOSSES Reynolds! Silver runs in to CLOBBER Matt! Silver whips Matt to the corner, runs in, but Matt goes up and over! Only for Uno & Reynolds to YANK Hangman & Nick down from the apron! Matt turns around but dodges Silver to backslide as Rampage goes picture in picture!
Silver rolls through to fire off kick after kick after SUPERKICK! And deadlift BRAINBUSTER! Cover, TWO!! Matt survives but Silver keeps his cool. Silver flexes over Matt, then drags him up. Silver KICKS Matt more, then taunts Hangman, before he KICKS Matt more! Silver stalks Matt to a corner, drags him up and bumps him off buckles. Tag to Uno, he taunts Hangman, then throws hands on Matt. The ref counts, Uno lets off, and he tags in Reynolds. Reynolds drags Matt up but Matt fights back! Matt throws hands on everyone, but Reynolods DECKS Hangman! Reynolds clotheslines Matt in the corner!
Rampage returns to single picture as Reynolds puts Matt up top and backwards. Reynolds climbs up but Matt headlock punches and elbows away. Reynolds falls, fans fire up and Matt adjusts. To CROSSBODY Uno & Silver! Then Matt rushes into the ring, only for Reynolds to intercept! Matt throws elbows but Reynolds has a leg! Reynolds drags Matt back but Matt BOOTS him away! Hot tag to Hangman! The Cowboy rallies on Reynolds and whips him to ropes. Reynolds KICKS back, then runs in at the corner. Hangman BOOTS Reynolds, and TRIANGLE JUMP LARIATS Uno!
Hangman admits he stumbled there, but Reynolds runs in! Hangman TOSSES Reynolds out! Silver is up top, to CROSSBODY! But Hangman rolls through with it! FALL AWAY SLAM! And kip up to a PLANCHA on Reynolds! Hangman puts Reynolds in, climbs up a corner, and FLYING LARIATS! Cover, TWO!! Reynolds hangs tough and Hangman is frustrated. The fans rally up, Hangman brings Reynolds up and in, POWER- NO, Reynolds slips out! Reynolds fires off forearms on Hangman, then feeds him to Uno to DUMP him out! Silver & Reynolds anchor Hangman for Uno to BOOT down!
Silver & Reynolds then get Hangman back up, Uno runs again, another BOOT, but Hangman blocks it! DOUBLE SUPERKICKS for Silver & Reynolds! Hangman reverses positions with Uno, to BOOT him! The Bucks catch Uno, drape him out, and Hangman SHOOTING STARS to the floor!! Fans are thunderous as the Bucks get in the ring. Silver rushes in but Nick dumps him out! Reynolds runs in but Nick shoulders in and SLINGSHOT FACEBUSTERS! Cartwheel MOONSAULT onto Silver! And then another slingshot for a DESTROYER on Reynolds!! Hangman runs, Matt tags, LARIAT for Reynolds! MACHO ELBOW tops it off! Cover, TWO?!?
Fans are thunderous as Reynolds is still in this! The Bucks coordinate, Matt scoops Reynolds but he fights free. Reynolds sends Matt into Nick, then Silver & Reynolds start up the Wombo Combo! But Matt stops it at the stunner! Nick drags Silver out, Matt has Reynolds in position, MELTZER DRIVER!! Cover, Uno breaks it!! Matt and Reynolds crawl, hot tags to Uno and Hangman! They storm up and throw hands! The fans fire up again as this becomes a hockey fight! Uno ROCKS Hangman, runs, but Hangman follows and LARIATS! But Silver puts Hangman on ropes! BLINDSIDE BOOT WASH! GERMAN SUPLEX!
The Bucks return, Silver blocks one superkick, but Nick SUPERKICKS Silver! Reynolds gets up, the Bucks fake him out to mule kick the legs, then DOUBLE SUPERKICK! Uno returns, but the Bucks dodge to DOUBLE SUPERKICK again! The Bucks sit Uno back up, Hangman is on the apron. Silver & Reynolds anchor him, but the Bucks DIVE to take them out! Hangman aims, slingshots, but the ref is a shield! KONOSUKE TAKESHITA gets in! The ref has to stop Konosuke, and Uno LOW BLOWS Hangman! Claudio is here, too, and he UPPERCUTS Hangman!! Fans boo as Uno stacks Hangman, The Dark Order wins!!!

The Dark Order has joined the dark side! They got help from The Blackpool Combat Club, and now they serve the Elite up on a silver platter! Claudio and Konosuke have chairs, but here comes KENNY OMEGA! Fans fire up as he also has a chair! Omega gets Konosuke and Claudio to back down, but we all know this is going to come to a head in less than two weeks! Who will survive the Summer and win the war in Blood & Guts?!

QT Marshall says they’re back and on a win streak! Aaron Solo & Harley Cameron cheer that. QT says congrats to Powerhouse Hobbs for not only making Dustin Rhodes bleed but moving on in the Owen Hart Cup. Harley says now Hobbs can beat up on Ricky Starks, just like he used to. QT says big congrats to Johnny TV and uh, oh yeah! QT! They won their tag team debut! Aaron has the perfect team name for them: QT Marshall & Johnny TV… QTV! Uh, Aaron, that’s already their name. Nice! But one more congrats is in order. Congrats to Anthony Bowens for gracing the cover of Twenty Six Magazine.
Harley says she and Bowens are gonna make such a hot couple! QT and Aaron look at each other. Clearly they’re getting it but she isn’t. But Harley says she has footage of Johnny TV listening to the Acclaimed’s music. Roll the footage! A video plays of Johnny out at the beach, his phone playing the song. Not sure who is recording this video then… But Johnny tosses the phone up and kicks it right into a trash can! “Trash.” Well, Johnny’s music tastes aside, will he and Team QTV be the ones getting canned by Caster, Bowens & Billy Gunn?
Blind Eliminator Tag Team Tournament Opening Round: Matt Hardy & Jeff Jarrett w/ Triple J VS Sammy Guevara & Daniel Garcia!
On one side, an unlikely duo between the WONDERFUL~ Matt Hardy and the “Nuts of Slap,” Double J. And when you team with Jeff Jarrett, you end up teaming with his entire entourage of sidekicks and his wife, Karen. On the other side, a duo that Chris Jericho himself wants to see leave the nest and fly higher than ever before! Will the Spanish God & Dragonslayer be able to get past two wily veterans? Or will even Hardy have to say, “Ain’t he great?”
The teams sort out and Garcia starts against Hardy. Fans rally, and then Garcia does his dance. Hardy says he will “DELETE!” Garcia dances, Hardy “DELETE!” Dance, “DELETE!” Garcia rushes in, ties up with Hardy, and they go around. Garcia waistlocks, Hardy pries at the hold, and he wrenches out to headlock. Garcia powers out, Hardy runs him over, and Garcia goes to ropes. Garcia comes back, into another headlock. Garcia lifts him up but Hardy hits a flying takeover. Hardy grinds Garcia down, Garcia fights around and Garcia stands up. Garcia pulls hair to put Hardy in a corner but the ref counts.
Garcia lets off but then fires off body shots! Garcia headlocks, Hardy throws body shots and he powers out to ELBOW Garcia down! Hardy gets the legs, and he ROPE GUILLOTINES Garcia! Tag to Jarrett and fans are torn. Hardy & Jarrett double whip but Garcia holds ropes to tag Sammy! Fans rally as Sammy circles with Jarrett. They go around, Sammy waistlocks and drags Jarrett down to float all over him. Sammy poses, but Jarrett kicks low. Jarret whips and hip tosses, then struts! Jarrett poses, but Sammy CHOPS! Sammy whips, hurdles, flips over and DROPKICKS Jarrett down! Then kips up!
Sammy mocks the strut now, then DECKS Jarrett! Sammy builds speed and FLIES but takes out Jay Lethal! Sammy is still fired up while Rampage goes picture in picture.
Sammy tells Sonjay he better watch out, but then Satnam steps up. Sammy doesn’t back down from One in a Billion, but he does fetch Jarrett into the ring. Sammy aims from the apron but Karen storms over. Sammy tells her to watch herself, but Jarrett trips Sammy up! Sammy flops into the ring, Jarrett argues with the ref, and Jarrett drags Sammy up. Jarrett whips Sammy corner to corner hard and Sammy bounces off buckles. Jarrett talks trash on the fans, then stalks Sammy to ropes. Jarrett throws hands, bumps Sammy off buckles, then whips him hard into a corner! Jarrett argues with the ref but the ref warns him.
Jarrett stomps Sammy in a corner, lets off at 4, and he struts again. Karen sure is happy. Jarrett whips Sammy to ropes, but Sammy dodges to scoop and SLAM! Sammy shouts out Jericho with the top rope LIONSAULT, but he FLOPS! Jarrett scrambles, hot tag to Hardy! Hardy storms up on Sammy to keep him from Garcia, and he throws body shots. Hardy whips Sammy hard into a corner and Sammy bounces off buckles again. Hardy stands on Sammy at the ropes while Rampage goes to break.
Rampage returns, Jarrett and Sammy are both down. They crawl, hot tags to Hardy and Garcia! Hardy fires off forearms on Garcia, then HEADBUTTS! And LARIATS! And again! Hardy bumps Garcia off buckles, “DELETE! DELETE! DELETE!” Hardy goes to all three levels, then backs off. Fans fire up and Hardy fires off haymakers on Garcia. Hardy then gets the legs, to DEADLIFT BOMB! Cover, TWO! Garcia survives, Karen shouts about the count, and Hardy says “DELETE! DELETE!” Hardy runs in but into an ELBOW! Garcia goes up but Hardy CLUBS him on the back! Hardy drags Garcia out with a crucifix, SPLASH MOUNTAIN!! Cover, TWO!!!
Garcia survives but Hardy calls his shot! Jericho is worried on commentary as Hardy says “DELETE! DELETE! DELETE!” Kick low and- NO, Garcia whips out of the Twist! Hardy reverses, Sammy tags in! Hardy DECKS Garcia, Sammy springboards, but into a body shot! Sonjay gets on the apron?! Because Lethal slides Hardy the guitar! Hardy says no thanks and kicks the guitar out. Lethal and Hardy argue, Sammy shoves Hardy into Lethal and Lethal falls on Jarrett! Sammy torture racks Hardy, Garcia tags in! GO TO HOSPITAL, and Garcia covers! Garcia & Sammy win!

Jericho says that was great team work, but it was more like Garcia just wanting to spotlight. Will Guevara & Garcia be just as “efficient” in the next round?
As for Double J, he and his stable are mad at Hardy for not doing things their way. And they beat up on Hardy for it! Fans boo but here comes Brother Zay! Isiah Kassidy fights off Lethal & Jarrett, but Satnam looks annoyed. Satnam grabs Kassidy by his neck, to ONE IN A BILLION CHOKE SLAM!! Kassidy writhes, Satnam kicks him out of the ring, Lethal rains down fists on Hardy! But wait! Here comes ETHAN PAGE! Fans fire up as Ethan DECKS Sonjay! And DECKS Lethal! And ROCKS Jarrett! All Ego fires off on them both, rips off his shirt, and reels in Lethal! Canadian Rack, but Satnam saves Lethal from Ego’s Edge!

Hikaru Shida VS Marina Shafir!
The Shining Samurai, the Full Metal Warrior, is back and better than ever, but she still has a long way to go if she wants to again be AEW Women’s World Champion! Will this match go a long way towards that? Or will this be one Problem she can’t solve?
The bell rings and the two tie up. They go around, end up on ropes, and fans rally for Shida. The ref counts, Shida lets off and the two go again. They tie up again, go around again, and end up in a corner. The ref counts, Shafir lets off, but swings! Shida dodges to fire off forearms! Shida whips, Shafir reverses but Shida DROPKICKS her down! Fans fire up with Shida, she climbs up in the corner, but Shafir slips out to trip her up! Shafir fires up and fires off shots! Shafir hits a SAYANAGI, then drags Shida around to a headlock. Shida reaches up to headscissor but Shafir shifts quickly. Shida kicks Shafir away but Shafir cartwheels through. Shafir kicks Shida back down!
Shafir toys with Shida, drags her up, and fireman’s carries. She has Shida sideways for a modified torture rack but Shida endures. Shafir just SLAMS Shida down, then covers, TWO! Shafir keeps her focus on Shida as she goes to ropes. Shafir kicks Shida around, eggs her on, but Shida gets up to ROCK her! Shafir ROCKS Shida, Shida ROCKS Shafir and they go back and forth. Fans rally for Shida and she fires off forearm after forearm on Shafir! Shafir drops to a knee and Shida just keeps going! The fans fire up more, Shida runs, TAMASHII!! Cover, TWO!! Shafir survives but Shida isn’t done there!

Backstage interview with Kris Statlander.
Renee Paquette is with the AEW TBS Champion, and says she is a fighting champion. Kris has been on a roll since her return, but what does she feel about her own reign so far? Kris has to say, she feels great. She doesn’t know if anyone knows this, but she’s defended this title six times already. That makes it pretty obvious that she IS a fighting champion, just like her best friends. And she vows to put this title on the line against anyone at any time, anywhere! And she doesn’t know if anyone realizes this, but she is the “Defeater of the Undefeated.” That’s a good shirt, right? Renee agrees, do it.
But the TBS title is always on the line, because Kris Stat is where it’s at! Another good shirt tag line right there, will the Galaxy’s Greatest prove it week in and week out?
Mark Henry welcomes us back to Rampage.
“What do you get when you pick random names out of a tumbler and force them to team together? You get the Blind Eliminator Tag Tournament. First round match-up: Big Bill & Brian Cage take on Trent Beretta & Matt Sydal.” A highlight reel shows us how dominant and destructive Bill and Cage are, but also how agile and accurate Trent and Sydal are. So it’s TIME for the main event!
Blind Eliminator Tag Team Tournament Opening Round: “Big Bill” Morrissey & Brian Cage w/ Prince Nana VS Trent Beretta & Matt Sydal!
No one in this match got lucky enough to team with one of their normal teammates. But even so, we all have seen Big Bill, The Machine, #JustTrent and the Third Eye Reborn be tag team specialists. So then, who wins out in this tag team version of David VS Goliath?
The teams sort out and Cage starts against Sydal. Fans rally as the two circle, and they talk a bit of trash. Cage pushes Sydal but Sydal comes back, Cage pushes again, then blocks Sydal’s kick! Cage tosses Sydal to a corner, runs in, but Sydal dodges to run in,. Cage ELBOWS Sydal, but Sydal dodges the lariat to run and RAN- NO, Cage blocks it! Cage swings Sydal up but Sydal sunset flips! Cage stays up, grabs at Sydal but Sydal slips away to go up! POISON- NO, Cage blocks that rana, too! Cage swings Sydal up but Sydal victory rolls! TWO, and Cage CLOBBERS Sydal! Cage stalks Sydal but Sydal goes to his corner and tags in Trent.
Fans rally as Cage tags in Bill. Trent is wary now that he’s against an even bigger man, and Bill corners Trent. Trent dodges the haymaker to COHP! Bill storms up on Trent, Trent dodges again to CHOP! And CHOP! And CHOP! Fans “WOO~” but Bill shoves. Trent ducks ‘n’ dodges but leaps into Bill’s arms! Bill puts Trent in a corner and he fires body shots! Bill whips Trent to ropes, Trent holds ropes, and Bill runs in. Trent dumps Bill out! Bill lands on his feet and Trent builds speed! Trent DIVES, into a choke grip! APRON CHOKE SLAM!! Trent’s felt that before but it always hurts! Fans boo but Bill soaks up the heat.
Nana cheers Bill and Bill drags Trent up. Bill scoops Trent, carries him around, and POSTS him! And then FALL AWAY SLAMS! Sydal hurries to check on Trent while Bill swaggers and brushes himself off. Fans rally for Trent while Rampage goes picture in picture.
Bill drags Trent up, puts him in, and stands Trent up. Tag to Cage, they mug Trent, and Cage kicks away. Trent sits down, Cage goes side to side to BOOT WASH him! Cage soaks up the heat, drags Trent up, and suplexes. But Trent slips out to waistlock! They run into buckles, then O’Conner! TWO and Trent hits buckles! Cage GERMAN SUPLEXES Trent away! “Who’s betta than Cage, huh?!” Cage covers, TWO! Cage tags Bill as Nana wants them to crush Trent. Bill slaps Trent around, taunts Sydal, but Trent gets up. Trent CHOPS Bill! Bill DECKS Trent! Bill CHOKES Trent on the ropes!
The ref counts, Bill lets off, but now Cage CHOKES Trent! Nana even gets shots in! Sydal protests but Bill DECKS him, too! Bill drags Trent up, bumps him off buckles, and winds up to ROCKS him with a right! Trent flops to the mat, and Bill drags him up. Bill suplexes but Trent slips out to roll Bill up! TWO!! Bill almost got caught, and he CLOBBERS Trent for it! Bill drags Trent from the corner and he tags in Cage. Cage drags Trent up to DECK him, then looms over him. Cage clamps on a chinlock and he leans on Trent. Trent fights up as fans rally, and he throws elbows. But Cage CLUBS Trent down!
Cage goes to the opposite corner as Rampage returns to single picture. Cage runs in, Trent dodges and TORNADO DDTS! Fans fire up and Nana panics! Trent crawls, hot tag to Sydal! Sydal runs in to BOOT Cage, KICK and KICK and KICK! And KICK some more! Cage stays standing so Sydal just KICKS away on that leg! QUESTION MARK KICK! Cage kneels, Sydal BUZZSAWS! Bill runs in, Sydal ducks under the boot to spin and KICK Bill back out! Cage stands, he BOOTS Sydal, then reels him in. Suplex and- RANA!! Cover, TWO!! Cage survives and flounders but Sydal KICKS Bill first! Trent goes after Bill and drags him along the ropes!
Sydal goes up to DOUBLE STOMP Bill down! Trent adds on the SLIDING KNEE! Fans fire up behind Trent & Sydal, but Cage DOUBLE LARIATS! Cage goes out, brings Sydal around, and he TOSSES Sydal over barriers! The front row gets closer to the action as Cage whips Trent into the railing. But Trent comes back to SPEAR!! Cage is down but Bill storms over, into a METEORA from Sydal!! Fans are thunderous as Sydal & Trent coordinate. Trent puts Cage in, Sydal puts Bill in. Sydal and Trent each take a corner, climb up top, and Nana panics. DOUBLE CROSS- NO! Both big men catch their opponents!
Cage has Sydal in a stalling suplex, Bill CHOKE- NO, Trent slips free! Trent runs, but into the BOSS MAN SLAM!! Cage DRILL CLAWS Sydal!! Double covers, TWO!?!? Both Sydal & Trent survive and that shocks Bill & Cage! Nana is freaking out, the fans are thunderous, but Cage & Bill aim at Sydal. They both run in, but Sydal JUMP KNEE SOBAT COMBOS! Bill and Cage both stagger, they try again, but Sydal moves and they collide with DOUBLE LARIATS! Trent adds on, HALF ‘N’ HALF for Big Bill! But Cage DISCUS LARIATS Trent! Syda goes Matrix to JUMP KNEE Cage! Cage ends up on ropes, Sydal goes up the corner!
Fans fire up and Sydal leaps, METEOR- NO!! Cage blocks to BUCKLE BOMB! And then Cage hoists Sydal up and Nana claims this is over! Cage climbs up after Sydal and goes to the very top. But Trent joins in! SUPER GERMAN SUPLEX for Cage!! Trent fires up, brings Cage in, and STUFF PILEDRIVERS!! Sydal aims, for the METEORA!!! Cover, TWO?!?! Cage survives and no one can believe it! Fans are thunderous, “This is Awesome!” Bill rises up and he glares at Trent & Sydal. Sydal & Trent egg him on, run in, but into double choke grips! But they mule kick, and DOUBLE SUPERKICK! But Bill comes back with DOUBLE LARIATS!!
Bill roars, then choke grips Trent for a CHOKE SLAM!! Cage has Sydal, Bill joins in, LARIAT BOMB!!! Cover, Bill & Cage win!!

MJF & Adam Cole are in for a big fight next Dynamite. A tower and a machine are coming for them, will Max & Adam still be #BetterThanYouBAYBAY? Or is this going to be the team that wins the whole thing?
My Thoughts:
A great Rampage here with stuff that actually mattered. Granted, Shida VS Shafir was just for the win, no real story there, but it was a really good match and a really good win for Shida. Really good promo from Kris, and she’ll continue to have good title defenses, can’t wait to see where they go with her reign. And decent stuff from QTV. The best joke was Aaron not realizing they were already QTV and Johnny is borrowing the “TV” in his nickname from them. Still dreading what Harley will have for her music video on Dynamite, and still hoping this feud finishes up sooner rather than later.
Great move opening with the Six Man Tag, but they didn’t even reference the badly done cliffhanger ending to Dynamite. Great match, though, and Konosuke & Claudio helping Dark Order get that win was a good move. Dark Order are becoming Heels in AEW but are still Faces in ROH with their feud against Stu Grayson & The Righteous, but whatever, it’s not like they think we watch both companies. Anyway, this is more good heat in the Blood & Guts build, and I’m thinking next week, whether on Dynamite or Rampage, is when we learn who each team got for their fifth men. Kota Ibushi is of course an obvious choice for The Elite, and I’m hoping the BCC gives an opportunity to someone not doing anything.
Really good stuff out of both Blind Tag Tournament matches tonight. Good use of dysfunction for both teams in the Hardy & Jarrett VS Guevara & Garcia match, but far more the former than the latter. Guevara & Garcia winning makes sense, their story is a continuation of what they were doing earlier this year, where Garcia was conflicted between being pro-wrestler and sports entertainer. But now things are flipped, as Garcia is firmly dedicated to sports entertainment, and Sammy is slowly turning Face as he starts to distance from the JAS. Garcia & Guevara now face Darby & Orange Cassidy, that is gonna be a lot of fun given the history between them all.
And with Hardy & Jarrett losing, now we can see Triple J VS Hardy Party, with a Face Ethan helping Hardy & Kassidy beat Jarrett, Lethal and I assume Satnam. And great main event tag, both Bill & Cage and Trent & Sydal making great combinations. Logically speaking, Bill & Cage winning is the right move, they are massive. Story wise, I’m actually a little surprised. But now MJF & Cole become an underdog team because even though MJF is world champion and Cole is world champion tier, Bill & Cage are massive. I’m sure MJF & Cole find a way, especially with how sneaky MJF can be, but it’ll be a real good match.

The fans join in for the “BOOM!” and “ADAM COLE, BAYBAY!” Cole grabs a mic to ask, “Who’s ready for Story Time with Adam Cole, Baybay?” Now, the reason he has a giant smile is because this is the 100th episode of Collision! The strides that Collision has made in such a short time is impressive. Cole wants to thank the fans. AEW has the best wrestlers on the planet delivering some of the best matches we’ve ever seen, and dammit, these are the best fans he has ever been in front of!
“AEW is built on the future, and I’m excited about the future. Because right now, I am your TNT Champion, and this title is going nowhere. I am proud of where Collision has been, and I’m proud of where it is going. I am proud to represent TNT as your TNT Champion. I am proud about our future. In 2025 and beyond, I will hold onto this championship, because dammit, I’m Adam Cole, Baybay. And that is undisputed.” The fans cheer, but here comes Kyle Fletcher! The fans are torn as the Protostar has a mic to say, “Pardon the interruption, Adam, but I just wanted to personally congratulate everybody, and especially you, on such a huge milestone. 100 episodes of Collision, that’s huge!
“And you’ve had a fantastic run as the Face of TNT. But the next 100 episodes of Collision and the entire future of this company belong to ME.” The fans are torn on that, too, but Kyle says Cole loves to do story time. How about story time with the Protostar? Now, does Cole remember All In 2023? Of course he does! He main-evented the biggest pro-wrestling show of all time for the AEW World Championship. But earlier that night, he faced a young ‘n’ hungry Kyle Fletcher for the ROH World Tag Team Championships. And while that was the greatest night of Cole’s life, that was the WORST night of Kyle’s!
Cole took away the biggest accomplishment of Kyle’s life, purely to stroke his own ego. But now, Kyle stands here a totally different man. Kyle KILLED that version of Kyle to stand here the most perfect pro-wrestler in the world! Again, the fans are torn, but Kyle says he wants nothing more than to make Cole feel exactly how he did two years ago. So at All In: Texas, Globe Life Field, Kyle wants his shot at HIS TNT Champions! The fans like where this is going! Kyle says everyone int he world knows no one is more deserving of that shot! But wait! Daniel Garcia makes his way out here! The fans cheer as Daniel Garcia joins Kyle on stage.
Garcia asks, “What’s good, Ontario?” And he hears all this talk about the past of Collision, the future of Collision, the future of AEW, the TNT title, but when you talk about those things, you better bring up one name: Daniel Garcia. Now, Fletcher, their match is the main event. Garcia isn’t looking past Kyle, but he would be lying if he said he wasn’t a little distracted. Because when Garcia looks in the ring, he sees the man who beat him for the TNT Championship and that belt over his shoulder. Garcia can only think one thing to himself: “I need that.” Cole says he has all the respect for Garcia, and any time, any place that Garcia wants his shot, he’s got it.
But do not forget, Cole beat him before and he’ll beat him again. As for Kyle, the person living in Lala Land is just lying to himself. Last time, Cole had Kyle beat, and the Don Callis Family had to get involved because they knew it, and Kyle knows it. Cole had his number then and has his number now. So here’s a great idea: Let’s just go All In! Kyle wants his shot at the TNT title, Garcia wants his shot at the TNT title, and Cole is a fighting champion. At All In, he’ll face them both! Kyle says no no no, that’s not gonna happen. Kyle was screwed out of the title once, he won’t do it again. Kyle beat Garcia when he was TNT Champion, and he never got his shot!
Kyle says in a perfect and just world, HE would be here as TNT Champion! Garcia says oh c’mon, Kyle thinks he deserves to be a champion just cuz he beat Garcia? Congrats, who hasn’t beat Garcia? Garcia has been losing for his entire career, for his entire life, but every time he loses, he gets back up. The fans applaud that! Garcia says every time he fails, he gets back up! So Cole, Kyle, he isn’t asking for his shot because he “deserves” one, he wants to earn it. So here’s another idea: Garcia and Kyle are already in a big main event match, but let’s put it all on the line! Garcia VS Kyle, winner goes on to have the biggest match of their lives against Adam Cole for the TNT Championship!
The fans cheer, Kyle is annoyed, but Cole says if that’s how they wanna play it, that’s how they’ll do it. May the best man win. Garcia raised the stakes of tonight’s main event, but will he be ready to go All In? Or will the Aussie Arrow be the one flying to Texas?
Toni Storm speaks.
“This is a message for that the little girl watching from home. The one who begged her parents to buy All In so that she could sit in front of the television to watch the greatest women’s match of all time. It won’t be. Montel Vontavious Porter has practically begged for teams to step up to the AEW World Tag Team Championships, and he got what he wanted! #JetSpeed wants their shot, but so does The Patriarchy! This won’t automatically make a title match, but it could go a long way to putting one together. Will The Jet be 2Fly2Stop? Will The Prodigy make Christian Cage proud? Or will neither of them measure up to the Standard of Excellence?
The bell rings and Knight is right after Shelton! Nick bails out to let them brawl, and Shelton CLUBS Knight, then KNEE him down! Nick returns to CLUB Shelton, but that just makes Shelton mad! Nick runs away with a smug grin on his face, but Knight DROPKICKS Shelton! Shelton tumbles out, but he drags Knight out to join him! Shelton LARIATS Knight, then brings him around the way. Shelton RAMS Knight into the apron, then THROWS him into the barrier! And repeat! The fans fire up while Knight slumps against barriers, and Shelton puts him in the ring. But Nick snags the cover, TWO! Shelton storms in but Nick backs off.
Shelton swings, Nick dodges, and Nick handsprings, only for Shelton to catch him! And THROW him away! The fans fire up while Shelton paces. Nick and Knight go to a corner, the fans sing, “We Hurt~ People!” Shelton runs up, but Knight snatches him to a cradle, TWO! Shelton is up but Nick BOOTS him! Knight & Nick DOUBLE DROPKICK, and Shelton tumbles out! The fans rally, Nick wants a high-ten, but Knight says fine. Knight then builds speed, only for Nick to UPPERCUT! The fans boo and Nick grins. MVP tells Shelton to get serious with these kids. Nick kicks Knight, puts him in a corner, then RAMS into those bad ribs.
The fans rally but Nick RAMS Knight again. And again! Nick mocks the applause from the fans while Collision goes picture in picture.
Nick paces, drags Knight up, and snapmares him for a leg drop! Cover, TWO! Knight stays in this but Shelton is back! Shelton sneaks up behind Nick, Nick backs up into him and realizes what’s going on. Shelton hits a BIG back suplex! Nick flounders away, Shelton stalks Knight, and Shelton LARIATS Knight! Then whisp him hard into the corner! Knight slumps, Shelton whips him OUT of the ring, then goes out after Nick. Shelton drags Nick up to scoop and SLAM him on the floor! Nick writhes, Shelton paces, and MVP tells him not to play with his food. Shelton scoops Nick to SLAM him again! Shelton leaves Nick behind to go after Knight.
Knight CHOPS! And CHOPS! Shelton CHOPS in return! Knight staggers away to the corner, but Shelton puts him in the ring. Shelton then goes back to Nick, wraps on a SLEEPER, but Nick JAWBREAKERS free! Nick hurries into the ring, brings Knight up, and snapmares for a chinlock. Knight endures as Nick squeezes tight, and Collision 100 returns to single picture. Bailey coaches Knight, Kip Sabian & Mother Shayna coach Nick, and Knight rises up. Knight fires body shots, the fans rally, but Nick cravats for a neck wrench. Knight fires more shots, fires forearms, and he ROCKS Nick! Knight runs, Shelton is back, FLAPJACK!
The fans fire up as Shelton also scops Nick, tilt-o-whirl POWERSLAM! Cover, TWO! Nick toughs it out but MVP says this child shouldn’t even be in the ring with Shelton. Shelton hauls Nick up, Nick sunset flips, TWO! Shelton high stacks, Knight springboards to FLYING SUNSET FLIP! Knight has the cover on Shelton, TWO as Nick ghost pins Knight! TWO!! Knight escapes, Shelton runs up, but Knight & Nick dodge! DOUBLE SUPERKICKS take Shelton down! The fans fire up and MVP is frustrated. Nick and Knight run, dodge, and DOUBLE CROSSBODY! The fans fire up as all three men are down!
Nick and Knight rise, Nick fires a forearm first! Knight fires back! Nick hits Knight again, but Knight fires back! Nick HEADBUTTS, but Knight fires another forearm! Nick fires a flurry of forearms, then ROLLING- SUPERKICK from Knight! Nick ends up in a corner, the fans fire up with Knight, and Knight whips Nick at Shelton! Shelton picks Nick up for a POWERBOMB onto Knight! The fans fire up with Shelton now, and he waits on Nick. Nick rises, Shelton reels him in, GERMAN SUPLEX! Nick flounders away, Shelton watches Knight! GERMAN SUPLEX! The fans fire up as Shelton GERMAN SUPLEXES Nick again!
Shelton then brings Knight back up, and he GERMAN SUPLEXES again! The fans fire up more while Shelton paces. Shelton runs in at the corner to STEP-UP KNEE Knight! Then he runs to STEP-UP KNEE Nick! The fans rally behind Shelton as he runs in at Knight. Knight DUMPS Shelton to the apron, DECKS him, but Nick runs up and FLIES! Down goes Shelton! Knight is stunned, but he aims to springboard and DOUBLE FLYING LARIAT! The fans fire up again as Knight rises to his feet! Knight puts Nick in, “This is Awesome!” as Knight runs to U F O onto knees! Nick is stunned but Knight survives! Nick vows to end this, pump handle, but Knight small packages! TWO!! Knight DROPKICKS Nick down! The bad ribs slow Knight down but he still goes to the corner. Knight kicks Nick out, he sees Shelton, and Knight runs up, only to be put on the top rope! ANKLE LOCK! The fans fire up but the ref reprimands, Knight is on the ropes! Nick is in and he ROUNDHOUSES Shelton! Handspring, STUNNER! Cover, Knight hits the MOTHERSHIP!! Cover, KNIGHT WINS!!

A reporter caught up with the Death Riders, wanting a word, but Moxley just pushed past the cameras. The reporter still asked, so Claudio decided to talk. “Opps. I’m not gonna yell, I’m not gonna scream, but I’m sick of you sticking your nose into our business. You wanna be heroes? I give you the opportunity to prove that you are heroes.” Claudio vents in German, but he translates that the Trios Championships are his! Yuta adds, “And mine, too!” All In: Texas, there is a score to settle! But wait, the Death Riders are down a man. Who will join the Swiss Cyborg & Decoder on facing Samoa Joe, Katsuyori Shibata & “Powerhouse” Hobbs?

It is time to once again conglomerate, and tonight’s word of the day is commemorate! But will the Sussex County Chicken, the high-tech/high-flying luchador and the Talisman of CMLL also be the ones to celebrate? Or will the Don Callis Family cause them to commiserate?
The trios sort out, but then the Don Callis Family just attacks! The fans boo but the bell rings as Hechi beats up Hologram, Rocky Romero stomps Mistico, and Trent Beretta fires hands on Briscoe! Hechi bumps Hologram off buckles while Briscoe is kicked out of the ring. The fans boo but the Don Callis Family soaks up the heat. Rocky UPPERCUTS Mistico down, then Hechi wrenches Mistico’s arm. Rocky BOOTS Mistico down, the fans rally behind the CMLL icon, but Rocky whips. Mistico handsprings to BACK ELBOW! The fans fire up and Mistico knuckle locks to CHOP! Mistico goes up, up, and points to the sky before he FLYING ARM-DRAGS!
The fans fire up and Mistico runs in again. Rocky puts him on the apron but Mistico dodges the haymaker to GAMANGIRI! Mistico ROCKS Rocky, tags Briscoe, then RANAS Rocky! Rocky tags Trent, Briscoe doges him to ROCK Rocky! CHOP for Trent, forearm for Rocky, repeat! The fans fire up for that Redneck Kung-Fu, but Rocky waistlocks. Briscoe BOOTS Trent down, PELES Rocky away, but here comes Hechi! Briscoe dodges and Hechi’s dropkick is sent out through the ropes! Briscoe rallies on Trent, the fans fire up, and Briscoe coordinates with the luchadores. Mistico y Hologram high-ten, then build speed to DOUBLE DIVE! Down go Rocky y Hechi!
Ontario, CA fires up with Hologram y Mistico, and they fetch a chair! Hologram throws it to Briscoe and he sets it up by the ropes. The fans fire up as Briscoe builds speed, but Trent pushes the chair away! The fans boo but then Hechi DECKS Hologram! Rocky distracts the ref while Trent drop toeholds Briscoe onto the chair! Cover, but the ref is too busy reprimanding Rocky! Trent shouts, the ref sees the cover and counts, ONE! Trent is frustrated but the Callis Family still has control while Collision 100 goes picture in picture.
Trent stomps Briscoe at the ropes, CHOPS him, then has him in the corner. Hechi & Rocky put their boots up, Trent SMACKS Briscoe off them! The ref reprimands but Trent tags Hechi. Rocky CHOKES Briscoe, Hechi fires body shots and fast hands! The ref counts, Hechi stomps away, but the ref pulls Hechi away. Hechi argues with the ref, then drags Briscoe to center for a knee drop. Hechi keeps Briscoe down by holding onto a leg, then he turns Briscoe over for a HALF CRAB! Hechi ties the legs up, SNAP LOCK! Briscoe endures, reaches out, ROPEBREAK! Hechi lets go, sits Briscoe up, and rains down fists! The ref reprimands but Hechi stops at 4.
Tag to Rocky and he has Briscoe in the corner. Rocky stands Briscoe up for a cravat, then a snapmare. Rocky runs to basement DROPKCIK! Rocky then winds it up, and slides for his soccer celebration! The Don Callis Family is still in control as Collision goes to break.
Collision 100 returns and Hologram has Hechi on the defensive! The fans fire up, Hologram takes a swing, but Hechi ducks, dodges, and even leans back to avoid the kick! Hechi wags his finger, but Hologram dodges to then go up, only for Hechi to bring him into a tortuer rack! Hechi swings but Hologram uses that to RANA! The fans fire upb ut Rocky CLOBBERS Hologram! Trent adds on, the fans boo, but then Trent gut wrenches Hologram! Rocky helps lift Hologram up, but Hologram swings through to RANA Trent! The fans fireu p again and Hologram dodges Rocky to SUPERKICK! Hechi is back and he wrenches, hammerlocks, then SWINGS Holgoram!
The fans fire up as Hologram swings through! Then he dodges to STANDING SPANISH FLY Hechi! Cover, Rocky breaks it! The fans rally for Hologram but Rocky runs to BLAST Mistico! Rocky & Hechi whip Hologram to the Callis Family corner, then Hechi runs in, STEP-UP KNEE! Hechi & Rocky feed Hologram to Trent for a suplex, and he hangs Hologram out to dry! GUILLOTINE DOUBLE STOMPS to a BASEMENT KNEE! Hehchi gets the legs, and pops Hologram with the REVERSE MONKEY FLIP, into the ARMBAR! RPG Vice run up to intercept Mistico & Briscoe! Hologram endures, Briscoe breaks free to CLOBBER Hechi!
The fans fire up, Hechi brings Hologram around and he tags Rocky. They CHOP Hologram, whip him to the corner, but Hologram DROPKICKS Trent! Hologram dodges Rocky, goes up and over Hechi, Mistico tags in! The fans fire up as Mistico springboards to FLYING ARM-DRAG Hechi! Mistico blocks a shot, CHOPS and KICKS Rocky, then he goes up, up, and leaps over Rocky to RANA Hechi! Mistico keeps going, he spins Rocky, blocks a kick, then ducks the enzigiri, but the REWIND HEEL finds him! Rocky fires up, the fans boo, but Hologram has Rocky for a MONKEY FLIP! The fans fire up as Hologram then fireman’s carries Trent!
Trent slips free, CLAWS the eyes through the mask, then SNAP HALF ‘N’ HALF! But Briscoe kicks Trent, fires off Redneck Kung-Fu chops, then whips! Trent reverses, Briscoe WRECKS Hechi with a dropkick! Briscoe DUMPS Trent out, then goes to the apron again! CANNONBALL for Rocky! Briscoe puts the chair back into the ring! The fans fire up, Briscoe adds another chair, and Hologram joins in! They clap the chairs, put the chairs in place, and they both build speed! They use the chairs to go up and FLY! Down goes the Don Callis Family! The fans are thunderous, and in the ring, Mistico CLOBBERS Rocky!
Mistico keeps moving, he tilt-o-whirls for LA MYSTICA!! ARMBAR, Rocky TAPS! Conglomeration wins!

The fans sing along with Me Muero for the winners! Will this momentum help Briscoe, Hologram and Mistico have a great showing in the Casino Gauntlet? He talked about his strategy going into the match, so- Bowens stops her there. There’s no room for negativity as the Pride of Pro-Wrestling. Billy Gunn then walks in, and he helps Bowens stand up. Bowens thanks Billy for the help now. Sorry, Billy thought the strategy was for him to not be ringside. Billy says he doesn’t know what Bowens is doing with all this. Bowens asks since when was that part of the strategy. He never said he didn’t want Billy out there. Well, that’s what Billy heard him say. He was back here watching the whole time.
Maybe Bowens doesn’t get this, but just because he’s a singles guy now doesn’t mean he’ll be world champion overnight. There will be bumps in the road, but they need to figure this out together. They can make it all work out. Bowens says Billy has been promising that for weeks but results need to happen now. All In is next week, Bowens has to win the gauntlet! He lost the chance at being #2 so now what? Trust Billy. Bowens & Billy scissor, but can Daddy Ass help the 5 Tool Player find the path to the top?

Turbo fires forearms and CHOPS! Dax puts Turbo in the corner, fires haymakers, and Cash steps in! The ref reprimands, Truth runs up, and now it is a brawl! Turbo hears the fans say “NO!” but then Cash YANKS Turbo at the ref! The ref moves aside, Dax sucker punches Turbo! The fans boo but Cash tags Dax. FTR mugs Turbo, then Dax snap suplexes! Dax drops a leg, then an elbow, then fires a CHOP! The fans boo but Dax fishhooks Turbo! The ref counts, Dax lets go, and he clinches Turbo. Dax whips Turbo, hooks him up, COBRA TWIST! Cash reaches out, FTR links up to add pressure to the hold! The fans boo but the ref misses it! Truth complains, but Cash “tags in.” Cash puts on the COBRA TWIST, but the ref says he didn’t see a tag! Cash CLUBS Turbo, Dax steps back in, and Cash argues with the ref about the “tag.” Turbo snatches Dax into a cradle! But the ref is too busy with Cash! The fans boo, the ref finally sees the cover, TWO! Dax LARIATS Turbo! Dax actually tags Cash now, the fans taunt FTR, but Cash stomps Turbo. Cash drags Turbo around to ELBOW him in the head! Cash drags Turbo up by his hair, reels him in, but Turbo suplexes first!
The fans fire up while both men are down! Dax tags in, he anchors a leg, but Turbo BOOTS him away! Turbo hot tags Truth! The fans fire up as Truth DECKS Dax, DECKS Cash, repeat! Cash DECKS Truth, shows off the blood on his hands, then looms over Truth. Cash drags Truth up, tags Dax, and Dax drops a leg! Dax sits Truth up, brings him around, and puts him in the corner. Dax throws hands but Truth CHOPS in return! And CHOPS again! Collision 100 returns to single picture as the fans rally up. Dax ROCKS Truth, then throws haymakers! Cash WRECKS Turbo into the steel step! The ref reprimands but Cash gives Turbo a SHIN BREAKER on the steps!!
Cash pretends to be shocked and appalled, but then Dax has Truth in the corner. Dax says the Outrunners did this to themselves! Dax suplexes for a BRAINBUSTER! Truth sputters, Dax says this is Truth’s fault, but the fans say “You’re Still Bald!” Dax tells fans off, then he tags Cash. Cash headlocks Truth to grind him down into the mat. Truth fights up, the fans fife up, and he fires body shots! Truth whips, but Cash catches the hurdle into a POWERSLAM! Cover, TWO! Truth stays in this and the fans fire up again! Cash huffs ‘n’ puffs while Truth goes to the corner. Cash soaks up the heat, and he grins as he runs corner to corner. But Truth avoids the dropkick!

Dax grabs a leg, Truth BOOTS him away, but Cash YANKS Turbo down again! The leg jams, Cash puts it on the steps to HIP DROP! Dax LARIATS Truth in the corner, then CHOPS and JABS on furious repeat! AEW TNT Championship #1 Contender’s Match: Daniel Garcia VS Kyle Fletcher!
Adam Cole joins commentary for this one, but so has Don Callis, because this one is all about who Cole faces at All In. The Red Death held the title previously, but he admittedly did lose to the Protostar during the Continental Classic. Will Kyle correct the oversight of not getting a title match? Or will the Dragonslayer go from one redemption to another?
The bell rings, the fans rally, and the two circle. They tie up, Kyle puts Garcia in a corner, the ref counts, and Callis praises Kyle’s physical strength. Kyle backs off with a roll, then he puts up his dukes to mock Garcia’s dance. Garcia says that’s not even close, but he and Kyle reset. They tie up, Kyle powers Garcia to another corner, but Garcia turns things around. The ref counts, Garcia lets off with a roll, and he shows Kyle how it’s done! The fans cheer, but then Kyle kicks low! Kyle headlocks for the takeover, fights off a headscissor, but Garcia cravats from below. Garcia moves around, rises up, and the fans rally.
Garcia powers up and out, but Kyle runs him over! Things keep moving, Kyle runs Garcia over again! Kyle drops onto Garcia for a headlock, but Garcia fights his way up again. Garcia powers up and out, Kyle RAMS Garcia, but Garcia ducks ‘n’ dodges. Garcia CLOBBERS Kyle on the return and the fans fire up! Garcia has Kyle in the corner, climbs up, and he flips Callis off! The fans cheer and Garcia rains down fists! The fans count, but Kyle stops Garcia at 6 to BOOT him down! The fans still cheer that, and Kyle grins while Cole admits Kyle has power and speed. Kyle scoops to SLAM Garcia, and Garcia goes to the corner.
Kyle aims at the corner, runs in, but Garcia ducks! The gamangiri crashes ‘n’ burns and Kyle falls to the apron! Garcia runs to DROPKICK Kyle, then he does his dance with some extra stank! Garcia goes out after Kyle, runs up, but Kyle BOOTS him again! The fans are torn but Callis hugs it out with his guy. The fans definitely boo that, and Cole stares down with Kyle. Garcia BOOTS Kyle, Cole fist bumps with him, and Callis claims there’s a bias. But Kyle BOOTS right back! Then scoops to LAWN DART Garcia into barriers! Garcia falls in a heap and Kyle mockingly says check on him. Kyle hangs out with his fans at ringside while the others boo.
Kyle taunts the fans booing him, and we see Garcia is busted open! Kyle rains down fists, then shows off the bloody forehead. APRON BACK SUPLEX! Kyle grins while Garcia has a glazed look in his eyes, and Collision goes picture in picture.
Kyle shoves Garcia into the ring, paces around him, and watches as Garcia sputters and sits up. The crimson mask is growing and Kyle talks trash. Kyle drags Garcia up to scoop and SLAM! Garcia flounders to ropes while Kyle soaks up cheers ‘n’ jeers. Kyle paces, then he storms over to Garcia for a JUMP STOMP! The ref reprimands but Garcia flounders away to the other side. Kyle JUMP STOMPS Garcia again! Kyle drags Garcia from the ropes, paces around him again, then stands him up. Garcia fires a flurry of forearms! Garcia backs Kyle down, but Kyle DECKS Garcia! Garcia shows off the blood on his wrist tape while he paces around.
Kyle stands on the corner, and he licks the blood! The fans surely tell Kyle he’s sick, but Collision goes to break.
Collision 100 returns once again and Garcia rains down fists in the corner! He goes to nine, then winds up for TEN! The fans fire up while Kyle flounders. Garcia runs up, Kyle puts him on the apron and GAMANGIRIS! Garcia wobbles, but he reels Kyle in for a GUILLOTINE in the ropes! Callis protests, the ref counts, but Kyle goes to the apron! Kyle powers up but Garcia fights free! Garcia ducks a lariat to APRON GERMAN SUPLEX! Cole and Callis are both worried while the fans all fire up! Garcia stumbles back, Kyle goes the other direction, Garcia runs up and DROPKICKS Kyle into barriers!
The fans fire up as Garcia goes to the other side, runs back in, DROPKICK! The fans fire up as Garcia keeps moving, DROPKICK! Cole says Garcia is cooking here! Garcia puts Kyle on the apron, then slides into the ring. Garcia climbs up the corner, drags Kyle up to the top rope, and the fans fire up for the SUPER DUPER PLEX! Roll through, cover, TWO!! Kyle survives and Callis is relieved. A standing count begins, Kyle and Garcia stir, and Garcia grabs the legs. Kyle BOOTS Garcia away, Garcia rebounds, but into Kyle’s cradle! Then deadlift, but Garcia slips free! Garcia waistlocks, they go to ropes, Kyle bucks the O’Conner! SUPERKICK!
Kyle reels Garcia in, lifts, LAST RIDE!! Cover, TWO!! Kyle is furious but then he rains down elbows! The ref wants Garcia to get his guard up but Kyle lets off. Garcia sputters, is his nose broken now? The fans rally, Callis mockingly says they should call this. Kyle aims from the far corner, runs in, but Garcia catches him for a leg scissor! Then he has the legs! DRAGONTAMER!! The fans are thunderous as Kyle endures! Garcia sits deep on the hold, but Kyle powers up! Garcia drags Kyle away for the DEEPER hold! Kyle reaches back to headlock Garcia, but Garcia lets the legs go so he can roll back! Garcia facelocks, deadlifts, and then suplexes Kyle and himself out of the ring!!
The fans fire up while both men hit the floor! Callis and Cole are both worried again, but both men are still stirring. The ring count climbs, the fans rally, and Callis tells Garcia to stay down. Callis fans Kyle off, pats him on the shoulder, but we pass 5 of 10. Garcia is up first and he has Kyle, only for Kyle to get around! HALF ‘N’ HALF to the floor! Kyle grimaces as he drags himself up to his feet. Garcia sputters, twitches, but Kyle drags him up. Callis says get the ambulance. Kyle grins as he looks at Cole, and he reels Garcia in for an APRON POWERBOMB!! Garcia is down in a heap and Cole stands up in anger.
The fans are torn as Kyle leaves Garcia behind. The count starts again, Cole coaches Garcia, but can Garcia even hear him right now? The count is 5 of 10, and Garcia grabs the apron skirt! Garcia rises, but we’re at 8! Garcia leaps in at 9.99! But the GAMANGIRI hits in the corner!! And then Kyle suplexes, BRAINBUSTER!! Cover, Kyle wins!!
Winner: Kyle Fletcher, by pinfall (NEW #1 Contender to the AEW TNT Championship)
Daniel Garcia fought his heart out, but his body could not withstand the viciousness of Kyle Fletcher. And now, the Aussie Arrow is aimed squarely at Adam Cole. Will the Protostar make himself the Face of TNT? Or will this title stay undisputed?
My Thoughts:
A great 100th episode of Collision, even with it being prerecorded on Wednesday. FTR VS Outrunners was an awesome match, and naturally FTR was winning, but it was a nice touch for Stokely to be involved right at the end so that The Outrunners’ power level isn’t hurt by the loss. The tag title story is a bit disconnected, though, as apparently Nick Wayne “interrupted” a Hurt Syndicate interview. It was a YouTube exclusive, not part of Dynamite, so Nick Wayne jumping into what they framed as Shelton VS Knight was weird. And even then, Knight won the Triple Threat by pinning Shelton, shouldn’t it just be JetSpeed VS Lashley & Shelton? And I’m pretty sure the only reason for the Triple Threat is so that Hurt Syndicate can lose the belts without taking the finish.
Great Six Man Tag from Briscoe, Hologram & Mistico VS Don Callis Family, and great win for the Faces. Good promo from MJF and MVP, but not really needed. They just wanted to step on Briscoe’s celebration before having the “talky talk” moment next week. Awesome return for Scorpio Sky after roughly 600 days of being away, and he of course got a win over Max Caster. The main thing from this is that Sky is also now leading a new faction with Christopher Daniels. Hopefully Top Flight gets some direction with this, they’ve been in a holding pattern for so long. And that’s not even the injuries, they’ve both been back for a good amount of time and they’ve only been contenders to the tag titles, not winners.
Very good promo from Claudio to call out The Opps, and I’m starting to really feel like Hook joins Death Riders as payback on Samoa Joe for replacing him so easily. Willow got a good win but it was mostly so we could have that moment of Kris and Yuta where Kris is still resistant to the idea of joining Death Riders. Great 8 Woman Tag, and Athena being scared of getting in the ring with Rosa was some good stuff. Another strong win for the Heels, and I feel like Megan is going to have a great showing in the Casino Gauntlet. But with Alex Windsor having another good promo, I feel like she could be a favorite to win. Then Alex faces the winner of Toni VS Mone at Forbidden Door. Good promo from Toni Storm, but it didn’t really add that much to the build.
And finally, something for the TNT Championship. Great promo to open the night, and it naturally raised the stakes on the main event. Garcia VS Fletcher was awesome, and that moment near the end with them both down on the outside really teased a double count out to make a Triple Threat for All In. But in the end, Kyle overwhelms Garcia and is the standalone #1 contender. Cole VS Fletcher is going to be awesome, and probably could go either way. But if the Don Callis Family is going to be as big as it is, it also needs to win some gold. There’s potential for them to really clean up next weekend with Konosuke Takeshita going for the ROH World Championship, Okada VS Omega for the “unified” championship, and now Fletcher going for the TNT title.
