Backstage interview with Britt Baker.
Renee Paquette is with The Doctor, noting that Britt has qualified for the AEW Women’s World Championship Fatal 4 Way at All In. What would it mean for her to have the title back, and at Wembley no less? Britt says looking back, she was in the first-ever All In. She was in a Women’s Fatal 4 Way then, too. Then she was the first female signed to AEW and helped lay brick by brick of the foundation that is this Women’s Division. And she can’t think of a better full circle moment than to win, for the second time, the AEW Women’s World Championship. And then we can all agree how magical it will sound when 80 THOUSAND say together, “Dr. Britt Baker, DMD.”
Britt is more than ready to face the odds of a Fatal 4 Way, but will she be able to overcome those odds?
AEW shares QT Marshall’s exploits in AAA Lucha Libre.
It was over a month ago that God’s Gift to Wrestling beat Penta El Zero Miedo in an AMBULANCE MATCH as part of the summer-long 31st anniversary celebration. Then just last Saturday, QT won the AAA Latin American Championship in a Fatal 4 Way!

Felicitates (congratulations) on becoming the NEW Latino Americano Campeonato. What’s that, Bud? He’s right! We are the best thing on TV.” Johnny is excited for the international success of QTV, but can he and the gang get some gold inside AEW?
ROH World Tag Team Championships: Aussie Open VS Ethan Page & Isiah Kassidy!
Kyle Fletcher & Mark Davis know MJF & Adam Cole want to take these titles from them at Wembley Stadium during the All In Zero Hour, so this might be them sending a message. But will the message be that the Aussie Arrow & Dunkzilla cannot be stopped? Or will plans change so that the #MoanEvent heads to London?
But as they make their entrance, Brother Zay has a mic to say, “Hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up. I thought this was Nashville!” The fans cheer, and he says, “I thought this was Party City! Kyle & Davis take down the Moan Event and are ready for the Zero Hour! Davis has the mic to say, “OI! OI! OI! Next Sunday, Wembley Stadium, Aussie Open proves we’re the best!” Kyle tells MJF & Adam that they like to talk a lot on the mic. Maxwell is one of the worst people Kyle’s ever met. And he is a byproduct of the people he surrounded himself with, so that means Adam Cole is a piece of trash, too! If there’s one thing Kyle can guarantee beyond Aussie Open retaining the titles, is that MJF & Adam Cole will never hit that kangaroo kick in their lives! “Because we are Aussie Open, and we RUN! THE! WORLD! AUSSIE AUSSIE AUSSIE!” “OI OI OI!”

My Thoughts:
A great Rampage, and the only thing that was truly filler was Sammy squashing totally not Serpentico without his mask. And while I didn’t cover it all, this is one of the first times where I really felt Excalibur’s “here’s what’s coming up on our other shows” info dump was just too much. I mean, I get it, they gotta sell the shows by letting us know, even if the All In card has been talked about over and over in this short span of time. For example, I don’t get the logic of Darby & Nick Wayne VS Fox & Swerve after making Darby & Sting VS Fox & Swerve for All In. More of Tony Khan’s backwards booking, perhaps? And announcing Skye VS Soho for Dynamite almost felt like it spoiled how things were going to go tonight here on Rampage.
Speaking of, really good main event in that women’s tag match, the quick finish where Ruby takes the pin was to keep things in Shida’s favor without harming Storm’s momentum. Good brawl between The Outcasts and the Faces, and Britt joining in made a lot of sense. Britt had a good promo before, but as much as she wants to be champion again, it doesn’t feel like that’s gonna happen. If Shida is gonna lose at All In, it feels like it should be Saraya for that hometown pop. The UK fans are gonna be going nuts for her anyway, why not go for the moment? Plus, an Outcast winning is gonna have the same effect, where they’re gonna help Saraya keep that belt at all costs.
Speaking of titles, rather surprised Aussie Open is gonna keep defending the ROH World Tag Team Championships even with MJF & Adam Cole waiting at All In. I suppose it creates some sense of drama, but I didn’t see Ethan & Isiah winning this at all. Really good match, though, and good promo from The Hardys calling Aussie Open out. That will be an awesome match, and it believably could go either way, but I feel like Matt & Jeff will end up just the biggest name on the list of teams Aussie Open has beat. Then Aussie Open will have a ton of momentum going into All In, where it really depends on if Roderick Strong & The Kingdom decide to pull something.
The Righteous coming to AEW? The same as how The Kingdom have now moved from ROH to AEW? I don’t think we can call these “call-ups” like WWE taking people from NXT and putting them on RawDown, but I guess this is a “promotion” or “advancement.” Not sure why, because even though their feud with The Dark Order technically ended, it felt like there was way more Dutch, Vincent & Stu could do in ROH. Maybe take the ROH World Six Man Tag Championships off The Embassy? Someone has to at some point. Good promo from Johnny TV and his dog, and what an awesome car. But isn’t it so weird how QT Marshall in AEW is a dork in charge of a cringe faction, but QT Marshall in AAA is badass and winning titles?
And what an awesome opener from Fenix VS Komander. They really went all out just for a Rampage, but it wasn’t filler either since Moxley & Claudio were watching. Moxley VS Fenix for Dynamite makes some sense, it’ll be a great appetizer for All In’s big 6v6. I’m still sticking by my idea that the Blackpool Combat Club calls in Team Strong Style from NJPW, that’s just too perfect for how they need exactly three guys to join them. They might even show up on Dynamite to make it official.
My Score: 8.7/10
