Renee Paquette was backstage, noting the historic night that just wrapped. And this hallway has been rather busy with beaten up and bloodied competitors, none more than Will Ospreay! The Aerial Assassin, the NEW King of Harts, and his wife, Alex Windsor, step in and Renee congratulates him on the win. Not only will he be challenging for the AEW World Championship, but he will be going to All In: London at Wembley Stadium! Ospreay says words cannot describe how he’s feeling right now. Not only the legacy of the Owen Hart Cup, but also how he gets to fight- Oh, hey! Jon Moxley is there, what’s going on?

The Maniac says pretend he’s not here. Renee says Ospreay and Moxley can talk, and Alex also excuses herself. Moxley hands Ospreay an icepack, and says Ospreay must be having a hard time coming down from that one. Ospreay says yeah, just a bit. Moxley jokingly tests Ospreay for concussion, Ospreay says he’s good. Ospreay thanks Moxley for being out there at the end. Ospreay does also wanna talk to Moxley about something. A few weeks ago, Moxley talked about how he was starting to see “it” in Ospreay. What’d he mean by that? Moxley takes a moment and says if he could explain it in words, he’d do it for everybody.

“He who defines himself can never know who he really is.” If Ospreay wants to be the real thing, he has to live it. Look, this place, AEW, could be something great. This is the greatest sport in the world, but this business has always been full of carnies and liars and backstabbers, those who wear their insecurities on their sleeves, it’s like a bucket of crabs all puling each other down. It’s up to them to protect this place, to preserve this craft. It’s not even about stuff like titles. Moxley wants Ospreay to be of service. But uh, the Death Riders took a vote on it, and… Moxley pulls out a Death Riders patch. They don’t just give these away to anybody.

Moxley asks if Ospreay wants to wear this and ride with them. Anywhere Ospreay wants to go. Moxley is proud of Ospreay. Moxley hands over the patch, then takes his leave. Ospreay looks at the patch, and then Kenny Omega steps in. Jeez, look at this bloody mess. Nice patch. But what you did today, Will, was awesome! It was next level s*it! Ospreay has no idea how proud Omega is of him! The Owen Cup winner, the 2026 All In main event! Ospreay says he wants to say how much he appreciates Omega being here in this situation, but Omega isn’t Ospreay’s dad or something. And Ospreay sees Omega looking at the patch, and he gets that. But listen…

Omega says he’s just looking out for Ospreay, and Ospreay says he knows, but just because Omega gave up on himself doesn’t mean Ospreay gave up on himself. Whoa, given up? Who said Omega gave up? And then MJF steps in. He chuckles and says don’t let him interrupt the lover’s quarrel, it’s cute. Oh, MJF thinks he’s so funny. But uh, in a couple days, MJF is defending that title against Mark Briscoe. And if MJF survives, guess who is coming to knock on the door next. MJF chuckles again, and he tells Ospreay, “See you at Wembley, bruv.” MJF leaves, Omega goes to Ospreay and says Ospreay is emotional and beat up. Get some rest, and see you on Wednesday.

Before he goes, Omega adds that this doesn’t top what they have. They’re still friends, Omega will always care. So take care of yourself, Will. Omega leaves, and Ospreay has a lot to think about. Will the Aerial Assassin become a Death Rider? Or will Ospreay fly on his own as he goes for the top of the mountain?

AEW World Championship: MJF VS Mark Briscoe!

Well, speaking of that mountaintop, we’re about to see who will be waiting up there for Ospreay! The Scumbag let his own ego get in the way on Sunday, and that was the last straw for Andrade. El Idolo made sure Team DCMJF lost, and now here we are again! With little time to prepare, can Maxwell Jacob Friedman defeat the Sussex County Chicken? Or will even “The Devil” fail to #ManUp?

The introductions are made, the belt is raised, and we see who strikes gold in San Diego!

The bell rings and the fans fire up as the two circle. San Diego is dueling already, and the two tie up. MJF kicks low, soaks up cheers and jeers, then headlocks. MJF shouts, “He SUCKS!” but Briscoe powers up and out. Briscoe then hits a SPINEBUSTER! MJF scrambles, he wants time, but Briscoe stomps a mudhole into him instead! Briscoe stands MJF up, throws hands, t hen whips corner to corner. MJF goes up and over, but his leg jams! Or not as he steps over Briscoe and reels him in for the PILEDRIVER! Cover, TWO! Briscoe toughs it out but MJF CLAWS at the bandage on Briscoe’s forehead. MJF peels it away, then BITES the wound!

The fans boo and the ref reprimands, but MJF stops at 4. MJF spits, then hops around on his “bad leg” before he tells the fans to shove it. MJF goes back to Briscoe with a smirk, and Briscoe is bleeding just like on Sunday! MJF CLAWS the wound, whips Briscoe corner to corner, then BACKDROPS Briscoe! The fans boo but MJF just soaks up more heat. MJF goes over to Briscoe, brings him up, and whips him corner to corner. The fans tell MJF off as he BACKDROPS Briscoe again! MJF flexes, soaks up heat, and promises one more time! MJF drags Briscoe up, throws hands, then whips corner to corner again.

Briscoe staggers into the third BACKDROP, but he lands on his feet! MJF is soaking up heat so he doesn’t notice, but he turns around into palm strikes! Briscoe powers MJF to a corner, snapmares him down, then CHICKEN CRANE KICK! The fans fire up as Briscoe LARIATS in the corner, then hits the EXPLODER! MJF tumbles while the fans fire up! Briscoe LARIATS, then fireman’s carries! ROLLING DEATH VALLEY! And SLIDING LARIAT! The fans fire up with Briscoe as he climbs up! Briscoe aims, but MJF hits the ropes to trip him up! The fans boo but MJF says he’s just too smart. MJF climbs up, brings Briscoe to the top, but Briscoe fires body shots!

The fans cheer, and now Briscoe BITES MJF’s forehead! Briscoe shoves MJF down, takes aim again, FROGGY-BOW! Cover, TWO! MJF survives, but Briscoe rises. Briscoe wipes the blood and sweat from his eyes, then he grabs MJF’s legs. MJF clings to the apron skirt but Briscoe yanks him free. Briscoe underhooks, but MJF wrenches out and WRINGS the arm out! Briscoe flounders away while MJF grins. MJF runs up, but Briscoe ELBOWS him! Briscoe TOSSES MJF out, then builds speed to DVIE! Down goes MJF at the ramp and the fans fire up again! Briscoe then fetches himself a chair! The fans clap along with Briscoe before he sets the chair up.

Briscoe builds speed, uses the chair, and he FLIES! Down goes MJF again and Briscoe high-fives the front row. Briscoe says he’s too smart for MJF! The fans cheer “A E DUB! A E DUB!” and then Briscoe brings out a TABLE! The ref reprimands, Sunday was the No Disqualifications, not tonight! Briscoe sends MJF into the steel steps, then he sets up his table! The fans cheer as Briscoe makes sure it is stable, then he ROCKS MJF! Briscoe puts MJF on the table, then he climbs up the corner. The fans fire up again as Briscoe aims, but MJF hurries up after Briscoe! MJF THROWS Briscoe to the apron! And then he flips the table!

The fans boo as MJF folds it all back up, then refreshes the count before he tucks the table back under the ring. MJF then soaks up more heat while Dynamite goes picture in picture.

MJF lounges on the top rope, he’s in no hurry with Briscoe down on the floor. MJF flips off the fans, but Briscoe slowly rises up. Briscoe rolls in but MJF KICKS him and stomps away! The ref counts as MJF CHOKES Briscoe at the ropes! MJF stops at 4, then he kicks Briscoe around. MJF CHOKES Briscoe again, but backs off at 4. MJF goes out, and he mockingly rallies the fans as he looks under the ring. MJF brings out… a middle finger! MJF then goes back to Briscoe in the ring, talks trash, but Briscoe UPPERCUTS! MJF ROCKS Briscoe, Briscoe hits back, and Dynamite returns to single picture as the shots go back and forth!

MJF SPITS on Briscoe! Briscoe snarls, and he ROCKS MJF, and JABS, JABS, JABS! Briscoe then runs to LARIAT MJF up and out! The fans cheer while MJF tumbles, and Briscoe goes out to pull up floor mats! MJF’s gonna wish he’d just kept the table out… Briscoe vows to kill MJF’s dumb ass! But MJF fights the underhooks to BACKDROP Briscoe onto the bare concrete! Briscoe writhes, MJF refreshes the count, and MJF scoops Briscoe! MJF tucks Briscoe in, but Briscoe clocks his heels! Briscoe is free, and he scoops MJF to SLAM him on the concrete! MJF sputters while Briscoe goes up! The fans fire up for BANG BANG, the FOLEY ELBOW!

The fans fire up again as Briscoe gets MJF in the ring. Briscoe vows to end this, and he straitjackets to then torture rack! CUTTHROAT DRIVER!! Cover, TWO!! MJF survives and Briscoe is shocked! The fans rally but MJF flounders away to the apron. Briscoe storms out after MJF with the fans cheering him on. Briscoe reels MJF in, underhooks, but MJF clings to ropes! The ref counts, Briscoe lets go, and he HEADBUTTS MJF! MJF flops to the floor and Briscoe hurries to fetch him. Briscoe HEADBUTTS again, and they go back to the bare concrete. Briscoe whips MJF into barriers, then he brings out the TABLE!

The fans cheer as Briscoe is ready to escalate what he was planning on earlier! The ref reprimands but Briscoe still sets it up nearby. Briscoe hobbles, the blood still pouring out, but he runs up on MJF. MJF drop toeholds Briscoe onto a chair! MJF rolls into the ring to refresh the count, then goes back after Briscoe. Briscoe sits up, MJF has a chair and mocks the clapping along before he tells San Diego to shove it. MJF then runs up on Briscoe, but into the REDNECK UPPERCUT! The fans fire up again as Briscoe then goes up onto the barrier! Briscoe tightrope walks to BLOCKBUSTER to the floor! The fans are thunderous as Briscoe brings MJF over!

Briscoe UPPERCUTS MJF onto the table, refreshes the ring count, but then stumbles around. But he still climbs the corner, takes aim, and SUPER FROGGY-BOW down through the table!! Direct hit on MJF and the fans are going nuts! Briscoe drags MJF into the ring, covers, ROPEBREAK!!! MJF survives by a literal foot, and Briscoe can’t believe he forgot about that! Briscoe just refocuses, reels MJF back in, and he underhooks. JAY- NO, MJF fights the lift, wrenches free, but Briscoe blocks the kick! Only for MJF to poke Briscoe in the eyes! MJF soaks up heat, then runs the ropes, but Briscoe ROCKS him first!

Briscoe brings MJF around, winds up, runs, but into a mule kick! KNEE LIFT! ROLLING ELBOW! But Briscoe PELES! Both men rebound, Briscoe LARIATS!! Both men are down again and the fans are thunderous! Briscoe goes up the corner once more, FROGGY-BOW!! But he isn’t done, he drags MJF up and underhooks! JAY DRILLER!!! Cover, TWO?!?! For the first time, MJF survives the Jay Driller! But the fans just fire up for Briscoe more, and he drags MJF back up. Briscoe hoists MJF up top, then goes outside to climb the corner. Briscoe underhooks the arms again, and the fans are already going nuts!

But MJF gets free enough to CLAW Briscoe’s eyes! MJF scrambles away, Briscoe runs up, but MJF puts him through the ropes! Only for Briscoe to RAM low! Briscoe sunset flips but MJF holds the ropes to stay up! MJF sits on the cover, TWO and Briscoe completes the sunset, TWO!! MJF is up, Briscoe kicks low! Underhooks and- NO, MJF Alabama Lifts to ALABAMA SLAM! MJF then rolls Briscoe into the ropes for the HEATSEEKER!!! Cover, MJF wins!

Somehow, someway, The Scumbag survives! But give The Devil his due, he didn’t even try to cheat, he just won out! But wait, now he has to go and ruin things by putting on the Dynamite Diamond Ring and daring Briscoe to get back up. The fans boo, but Briscoe stands, into a DIAMOND RING PUNCH!! The fans boo, but MJF says that “White trash hick” should’ve never been in the ring with him! MJF then scares off the medics so that he can aim again. MJF wants another shot, and somehow Briscoe is standing back up! The fans boo MJF, but wait! KENNY OMEGA Rushes out here! MJF runs away like the coward he is, and the fans cheer Kenny on!

Omega grabs a mic, and he says, “Oh, boy, aren’t you just full of piss ‘n’ vinegar, huh, Max? Don’t act so surprised, I told you I would be here! And I told you that if you somehow cheated your way through Briscoe, I would be knocking down your door!” The fans like the sound of that! Omega says the way he sees it, that if MJF still has all this energy to use tables, chairs, diamond rings, the belt itself, then maybe he has enough energy to have a match with Omega… tonight? The fans REALLY like the sound of that! MJF gets himself a mic, and he says, “It’s bad enough I had to come to a dumpster fire like California… It’s bad enough I had to wrestle that White trash hick tonight.

“You want me to wrestle again?” Kenny says yeah, he wants Max to wrestle again. MJF says NOPE! And the fact Kenny is stupid enough to think he deserves one more shot at the #TripleB is laughable! MJF has beaten Kenny not once, but twice! Hell, MJF kicked out of the world-famous One Winged Angel like it was nothing! The fans boo MJF ignoring the context of that moment. But MJF says if Kenny wants his match for the title, Kenny “BAH GAWD” Omega is no god, but a FRAUD. So the answer is NOPE! The fans boo, but then MJF says actually, #BigHebrew had a big idea! He’ll wrestle Kenny next week, but on one condition.

Omega says name it! MJF says okay, Kenny wants to make a deal with the Devil. This is an explosive offer, Kenny. If he doesn’t have an answer by the end of the night, Kenny will never get his shot at the Triple B! That is to say, Kenny Omega VS MJF in the main event of Dynamite: Beach Break. If MJF wins, same thing happens to Kenny that happened to his old pal, Hangman Adam Page! The fans boo but MJF says if he wins, Kenny will never be able to become AEW World Champion again! Kenny’s call! MJF puts a lot on Kenny’s plate, is Kenny willing to go all in with Maxwell Jacob Friedman?

Dynamite returns as Renee is with the AEW World Champion and says he has made the condition quite clear: If Kenny Omega wants his shot at the title, he has to agree that if he loses, he can never challenge for the title again. Also, if Kenny agrees, that match happens in one week. Is MJF prepared for Kenny Omega? MJF asks if Renee really just asked if he feels prepared. What a question. MJF will get to that in a minute, but first… Andrade! You thought it was a good idea for the Real Latino Man to put his hands on Big Hebrew? MJF is gonna say no. Payback is coming, and you won’t know where, and you won’t know when, but when it does, MY GOD, is it gonna hit like a ton of bricks!

Now to that “question,” is MJF prepared? Bryan Danielson, Chris Jericho, Jon Moxley, Cody Rhodes, Will Ospreay, Samoa Joe, Hiroshi Tanahashi, Hangman Adam Page, Jay White, Konosuke Takeshita, Orange Cassidy, Darby Allin, Dustin Rhodes, Billy Gunn, Rush, Bandido, Brody King, Kyle Fletcher, Mike Bailey, Kevin Knight, Mark Briscoe. What do all these men have in common? They all suffered a loss, and it was an “easy dub.” And now Kenny wants to go at this again? We all know the record, ladies and gentlemen, and it is 0-2 against Big Hebrew, and that’s never gonna change unless Kenny wants this match.

Kenny Omega, the best wrestler in the world, ain’t the Best Bout Machine no more. And it sure ain’t the Aerial Assassin, bruv! The best wrestler in the world is Maxwell Jacob Friedman. But all this is moot. It doesn’t matter if MJF is prepared, because Kenny Omega is never going to agree to the terms. Kenny Omega is literally gutless! But then Ospreay steps in. Ospreay tells Max to be careful, or he’ll break his own neck sucking himself off like that. And Ospreay wants to ask one question and one question only. Why that stipulation? MJF chuckles and says it’s because he’s the world champion and Ospreay is not.

And to prepare himself, bruv, whether you like it or not, whether the shmucks at home like it or not, MJF will see Ospreay’s pale ass in Wembley. MJF leaves, Ospreay scowls, but the question still remains: Will Kenny Omega agree to the terms? Or will this risk be too much for the reward?

Tony Schiavone is on the stage.

Schiavone says that there is no doubt Ospreay will have his world title match at All In: London, but we also heard MJF talking about one man being very instrumental in what happened at Forbidden Door. Schiavone wants to bring him out right now. Ladies and gentlemen, it is Andrade El Idolo! The fans cheer as the Real Latino Man joins Schiavone, and Schiavone says it is a sight we will never forget! That message Andrade had for MJF and the Don Callis Family when he took off his shirt to reveal his other shirt. Andrade smiles, and he says he is done with the Don Callis Family! It is time to beat that p*ndejo, MJF! The fans cheer that!

Andrade says he will become the NEW AEW World Champion! The fans also cheer that, and Andrade says, “So, I have one question.” The fans already know it, but Andrade smiles as he asks, “How you know?” But then the Don Callis Family attacks! And specifically, their biggest and meanest! Lance Archer, Jake Doyle and Brian Cage all attack Andrade! The fans boo as Callis is cheering on his monsters as they drag Andrade into the ring. The mugging continues, and Kevin Knight is also here to watch Cage hit a DISCUS LARIAT on Andrade! The Machine flexes as he stands over El Idolo, but they’re not done yet!

Cage stands Andrade up, reels him in, and suplexes, for the DRILL CLAW!! The fans boo but Callis grabs a mic to say, “I have something important to say! How you know, cabron?! Get this piece of garbage turncoat out of my sight, because Kevin Knight has got a match to win!” Cage TOSSES Andrade out to the floor, and The Jet is set to defend his AEW TNT Championship. But will he be 2Fly2Stop tonight? Or will it be fine, it’s fine~?

“They said I couldn’t do it again, so I did it twice. The first-ever two-time Owen Hart Cup winner. Another milestone with my name on it. Another reminder that none of you are on my level. AEW TNT Championship: Kevin Knight VS Lio Rush!

Dynamite returns as the Problem Child makes his entrance. The ROH World Television Champion was himself an unexpected factor at Forbidden Door, but will he soon add another title to his collection? Or will he fail to the “precious” from Knight?

The introductions are made, the belt is raised, and we see if it’s fine, it’s fine~!

The bell rings and San Diego is strongly behind Lio. Lio tosses his backpack to Knight, offering what’s inside. Knight has a bit of trauma with backpacks right now given how Darby Allin’s backpack exploded and caused Knight to fall down through double-decker tables… Knight stays away but Jake Doyle coaches him. Knight paws at the backpack, shakes it, then opens it up slowly. Wait, is that the ROH World Television Champion covered in black paint? Knight doesn’t understand, but Lio rolls him up! TWO, and Lio eggs Knight on! Knight throws hands but Lio bobs ‘n’ weaves! Knight whips, Lio redirects, then he taunts Knight’s bad leg.

Lio grabs the leg and BITES It! The ref reprimands, Callis protests, but Lio stops at 4. Lio creeps the ref out a bit, but then he goes back for Knight. Lio fires fast hands, then ROCKS Knight! Lio then puts Knight up against the ropes to CHOP! And CHOP! Lio whips, Knight reverses, but Lio reverses back. Knight stops himself, Doyle gets him out of the ring, and the fans boo. Knight is pissed, he wants to find something to use on Lio, then he asks Callis WTF is with this guy! They huddle up by commentary but the ring count climbs. Knight goes back to the ring, but Lio HANDSPRING KICKS him right off the apron! The fans cheer, Doyle and Calils freak out!

But then Lio runs around, GREMLIN DIVE! Direct hit at the commentary desk! Callis is freaking out again, but Lio says the rain is here! He is here! Lio then taps on Callis’ shoulder and that really freaks Callis out! Callis falls over on his ass while Dynamite goes picture in picture.

Doyle helps Calils up, but Callis wants to run away into the crowd! Callis tells them to have Lio back off, but Lio brings Knight up and around, only for Knight to take a swing! Lio dodges, then ROCKS Knight! Lio puts Knight in the ring, is wary of Doyle, then slide sin after Knight. Lio stomps Knight, ROCKS him again, then stalks him to the corner. But Knight grabs Lio’s dark TV title! Lio reacts badly to that, but then the ref takes the TV title away. Lio talks to himself, tries to refocus, then he goes back for Knight. Knight BODY BLOWS, ROCKS Lio, then fires off in the corner! Knight stomps away, the ref counts, but Knight digs his boots in!

Knight stops as the ref counts again, and Lio slowly sits up. Knight storms back up to Lio, scoops him, then SLAMS him! Cover, TWO! Lio toughs it out but Knight argues with the ref. Knight grinds Lio down with an armlock, then shifts to a chinlock. Lio endures, fights up, and hits a BIG back suplex! Knight flounders away to a corner, but Lio runs up to ROCK him again! And CHOP him! Knight is stinging but Lio stands him up to CHOP again! Lio puts Knight up, climbs up after him, and says the rain is here! Lio then BITES Knight’s bandaged forehead! Knight flails but Lio reels him in, only for Knight to fire body shots.

Dynamite returns to single picture as Knight knocks Lio down. Knight climbs down off the corner, Lio runs up, but Knight BOOTS him away! But Lio grins! The fans fire up as Lio eggs Knight on, then dodges him to tilt-o-whirl and- NO, Knight stops the rest to BACKBREAKER! Cover, TWO! Lio survives but Knight shakes his head. The fans rally for Lio while Knight goes to a corner. Knight springboards, but Lio dodges! The bad leg buckles for Knight, and Lio DECKS Knight! Lio whips, Knight goes up and over, but Lio fakes out the leaping lariat! Lio rolls Knight, Knight avoids the sweep, but not the ENZIGIRI!

The fans fire up for Lio and he wants Knight to rise up. Then RUSH HOUR! Cover, TWO! Knight survives but Lio drags him around, into the CRAVAT BRIDGE! Knight flails against this modified Chancery, and he scrambles, scrambles, and has the ROPEBREAK! Doyle then drags Knight to safety again. The fans boo but Lio goes to the top rope! Lio CROSSBODIES, but Doyle catches him! Doyle aims, but Lio slips free, and Lio POSTS Doyle! But Knight uses the apron to LEAPING LARIAT! The fans boo but Knight puts Lio back in. Knight then springboards to FLYING LARIAT! The bad leg still bothers Knight, but he still stands up.

Knight brings Lio up to ripcord, but Lio hits a SPANISH FLY and cradle!! TWO!! Knight escapes that one, then pops Lio up, SKY2HIGH! Both men are down and the fans rally up again! Knight roars as he rises, then he ripcords Lio again for the CRASH LANDING! Cover, Knight wins!

Winner: Kevin Knight, by pinfall (still AEW TNT Champion)

An assist is owed to #DangerousDoyle, but The Jet seals the deal! Callis joins him in the ring again, mic back in hand. But before Callis can say anything, DARBY ALLIN makes his presence known! The fans fire up as the Relentless One is on stage, eyes locked on Knight. Doyle & Knight dare him to try something, but Darby has a mic to say, “I think I got your attention, Kevin. But the question is, what am I gonna do with it? I want a TNT Championship match. And if you say no, what happened at Forbidden Door is gonna keep happening. I just wanted you to know, you started this! How are you gonna finish it?”

Knight takes the mic from Callis to say, “How am I gonna finish this? Huh? How am I gonna finish this?! Darby, y’know what? I’m tired of dealing with you and your Jackass lil’ stunts. So if you want a TNT title match-” Callis stops Knight right there! The fans boo and Knight says c’mon, let him at Darby! Callis says listen up, this is really important. “Darby, you have been a great wrestler. You have been a great champion. Callis rants on and on that the family is gonna protect Knight, but we also see “Speedball” Mike Bailey in the crowd. Bailey is disappointed in seeing how far his former friend has fallen. But will Darby force Knight’s hand when it comes to the TNT title?

Renee Paquette is with the Psycho Killer, and after watching playback of last week, she brings up Chris Jericho using Ciampa’s own MO of torturing his opponent while making Tony Schiavone “send a message.” What does he have to say? Ciampa says Jericho is a bully, that’s all that was! What Renee is gonna do is help right the wrong! She is gonna tell everyone that Ciampa is better than Jericho! But then JERICHO CHUCKS A TRASH CAN AT CIAMPA! Renee freaks out and gets away as Jericho throws hands, then THROWS Ciampa into spare chairs! Jericho CLUBS Ciampa out into the back lot, and SMACKS him off spare tables!

Security rushes in but Ciampa uses that to get a cheap shot on Jericho! then Ciampa throws security around, and he RAMS Jericho with a shopping cart! Wait, what’s a shopping cart doing here? Anyway, Ciampa CHUCKS boxes at Jericho, then CHUCKS security into spare barriers! Ciampa grab a POWER DRILL!?! Ciampa goes after Jericho but Jericho blocks the drill, then hits low! Jericho aims at the production truck but Ciampa elbows him away. Ciampa then SMACKS Jericho off the side, only for more security to rush out here! Ciampa fights them off, but Jericho CROSSBODIES from off the truck!

More and more security hurries out here to pull these two apart, but both men still want to fight! The summer is already hot, but will Beach Break take it to a new level when these two finally have it out in the ring?

Dynamite returns as…

Renee Paquette checks in with The Elite, The The Elite. She knocks on the locker room door, and Brandon Cutler is there to open the door. She asks if Kenny Omega is available and Brandon welcomes Renee in. Renee and the cameraman find Omega talking with The Young Bucks. Renee apologizes for interrupting, but she knows he has an important to decision to make. Has Kenny come to a conclusion? Matt Jackson says they’re literally in the middle of discussing that, and he just feels this is one they need to have. Two Elite comrades have fallen to the same stipulation, so let’s just discuss this fully.

Nick Jackson counters that this is still Kenny Omega, The Cleaner, the best pro-wrestler in the history of this sport that they love. Kenny has got this! He’s a gambling man, so is Nick, Nick is putting his money on Kenny. Matt says yeah, of course Kenny is the best, but- Kenny says he doesn’t wanna cut them off but… Sorry, Renee, they really are in the midst of this discussion, he has not made his decision yet. But this is something that is very important to him and to everyone. If Kenny can’t challenge ever again, what is left for him? And honestly, what is MJF getting out of this?

But the thing is, if Kenny thinks back to his first reign as world champion, he needed help. He needed to go to a dark place to get the job done. He didn’t like the man he saw looking back in the mirror, so this could be Kenny’s chance to make that right. And if he does that, he wants to do it on his own. So if Kenny takes the match, as much as he loves The Bucks, he needs it to be win or lose, alone. The Bucks accept that, and no matter what, they’ve got his back. Renee thanks them all for their time, and wishes Kenny luck. Kenny says yes, he has to think this out thoroughly. The Bucks are still divided on that, but what will The Cleaner choose?

The teams sort out, but then The Swirl just attacks! The fans boo as Blake CHOP BLOCKS Moxley and Lee fires off on Ospreay! The bell rings, the ref reprimands, but The Swirl mugs Moxley! Lethal coaches his guys on while Moxley hobbles away. Blake ROCKS Moxley, Lee ROCKS Moxley, then Blake wraps the bad leg around ropes while Lee fires off haymakers! The ref reprimands, the fans boo, but The Swirl backs off. Blake soaks up heat while Moxley flounders to the other corner, and Lee stomps away! Moxley puts Blake in the corner now, and he rains down fists! The fans count along but Moxley only gets to nine before Lee yanks him down! So Moxley CHOPS Lee! Moxley whips Lee into Blake, but Lee jumps up, MONKEY FLIP LARIAT COMBO takes down Moxley! The fans boo but The Swirl soaks it up. Blake storms up but Moxley BOOTS him away. Hot tag to Ospreay! Ospreay springboards over Blake, but Blake kicks low! Blake runs, but into a BIG FLAPJACK from Ospreay! Ospreay BOOTS Lee, then whips Blake. Blake reverses but Ospreay RANAS Blake! Blake tumbles out of the ring, the fans fire up, and they join Ospreay in shouting, “OI! OI! OI!”

Ospreay then aims to PLANCHA, and down goes The Swirl! The fans fire up again, Ospreay says sup to Lethal, then he high-fives the front row. Ospreay drags Blake up and into the ring, brings him up, then bumps him off buckles. Lethal coaches Blake but Ospreay scoops to SLAM! KNEE DROP, and then tag to Moxley as Dynamite goes picture in picture.

Moxley ELBOW DROPS on Blake, covers, TWO! Moxley drags Blake up, scoops him, but Blake slips free to CLAW Moxley’s eyes! Blake CHOPS, but Moxley just frowns. Blake tags Lee but Moxley CHOPS Blake, CHOPS Lee, then tosses them both out! Moxley goes out, brings Blake around, and whips him, only for Blake to reverse! Moxley is sent into the steel steps hard! Lee drags Moxley up, puts him in the ring, and brings him around to put on the top rope. Lee puts Moxley in a Tree of Woe, then runs to BLAST Ospreay! Blake traps Moxley in the corner while Ospreay rushes up on Lee. Lee sends Ospreay to Blake and Blake puts Ospreay on the apron.

Blake traps Ospreay with a headscissor, Lee runs to DROPKICK Ospreay down! Lee keeps moving, but so does Blake! BASEMENT 619 on Moxley in the Tree before Lee SHOTGUNS Moxley down! Blake ASAI MOONSAULTS Ospreay down on the floor! Blake high-fives Lethal while Lee soaks up heat. Blake CHOKES Moxley behind the ref’s back, then stops so Lee can stomp Moxley around. Lee bumps Moxley off buckles, CHOPS him, then follows him around the way. Lee drags Moxley up, tags Blake, and The Swirl mugs Moxley. Blake then trips Moxley and has the bad leg for a HALF CRAB! Moxley endures, even as Blake leans back and flips the fans off.

But Ospreay runs in and BOOTS Blake! Blake lets Moxley go but he tags Lee. Lee CLOBBERS Moxley, then taunts Ospreay. The ref keeps Ospreay back, Lee stomps away on Moxley. Lee rains down fists, Blake gets cheap shots in, but the ref is too busy with Ospreay! The Swirl soaks up more heat while Dynamite returns to single picture. Lee stands Moxley up, grinds the arm, but the fans rally up. Moxley fights up, reaches out, but Lee whips him to a neutral corner. Blake runs in but Moxley puts him outside. Lee BOOTS Moxley in the corner while Blake APRON SPEARS Ospreay! Lee then fireman’s carries while Blake goes up!

Blake DOUBLE STOMPS Moxley into the ROLLING DEATH VALLEY! Cover, TWO! Lethal is upset but Marina shouts at Moxley to get back up. Lee stalks Moxley, throws hands, then RAMS into him! And RAMS! Jay White owed Cope, they’re even now. Well, before Jay White got hurt and left for a year to collect a paycheck sitting at home… Christian had a serious problem with him. And he still does.

White says the gun hand dance will catch on, for sure. But 459 DAYS is a long time to be away from here. And in that long a time, a lot of things can happen. A lot of things can change.

Before he left, it seemed like everyone was struggling to escape the rule of The Death Riders, and now the fans don’t seem to want to anymore. Hmm… And to add to that, they’re not kicking it with the “biggest fraud in the industry,” but White isn’t here for “Billy.” He’s here for THEM! The sickest, slickest, quickest draws in the west! The top-shelf high-rollers! The real gunslingers! Ace Austin, Austin Gunn, Colten Gunn, Rock Hard Robinson, and Switchblade Jay White, the Bang Bang Gang! The fans cheer that! They all joined the NJPW Dojo back in 2015, so it is safe to say, there is a lot of history to unpack there. White’s known Finlay for a long time, and he still has to admit, he has never come across another naturally gifted and talented wrestler. Someone that picks it all up, executes seamlessly and effortlessly. But that makes sense, he was born into this business. FOURTH generation wrestler, now raising the fifth, and if anybody has the right to say that wrestling is in their blood, it is David Finlay.

“But David, all of that, it doesn’t change the fact that you’re still just a nepo-baby b*tch boy!” The fans fire up for that! They even chant “NEPO BABY!” White continues by saying, “Wait ’til he’s out here to chant that, not at me.” But what really bothers him is that his record-setting career will forever be stained by Finlay, because he took White out before he could thank the fans that raised him in the ring. But now, we’re in AEW, and though Finlay’s been here for only four months, the stench of his arrogance has lingered for far too long! So who better to clear the air so we can all breathe easy than yours truly?

Because simply put, White is a cut above! The most elite in this ring, the most high, the Switchblade, the Catalyst, ain’t nobody got what he’s got! And David Finlay, Sunday was just the beginning! You WILL breathe with White, because this is STILL his era, the Switchblade Era! The fans cheer that, and White tells David, Dogs, and anyone else, if you ain’t down with that, then White, The Collision Cowboys, and all of San Diego has two words for ya: GUNS UP! White has declared war on The Rebel, when and where will he look to put that dog down?

Aminata puts Maika in a corner for lariats, but Harley fires a flurry on Shida! Shida blocks a shot, spins Harley, but Harley dodges to ROUNDHOUSE! Harley runs the ropes, but Shida hits a JUMP KNEE! But then Kris BOOTS Shida down! Aminata HEADBUTTS Kris! Maika slips around Aminata to a BIG back suplex! Pere hits a SHOTGUN on Maika! The fans fire up for the CMLL Women’s World Champion, but then Shida leaps in, but Perse stays back.

Shida pokes perse in the eye! Roll-up, TWO! Shida brings Perse up, fireman’s carries, but Perse fights free. Perse fires elbows, Shida fires back, then Shida CLUBS Perse on the back. Then Perse sits Shida down for a mudhole stomp while Harley rains down fists on Aminata! The fans count to TEN, then way past that as Harley goes to about TWENTY! But then Perse gets Harley for the RAZOR’S EDGE! Perse high stacks and ELIMINATES Harley! The fans boo but Perse just reminded everyone that is every woman for herself! Kris is mad as she gets in Perse’s face, and she goes to check on her friend, only for Perse to roll Kris! TWO!

Kris is mad and Perse says whoa, wait! But then Perse takes a swing, only for Kris to wrench and ANGLE SLAM! The fans cheer the Cosmic Killer while Dynamite goes picture in picture.

Kris sees Aminata is back, but Aminata wheelbarrows, only for Kris to block! But Shida CLUBS Kris into the cover, TWO! Shida kicks Kris, snapmares her down, then clamps on with the motorcycle stretch. Aminata rallies the fans as she gives Kris CHOCOLATE KISSES! “AH! AH! AH! AH! AH! AH! AH! AH! AH! AH! YEEEEAH~!” But then Maika CLOBBERS Shida and Aminata! The fans are torn but Shida & Aminata attack Maika. They double whip, but Maika reverses to send Shida away. Maika kicks Aminata, then scoops Shida to SLAM her! Maika then spins Aminata around for a BIG suplex onto Shida! The fans fire up for Maika, but Kris is back.

Kris works with Maika as they mug Shida, then get her in the ring. They CHOP away on the ropes, then double whip. They DOUBLE BOOT Shida down, then high-five. Aminata is back but Maika kicks her first. Kris runs up and ROCKS Aminata! Then Maika LARIATS! Kris says one more, and she sends Maika in so she can LARIAT! And then Kris runs up to UPPERCUT! Kris goes side to side for a KNEE WASH! Then Kris & Maika both run, and they DOUBLE SHOULDER TACKLE Aminata! The fans fire up, the two high-ten, and they drag Aminata up again. Kris TOSSES Aminata, then has Maika watch for Shida or Persephone.

Perse is back, but Kris and Maika dodge! SUPERKICK! LARIAT! Kris and Maika have Perse on the ropes now, and Kris stands Perse up. They CHOP and CHOP and CHOP again! Dynamite returns to single picture as Kris & Maika double whip to DOUBLE SHOULDER TACKLE again! The fans cheer as Kris and Maika then agree to throw forearms! The fans rally as the shots go back and forth, then Kris fires a flurry! Kris runs, but Shida KENDO STICK SMACKS her! No disqualifications in this kind of match, but Maika still goes after Shida! Shida dodges, Maika dodges, and Maika spins Shida for a stalling suplex!

The fans cheer, but Shida is up and she kicks low! Shida then reels Maika in for her own stalling suplex! The fans are torn as Shida runs up on Maika, but Maika meets her! Knee and lariat collide, but Maika comes back to DISCUS LARIAT! The fans fire up with Maika and she brings Shida up to scoop and- NO, Shida slips free, drags Maika down, then has the ANKLE LOCK! Maika hurries to roll, and that sends Shida into the ropes! Maika storms up on Shida, but Shida shoves her back! Shida has the kendo stick, but Kris snags it from her! But then Perse grabs the stick to YANK Kris to the floor! Maika scoops Shida, but Shida slips free!

Shida uses the ref as a shield to then slip around Maika, roll up with a bridge! Shida ELIMINATES Maika! The fans boo but Shida gets away with one! Aminata rolls into the ring, she ROCKS Shida, but Shida ROCKS Aminata! Aminata ROCKS Shida, Shida ROCKS Aminata, then they trade shots again and again! But Aminata ducks a shot, rolls Shida, TWO! Aminata hooks a leg, FISHERMAN SCREW! Cover, TWO!! Shida survives but Aminata goes up top! Kris and Perse each go after Aminata, but Aminata kicks Perse away while Shida BLASTS Kris! Shida goes up, she brawls with Aminata, but Aminata DOUBLE CHOPS!

Perse says no sweat off her, because she got payback on Kris! But she also tells Shida that she owes her. Will we see the Shining Samurai and the Goddess of the Underworld battle it out to see who is truly championship material?

Kenny Omega goes to the ring!

But then wait, Will Ospreay stops him at gorilla? Ospreay has them cut the music and says hey, he wants Omega to win the title more than anyone! He’d love to face Omega at Wembley, but is this really a good idea? Whoa, wait, wait. Is Ospreay saying Omega can’t do it? Ospreay says he obviously believes in Omega, but he doesn’t think Omega believes in Omega. Omega tells Ospreay to listen. Omega is out of time. This could be his last shot. Think of it this way. With everything Ospreay’s done after fixing his broken neck, this is Omega’s death ground. So if Omega’s gonna go out, he’ll go out guns blazing. And hopefully, he has Ospreay’s support. Ospreay says always.

The two hug it out, and now Omega makes his entrance. The fans cheer as Omega steps inside the ring and grabs a mic. Omega says, “Believe it or not, I’ve done this for almost 30 years, more than half my life. There’s been no greater passion, no greater pleasure, than stepping through these ropes and giving you people everything I have. Whether it be when I was a 14 year old boy, or a 42 year old broken down man, you still get the same 100% Kenny Omega every single time. I’ve won titles. I’ve broken records. Records that may never be broken again. I have a career that I could probalby hang my hat on and be proud of, look upon fondly.

“But yous ee… There’s this selfish part about me that knows it just isn’t enough. There’s this part of me that thinks there’s still a little bit left in the tank. There’s a part of me that thinks, if I can believe, if Will can believe, if the Young Bucks can believe, if you peopel can believe…! Just one more time!” The fans chant “One More Time! One More Time!” Then Omega knows he can be a champion that each and every one of the fans can be proud of, and stand on the greatest stage AEW has ever had in Wembley Stadium, and he can represent All Elite Wrestling, where the best werstle, where he can face Will Ospreay, winner of the Owen Hart Cup…

And all he has to do is put it all on the line against MJF. But if Omega fails, he will become just like Cody and Hangman, another man that can never challenge for that belt ever again. The question is, is the cost too high? The answer is no. You want Omega to put it all on the line, Max? If Omega loses, you’ll never see him in another world title match ever again, and that’d sure make MJF happy. But there’s a possibility that even MJF has considered, and it’s that yes, Omega is STILL that same person that people called, “The Best Bout Machine.” He is still the man who they call The Cleaner! He is still to some out there the GOD OF PRO-WRESTLING!

The fans cheer Kenny on, and he won’t lie. To have one more chance to beat the brakes off MJF while he’s still healthy, it gets the blood flowing. Is Omega accepting the challenge? YES! So next week, MJF, bring BBB, bring yourself, and get ready to pass over what has rightfully been Omega’s since last time. This time, Omega is prepared, but MJF might not be. But until then, he bids us adieu. Say it if you know it! Goodbye, MWAH! And goodnight, BANG! BUT THEN MJF ATTACKS! The fans boo as MJF HAMMERS away on Omega! The Scumbag says “SUCK IT!” then he brings out the diamond ring!

MJF puts the ring on his finger, but Omega TACKLES MJF! The fans fire up, but security rushes out here! They pull Omega away from MJF, then they hold MJF back, but fans want to “LET THEM FIGHT! LET THEM FIGHT!” Omega fights free to CLOBBER MJF! The fans fire up again, but the security pulls Omega back! MJF gets loose to SPLASH Omega in a corner! MJF throws hands, and he says if Omega wants him, he’ll get him! MJF IS THE BEST IN THE WORLD! The two are separated again but the fans all cheer “KENNY! KENNY!” Both men are held back this time, then MJF goes to the ramp to hold up the AEW World Championship.

Beach Break is make or break for Omega, will he finally return to the mountaintop? Or will that Scumbag exile Omega from the world title scene forever?

My Thoughts:

A great Dynamite to follow Forbidden Door, and a lot going into Beach Break next week. Very good promo and brawl from Ciampa and Jericho to hype up their match, and it’s a bit hard to know who wins out. But if the Jericho Vortex still works as usual, Ciampa might actually win this one, and maybe with cheating, because then Jericho will win the rematch. Good promo from Cope & Cage to reference continuity, and apparently this is just the trend with Jay White where there are all these loose ends he has to tie up. I’m more interested in Jay White finally getting to feud with David Finlay, though, and he had a very good promo to call The Dogs out, but also apparently tease that he and Ospreay will meet again some day.

Good promo from Mone and she’s clearly enjoying a quick vacation since she doesn’t have to worry about the title match until August. The Women’s Casino Gauntlet is gonna be awesome, can’t wait to see who wins to face Thekla at Redemption. Very good promo from Andrade that then turned into an attack, and then it segued into the TNT title match. Fans love Lio Rush, I definitely came around on this gimmick, and he had a great showing against Knight. Good win for Knight from that, and naturally Darby calls Knight out. We’re going to get a great build towards the TNT Championship, and then that match itself will be awesome.

Very good promo from the Forbidden Door post-show that helps tie all the world title stories, as well as with Ospreay’s story with the Death Riders. Ospreay is apparently now a Death Rider, but uh, can the Death Riders decide if their Heels or Faces? Gabe Kidd was being a Heel beating the piss outta Shota Umino, but isn’t he also still in The Dogs? And then Ospreay is Face while Moxley and the others are varying degrees of Tweener. But great tag match from Moxley & Ospreay VS The Swirl where of course Ospreay & Moxley win. Awesome match from MJF VS Briscoe, and for like a second, I thought Briscoe was getting this, but then I remembered Redemption.

Though at the same time, I thought that’s where MJF VS Omega was going to be. MJF going for another all or nothing stipulation with Omega is fairly clever, but again, putting it on Beach Break is rather wild. Good promos from Omega, The Bucks, and Ospreay to “discuss” the decision, but of course Omega was going for it. The final brawl at the end keeps the math a bit even, but I would like to think Omega wins because cable TV feels a little too small for a devastating moment like Omega being barred from the world title. And at the same time, Redemption by name could be for MJF to try and get even with Omega and set things back to Ospreay VS MJF for All In.

And awesome Survival of the Fittest match, but I was right in calling Kris and Shida as the final two. I did not think Perse would get so deeply involved, but that was a great showing for her. Shida winning is great for her, she joins Kris on the very small list of having held both world and TBS titles in their careers. Shida can feud with Kris to Redemption, or Perse can get involved, who knows, but it’ll all be great stuff.
