Rhea Ripley Shares First Workout Photo Since Disclosing Eating Disorder
WWE star Rhea Ripley uploaded a new workout image to her primary Instagram feed — her first personal training post since publicly revealing she is dealing with an eating disorder. Ripley had earlier replied to a fan comment about her build, admitting she was “actively trying to handle” an eating disorder, and her social posts have since been mostly reposts of official WWE content rather than the frequent workout selfies she used to share.
The update is being viewed as a hopeful sign amid the intense physical and mental pressures placed on weekly televised performers, who are often expected to maintain a certain look for TV and media appearances. Fans have responded with support as Ripley appears to take steps toward recovery; her last original workout photo was roughly eight weeks ago, with her disclosure coming about three weeks ago.
