IMPACT News: Moose Not Cleared To Compete After Suffering Concussion

In what many are calling his best match, IMPACT Wrestling star Moose put forth a tremendous effort this past Sunday at Slammiversary in his bid to take the World Championship from Austin Aries. Of course Moose came up a little bit short, however the 6-year pro has received a lot of praise for his performance.

Unfortunately though, yesterday IMPACT Wrestling announced via Instagram that Moose was injured during the match, suffering a concussion:

EXCLUSIVE FOOTAGE: During what was an epic World Championship Match at Slammiversary @moosenation69 suffered a concussion. Moose will not be cleared to compete at Confrontation tomorrow on @twitch, but promises to make an appearance. There is no timetable for Moose’s return to action.

Moose had been scheduled for tomorrow’s IMPACT Wrestling and AML Wrestling event, ‘Confrontation’, against Jaxon Stone in Greensboro, North Carolina, but has now been removed. It has yet to be determined who may be replacing Moose or what will become now of the match. At this time the grade or severity of the concussion has not been specified, therefore it’s not certain when he will be able to return to action.
