Britt welcomes us all to the long-awaited return of The Waiting Room! She knows you missed them, and they missed you. But let Britt chat with her girl. Reba, your strength, your fight, your spirit, it has inspired us all, thank you! Britt hugs Rebel, and Rebel says it’s still “Rebel…” Right, Rebel Heart Dynamite. Now, a lot has changed since Britt’s been gone. The former TBS Champion was Maya World? Wow. But let’s introduce the woman who righted that wrong, it’s Persephone! AKA “Perse.”

The fans cheer as Perse steps in and says hi, Britt! Rebel reminds her, it’s Doctor. Right, right, Doctora Britt! But thank you for helping Perse save the division, it was a catastrophe. But now Maya & Hyan sit sad and empty handed, and then Thunder Rosa is holding a CMLL title hostage! But Perse stands before us the epitome of a champion on TBS and CMLL, #PerseDosStraps! Britt adds, “The Queen of the Underworld!” Perse agrees, and that is exactly where their team drags Maya’s team tonight. Britt says those three should be thankful, they got the band back together.

Because here is our next guest, the THREE-TIME AEW Women’s World Champion, a former TBS Champion, a former enemy of Britt & Rebel cuz she broke Britt’s nose, but the partner for tonight, Hikaru Shida! The Samurai steps in, she says Britt should thank her because now Britt’s nose looks so much better. Rebel can’t help but laugh at that. Shida says years ago, she hated Britt & Rebel, but she hates Maya even more, so tonight, let’s take the division back. Everyone fist bumps and Britt says fantasy camp is over. Not much has changed, really, because Rosa is about to be overshadowed by Britt again. See you out there!

The Most Dangerous Man and the greatest W, W, E, World, Tag, Team, CHAMPIONS~ won these titles at All In, held onto them against The Lethal Twist, but now they face a trio that has been through thick and thin. Will Orange Cassidy, Kyle O’Reilly & Roderick Strong make these titles Freshly Squeezed again? Or will we see that these titles are truly on a New Level?

The introductions are made, the belts are raised, and we see who are the realest!

The trios sort out while Athens chants for “NEW, LEVEL! NEW, LEVEL!” Kofi starts against Cassidy and the fans cheer as the two circle. They tie up, Kofi waistlocks, Cassidy drops down, rolls, and rolls, then rolls back to wrench and headlock. Kofi wrenches through to then headlock, but Cassidy powers up and out. Kofi RUNS Cassidy over, the fans cheer, and Cassidy dodges to waistlock. Cassidy snapmares Kofi, rolls, and thumbs up for the photo op! Then ghost pin, TWO! Cassidy sweeps, covers, ONE! Kofi sweeps but Cassidy lifts his leg! Kofi tries again but Cassidy lifts the other leg! The fans applaud as the two watch each other closely.

Kofi feints, then tries again, but Cassidy still jumps over! The fans cheer the stalemate! Cassidy and Kofi fist bump, then they tag to Kyle and Creed! The fans cheer again as “Awesome Austin,” the Georgia boy, fires up! Creed and Kyle feel things out, knuckle lock, and Kyle KICKS! Creed shakes it off, then he KICKS in return! Kyle shakes it off, then KICKS back! Creed KICKS Kyle, Kyle KICKS Creed, then Kyle blocks a kick to KICK! Kyle clamps on, fires knees, then grinds the guillotine. Creed wrenches free, Kyle dodges, but Creed blocks a kick! Creed trips Kyle, rolls him, then CHOPS! The fans “WOO~” while Creed whips, but Kyle reverses.

Creed ducks ‘n’ dodges, then slides under, ROLLING ELBOW! The fans cheer Creed, he brings Kyle over, tag to Kofi. Creed snapmares Kyle, Kofi runs, tilt-o-whirl SPLASH! Roddy runs in and BLASTS Creed! Roddy stomps Kofi, BLASTS Swerve, then stomps Creed! The fans boo Roddy while Cassidy tags in. Roddy then weaponizes Cassidy as he THROWS him into Kofi, whips him into Creed, then scoops him. Swerve slips in so Roddy sets Cassidy down to ROCK Swerve! Roddy then scoops Cassidy again, FALL AWAY CROSSBODY! The fans fire up as Roddy then backs off, and Cassidy drags Kofi into the ring. Tag to Kyle, then tag to Roddy.

Roddy whips Kyle so Kyle can whip Roddy in for a LARIAT! Kyle ROCKS Kofi, then feeds him to a scoop. Kyle goes up, KNEE DROP BACKBREAKER COMBO! Roddy drags Kofi back up, but Kofi JAWBREAKERS free, hot tag to Creed as Dynamite goes picture in picture.

Creed CHOPS Roddy, ROCKS him, CHOPS him again, but Roddy shoves Creed to DROPKICK him down! Cover, TWO! Creed toughs it out but Roddy drags him over. Roddy tags Kyle, and Kyle climbs up to rain down fists! Kyle goes to TEN, then tags Roddy back in. Roddy climbs up, he rains down TEN, then he tags Cassidy. Cassidy climbs up, winds up, but then Roddy pulls him back and tags back in! Roddy rains down another TEN! The ref reprimands, but then Roddy tags Cassidy back in. Cassidy climbs up, winds up, but Roddy pulls him down again?! Roddy climbs up for another TEN! That’s thirty just from Roddy!

Roddy tags Cassidy in, and Cassidy says let him do it this time. Cassidy climbs up, winds up, but Creed carries him away! Atomic drop! But Cassidy still ROCKS Creed! Then Cassidy atomic drops in return! But Creed atomic drops him again! Creed runs, but into an atomic drop! Creed and Cassidy both stagger, then they both fall over! Cassidy and Creed crawl, but Cassidy pushes Creed to the Conglomeration corner. Tag to Kyle, he drags Creed up, and he BOOTS Creed down! Tag to Roddy, he CHOPS Creed down! Tag to Cassidy, and Cassidy brings Creed up, but Creed CHOPS! Cassidy tags back to Kyle and he stays between Creed and his corner.

Rebel Heart returns to single picture as Kyle KICKS Creed! Creed sits up, Kyle KICKS him again! The fans rally as Creed sits up again, but Kyle eggs Creed on! Creed CHOPS, and CHOPS, but Kyle ROCKS! Creed CHOPS! Kyle ROCKS! Repeat! Creed CHOPS, CHOPS, CHOPS, but Kyle fires a strike fest! Kyle suplexes, but Creed knees free! Kyle KNEES in return! But Creed blocks one, powers up, FISHERMAN BUSTER! Swerve knees free, then runs again, but into a fireman’s carry! Swerve slips free, shoves, but Roddy avoids the dropkick! Roddy DECKS Creed for good measure!

Roddy gets Swerve’s legs, CATAPULTS him, but Swerve handsprings with the apron to land safe! Swerve then drags Roddy out, dangles him off the apron, and Creed sets up underneath! Kofi aims, DOUBLE STOMP BACKBREAKER COMBO!! The fans are thunderous, and Creed puts Roddy in! Kofi goes up top, “This is Awesome!” as Kofi SPLASHES Roddy on the back! Creed is up top, LIMIT BREAKER ELBOW DROP! Cover, but Cassidy breaks it! The fans are torn but Creed is annoyed. Roddy KICKS Creed’s leg out, BOOTS Creed away, then tags Cassidy. They get his hands out of the pockets, and they DOUBLE BACK- NO, Cassidy fights it, and he puts his hands in his pockets with double headlocks! And he “unleashes” kicks on Swerve! The fans fire up, but Swerve gets mad! New Level lifts Cassidy again and they THROW him at Swerve, but Cassidy RANAS Swerve away!

The fans fire up while Swerve tumbles out! Cassidy ducks ‘n’ dodges, comes back, DOUBLE RANA on New Level! The fans fire up again, and Cassidy builds speed! Cassidy DIVES to TORNADO DDT Swerve onto the floor! The fans go nuts again, but now Creed DIVES onto Cassidy! Kyle is on the apron, Creed dodges the flying knee! Only for Roddy to APRON BACKBREAKER! Roddy THROWS Creed aside, Kyle DROPKICKS Creed down! Kofi is up top, and he SUPER CROSSBODIES onto Kyle & Roddy! The fans go nuts again as everyone is down on the outside! Kofi rises up, he hurries back to the ring, but Cassidy is there!

ORANGE- NO, Kofi dodges the punch! But Cassidy dodges Trouble in Paradise! Cassidy tilt-o-whirls, but Kofi stops it, and Swerve hits a HOUSE CALL! Kofi then drags Cassidy back up, brings him around, and Creed goes up! DAYBREAK!! Cover, Swerve & New Level win!

Two defenses, two victories, three top stars of this game! But they still show respect to Cassidy and Kyle, with Roddy nowhere to be seen… But then Ricochet interrupts on the mic, “No, no, no, no, no, no, no!” The fans boo as Ricochet leads The Demand & Lethal Twist out here, and Ricochet says save him from this shaking hands crap! The fans taunt him for being “BALD! BALD! BALD!” but Ricochet asks if Swerve & New Level are really having trouble beating a team The Demand already put down with ease. That tells Ricochet that The Demand could come down there and put Swerve & New Level down just as easily!

After all, The Demand is owed their rightful rematches for those titles, because everyone already knows Toa Liona’s shoulders were not down for the full three count! And actually, what really grinds Ricochet’s gears is why a couple of “rookies” get to walk into Ricochet’s company and be handed opportunities! Did they already know Swerve? Did they go to school together or something? Maybe the same fraternity or step dance team. That’s perfect, though, because Ricochet was about to tell them, get to stepping! The fans boo but Ricochet says instead of that, he thinks his six will happily escort them out personally.

The fans boo as the #LethalDemand goes to the ring and surrounds it, 6v3! But wait! The champs have backup from the former champs, Hangman, Bandido & Brody! The fans cheer as they stand with Swerve, Kofi & Creed, and Ricochet doesn’t like when things are even! Ricochet has The Demand & Twist stand down, but when and where will all these trios have it out? For that matter, Hangman, Bandido & Brody pick up the trios titles, but then hand them back to Swerve & New Level. Tensions rise between the old rivals, but Swerve and Hangman leave it at this. When will these trios have it out in the ring?

Darby Allin & Steven Borden speak.

The Son of Sting says, “Everybody’s asking me, ‘Why now?’ And the truth is, fear. I’ve been afraid of my dad’s shadow for my entire life. And it wasn’t until that night in Phoenix when Darby and my dad won the tag team titles, and I got jumped in the ring. That night ignited something in me. It pulled something out of me, pulled me into something I’d been running from my entire life. And then standing in the ring at Revolution, watching decades of my dad’s career culminate in one night, I couldn’t help but think decades of my life are gonna fly by, too. And do I wanna look back in 30 years, saying, ‘What if?’ Or do I wanna run right into the thing that scares me?

“And when I made that decision, the first person that I called was Darby Allin, the most fearless person that I know.” Darby says the training wheels are off, the pressure is on, and The Don Callis Family doesn’t think Steven’s ready for this. But Darby knows exactly what Steven’s capable of. He was never meant to be the second coming of Sting, he’s the first Steven James Borden! They fist bump and head out, but will these two carry on The Icon’s legacy? Or will Josh Alexander & Mark Davis make them regret turning down the family’s offer?

Backstage interview with The Don Callis Family.

Well, speaking of, Renee Paquette is with Mark Davis, Josh Alexander, Kevin Knight, Kyle Fletcher, and the man himself, Don Callis. She brings up the huge night tonight, between Kyle & Kevin VS The Young Bucks in a tag team tables match, plus Davis & Alexander VS Darby and the debuting Steven Borden. The Walking Weapon says, “Oh, God, Renee, we know it’s a big night for Steven Borden, he’s got a lot to prove, right? But I’ve been on the shelf for five months! I’ve got something to prove, too.” Dunkzilla adds that tonight, the two tag team specialists here will decimate them! Callis laughs and says he loves that.

Callis says there’s nothing better than watching a well-oiled tag team work together like family! Right, Kyle? The Protostar says he gets it, Don wants him to say that he and Kevin worked together very well on Collision, so let’s hope the same thing happens tonight. The Jet says yeah, The Bucks might just be the greatest tag team of all time, but they’ve never faced Kevin & Kyle. So what does that mean if and when #ProtoJet beats The Bucks tonight? Callis is “getting the vapors just thinking about it!” Kyle & Kevin go to get ready, and Okada is in the way. The Rainmaker smiles and says he is so glad Kyle finally sees the value in family!

Kyle says let’s go. Kevin & Kyle continue on, Callis shakes hands with Okada, and he says they both know about family, everyone should know. But will Kevin & Kyle be flying high tonight? Or will they have a crash landing down through a table?

D!” But the moment she sees Thunder Rosa, Britt runs for it back to her corner! Tag to Perse and Rosa smiles. Perse and Rosa circle, feel things out, and tie up. They go around, and Perse waistlocks. Rosa fights the lift, Perse shoves her away, but Rosa RUNS Perse over! Rosa shimmies, the fans cheer, but Perse kips up. The fans cheer again, and Perse pie faces Rosa. Rosa runs to RUN Perse over! The fans cheer again, and Rosa runs, but Perse lifts her! Perse RAMS Rosa into the corner, then fires haymaker after haymaker!

The ref counts, Perse stops, and the fans duel, “Thunder Rosa!” “D M D!” Perse runs up in the corner, but Rosa goes up and over to then backslide Perse! TWO,  and Rosa runs the ropes again. Rosa tilt-o-whirls, clinches, and RUSSIAN LEG SWEEPS! Rosa keeps moving, tag to Maya before the SLIDING LARIAT! Maya tags Hyan, then adds a basement DROPKICK! Hyan runs to drop the LEG, brother! Cover, TWO! Perse is tougher than that, but Hyan stomps her. Hyan fireman’s carries, Perse fights free, and Perse shoves for a SNAP POWERSLAM! Cover, TWO! Perse is annoyed but she drags Hyan over and tags Shida.

Shida runs up, Hyan ducks the kick to roll Shida, but Shida rolls through. Shida feints, then kicks again, but Hyan blocks! Hyan stands up to ROCK Shida, then fireman’s carries. Hyan runs up to SNAKE EYES Shida off the corner! Tag to Maya, and she sets up for Hyan, tilt-o-whirl CANNONBALL! The fans cheer, Maya puts Shida in the drop zone, and she goes up, WORLD SAULT! Cover, TWO! Shida survives, but Britt & Perse were ready. Maya brings Shida up, scoops, but Shida fights free! Shida pokes Maya in the eye! The ref reprimands, the fans boo, but Perse & Britt cheer. Shida whips Maya to ropes, and Britt gets a cheap shot in!

Britt hurries away before Maya can swipe at her, and Shida ENZIGIRIS Maya down! The fans are torn as Shida digs her heel into Maya’s face, and Dynamite goes picture in picture.

Shida has Maya in a corner, then drags her to the apron. Shida CLUBS Maya again and again, then soaks up the cheers and jeers. Shida nods and runs in, KNEE LIFT! Maya flounders back into the ring while Britt mocks her pain. Shida rolls in, drags Maya up, and clamps on with a chinbar armlock combo. Maya endures, but Shida HAMMERS away! The ref reprimands about hair pulling, Shida stops, and she tags Perse. Perse runs up on Maya to kick her low! Perse stomps away on Maya, but the ref counts. Perse stops at 4 to argue with him, then she taunts the Maya World M W hands. Perse snapmares Maya, runs, and basement DROPKICKS! Cover, Hyan breaks it!

Britt protests but the ref keeps her back. Perse drags Maya up, brings her over, tag to Britt. Britt takes the handoff, ROCKS Maya, then fires more shots. Britt CHOKES Maya in the corner, the ref counts, and Britt stops at 4. This lets Shida get a cheap shot in! Perse joins in while Britt continues to argue with the ref. Britt brings Maya up, Maya fights the suplex, so Britt tags Shida. Shida kicks Maya, Maya fires body shots, but Shida kicks Maya down. Rebel Heart returns to single picture as Shida puts Maya in the ropes. Shida digs her boots in, Hyan storms over, but Shida SMACKS her! Shida brings Hyan in and suplexes her into Maya!

The fans are torn, but Shida pushes Maya to the DMD corner. Shida argues with the ref, which lets Britt and Perse get shots in! Perse even LARIATS Maya! Shida JUMP KNEES! Rosa protests but that only distracts the ref as Britt hits a LARIAT! Britt goes again, but Maya ELBOWS her! Maay BOOTS Perse, then goes up and over Shida! Hot tag to Rosa! The fans fire up as La Mera Mera dodges Perse & Shida to send Perse into Shida! Then Rosa dodges Perse to UPPERCUT, mule kick, and STUNNER! Perse is down, Rosa fires up, and she METEORAS Shida! Then METEORA for Perse! The fans fire up for Rosa as she keeps going!

DROPKICK for Shida! DROPKICK for Perse! But then Britt CLUBS Rosa! Rosa is just annoyed by that, but Perse full nelsons Rosa! Shida runs up, but Rosa ducks! Shida and Perse are both down, but the fans fire up for REBEL as she wheelchairs out here! She gets Britt her gloves! Britt equips the glove, and she drags Hyan in. But Hyan rolls Britt! TWO, and Britt SUPERKICKS! Then a takedown, the RINGS OF SATURN, and then… THE LOCKJAW!! Hyan taps, Britt’s team wins!

AEW shares Rebel’s story.

Starting as Britt’s makeup artist, then getting to step into the ring, she’s been here from the very beginning. Rebel knows AEW changed her life, and she will be forever grateful. Her hope is that AEW can help more families and save more lives. ALS affects one in every 300 people, is fatal, with a window of only two to five years of life after diagnosis. Statistically, someone is diagnosed with ALS every four minutes, and that is not acceptable. Rebel first started showing symptoms in late 2024, but not diagnosed until earlier this year in 2026. That is sadly a very common story with ALS, which is why it’s so important to improve research to figure out why this is happening.

In order to do that, ALS science needs funding and awareness, which is why Rebel and AEW are compelled to fight, advocate, and carry the torch for this cause. Rebel is so honored that her AEW family is helping to make a difference. It helps Rebel keep going. The ice bucket challenge has spread through the entire roster! Rebel has always stood up for herself, and now they can all stand together. We are so close to a cure! So close to finding new medicines to stop the progression. We’re almost there, we can do it. The fans chant “How You Know! How You Know!” but then Mortos rushes in! Andrade helps Aubrey get out of the way, and Mortos hits buckles! The bell rings, Andrade runs up, and he RANAS Mortos! Mortos gets up to RUN Andrade over! Andrade gets up to RUN Mortos over! The fans fire up as both men stand. Mortos swings, Andrade dodges to roll and arm-drag! Mortos tumbles out, Andrade throws off the shirt, and Andrade slingshots to FLYING RANA! The fans fire up for Andrade as he stands tall. Andrade flexes, then he brings the camera over so he can get his selfie with the ladies! The fans cheer and Andrade fetches Mortos.

Andrade puts Mortos in the ring, runs corner to corner, but Mortos scoops to a torture rack! BEAST BREAKER! Mortos roars, the fans are torn, but Mortos runs up to DISCUS LARIAT Andrade up and out! Because no disrespect, but Hangman has a reputation for “getting around” in the trios division. And when Hangman came back, he said he was looking for something, and it didn’t seem like the trios titles were it. Hangman admits, no, they were not. But to be honest, he helped them out in a fight, then they ended up trios champions, he did not expect it.

But he needed it. He really needed it, he still needs it. So if it’s cool with Brody & Bandido, then yeah, they’re still a trio. What does Senor Bandido say? The Outlaw thinks on it, and says of course! Let’s go! Those titles belong to El Bueno (himself), El Malo (Brody), y El Guapo (Hangman)! The fans are torn, but Mone says she is “Big D Mone~!” And just ask Willow how it tastes! HAHAHA! Thekla says if there’s one thing they can agree on, it’s the fact that Willow Nightingale is THE dumbest b*tch and THE worst women’s champion in the history of AEW! Ospreay asks if Moxley is surprised. Because he’s not. Ospreay is the one who asked for this match, because he owes Moxley. The training, going hard, and to be honest, in 2026, Ospreay’s only been pinned by one man and it’s Moxley. So Moxley is the proper #1 contender in Ospreay’s mind.

Knight SUPERKICKS Nick down! Knight makes sure the table is positioned just right, then goes to the other corner. Rebel Heart returns to single picture once more as Knight climbs up. The Jet goes COAST2COAST, but Nick SHOVES the table into him!

Kyle BOOTS Nick, SUPERKICKS Matt, and he puts the table back in place. Kyle lifts Matt, aims, but Matt slips free! Matt SUPERKICKS Kyle, then cravats! Matt uses the table to hit a SLICED BREAD! Matt feints the kick on Knight to DDT him down! The fans fire up, and Nick aims. Nick runs up, Knight puts him outside! Knight ROCKS Nick, ELBOWS Matt, then goes up, but Matt kicks the legs out! Nick goes up, DRAPING SWANTON BOMB! The Bucks take the corner table, bring it out, and “This is Awesome!” Kyle CLUBS Nick, CLUBS Matt, then whips Matt to ropes. Matt wheelbarrows, VICTORY FACEBUSTER!

Kyle sputters, Nick grabs the table, and he helps Matt bring Kyle around. The table is down, but The Bucks hang Kyle out to dry. Nick goes up again, MMM BOP DROP on the flat table!! The table doesn’t break, but it maybe did more damage that way! The Bucks then set up another table outside, and Matt drags Kyle to the apron. Nick goes to a corner, Matt scoops Kyle, but Knight jumps at Nick for the UPPER ROOM! Kyle then turns things around on Matt! Knight climbs, but Matt turns things back around, and SHOVES Kyle into Knight! The fans fire up as Nick goes up to get Knight, for a SUPER STEINER into the ring!

Matt goes up, triangle jump DDT on the apron!! Kyle sits up in a daze while the fans go nuts! Matt shakes out his hands, puts Kyle in the ring, and Nick is there. The fans sing, “OH~, We Want Some Tables!” The Bucks throw hands with ProtoJet, they ROCK Knight and ROCK Kyle, but they hit back! Matt KNEES Knight, Nick KNEES Kyle! Kyle blocks a kick, sends it at Matt, but Matt ducks and the foot hits Knight! Kyle blocks Matt’s kick, spins it, but Nick ducks that! Nick sweeps the legs, DOUBLE BASEMENT SUPERKICKS! Knight returns, kicks Matt, but Nick kicks Knight !Nick whips, Knight goes up and over, and he LARIATS Nick out!

Matt scoops Knight! Nick returns, MELTZER DRIVER! But then Kyle SUPERKICKS Matt, ROCKS Nick, then reels Nick in! Nick makes it a FACEBUSTER! Matt SUPERKICKS Kyle! Then B T E TRIGGER!! The fans fire up, but that doesn’t put Kyle through a table! Knight is up, Matt runs up, and he SUNSET FLIPS! Knight holds on, but Nick runs up! SUPERKICK and Matt gets Knight, POWERBOMB down through a table!! One down, one to go! The fans go nuts as Kyle is up, and he SUPERKICKS Nick! Kyle suplexes Nick, but Nick fights with knees! Matt runs up, Kyle DUMPS Matt out and down through a table!!

The fans go nuts as the score is tied! Kyle dodges Nick to SNAP HALF ‘N HALF! Then GAMANGIRI in the corner! BRAINBUSTER!! Kyle snarls, grabs that table he landed on before, and he sets it up in a drop zone! Kyle fires up with the fans, he goes to Nick, and whips. Nick slides under the table, SMACKS Kyle off it, then SUPERKICKS! Nick leaps over the table for a DESTROYER! Nick keeps moving, SUPERKIK! Kyle falls onto the table, and the fans fire up as Nick climbs the corner! But then FTR rushes out here! Nick fights off Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood! SUPERKICK for Cash! SUPERKICK for Dax! Nick then goes back to the corner!

The fans fire up as Nick climbs, but wait! STOKELY anchors Nick! Kyle gets up, and he SUPERPLEXES Nick down through the table!! ProtoJet wins!

Winners: Kyle Fletcher & Kevin Knight, by pinfall

FTR have a HUGE assist on this one, but a win is a win! Knight celebrates with Kyle, and then FTR mugs Nick! The fans boo but Knight joins in! Matt gets up, he fires off on FTR, then on Knight, but Knight SUPERKICKS Matt! Kyle boots Matt into the SHATTER MACHINE! The fans boo as FTR then spots a table that hasn’t been broken! They drag Matt over, Stokely says do it! They get Matt up, but DARBY & STEEEEEVE rush out here! The fans fire up as Darby & Borden chase FTR and ProtoJet off! Knight & Kyle won with help, but Darby & Borden won on their own. Will these teams fight it out to prove who’s better?

The Bucks then stand up, and they stare down with all the other teams around ringside. The Bucks do thank Darby & Borden for the help, and they shake hands. Will The Bucks make sure to repay Darby & Borden down the line?

My Thoughts:

A great Dynamite, and very emotional. It was so great seeing Rebel here, and she was a gem as always in The Waiting Room and during that Six Woman Tag. I got choked up seeing Britt and Rebel showing some real emotion as their segment ended, and I could tell the fans felt the same. I really hope the fundraising for ALS research exceeds all expectations, and all research against diseases like this and cancer. As for story, this was also a great Six Woman Tag, and the Heels winning works per Britt’s return push and to put the pressure on the Faces to come back stronger for All Out in a few weeks.

Great Trios Championship match, but I figured Swerve & New Level would win. The Conglomeration is starting up a new dysfunction story with Roddy wanting extra turns at the rain of fists, then just disappearing on us after they lost. Hangman, Brody & Bandido helping run off The Demand & Twist was good, too, really teases the eventual match of Swerve & New Level VS Hangman & Brodido. But great promo from The Good, The Bad y El Guapo to address Hangman’s change of plans, and that certainly keeps in mind that if the trio doesn’t win the rematch, maybe Hangman moves on for some sort of midcard singles title.

Andrade VS Mortos was outta nowhere, but it served as a great segue into Ospreay VS Finlay given Ospreay and Andrade are still on the same side here. The Dogs of course wanted after them both, and I really liked Death Riders stepping in. If there was ever a time there could be a mutiny of The Death Riders and they kick Moxley out, it’s this next phase of the story with Ospreay. Andrade and Ospreay of course both won tonight, that’s momentum towards All Out, and interesting detail that Ospreay was the one who put Moxley’s name in the hat. As for Andrade, feels like he might have his next defense against Connors, maybe Finlay after that, who knows.

Very good promo from Darby & Borden, and very good promo from The Don Callis Family. Okada pestering Kyle, this adds to my idea that Kyle is next to leave the family. Great tag team matches, and great win for Borden in his official in-ring debut. FTR tipping things in favor of Kyle & Knight was both surprising and not surprising. No Cope & Christian makes sense, though, because Christian likely convinced Cope to let their challengers handle this themselves. Darby & Borden making the save makes me think we get Darby & Borden VS Kyle & Knight, which maybe appoints the winners as #1 contenders, challenging the winners of the TLC-not-TLC match down the line.
