Cody Rhodes Open to His Daughters Following the Rhodes Wrestling Legacy
Speaking with Us Weekly at the Disney Upfronts, Cody Rhodes didn’t dismiss the idea of daughters Liberty and Leilani following him into the ring, saying he’d tell them the same thing his father told him: if you’re going to do it, you have to be the best. Rhodes, who welcomed Liberty in June 2021 and Leilani in August 2025, made clear he believes both could succeed if they choose to pursue wrestling.
Rhodes comes from wrestling royalty as the son of WWE Hall of Famer Dusty Rhodes and the brother of Dustin Rhodes, and is married to former wrestler and ring announcer Brandi Rhodes. A veteran since 2006, Cody has worked across TNA, Japanese and British promotions, AEW and WWE, served as an AEW EVP, and is currently a three-time WWE Champion.

Ultimate X match for X Division Title set for TNA Slammiversary 2026
On the May 14 edition of TNA Wrestling’s Thursday Night iMPACT, the main event saw a Best 2 out of 3 Falls match for the X Division Championship as Leon Slater defended against Cedric Alexander. The intense encounter led to the announcement that the X Division title will be decided in an Ultimate X match at Slammiversary 2026, TNA’s biggest show of the calendar year.
The booking raises the stakes for both Slater and Alexander and puts the spotlight back on the X Division’s high-flying legacy heading into Slammiversary. Fans can expect a marquee, high-risk championship showdown when the Ultimate X stipulation is settled on wrestling’s big stage.

ROH Adds Multiple Title Bouts to Supercard of Honor Card
Ring of Honor announced on Friday that multiple championship matches have been added to the Supercard of Honor lineup, including AEW National Champion Mark Davis defending his title against Xelhau and ROH Pure Champion Lee Moriarty putting his belt on the line against Ace Austin. The additions inject fresh high-stakes intrigue into the weekend’s card and underscore the cross-promotional stakes present on the Supercard stage.
The updated Supercard of Honor roster continues to take shape as promoters stack the event with marquee title contests, giving fans more reasons to tune in for championship action. Expect the card to remain fluid as Ring of Honor finalizes remaining matchups ahead of the show.
