Arizona Sports & Events Alliance says WWE event specifics in TKO deal report were inaccurate

Arizona Sports & Events Alliance has contacted The Chairshot to clarify that an earlier report claiming TKO’s new multi‑year agreement with Arizona included specific WWE dates — namely Survivor Series, Royal Rumble and Saturday Night’s Main Event — is inaccurate. Bryan Alvarez had reported those WWE components, but the alliance says the initial details were misstated; the original announcement did confirm TKO and the Arizona Sports & Events Alliance will bring seven events to the state featuring WWE, UFC, Zuffa Boxing and Professional Bull Riding, without naming exact WWE dates.

WWE’s public event calendar remains set only through Money in the Bank on Sept. 6 in New Orleans, and locations for this year’s Survivor Series or the 2027 Royal Rumble have not been disclosed. Arizona has hosted major combat sports cards in the past, including WrestleMania XXVI at State Farm Stadium in 2010, the 2019 Royal Rumble at Chase Field, and UFC 274 at the Footprint Center in 2022.
