Private Party makes their entrances first, mics in hand, and Isiah Kassidy, “Ey yo, London, what’s good?” The fans cheer but Brother Zay says that’s not good enough. This is their first time here, let’s do it right. London, what’s good? The fans cheer much louder now, and Marq Quen says Private Party is here in London! They are the MCs of All In! So with that said, time to bring it back a bit. They haven’t done this in awhile, but today seems like the right time. Wembley Stadium, y’all ready? If you’re ready to party, can we get a HUHN~ YEAH! “HUHN~ YEAH!” Well, time to party indeed with this MASSIVE match!

These giant teams sort out, and the fans fire up as Lethal starts against the New Dynamite Kid. They circle, Tommy runs up and he DROPKICKS Lethal! Lethal is right up to fire forearms! Tommy fires back, the fans rally, and Tommy whips. Lethal reverses but Tommy runs him over! And runs him over again! Tommy keeps going, he ducks ‘n’ dodges but Lethal scoops. Tommy slips out to leap, but Lethal stops the Rana to step over! Lethal steps through but Tommy kicks free! Tommy dodges but Lethal CHOPS! Tommy CHOPS, the fans fire up as the CHOPS keep going! Tommy CHOPS and CHOPS, but Lethal CHOPS again!

Tommy and Lethal get in each other’s face, they shake hands, then back again. Tag to Ogogo and Kip, and now London really fires up because these are their guys! Kip and Ogogo get in each other’s face, and the fans rally for “KIP! KIP! KIP!” The two tie up, Kip headlocks, but Ogogo powers out. Ogogo follows and runs Kip over! Ogogo runs, Kip drops, then hurdles, then bypasses to CALF KICK! The fans cheer and Kip brings Ogogo up. Kip wrenches Ogogo, tags in Action Andretti, and Action goes up to DOUBLE STOMP the arm! Action wrenches Ogogo, headlocks, and grinds the hold. Ogogo powers up and out, and Daivari gets a cheap shot in!

Action DECKS Daivari for that, and Private Party is there to catch him! Action dodges Ogogo, stands off with him, and now EVERYONE gets in! The fans fire up for this huge 16 man BRAWL! The ref moves aside to let this happen, and then things spill out of the ring! In the end, only Lio Rush and Satnam Singh are left, and everyone realizes this is definitely in Satnam’s favor. Lio looks way up at Satnam, but the fans rally up for The Bad Child! Lio CHOPS, but Satnam just laughs it off! Lio CHOPS again, but still nothing! Satnam swings, Lio ducks and grabs a leg! That’s about all he does, and Satnam walks around with Lio!

Satnam kicks Lio away, Lio gets up and gets moving! Lio redirects, and redirects, but Satnam isn’t even bothering to move! Lio CROSSBODIES, but bounces right off Satnam! Satnam then deadlifts Lio right into a gorilla press! Lio’s team rushes in to attack Satnam! But then Satnam EXPLODES free! Everyone bails out again, Satnam lifts Lio again, and he THRWOS Lio onto Kyle and Darius! Satnam’s team cheers, and Eivl Uno says that was wild! Satnam HEADBUTTS Action, tags Lethal, and they mug Action. Tag to John Silver, he scoops and SLAMS Action! “I’m freakin’ jacked, baby!” The fans cheer that!

Silver drops an elbow on Action, drags him to ropes, and CHOKES him! The ref counts, Silver lets off, and he argues with the ref so that Uno can SMACK Action with papers! Mr. Brodie Lee would be proud of that. Sonjay Dutt wants to try, and he SMACKS Action! Uno & Sonjay cheer themselves on, but Action KICKS Sonjay! Sonjay claims he’s hurt, Silver ROCKS Action! Tag to Alex Reynolds and he fires hands. Reynolds whips Action, then ELBOWS him down! cover, TWO! Tag to Daivari and they mug Action. The fans rally up but Daivari hits a NECKBREAKER! Cover, TWO! Action stays in this but Daivari stays on him with a facelock.

Daivari whips Dante hard into the corner, then digs his boots in. Tag to Isiah Kassidy, and Daivari snapmares Action for Brother Zay to SLINGSHOT SENTON! The fans are torn as Zay taunts Top Flight. Tag to Marq Quen, Zay snapmares Action so Quen can SLINGSHOT SENTON! The All In MCs are already having fun as Quen DROPKICKS Action! Tag back to Daivari and he drags Action up. Daivari CHOPS, Action sputters, but then he CHOPS in return! And CHOPS again! Action whips, Daivari reverses and ELBOWS Action down! Cover, Lio breaks it! The fans rally, Daivari brings Action up to whip. But Action handsprings to BACK ELBOW!

The fans fire up while both men are down! Daivari and Action crawl, hot tag to Reynolds, and hot tag to Kip! Mr. Superbad springboard MISSILE DROPKICKS! Reynolds gets up, Kip blocks his kick, and KNEES in return! Kip reels Reynolds in to suplex, STREET CUTTER! The fans fire up as Reynolds goes to a corner, and Kip CANNONBALLS! The fans cheer, but Silver runs up! Kip TOSSES Silver, tags Kyle, and then Kip ARABIAN PRESSES Silver & Uno! Lethal runs up, but Kyle SUPERKICKS him first! Kyle goes up, leaps, and FLYING CUTTERS! Lethal bails out, Private Party attacks Kyle! They double whip but Kyle breaks the line to DOUBLE LARIAT!

The fans fire up and Kyle even DECKS Satnam!! The fans fire up even more, and Kyle shouts, “AUSSIE, AUSSIE, AUSSIE!” The fans reply, “OI OI OI!” GAMANGIRI for Reynolds, then a BRAINBUSTER! Cover, Daivari breaks it! The fans continue “AUSSIE AUSSIE AUSSIE!” for Kyle but Daivari drags Reynolds over to tag in. Ogogo joins Daivari as they get Kyle up and double whip. Darius, Rocky, Lio and Kip all take out their targets, and now Dante coordinates with Tommy. They go up the corners, and then Kyle and Action take the others! QUADRUPLE SUPER CROSSBODIES!! Rocky stands Quen up to scoop and SLAM! Tommy is up top, he DIVING HEADBUTTS Quen! Ogogo runs up, Tommy dodges but the RIGHT HOOK gets Rocky! Tommy fires off on Ogogo, then whips. Ogogo reverses to POP-UP RIGHT! Kyle runs up, dodges Ogogo and scoops him, into the JUMPING TOMBSTONE!! The fans are thunderous and the Aussie Arrow aims at Silver! The Babe with the Power is also the babe with a belt, as she is the CMLL Women’s World Championship. Her former friends can’t stand that, so they’re coming to take it from her. But they’ll have to get past Willow and the Stone Pitbull to do it! Will Stat & Stoke be setting the terms for All Out’s title match? Or will The Conglomeration get off to a great start in Wembley?

What is this? How did Stokely get a palanquin and the guys to carry it? And what is he doing dressed up like MJ? Guess he wants us to remember the time he made his Wembley debut. Stokely has a mic and a big smirk as he says, “Ladies and gentlemen! Get out of your seats and get on your feet, because every night is Staturday Night!” With that, the Galaxy’s Greatest Traitor makes her way out, and the two go to the ring. After that, the fans fire up as “Big Tom” Ishii makes his entrance, followed by Willow. The teams sort out, and Ishii starts against Stokely. Stokely talks strat with Stat, but then Stokely takes one look at Ishii and tags out!

Kris tells Ishii to go fetch Willow and he tags out. Willow steps in and Kris runs up to ROCK her! Willow runs up again, but Kris gets around, waistlocks, but Willow bucks the O’Conner. Willow runs up< Kris sweeps, but Willow avoids the basement dropkick! Kris avoids the splash, Willow avoids the Penalty Kick to roll Kris up! TWO, and both women fire forearms! Willow gets the edge, backs Kris into a corner, but the ref backs Willow up. Willow runs back in, Kris moves and blocks the ref’s view as Stokely trips Willow up! Willow glares at Stoke, but Kris runs back up to ROCK Willow! Kris fires more shots, the ref counts, but Kris brings Willow out.

Kris scoops, Willow slips free and shoves Kris, to SPINEBUSTER! High stack, TWO! Willow brings Kris up, runs, and BOOTS Kris down! Willow runs, Stokely holds the ropes open! Willow falls, the fans boo, but the ref is busy with an angry Ishii! Kris goes to the apron and she CROSSBODIES Willow down! The fans are torn but Kris does a victory lap! Kris then runs up on Willow, into a DISCUS LARIAT! The fans fire up, Willow puts Kris in the ring, but now Stokely gets in her face! She tells the “little troll” to stay by his corner! Willow storms into the ring but Kris KICKS her! DRAPING DDT! Willow flops back, Kris kicks her down.

The fans boo as Kris flexes and taunts Ishii. Kris goes out to fetch Willow, drags her up, and brings her around to suplex to the floor! Willow writhes, Kris drags her up and into the ring, then covers, TWO! Kris taunts Willow, “You wanna make a tag?” Kris whips Willow to a corner hard and Willow falls! Kris keeps Willow from Ishii and CLUBS away! Kris whips Willow hard into another corner! Kris flexes, whips again, but Willow comes back to LARIAT! And LARIAT! And LARIAT! The fans fire up, Willow fires up with them, and she runs, but into a BLUE THUNDER BOMB! Cover, TWO!! Willow survives and Kris is beside herself!

Kris CHOKES Willow, rains down fists, and then lets off to stomp Willow. Kris drags Willow up but the fans rally. Willow fires hands, but Kris CLUBS her again! Kris fireman’s carries, for a F- NO, Willow slips free as Kris falls back, and she SENTONS! Cover, TWO and Kris ghost pins! TWO!! Kris ROCKS Willow with a forearm! Willow ROCKS Kris back! Kris fires another forearm! Willow fires another! The fans rally as the forearms become CHOPS, and they CHOP, CHOP, CHOP! Willow CHOPS, Kris ROCKS, but then Willow LARIATS! The fans fire up and Willow brings Kris up! Willow suplexes, Kris slips free and shoves!

Kris spins, but Willow fireman’s carries! DEATH VALLEY DRIVER! Both women are down and the fans fire up! Willow and Kris crawl, hot tag to Stokely and Ishii! Not that Stokely really wanted to… But he has no choice but to step to Ishii! The fans fire up, Stokely CHOPS! Ishii doesn’t budge! Stokely CHOPS, runs, but then bounces off Ishii! Stokely tries again but he again bounces off of Ishii! Then Ishii CHOPS Stokely! And DECKS him! And CLOBBERS him! Stokely staggers up, Ishii reels him in, to suplex, but Kris makes the save! Stokely distracts the ref, Kris fires a forearm, but still Ishii doesn’t budge!

Kris fires more shots but Ishii just eggs him on! Kris winds up and ROCKS Ishii! Then she whips Ishii into Stokely’s SPINEBUSTER! But then Ishii’s right back up!! The fans are thunderous, and Stokely turns around to see Ishii! Stokely apologizes but fans tell him he messed up! Ishii runs up, Stokely drop toeholds him into buckles! Stokely runs up to SPLASH! Stokely goes up to rain down fists! The fans count, Stokely goes all the way to TEN! But then Ishii picks Stokely up to POWERBOMB! High stack, Kris breaks it in time! The ref reprimands but Willow is in to GERMAN- NO, Kris fights with elbows!

Kris switches, and she GERMAN SUPLEXES! But Willow is right up! Kris runs, Willow POUNCES her! The fans fire up and Willow sits Stokely up, so Ishii can SLIDING D! Cover, Ishii & Willow win!

The Natural & Sammy Guevara are ROH World Tag Team Champions, and then together with Marshall & Ross Von Erich, Dustin is ROH World Six Man Tag Team Champion! However, all those belts come with targets on their backs, so The Wrestler is standing with his friends to fight back! Will Team Texas stand tall in London? Or will Matt Taven, Mike Bennett, Brian Cage, Bishop Kaun & Toa Liona all stake their claims to the gold?

Dustin cosplays Deadpool while Sammy is Wolverine, and they lead the team down, only for The Kingdom to lead an attack! All ten men meet at the ramp, Taven going after Ross, Bennett going after Dustin, and Cage is after Sammy mostly because they can’t both be Wolverine! The fans fire up as things head closer to ringside, Kaun and Shibata brawl while Liona has Marshall. Cage RAMS Sammy into apron, then he sends Shibata into railing! Ross throws Taven into railing, but Liona does that to Marshall! Ross KICKS Taven, Dustin fires hands on Bennett. The ref reprimands, this isn’t even a match yet!

Dustin puts Bennett in, Cage puts Shibata in, and the brawling continues! Sammy takes Kaun down, Ross puts Taven in now, and the ref still tries to restore order! Kaun brings Sammy up to send into more railing! The fans boo but Kaun puts Sammy back in. Kaun covers, TWO! The fans rally up, Kaun tags Liona, and The Gates of Agony stalk Sammy. Liona SPLASHES down onto Sammy, then drags him back up. Liona clinches, to SHOVE Sammy into the corner. Tag to Cage, they mug Sammy, and even Taven gets his shots in! The fans boo but Cage builds speed! Cage FLIES and he manages to wipe out the group all over again! Wait, now Sammy is going up! SHOOTING STAR PRESS and down goes every again! The fans cheer, Dustin and Taven get in the ring, and Dustin hits a DESTROYER!! Cover, TWO!! Taven survives but Dustin calls to Sammy! Sammy hurries back up, and up to the top rope even! But Cage SHOVES Sammy down! Cage climbs up?!

But Marshall is there to ROCK Cage with fists! Ross joins in, The Von Erichs go up, only for The Gates of Agony to go after them! Bennett says go for it, but then Shibata has him for a SLEEPER! The Gates still hook the Von Erichs up, TOWER OF DOOM!! The fans fire up for the double powerbomb superplex! Bennett is fading, Shibata becomes a backpack! The fans boo but Saraya says last year, she won the AEW Women’s World Championship, and now she’s not even on the main show! She is the best female wrestler to ever come out of England! The fans continue to taunt her, but Saraya says All In will NOT continue until she gets the respect she deserves! Wait, is that…? YES! Jamie Hayter is back! Speaking of AEW Women’s World Champions from England, Jamie is back from her one year of injury, and she CLOBBERS trainee after trainee to get in the ring! Is that Jack Starz? Well Jamie throws him into steel steps! Harley runs up but Jamie SHOVES her aside!

Jamie storms into the ring, she and Saraya are face to face, but here comes another prospect! Jamie CLOBBERS her, but now MAMA Knight gets in! She SMACKS Jamie, but Jamie DECKS her in return! Saraya freaks out but Jamie pumps up! Saraya bails out, so Jamie drags Harley into the ring! Jamie says this is for Saraya! LARIAT!! Harley just learned that Hayter still Hits Hard, will all of AEW remember that from here on out?

 

AEW World Trios Championships London Ladders Match: The Patriarchy VS The Bang Bang Gang VS The House of Black VS Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta & PAC!

Christian Cage tried to do “right” by his makeshift family, but that involved him trying to screw over all of their contenders. Christopher Daniels laid down the law, which is why Christian, Nick Wayne & Killswitch-Luchasaurus aren’t facing just one team but THREE, and in what could be the biggest ladder match ever! Will Captain Charisma find a way to survive these odds? Or will we see new champions crowned one way or another?

The introductions are made, the belts are raised high above, and we see who will rise to the occasion!

The bell rings and all 12 men watch each other. But then the nine challengers look at the three champions. Christian bails on his boys, and they get jumped 9v2! The fans cheer, but Christian keeps running! The challengers TOSS Nick, kick Luchasaurus out, and then they all start brawling with each other! Brody King goes after Nick, Bang Bang Gang keeps on Luchasaurus, Pac goes after Buddy Matthews. Brody makes Nick take a seat, to SPLASH him against railing! Claudio fires UPPERCUTS on Colten Gunn, Malakai has Wheeler Yuta, Juice storms up on Claudio. Claudio UPPERCUTS Juice but Colten CLUBS Claudio!

Malakai brings out a TABLE! The fans cheer, and Brody also brings out a TABLE! Colten CHOPS Claudio, but Claudio CIHOPS in return! And CHOPS, CHOPS, CHOPS! The fans fire up as Claudio gives more CHOPS! Pac and Buddy brawl, Buddy ROCKS The Bastard. Yuta storms up on Brody but Brody CHOPS and Malakai KICKS! Buddy sets a ladder up in the ring and climbs, but Austin Gunn drags him down! Austin CHOPS Buddy, then he climbs! But Yuta drags Austin down to DECK him! Yuta climbs, but Malakai drags him down to DECK him! Malakai climbs, Claudio yanks him down to UPPERCUT!

Claudio climbs, Austin stops him to DECK him! But Pac stops Austin to BOOT him! The fans fire up as Pac climbs, but now Brody is here! Brody drags Pac down to LARIAT! Brody climbs, but Colten runs in to stop him! Juice helps out, but Brody fights them both off! Brody folds up the ladder, but Colten DROPKICKS it into him! Juice goes out to CANNONBALL Claudio! Malakai ROUNDHOUSES Colten! Malakai goes up and out to QUEBRADA Juice & Colten! Yuta DIVES to take them all out! Buddy builds speed, he FLIES to take them all down! But now Pac is in! The Man Gravity Forgot goes up and up and SUPER SKY TWISTERS everyone!!

The fans are thunderous, but Pac sees the Gunns in the ring. Pac storms up on them, they dodge, scoop and SLAM! The Gunns say Gunns Up! Colten holds Pac open, Austin climbs, WAZZUP!! Shoutout to The Dudleys and then Austin tells Colten, and Colten tells Austin, and then they both tell Juice, “GET THE TABLES~!” Juice says oh my brothers, testify! But Buddy DECKS Juice first! Brody runs in, breaks the line and DOUBLE LARIATS The Gunns! Then he DIVES onto the others!! The fans are thunderous, and no one is in the ring! Wait, NOW Christian Cage returns. The fans cheer this “great role model” as he scampers back into the ring!

Christian sets a ladder up, climbs it, but Brody stops him! Claudio helps drag Christian down, and they double whip to TOSS Christian out! The others catch him, and decide “father of the year” deserves a special 9v1 beating! Wait, Mother Wayne is setting up the ladder! And she is climbing! This won’t count, though! The Gunns step in and tell mommy dearest not to try it. She says okay, steps back, but Luchasaurus returns! He grabs both Gunns, to DOUBLE CHOKE SLAM! Juice runs up, into a CHOKE SLAM! Pac is back, but he gets a CHOKE SLAM! Claudio fights the grip, but Luchasaurus HEADBUTTS him!

Yuta is back, but Luchasaurus CHOKE SLAMS him onto Claudio! Buddy is on the apron, but Luchasaurus intercepts! APRON CHOKE SLAM!! Buddy falls, but Malakai JAMS Luchasaurus with a ladder! Malakai then puts that ladder in a corner, but Luchasaurus grabs Malakai! CHOKE SLAM onto the ladder! But now Brody King is up! Luchasaurus grabs Brody, Brody ROCKS him first! Luchasaurus HEADBUTTS, and both behemoths wobble! Brody turns and Nick WAYNE’S WORLD CUTTERS through a table!!! The fans lose their minds as Nick takes Brody out at the expense of his own body! But now Luchasaurus climbs!

Christian returns, but wait, he tells Luchasaurus to help him!? Luchasaurus was going to have the glory and Christian can’t have that! Fans boo as Christian climbs up and Luchasaurus gives him a boost, but Juice and Yuta TIP the ladder! Both Christian and Luchasaurus fall, and now Yuta and Juice brawl! Buddy and Malakai go after them! SHINING WIZARD for Juice in a corner, then another! Malakai kicks, kicks and BOOTS Yuta! Malakai fires more hands, then Brody returns! Brody SPLASHES Juice, then SPLASHES Yuta! The fans bark with Brody, and The House coordinates to hit CERBERUS on Yuta!

The fans are thunderous, and now they aim at Juice! But The Gunns get in, 3:10 TO YUMA on Brody?! Claudio is back, runs in, but into 3:10- UPPERCUT!! Claudio takes out Austin, then dodges Colten to SPRINGBOARD UPPERCUT! The fans fire up as Juice runs up, but Claudio ducks the kick! Claudio trips Juice, has the legs, and Yuta clears out space for THE GIANT SWING! Juice goes around again and again, TEN! And then past that to FIFTEEN before the basement DROPKICK! Claudio sets Juice up for Pac, and the BLACK ARROW! The fans fire up more, as Pac and Yuta DOUBLE DIVE! They take out Malakai & Buddy, and now Claudio sets up a ladder!

Claudio climbs, but Brody is there! Brody climbs, CHOPS Claudio, but Claudio CHOPS back! They CHOP and CHOP, but then the Gunns both SMACK them with chairs! The TLC is complete, and the chair shots keep going! Juice and Colten go looking, and they bring out MORE tables! Those tables are put in the ring, set up near corners, and even in corners. Claudio and Brody still climb the ladder, so the Gunns get up under them this time! Claudio and Brody fight them off, but then The Gunns jump on for SLEEPERS! But The Gunns are just backpacks as Claudio and Brody climb! The fans fire up, Claudio and Brody fire hands!

Brody and Claudio start fading, holding onto each other! But the Gunns just squeeze tighter, “GUNNS UP!” But then they all fall down, through tables!!! The fans are thunderous as even the ladder falls over from that impact! Juice hurries to put the ladder back up, but Buddy stops him! Buddy drags Juice down to DECK him! Buddy climbs, but Nick is back! Buddy ROCKS him! Buddy picks up the ladder, but Nick waistlocks Buddy! Buddy switches, Nick elbows and PELES! Nick goes up and WAYNE’S WORLD! But Malakai ROCKS Nick! Nick SHOVES Malakai, Malakai hits ladder! Nick runs up, but Malakai YANKS ladder into Nick!!

Malakai stands the ladder up, climbs, but Juice hurries to bring him down! Juice suplexes Malakai up and out, but Malakai lands on the apron! Malakai ROCKS Juice, Juice ROCKS Malakai! Juice throws a shoulder but Malakai KNEES him down! Malakai hurries in, but Nick runs up! Nick ENZIGIRIS and Malakai falls outside. Nick builds speed, to DIVE and DESTROYER through a table!! The fans are thunderous, no one can deny how great that was! Meanwhile, Juice brings out a new ladder, and it is super sized! Juice pushes that in, tips the other one over, and then he sets the big boy up! It goes right to where the belts are!

Juice climbs, but Christian slithers back in! Christian TIPS that ladder, Juice CROTCHES on the top rope!! Juice falls out, but Pac springboards in! Christian CHUCKS a chair! Christian then gives Pac a FULL METAL KILLSWITCH!! Christian then gets something from Mother Wayne! Yuta drags a ladder over to set it up, and the fans rally up! Yuta climbs, but Christian SPRAYS Yuta in the face! Yuta flails, Christian drags him down and SLAMS the ladder down onto him! Christian then grabs that chair, and he SMACKS the ladder again and again and again, beating Yuta with it! Christian pushes Yuta and ladder aside, but Juice is bringing chairs!

Juice and Christian CLASH, and they’re both disarmed! Christian kicks Juice, then brings the chair around! Mother Wayne gets on the apron, but Juice LOW BLOW MULE KICKS! Mother Wayne calls Juice an SOB, but the chair is a shield against the spray! Juice takes the spray, and SPRAYS Mother Wayne! The fans cheer, and Juice aims for the table! Juice reels Mother Wayne in! But Luchasaurus grabs Juice! The fans boo but Juice breaks free, LEFT HAND O’ GOD! But Luchasaurus BOOTS Juice, Juice falls through a table! Luchasaurus helps Christian set up the ladder, and Christian climbs! Luchasaurus is on defense, but the fans cheer for him!

Buddy returns! He goes right up the ladder, he and Christian fight up top! Buddy SMACKS Christian off the rungs! But Luchasaurus grabs Buddy, but Buddy KNEES free! Buddy grabs a small ladder to CHUCK it into Luchasaurus! Then he uses it to climb up, catch up to Christian, and grab for belts! Christian goes after Buddy, and SPEARS him down through a table!! The fans fire up but now Luchasaurus is up! Luchasaurus has the tall ladder, and he drags Christian up! He makes Christian climb with the Electric Chair Lift! The fans boo Luchasaurus, but Pac is climbing! Pac BOOTS Christian down onto Luchasaurus!

Pac grabs a belt, he brings it down! PAC’S TEAM WINS!!!

Winners: Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta & PAC (NEW AEW World Trios Champions)

The #BastardCombatClub goes from a makeshift team to Wild Card winners to the team that takes down The Patriarchy in the wildest ladder match in AEW history! Pac has his Wembley Moment, and Christian is pissed with Luchasaurus! Luchasaurus says to hecc with him then, and storms off! Christian is even more upset now, but he has no one to blame but himself! As for House of Black, they show the new champs respect by offering handshakes. Pac shakes their hands, and tonight, Newcastle can celebrate with their champion! Will The Bastard, Swiss Superman and Decoder take these titles to new heights?

 

AEW Women’s World Championship: Toni Storm VS Mariah May!

Ever since becoming “Timeless,” The Leading Lady brought Hollywood to AEW: the thrills, chills, drama, action, and even a touch of romance. Toni also brought a young protege along for the ride. But riding Toni’s coattails was not enough for The Glamour! She wants to replace Toni as the star, even if she must do it violently! Will the treacherous understudy make All In all about Mariah? Or will she have to pry this title from Toni’s cold, dead hands?

What a twist! Luther returns! The butler accompanies Miss Storm to the ring, and the fans applaud! Mariah, however, scowls. She never liked Luther and Luther never really liked her, so the feeling is mutual. The introductions are made, the belt is raised, and we are about to see the performance of a lifetime!

The bell rings and the fans are thunderous already! Toni and Mariah slowly step forward, the fans singing for “Toni, Toni Storm~!” Toni is still heartbroken over how it came to this, but now they fire fast hands! The fans fire up, Mariah fireman’s carries, but Toni slips out! Toni reels Mariah in, Mariah slips free, and they fire hands again! Toni gets the edge, kicks low, then whips. Mariah reverses, runs up, but Toni goes up and over! Mariah SHOTGUNS first! Toni ends up in a corner, but the fans continue to sing. Mariah scowls, storms up on Toni and stomps away! The ref counts, Mariah lets off at 4, and she argue with the ref.

Mina Shirakawa is seen in the crowd, alongside some other wrestlers watching the show. She is so conflicted watching this. Mariah stomps away on Storm again, but lets off at 4. Mariah smiles as she goes around, and then storms back over to Toni. DOUBLE CHOP! Storm just fires up! Mariah frowns, CHOPS, but Toni shouts! Mariah CHOPS, Toni CHOPS, repeat! They CHOP, CHOP and CHOP! Toni gets the edge, then fakes Mariah out to DDT! Mariah sputters to ropes, Toni storms up and scuffs her again and again. The ref reprimands, Toni runs side to side, but Mariah avoids the hip attack to BOOT Toni!

Toni gets up on the apron, Mariah sunset flips to POWERBOMB to the floor! Mariah plays coy, then she SPITS at Luther! The ref has to stop Luther but that just lets Mariah smother Toni! Then she stomps Toni, puts her in the ring, and goes into the ring. Mariah stomps Toni, the fans rally up, and Mariah drags Toni up. Mariah scoops, and SPINOUT SIDEWALK SLAMS! Mariah soaks up the heat after hitting her “Mariah-go-round,” then she drags Toni up. Mariah runs to SHOTGUN Toni again! The fans rally for Toni as she rises up, and Mariah heads after her. Mariah puts Toni in a corner, to CHOP!

Mariah goes corner to corner, runs in, but Toni ELBOWS her away! Toni goes up but Mariah DOUBLE CHOPS! Mariah then goes up to STRATUSFACTION! Cover, TWO! Mariah keeps Toni down with underhooks, but the fans rally for Toni. Toni fights up, but Mariah hops on, BUTTERFLY GUILLOTINE! But Toni powers through to suplex! Mariah slips free to SLAP Toni! Toni drops to her knees, the fans boo Mariah, but Mariah just mocks them. Mariah drags Toni up, and throws down punches! Reminiscent of the night she bloodied Toni! Mariah kisses Toni on the forehead, then runs, into a THESZ PRESS!

Toni rains down fast hands and the fans fire up! Toni then deadlifts Mariah, but Mariah slips around to SAIDO!! Toni flops out of the ring but Mariah goes to the apron. FLYING KNEE! Toni gets folded up, and Mariah soaks up the heat from London! Mariah even walks over to give Nigel a kiss on the forehead! Nigel is excited, and then Mariah runs to SHOTGUN Luther!! The fans boo but Mariah doesn’t care about that butler! Mariah’s own mother reprimands her, so Mariah SLAPS her mum!?! The fans boo, what has gotten into her!? Mariah storms into the ring, but Toni HIP ATTACKS her right back out!

Toni rains down fists, then drags Mariah up to DRIBBLE her off the steel steps! The fans cheer as Toni brings Mariah up, FULL METAL STORM ZERO!! The fans are thunderous, but both women are down on the outside! Toni hobbles away, goes to Mrs. May and apologizes to her. The fans cheer as they hug it out, and then Toni goes back for Mariah. Mariah is busted open! Now the shoe’s on the other foot, and Toni puts Mariah into the ring! Mariah cries as she crawls away, but she brought this upon herself! Toni climbs up to rain down fists! The fans count along, and Toni goes all the way to TEN! Toni poses and the fans cheer!

Toni sees the blood on her hands, but she drags Mariah up to TOSS her away! The fans cheer, and Toni drags Mariah up to TOSS back the other way! Mariah sputters and cries, but Toni drags her back up. Toni JABS, JABS, JABS, and then winds up! But Mariah SPITS at Toni!? So much for the tears! Toni SLAPS Mariah down! Toni drags Mariah up for a SKY HIGH! Cover, TWO!! Mariah survives and Toni is frustrated. Mariah goes to a corner, Toni runs in, and Toni blocks the boots! Toni puts Mariah in the ropes, but Mariah ELBOWS her away! Mariah then ducks a punch to ROUNDHOUSE! Toni staggers, Mariah shrieks, and then Mariah climbs!

Mariah MISSILE DROPKICKS Toni down! Both women are down and the fans fire up. Mariah rises, the fans rally, and Mariah runs in to SWEET HIP MUSIC!! Mariah grins as she steals her mentor’s move. Mariah takes her time going corner to corner, to run back in, SWEET HIP MUSIC!! Mariah then saunters her way out, and she smiles as she runs back in! SWEET HIP MUSIC!! Wait, now Mariah has her “close-up!” SWEET HIP- LARIAT!! Toni turns Mariah upside-down, then GERMAN SUPLEXES her away! Mariah is in a corner, Toni has her close-up, and she hits SWEET HIP MUSIC!! And then STORM ZERO!! Cover, TWO?!?!

No one can believe it, let alone Toni, but Mariah survives Toni’s best moves! Mariah sticks her hand up to flip Toni off! So Toni grabs that finger and BENDS it! Toni drags Mariah up but Mariah SLAPS! Toni BENDS the finger, Mariah SLAPS, repeat! Toni SLAPS, Mariah SLAPS, repeat! The fans fire up as they go faster and faster, it’s another scrum! They start pulling hair and the ref gets between them! Mariah shoves the ref to LOW BLOW Toni!! So Toni LOW BLOWS back!! DOUBLE HEADBUTTS and both women fall! A standing ovation from Wembley, and Mother May is still upset, but perhaps a little conflicted, too.

The fans know “This is Awesome!” as both women rise! Toni fakes a punch, reels Mariah in, but Mariah fireman’s carries! MAYDAY DRIVER!! Cover, TWO?!? Mina is still wringing her hands as she watches this, and Mariah grabs at the belt! Luther snatches it away! The fans cheer, and Luther flips Mariah off! Mariah crawls for the show, but Toni steps on her hand! Toni grabs the shoe, looks it over, but the ref says no, this is still a normal match! She’d get disqualified! Mariah begs for mercy from Toni. Toni says don’t you dare apologize now! Toni winds up, but her heart breaks again! Tears come to her eyes as she can’t do it!

Toni reels Mariah in, Mariah jackknife bridges!! TWO!!! BLINDSIDE KNEE!! FRONTSIDE KNEE!!! Mariah drags Toni up, kisses her goodnight, and steals STORM ZERO!!! Cover, MARIAH WINS!!

Mina can finally breathe again because it is all over. AEW was Toni Storm’s world, but now it’s all about the glitz and The Glamour! What won’t Mariah do to stay on top? As for Toni, she still dramatically flails about, and is somewhere between crying and laughing. The fans sing for her, and she thanks them with a nod. But if she is no longer the Leading Lady, what is Toni to do with herself?

 

“For The World” Championship: Chris Jericho VS Hook!

The Learning Tree wanted to be a mentor to The Cold-Hearted Handsome Devil, but really ended up an overbearing know-it-all. But ever since bringing in “The Redwood,” Big Bill Morrissey and “The Bad Apple,” Bryan Keith, Jericho’s ego has run wild, as has his violent streak. Will the #JerichoVortex only continue to grow and grow? Or can Hook rip it out, roots and all?

Well, speaking of his Branches, Jericho of course has Big Bill & Bryan Keith with him during his entrance. And then, Jericho has his band, Fozzy, here to play his theme song live for him! Jericho has on an orange suit, guess why, and a mic. “Hi, guys~! I… am the Learning Tree!” As for Hook, cameras follow him from gorilla, up the long staircase, and he has Taz’s theme for his entrance, that then blends into his own! The introductions are made, the belt is raised, and we see who truly defines FTW!

The bell rings and the fans rally up, but of course Bill & Keith get right in the ring! Now it’s just a 3v1 mugging! The fans boo, but what else was Jericho going to do under FTW Rules? Jericho then drags Hook up to CHOP him in the corner! And CHOPS again! Jericho whips Hook corner to corner, then he sends Keith in. Keith LARIATS, then Bill sends Jericho in to LARIAT! Bill runs in to SPLASH! Bill pushes Hook down and the fans cheer him. Hook manages to stand, but Jericho runs in to hit a CODE BREAKER! Cover, ONE?!? Hook is showing true grit, but he just gets mugged for it! But Hook clinches Keith to EXPLODER!

Bill runs up, Hook TOSSES him out! Hook and Jericho throw hands, and Hook gets the edge! Hook ROCKS Jericho, whips him, but Jericho reverses. Hook stops himself, gets around Jericho to waistlock, and GERMAN SUPLEXES! Both men are down, but Hook rises! The fans fire up as Hook clinches to T-BONE SUPLEX! Hook and Jericho rise again, Hook runs up, but into a throat chop! LIONSAULT! Jericho grins, covers, TWO! Hook stays in this but Jericho goes out to look for plunder! Jericho brings out kendo sticks, a pool cue, and a beige bag! We know these mystery bags hold bad things, and as Jericho pours this one out to reveal… Cricket balls?

Jericho drags Hook up, but Hook shifts around to hit a BIG back suplex! They narrowly miss the cricket balls, but Hook hurries to go out and find something for himself! Hook brings out a Cricket BAT! Hook SMACKS Keith, that’s six! SMACK for Bill, that’s another six! Hook JAMS Jericho, SMACKS him, and then bats a Cricket ball at Jericho! And another! And now Hook just throws them at him like he’s the wicket! One for Bill, too! Hook then CHOKES Jericho with the bat! It says, “HI, GUYS!” on it! Jericho flails, but Hook goes from choking to using the bat in a T-BONE SUPLEX! Hook hits a different pair o’ balls there!

The fans fire up, but Keith gets in! TRASH CAN LID SMASH! Hook goes down from the headshot! Jericho stands, storms up, and he trips Hook to then turn him over! WALLS OF JERICHO! The fans boo as Hook endures, and Jericho talks trash on Hook! Hook fights up, rolls through, and he BOOTS Jericho into a corner! Jericho comes back, but Hook trips him! Hook turns Jericho to steal the WALLS OF JERICHO! The fans cheer as Jericho now endures! But Bill runs in to CLUB Hook! The fans still cheer, they still like Bill. Bill scrapes Hook out of the ring, Keith beats him down, and Bill brings out a TABLE!

Keith CLUBS away on Hook, the fans chant “We Want Big Bill!” and Bill sets the table up at ringside. Keith CLAWS Hook’s good eye, and then Keith says hold on. They need more! Keith brings out a board covered in barbed wire! The fans are torn, just like Hook’s body is about to be. Keith puts the board on the table, but he flips it over to hide an old bloodstain… Bill drags Hook up, to SKY- NO, Hook slips free and he POSTS Bill! The fans boo, but Hook LOW BLOWS Keith for his part in this. But Jericho pokes Hook in the good eye! Jericho pushes Hook in the ring, Hook swings blind! Jericho toys with Hook, tapping on the shoulder.

Hook swings, misses, and Jericho LARIATS! Jericho then fetches the trash can, or rather “bin” as the UK calls them. Jericho SMACKS Hook with it! Hook falls, but Jericho isn’t leaving it at this. Jericho wants Hook to get up, fans rally, and Hook stands. Jericho aims, but Hook ducks the elbow! And ducks again! Hook clinches again, EXPLODER! The fans fire up and Hook pulls the tape away! Hook’s eye is 100%! Hook then clinches, to EXPLODER! Hook then watches Jericho rise up. REDRUM!! Jericho flails, Bill returns! Bill pulls Hook’s hair, and gives him CLUBBING shots! Jericho grabs the pool cue!

Jericho runs up, Hook gets free, and Jericho SMACKS Bill! The cue breaks, and Bill falls down through the barbed wire board and table!! The fans lose their minds, and then Hook clamps on REDRUM!! Jericho flails, but Keith returns! Jericho shoves Hook into Keith, and Keith DECKS Hook! Keith had his hand wrapped with the belt Jericho was gifted by Martha Hart!! Cover, TWO?!?! Hook survives and Jericho is furious! Jericho grabs the kendo stick, and he demands Hook get up! Hook rises, Jericho runs up, but into REDRUM!!! Keith grabs the FTW Championship now, and that’s the last straw for Taz!

Taz gets up from commentary, he storms up behind Keith and YANKS him down! TAZMISSION!!! The fans are thunderous as father and son put on the signature kajigatame! Jericho TAPS, Hook wins!!

AEW World Tag Team Championships Triple Threat: The Young Bucks VS The Acclaimed VS FTR!

Matthew & Nicholas Jackson have been such awful EVPs that it was only a matter of time before they had everyone at their throats. However, they also managed to pit their challengers against each others, as Max Caster & Anthony Bowens have as much beef with the “gatekeeping” Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood as they do with The Elite. Will The Bucks slip away with the gold because of that? Will Platinum Max & The Five Tool Player finally get the spotlight back on them? Or will FTR prove they’re still the Top Guys in AEW?

Well of course The Bucks try and impersonate The Beatles and Sergeant Pepper… And then they get pyro! But The Acclaimed make their entrance last, with a “OH~ Scissor Me Daddy~” Seven Nation Army! Caster has a mic because he has a diss track on deck! “Platinum on the mic and I rock the house really well! FTR lookin’ like members of the EBL! Your legacy is such a great prank. Y’all got Bret Hart matches in the spank bank! Young Bucks, Reebok, I can’t believe this shit! The only things you’ve ever had to pump were your p*nises! What more can I say? In the UK, Everybody Loves The Acclaimed!”

The fans cheer, and Bowens gets the mic to tell, “WEMBLEY STADIUUUM~! The Acclaimed have arrived! Scissor Me, Daddy Ass~!” And he does! The fans fire up, the belts are raised, and it is time to see who is truly elite!

In this Triple Threat, there are only two teams legal at a time, so Nicholas starts against Dax. But then Nick tags out to Caster, so Caster and Dax circle. They tie up, Caster powers up and out, but Dax runs him over. Things speed up, Caster hip tosses then DROPKICKS! Then arm-drags! Caster has the armlock, but Dax powers up, and pulls hair to put Caster in the corner! Cash tags in, Caster slips away, and Bowens jumps in to stop FTR! FTR and Acclaimed start shoving, and The Bucks applaud it. But then that gets the attention of FTR and The Acclaimed. The Acclaimed slide out to flank The Bucks! The Bucks run away into the ring!

FTR ROCKS The Bucks with right hands! The Acclaimed get in to ROCK The Bucks, too! The Bucks are now pinballed between FTR and Acclaimed! The Acclaimed have Nick in one corner, FTR whips Matt at Nick. The Bucks dosido but end up in DOUBLE ATOMIC DROPS! The Bucks stumble into each other, then Bowens LARIATS Nick out one side, Cash LARIATS Matt out the other! The fans fire up as now Acclaimed and FTR stare down. And the brawl is on! The fans fire up, Cash UPPERCUTS Caster and Dax whips Bowens. Bowens reverses to TOSS Dax out! Cash UPPERCUTS Caster again!

Cash CHOPS Caster, brings him around, and whips. Caster ducks ‘n’ dodges, Bowens tags in, sunset flip and NECKBREAKER! The Acclaimed then stand Cash up, scoop and SLAM, and Bowens goes up! But Nick tags in off Bowens to SHOVE him down! Nick springboards and FLYING LARIATS Caster down! Nick soaks up the heat, then tags in Matt. Matt fires hands on Cash, then cravats. Nick helps with the SLICED BREAD, then SHINING WIZARDS! Caster runs in, but Nick catches him for a GUTBUSTER! Matt runs up, ROLLING NECKBREAKER BACKBREAKER COMBO! The Bucks soak up more heat while the ref keeps Dax back.

The fans taunt The Bucks with a “C M PUNK!” chant, but Matt snapmares Cash to drop a knee on him! Matt knees Cash in the back again and again, then clamps on a chinlock. Matt grinds Cash down, Nick says the reason fans are here is because of The Bucks! Cash fights up, fires body shots, but Matt CLUBS Cash! Matt DECKS Caster just because, then tags Nick. The Bucks double whip, but Cash avoids the superkicks! Cash TOSSES Matt, Nick kicks low to whip, but Cash comes back to UPPERCUT! The fans rally, Cash crawls, but Matt YANKS Dax off the apron! Matt rains down fists on Dax while Nick SHINING WIZARDS Cash in the corner!

Nick GAMANGIRIS, ROCKS and BULL- NO, Cash stops the bulldog, and he POWERSLAMS Nick in return! The fans fire up as Cash looks for his corner, but Dax is still down! Matt runs in, Cash dodges the splash! Bowens tags in and rallies on The Bucks! Bowens spins and DECKS Nick, then fires off kicks on Matt! Bowens runs to FAMOUSER! The fans fire up with Bowens, and then he fires Rock Paper Scissors SUPERKICK on Nick! Cover, TWO! Matt stands up but Caster intercepts! Caster scoop SLAMS Matt, then he scoop SLAMS Nick! Caster stacks The Bucks, Bowens goes up, DOUBLE SCISSOR ME TIMBERS~!!

The fans fire up, and Billy Gunn gets up, to join in on the scissor fingers! Caster sees Dax, runs up, but Dax DECKS him! Dax gets around Bowens to GERMAN SUPLEX! And GERMAN SUPLEX again! And GERMAN SUPLEX again! Caster CLUBS Dax, but Dax gets around him to GERMAN SUPLEX! Matt tags in off Bowens, Caster switches with Dax! Dax BOOTS Matt, ELBOWS Caster, then GERMAN SUPLEXES Matt! Nick gets in as Matt switches, but Dax BACKDROPS Nick away! Dax switches, Matt desperately grabs Nick, Dax DOUBLE GERMAN SUPLEXES The Bucks! The fans fire up and then Cash gets in to waistlock Nick!

FTR STEREO GERMAN SUPLEXES The Bucks! Bridging cover on Matt, TWO!! Matt stays in this but FTR drags him over. Cash tags in and Dax puts Matt up top. Cash goes to another corner, climbs up, but Matt fights back! Matt ROCKS Dax, but Bowens ROCKS Matt! Matt ROCKS Bowens, but then Bowens and Dax ROCK Matt! Bowens and Dax say truce, and they both climb up! They DOUBLE SUPERPLEX Matt for the Power! Cash DIVING SPLASHES onto knees! Matt denies Cash the Glory, and Caster is up top! MIC DROP, onto knees! Cash denies Caster, and now Nick is up to 450 SPLASH, onto knees! Caster denies Nick, and the fans are thunderous as all SIX men are down!

The teams regroup, stand up, and then we get TRIPLE DOUBLE LARIATS!! Again, all six men are down! Billy coaches his boys, and a standing count begins. Matt and Dax are the only ones left in the ring, and we pass 5 of 10! Matt brings Dax up and he fires haymaker after haymaker! Matt shoves, fakes the superkick, but Dax slips out of the DDT! Dax swings, Matt ducks! Matt swings, Dax ducks! Dax feints and DDTS Matt! The fans fire up and Dax brings Matt up! Cash goes up, but Matt backdrops Dax away! Nick catches Cash with a springboard SUPER STEINER! Nick then goes out to PENALTY KICK Caster!

Matt brings Dax up, but Cash stops Nick! Cash SHOVES Nick, Nick MOONSAULTS onto The Acclaimed! SHATTER MACHINE for Matt!! Cover, someone YANKS the ref out!! But who? Billy thinks it’s Nick because that’d make sense, but Nick defends his innocence. Billy still chases Nick, they go into the ring, Nick SUPERKICKS Billy! Cash runs up but Nick DUMPS hm out! Dax runs up, Nick ROCKS him to SLINGSHOT FACEBUSTER! Bowens DECKS Cash but then Nick handsprings and TORNADO DDTS Bowens to the floor! Nick returns to the ring, he and Matt get Dax by the wrists! E V P- NO, Cash DECKS Nick!

Caster BOOTS Cash! Matt says he and Caster can hit Dax now! Caster says why not. E V P TRIGGER REMIX!! Down goes Dax, but Caster blocks a kick to shove Matt! Cash is there, SHATTER MACHINE REMIX!! The fans are thunderous, but now Cash TOSSES Caster! Cash drags Dax onto Matt but Bowens is up top! Bowens BLOCKBUSTERS Cash onto the cover! The match continues and the fans cheer! Bowens crawls his way over to Dax, drags him to the corner, then tags in off him. Caster joins in, The Acclaimed want to end this! But Nick brings Caster around! Caster switches, Matt grabs the ref, STEREO LOW BLOW MULE KICKS!!

The fans boo because they saw the cheat this time! The Bucks say time to pump up the #ReeBucks! Cash gets up, he gets a DOUBLE SUPERKICK! DOUBLE SUPERKICKS for Caster! DOUBLE SUPERKICKS for Bowens! Cover, TWO!! Another cover, TWO!! A third cover, TWO!! Matt is furious but Nick goes out to snatch the belts! The fans boo as Nick slides one in so blatantly. The ref confiscates that belt, but that lets Nick pass one to Matt! Matt aims at Bowens, but Billy intercepts with a kick! Then, FAMOUSER onto the belt!! The fans are thunderous as Daddy Ass says “SUCK IT!” Bowens gets Matt up, THE ARRIVAL! Caster MIC DROPS!! Cover, NICK BREAKS IT!!

The fans boo but Nick then HOTSHOTS Dax! Cash LARIATS Nick out! Cash DUMPS Bowens onto Nick and Caster! Cash builds speed, and he DIVES! The Acclaimed get wiped out but Nick got away! Nick grabs the belt again! Dax TOSSES Nick, then sends Matt into Nick! O’Conner Roll, TWO! Dax is sent into a BELT SHOT!! Matt rolls Dax, TWO!!! Dax survives but The Bucks have him! E V P TRIGGER!!! The Acclaimed wanted this so badly, FTR wanted this so badly, but The Bucks were the only ones willing to do bad! They stay atop the AEW Tag Team Division, but wait! AEW World Championship Contender’s Casino Gauntlet!

While Swerve Strickland defends his AEW World Championship against Bryan Danielson in tonight’s main event, and while Darby Allin has his golden ticket to AEW Grand Slam in September, we are about to see chance collide with chaos! Who gets left waiting in the wings as someone snatches a title opportunity for their own?

Orange Cassidy makes his entrance, apparently being dropped off rather harshly by aliens…? And with the darker denim and Pixies, this is clearly Freshly Squeezed in a more serious mood. And the first to join him? THE RAINMAKER, KAZUCHIKA OKADA! The fans go wild as The Continental Champion makes his way out, but something about this feels like favoritism by The EVPs. The Okada Dollars rain down, the contract is on display, and we see who puts their name on the dotted line!

The bell rings, the fans fire up, and we’re on the clock. Wait, Okada asks for a hug? Well, Best Friends were part of Chaos in NJPW, so there’s a connection here. Cassidy figures why not, for old time’s sake. They HUG! The fans cheer, and Okada is no longer emotional! Okada CLUBS away on Cassidy, ROCKS him in the back of the head again and again, and he soaks up cheers and jeers. Okada waistlocks, but Cassidy blocks the ripcord with putting hands in pockets! The fans cheer as Okada pushes Cassidy away. Cassidy ducks ‘n’ dodges, Okada hurdles but Cassidy leaps over to SHOTGUN! Cassidy kips up and the fans cheer!

Okada storms up to scoop, but Cassidy slips free! Hands are out, Cassidy victory rolls, TWO! Cassidy runs up, but into a FLAPJACK! The countdown is here, and we get… NIGEL MCGUINNESS!? Is this why he left commentary!? London is losing their ever-loving minds as Nigel comes out of retirement for this incredible moment! Even Okada is excited about this! Nigel stares Okada down as the fans sing for the legend. And then the forearms start flying! London is all behind Nigel as he waistlocks, but Okada wrenches out to whip. Nigel goes up, under, rolls, and then dodges a boot to bait Okada, leapfrogs him, then fires fast hands, and ROCKS Okada!

The fans are thunderous for Nigel and he takes a moment to revel in it. Nigel then storms up on Okada, but Okada kicks low and bumps him off buckles. Okada fires a forearm, then whips him corner to corner. Nigel reverses, Okada pulls a Yano style stop, and then he dodges Nigel. But Nigel headstands in the corner! Okada runs up, blocks a boot, and he gut wrenches Nigel, only for Nigel to slip free! KICK and CLUB! Cassidy returns but Nigel RAMS into him! Cassidy spins Nigel but Nigel LARIATS! Cover, TWO! The countdown is back, and out comes Kyle O’Reilly! The Violent Artist makes Conglomeration two men strong here as he hurries to the ring!

Kyle is an ROH icon, and he goes ight for the ROH legend! Kyle wrenches, Nigel wrenches and slips through, but so does Kyle! Nigel spins to ELBOW, then he reels Kyle in. Cassidy is ready for this as he and ZSJ have unfinished business. Kyle & Cassidy welcome him in but ZSJ chooses to around the way. ZSJ steps in, dodges Cassidy and UPPERCUTS Kyle! ZSJ RAMS Cassidy, suplexes, STUN DOG- NO, ZSJ stops the stunner and NECK TWISTS! Kyle runs up, ZSJ stuffs his takedown, and NECK TWISTS! Nigel storms up and the fans go wild all over again! ZSJ runs up, Okada pops him up into the REVERSE- NO, ZSJ makes that an IRON OCTOPUS! Okada powers through to still REVERSE NECKBREAKER! Okada drags ZSJ up, scoops and SLAMS, then goes up top! MACHO ELBOW! The fans sing for ZSJ but Okada winds up, for the MIDDLE FINGER~! The fans give it back, and Okada grins at ZSJ. ZSJ BENDS the finger! The Savior of the Backbreaker can no longer complain he didn’t get his shot, because here he comes! ZSJ lets Kyle go but still has Okada in the deathlock. Roddy CHOPS ZSJ off his feet, but that ends up hurting Okada, too! Roddy KICKS away on Kyle, ZSJ lets Okada go. Roddy gets around ZSJ to atomic SLAM! Then he catches Kyle, to SLAM him onto ZSJ! The fans fire up again as the ROH World Champion runs out, Conglomeration now three men strong! Mark dodges Roddy to UPPERCUT Okada! CHOP for Roddy! Repeat! ROLLING ELBOW takes down Okada! Roddy waistlocks, Mark breaks free to PELE! ZSJ returns, he RAMS Mark, and he whips. Mark DIVES onto Okada! ZSJ BOOTS Kyle, wrenches, PELE- NO, Kyle blocks to ANKLE LOCK! ZSJ reels Kyle in to headlock but Kyle SAIDOS free! Mark sees ZSJ bail out, and he BLOCKBUSTERS to the floor! Mark fires up and high-fives the fans, then he storms in to DECK Nigel! And CHOP Roddy! Cassidy passes a chair to Kyle for him to set it up!

Mark builds speed, and he uses the chair to FLY! Down goes Nigel and Roddy! The fans are thunderous, the countdown is done again, and number eight is… HANGMAN ADAM PAGE! The Black Hat Cowboy warned the entire world that if you’re in his way, he runs you over, and he’s about to run a lot of people over! Hangman even gets pyro! The Conglomeration stands together, and Cassidy DIVES, but Hangman SHOVES him down! Hangman ROCKS Kyle, ROCKS Mark, repeat! Hangman whips Mark into Kyle, then short arm LARIATS Mark! DISCUS ELBOW for Kyle, then DEATH VALLEY DRIVER onto Mark!

The fans fire up with Hangman, and he DUMPS ZSJ out! Hangman ROCKS ZSJ, runs, but Okada is there! So Hangman TOSSES Okada out! Hangman triangle jumps, LARIAT for ZSJ! Hangman CLUBS Okada, Cassidy leaps, but Hangman catches him! FALL AWAY SLAM! Kip up and PLANCHA, down goes Okada! BOOT for Nigel! POP-UP APRON POWERBOMB for Roddy!! The Last Outlaw has his guitar and wife Karen as he makes his way out, but he better hustle if he wants to stop Hangman’s rampage. Hangman stares Jarrett down, these gunslingers ready for a shootout! Karen holds onto the guitar, Jarrett storms into the ring, and the fans fire up as the hands start flying! Jarrett gets the edge, then DECKS Hangman! And DECKS Roddy! And DECKS Okada! Jarrett DECKS Cassidy, DECKS Nigel, and DECKS Kyle! He DECKS ZSJ, ROCKS Roddy, DECKS Mark, then DECKS Roddy! Jarrett goes after Hangman with UPPERCUTS, then he struts! The fans cheer, and then Jarrett ROCKS Hangman again!

Jarrett climbs up, and he rains down fists! The fans count along, Jarrett goes all the way to nine, but Hangman POWERBOMBS him outside! Jarrett’s body wipes out all the others, and Hangman shouts to stay outta his way! But then Karen is on the apron and shouting at him! Hangman grabs Karen by her mouth and tells her to shut it! The ref reprimands, but the countdown is done! Number 10 is… RICOCHET!?!? AEW grabs up another hot free agent, and now The One & Only is All Elite! Ricochet swaggers his way down the ramp so he can take his time hearing London go nuts all over again! And there’s pyro!

Ricochet slides in, right under Hangman! Then he rolls off Hangman’s back, ducks under a lariat, handsprings and RANAS! Then he kips up, vibes, and DROPKICKS Hangman out! The fans are electric as Ricochet dodges Kyle, kicks and whips, but Kyle reverses. Ricochet trips Kyle up into buckles, and corner 619s! Ricochet jumps over Mark to BOOT, then he GAMANGIRIS Kyle! Ricochet springboards, FLYING LARIAT! Ricochet HANDSPRING KICKS Roddy down into Mark! The fans fire up as Ricochet goes up and up and SPRINGBOARD SHOOTING STARS!! Down goes the field and the fans are electric again!

Ricochet brings Roddy up, CHOPS him, then he BOOTS Hangman! Ricochet brings Hangman around, ROCKS him, and puts him in the ring. Ricochet goes to a corner, goes up and up and “This is Awesome!” Hangman ROCKS Ricochet first, and the countdown is done! Number 11 is… CHRISTIAN CAGE!? He always did say the trios titles were just his way back to the world title, so now that he has no titles, here he is again! Ricochet fights the superplex while Christian hobbles down the ramp. Ricochet shoves Hangman down, then SUPER CROSSBODIES Christian at the ramp! The fans fire up as Ricochet tells Christian off!

Ricochet hurries in, dodges Roddy and SCREW HIGH KICKS! But Hangman slingshots, BUCKSHOT on Ricochet!! Cover, Okada breaks it! Okada and Hangman already had a tense relationship from Blood & Guts, and now these two start firing forearms! Hangman gets the edge, whips, but Okada reverses to DROPKICK! Okada brings Hangman up, but Hangman Alabama Lifts! Okada slips free, but Hangman LARIATS first! Hangman reloads on the apron, but Karen grabs his foot! Hangman glares at her, but doesn’t see Jarrett storm up! Jarrett taps Hangman on the shoulder, Hangman looks at him, SMASH HIT with the guitar!!

Down goes Hangman and the fans are thunderous! But Okada ripcords Jarrett! RAINMAKER!! But ZSJ runs up! Okada backslides him, short arm LARIAT! And then a ripcord, RAIN- NO, ZSJ slips around, ARMBAR!! The others scramble, Cassidy ghost pins ZSJ! TWO!!! ZSJ escapes, ORANGE PUNCH for Okada! ORANGE- NO, ZSJ ducks the punch to O’Conner Roll, JAPANESE BRIDGE! TWO!! EURO CLUTCH, TWO!! ZSJ fires up, the fans are with him, but the ORANGE PUNCH hits!! Roddy runs up, Cassidy dodges, tilt-o-whirls, but Roddy hits END OF HEARTACHE!! But FROGGY-BOW from Mark!

Nigel has Mark, Mark BODY BLOWS! Mark reels Nigel in, underhooks, but Nigel fights it! Nigel wrenches, whips, Mark reverses. Nigel headstands, BOOTS, but Kyle KNEES Nigel! Mark and Kyle call their shot! Mark Electric Chair Lifts and Kyle climbs, but Nigel slips free! Nigel shoves Mark into Kyle! Then he has Kyle for the LONDON TOWER!! Cover on Kyle, TWO!!! Kyle survives but the fans fire up! Nigel builds speed, but the STRONG KNEE hits! Kyle shoves Roddy, Nigel YOYO LARIATS!! Christian SPEARS Nigel!! But the countdown is done, and number 12 is… LUCHASAURUS!? And yes, he is USING the name Luchasaurus!!

The fans are thunderous as the man-dinosaur has liberated himself from Christian! Christian begs for mercy, but Luchasaurus choke grips KYLE?! To CHOKE SLAM him!! And he drags Christian up, to put on Kyle?!?! CHRISTIAN WINS?!?!

AEW “American” Championship: MJF VS Will Ospreay!

Maxwell Jacob Friedman insists that he is an American Hero, that AEW deserves both a champion and championship that represents “The Only Country That Matters,” and that this match, MJF VS Ospreay Part 2, is one of the biggest matches you could possibly get. Well, one out of three isn’t bad. But MJF also likes to say it is facts over feelings. Then will MJF have to accept the fact that he is not the best wrestler in the world? Or will he find a way to survive the Aerial Assassin?

Speaking of assassins, Ospreay has a breakdance troupe help plug the next Assassin’s Creed video game, Assassin’s Creed: Shadows, as well as narration from Ezio Auditore da Firenze. Ezio has heard the legend of the rogue assassin. Born of this very soil, its fog in his skin, and its way of life in his soul. It is here where Ospreay found his calling. That calling led him to the Land of the Rising Sun, and in following the steps of Japanese legends, he took to the skies and became a warrior elevated above them all. Greater challenge awaited him in the west, a new continent to conquer, and yet… He has lost his course.

The weapons he possesses have been forsaken, “plagued by the crimes of a false patriot. Doubt clouds your mission. But, on this night, where your journey began, you must remember what made you. For all the paths you have traveled, all who you have defeated, now more than ever before, seek the wisdom of our creed revealed in these words: We work in the dark to serve the light. We are assassins.” With that, Ospreay makes his entrance, ready to return to his roots! And he gets a lot of pyro! As for MJF, he has various young ladies waving the stars and stripes as he walks out in an Uncle Sam Ric Flair fusion get-up.

The introductions are made, the belt is raised, and we see who brings this title home!

The bell rings and the fans are already thunderous for “OSPREAY~, OSPREAY OSPREAY OSPREAY~!” MJF and Ospreay stare down, then run up to fire hands! The fans fire up, MJF gets the edge then puts stank on it, only for Ospreay to counter punch! Ospreay fires shots again and again, then puts MJF in a corner. The ref counts, backs Ospreay up, but MJF gets a cheap shot in! The fans boo, the ref reprimands, but MJF runs up on Ospreay. Ospreay TOSSES MJF out, then PLANCHAS! Down goes MJF and the fans fire up again! Ospreay goes to the apron as fans rally, but MJF YANKS him down!

MJF puts Ospreay in, he salutes, but the fans boo. Ospreay runs up to BOOT MJF down! Ospreay builds speed to handspring and SASUKE SPECIAL! Down goes MJF and the fans are thunderous again! Ospreay drags MJF up, puts him in, then aims from a corner. The fans rally as Ospreay runs up, HIDDEN- NO, MJF dodges! Ospreay almost runs into the ref, and then MJF CLOBBERS Ospreay! MJF CLAWS the eyes, the ref counts, but MJF HAMMERS away on Ospreay. MJF TOSSES Ospreay out, soaks up heat, and then he goes out after Ospreay. MJF CLAWS Ospreay’s back, then whips him hard into railing!

MJF makes Ospreay take a seats, so he can BITE Ospreay’s forehead! MJF leaves Ospreay behind long enough to refresh the count, then he runs up to BOOT Ospreay! Ospreay sputters, MJF soaks up more heat, and MJF brings Ospreay around. Ospreay ROCKS MJF, ROCKS him again, then BOOTS MJF down! Ospreay runs, but MJF BACKDROPS him to the floor! MJF puts Ospreay in, covers, ONE!! Ospreay’s tougher than that but MJF drags him into a chinlock. Ospreay endures, the fans rally, and Ospreay fights up, Ospreay fires body shots, then ROCKS MJF! Ospreay calls his shot, springboards, but MJF stops the cutter!

MJF gut wrenches, Ospreay victory rolls it, TWO! MJF has it now, TWO! Ospreay has it back, TWO! Both men stand, Ospreay slips around to go up, POISON- NO, MJF stops that and brings Ospreay back up! MJF spins Ospreay to POWER BREAKER! Cover, TWO! Ospreay survives and MJF is frustrated already. MJF scuffs Ospreay, talks smack on the fans, then scuffs Ospreay again. MJF slaps Ospreay around, but Ospreay PELES! The fans fire up, Ospreay calls his shot again, but MJF throws Ospreay down by his hair! The ref reprimands and fans boo but MJF just soaks up the heat. MJF then hits the kangaroo stance!

The fans boo his mocking reference to last year’s All In, KANGAROO KICK! MJF kips up and soaks up more heat. Ospreay goes to the apron, MJF storms over and brings Ospreay in. MJF slashes his throat, and jumps for HEAT- NO, Ospreay pushes him away! MJF’s leg jams, Ospreay springboards in, PIP PIP CHEERIO! Both men are down and the fans fire up again! Ospreay reaches up as the fans sing for him, but MJF stands. Ospreay kips up! The fans cheer, MJF swings but Ospreay fires fast hands! Ospreay whips, MJF reverses but Ospreay handsprings! MJF ducks under, then pokes Ospreay in the eyes!

MJF soaks up more heat, flips the fans off and gives some Ravishing Rick Rude hips. But he turns around into the TIGER WALL KICK and ENZIGIRI! Ospreay whips, MJF reverses but Ospreay handsprings, NEURALIZER! Cover, TWO! MJF survives the kick, but the fans rally for Ospreay. Ospreay has to get some leftover streamers out of the way, then he drags MJF up. MJF blow SNOT on Ospreay! Ospreay Kawada Kicks away! Then he SNOTS MJF, and STANDING SKY TWISTER! Cover, TWO! MJF bails out, but the fans rally as Ospreay starts with “OI! OI! OI!” Ospreay builds speed and SASUKE SPECIALS again!

But MJF catches it! TOMBSTONE to the floor!! The fans go nuts while both men are down! The ref checks both men, and both men are okay to continue. The fans rally up, MJF slips into the ring, and then he tells Ospreay, “You think you’re special because you can flip? Anybody can flip, you POS!” MJF then goes to the apron, aims, and ASAI MOONSAULTS! Ospreay dodges, and catches MJF for a SPANISH FLY!! The fans are thunderous while both men are down again! But hey, MJF did prove himself right. Ospreay drags MJF up, puts him in the ring and then puts him on the top rope! Ospreay goes up a corner, to GUILLOTINE SHOOTING STAR!! Cover, TWO!!

The fans are thunderous and Ospreay is snarling! Ospreay drags MJF up, and are their fans actually dueling? Ospreay underhooks, Canadian Rack, but MJF pops free! CROSS RHODES?!? Cover, TWO!! MJF shouts out an American Nightmare, but he couldn’t finish this story. MJF looms over Ospreay, drags him up, and calls his shot! BRAIN- STUN DOG MILLIONAIRE! And OSCUTTER! Cover, TWO!! MJF survives but the fans fire up again! BUZZSAW! MULE KICK! And SUPER OSCUTTER!!! Cover, ROPEBREAK!! A miscalculation by Ospreay and MJF survives! Ospreay is frustrated, will he really need that move to end this?

The fans rally as hard as they can, and Ospreay storms around. Ospreay drags MJF up, underhooks him, but MJF slips up and out again! So Ospreay back suplexes! MJF lands, his leg jams, so Ospreay goes for it! But MJF was lying! He steps over to JUMPING PILEDRIVER!! Cover, TWO!!! Ospreay barely gets the shoulder up and the fans fire up! Both men are down as Ospreay writhes and MJF catches his breath. “This is Awesome!” as Ospreay reaches up again. The ref checks both men, and MJF rises up. MJF brings Ospreay in, but Ospreay cradles! TWO!! MJF escapes, but Ospreay SUPERKICKS! Ospreay underhooks, but again MJF slips free!

MJF blocks a kick, and ROLLING ELBOWS! Ospreay falls right to the mat! MJF aims from a corner, winds up, but Ospreay slips through the lariat to underhook, STORMBREAKER!! Cover, TWO!!! MJF survives and the fans are saying it now, “TIGER DRIVER!” Ospreay rises up, and he thinks it over. He goes to his other weapon, and he takes off the elbow pad! MJF flops over to bail out of the ring. The fans boo but Ospreay gets another idea. Ospreay goes out after MJF, and uses the corner, for the APRON OSC- FLOP as MJF moves back! MJF shakes out the stars, and he goes up the corner now! MJF grins, LONG ISLAND SUNRISE on the apron!!!

The fans lose their minds as MJF shouts out his former brochacho, baybay! MJF leaves Ospreay behind so the ring count can start. We hit 5 of 10, MJF wants it to go faster! Ospreay sits up at 7, flounders at 8, but he’s still down! Ospreay springs in at 9.99!! MJF is beside himself but the fans are thunderous! The fans sing for Ospreay again and MJF is even angrier now. MJF is practically foaming at the mouth, and he drags Ospreay up. MJF takes aim, he’s copying Ospreay! But then Ospreay copies MJF as he falls over! MJF insults London and Ospreay by saying their boy is a clod, then he salutes. MJF stalks Ospreay to the apron and brings him up.

MJF says “God Bless America!” HEAT- NO, Ospreay shoves him away again! MJF runs up, Ospreay moves aside, and he SUPERKICKS MJF in the ropes! And now APRON OSCUTTER!! The fans are thunderous again while both men are down! Ospreay clutches his shoulder, but the fans declare “This is Awesome!” The ref wants Doc Sampson to be on standby, and now MJF says his neck hurts, too. The ring count starts, but Ospreay sees a target! Ospreay takes aim, to FLYING HIDDEN BLADE!! MJF DUCKS, the cameraman takes the hit!! The fans lose their minds and Ospreay checks the poor guy. MJF grabs the title belt!

MJF sneaks into the ring with the belt, Ospreay and the others are still worried about the cameraman. Ospreay reluctantly goes back to the ring, and MJF BELT- NO, Ospreay gets around to HOOK SHOT! The fans fire up and Ospreay takes aim again! HIDDEN- BELT SHOT!! MJF still hits the mark, covers, TWO?!?! Ospreay survives, but MJF just hurries to BRAINBUSTER!!! Cover, TWO?!?!? Ospreay survives again and London is electric because MJF is shocked! MJF is about to cry in frustration, but he decides to copy Ospreay after all! Ospreay sits up, but then he DUCKS MJF’s Hidden Blade! MJF almost hits the ref, and gets mad at the ref!?

Ospreay CLOBBERS MJF into the ref!! That’s not good! Ospreay sees what happened, and MJF hurries to bring Ospreay around! MJF BITES Ospreay’s forehead, then reels him in! MJF underhooks the arms! The fans boo, MJF shouts for it, but Ospreay wrenches out to kick low! Ospreay underhooks and the fans are going nuts! MJF tries to fight free but he can’t! So he just LOW BLOWS!! Both men are down and the fans boo, but MJF grins as he goes to ropes. MJF reaches into his trunks, he brings out plaster knuckles! MJF aims, but a hooded man storms up onto the apron! He stops MJF from using the knuckles, then DECKS him!

REVEAL: it’s DANIEL GARCIA!! MJF has seen a ghost, and London is thunderous! MJF takes another swing, Garcia dodges, and MJF says he’ll get him for this! But Ospreay rises, and takes off the elbow pad! HIDDEN BLADE!!! London is erupting as Ospreay drags MJF up! Ospreay reels MJF in, then underhooks the arms! Everyone goes wild for the TIGER DRIVER 91!!!! Cover, the ref flounders around! The count finally starts, Ospreay WINS!!

Winner: Will Ospreay, by pinfall (NEW AEW “American” Champion)

Justice has been served! Red Death avenges himself, and Ospreay takes back this title! However, he won’t touch MJF’s belt, and in comes Christopher Daniels! Daniels has a bag, and out he pulls the bright and shiny INTERNATIONAL Championship! Ospreay has set things right in the world of AEW, will he take this title to even higher heights?

 

AEW TBS Championship: Mercedes Mone w/ Kamille VS Britt Baker!

The CEO came to AEW, and she soon grabbed up the belts she felt were meant for her. But now, The Two Belt Boss faces a returning and determined DMD, who wants to make history as the first woman to have held both AEW Women’s World and TBS Championships in her career. What was meant to be a great first-time-ever has turned into a grudge match with gold on the line, who will be the true Face of TBS?

Britt gets a lot of pyro for her entrance, but Mone is brought in by a carriage, with corgis by her side! Kamille opens the door for Mone, then carries the NJPW Strong Women’s Championship for her as they go to the ring. The introductions are made, the teal title is raised, and it is time for someone to put their money where their mouth is!

The bell rings and the fans are torn. Mone pie faces Britt, but Britt goes for the arm! Mone goes to ropes, and Kamille grabs her hand! The ref reprimands, Britt lets go, and Mone sucker punches her! Britt runs up, Mone dodges, hurdles, then drops. Britt stays up but Mone DROPKICKS her down! The fans are torn as Mone swaggers, and then Mone whips. Britt ducks ‘n’ dodges, then turns hip toss into arm-drag and takedown, into RINGS OF SATURN, but Mone scrambles! Kamille helps Mone get the ROPEBREAK! Britt lets go, Mone scrambles out, and Kamille carries her in on her shoulders while Mone calls for a timeout!

The fans boo but Britt waits. Kamille sets Mone back on the apron, and Mone holds up the TBS Championship. “You’ll never get this, Britt! Never!” The ref tells Mone to step inside, and Mone does. Britt runs up, goes after Mone in a corner, but the ref counts. Britt lets off, then runs back in. Mone ELBOWS Britt, goes up and up and FLYING ARM-DRAGS, hits a takedown, but Britt slips out to RINGS OF SATURN! Mone fights, slips free, jackknife bridges, TWO as Britt bridges up! Britt spins, reels Mone in, but Mone fights the lift! Mone then RAMS Britt into a corner! Mone digs her shoulder in but the ref reprimands.

The ref counts, Mone lets off at 4, and the fans duel, “C E O!” “D M D!” Mone bumps Britt off buckles, fires forearms, then lets off. The ref reprimands, but then Britt SUPERKICKS Mone! Britt goes up, but Kamille gets her attention! Mone GAMANGIRIS Britt! The fans boo the Brickhouse but she smiles as her boss gives Britt a TOP ROPE BACKBREAKER! Cover, TWO! Britt survives but Mone paces around her. Mone drags Britt up, whips her to a corner hard, and Britt falls! Mone drags Britt up, CLUBS Britt’s back, and she TOSSES Britt out! Mone argues with the ref, Kamille stomps Britt, but then hurries away.

The fans boo more, but Mone goes out to drag Britt into the ring. Cover, TWO! Mone is annoyed, but she KNEES Britt in the back. Mone soaks up the cheers and jeers, and she drags Britt up. Mone whips Britt to scoop and SIDEWALK SLAM! Cover, TWO! Britt stays in this and Mone grows frustrated. The fans continue to rally and Britt rises up. Mone storms up on Britt but Britt ROCKS her! And ROCKS her again! Mone wrenches, scoops, slingshot and BACKBREAKER! Cover, TWO! Britt stays in this, the fans rally, but Mone brings Britt up, for another slingshot BACKBREAKER! And this time, Mone puts on the pressure!

Britt endures, the fans rally, and Britt fires knees! Britt CLUBS Mone, KNEES her, so Mone shoves her down! Mone brings Britt up, Britt ELBOWS first! And ELBOWS again! Ripcord and ROLLING ELBOEW! Mone wobbles, Britt brings her in, FISHERMAN- NO, the back gives up! Mone KICKS Britt, wrenches and reels her in, to snap suplex! Una Amiga! Mone brings Britt up to DOS AMIGAS! The fans boo the Latina Heat, but Mone still THREE AMIGAS! Cover, TWO! Mone is frustrated again and the fans rally up. The dueling continues and Mone stomps Britt. Mone drags Britt to a drop zone, then goes up and up to DOUBLE KNEE DROP on the back!

Britt writhes, Mone grins, and she goes up again! Kamille says it is all Mone, but Britt stands! Britt SLAPS Mone, fires forearms, and she climbs up. Britt brings Mone up, but Mone fires body shots! The fans rally, Mone scoops, and she SUPER SLAMS Britt down! Mone grins, the fans are torn, and Mone aims to SPLASH onto knees! Britt saves herself and the fans rally up! Mone and Britt slowly rise while the fans fire up. Britt aims, runs, but the back won’t let her! She powers through, CURB- POWERBOMB!! High stack, TWO!! Britt survives so Mone hurries to Gory- NO, Britt powers out and pushes Mone! CUTTER!! Both women are down after Britt strikes outta nowhere!

The fans fire up as a standing count begins. Kamille coaches Mone as both women go to corners. They stand at 5 of 10, and Mone runs up! Britt dodges, the knees hit buckles! Mone still stalks Britt, but Britt elbows her, ripcords, and ROLLING ELBOWS! Britt fires up to run and NECKBREAKER DROP! Then she gets going again, to SLINGBLADE! Britt drags Mone up, reels her in to underhook and BUTTERFLY FACEBUSTER! Cover, TWO!! Mone survives and Kamille applauds. The fans are torn, but Britt brings out the glove! Britt puts the glove on, and she spells it out, “D! M! D!” Britt clamps onto Mone, but Mone flails!

Mone fights off the gloved hand, makes it a cover, TWO! Mone keeps that arm, drags Britt up, STRAITJACKET NECKBREAKER! Cover, TWO! Mone shrieks in frustration but the fans rally up. Mone sees the glove, and she decides to put it on! Kamille likes where this is going but the fans don’t. The fans boo but Mone CLUBS Britt. Mone brings Britt up, puts one out, but Britt Alabama Lifts, AIR RAID CRASH! Cover, TWO!! Mone survives, but Britt snatches back her glove! Britt rains down fists on Mone, puts that glove on, and the fans fire up! Britt says let’s try that again. She drags Mone up, Alabama Lifts, but Mone slips through!

Mone hooks Britt, MONEY MAKE- NO, Britt flips it to a cover! TWO!! Mone runs up, blocks the lariat and hits a BACKSTABBER! The fans duel again, “C E O!” “D M D!” Mone drags Britt to a corner, goes up, then stomps away on Britt from above! The ref reprimands, Mone lets off, and then she brings Britt around. Britt UPPERCUTS! And SUPERKICKS! Mone wobbles, Britt climbs! Britt fires forearms, then she goes to the very top! But Mone fires body shots! The fans duel more as Mone scoops again! SUPER- HEADLOCK TAKEOVER!! Britt covers, TWO!! Mone survives and the fans fire up again!

Britt rises, as does Mone, CURB STOMP!! Cover, Kamile gives Mone the ROPEBREAK! The fans boo, and Britt is beside herself! Britt wants after the insurance policy, but Kamille slips Mone the TBS title while taunting Britt with the NJPW Strong one! The ref says Britt needs to leave Kamille alone, and then Mone runs up! But the ref sees her and stops her!! The ref and Mone tug-o-war, and the ref takes the belt away! Mone tries to take it back, Kamille slides in, but Britt SUPERKICKS her first! Brit then snatches the NJPW Strong belt! Britt throws it back to Kamille, and then plays dead! Britt is shouting out Eddie, Mone’s childhood hero!

The fans cheer for “EDDIE! EDDIE!” and the ref tells Kamille she’s OUTTA HERE! Kamille is furious, Mone is beside herself, and the fans sing, “HEY HEY HEY, GOODBYE~!” Britt smiles and waves bye to Kamille, and Britt goes to the corner. Mone runs up, but Britt catches her! BUCKLE SHOT! And then Britt goes up, to PANAMA SUNRISE!! And then a CURB STOMP!! Cover, TWO?!?! Mone survives and Britt can’t believe it! The fans rally even harder, and Britt clamps on! RINGS OF SATURN, but Mone pulls Britt’s hair! Mone desperately fights around, reaches out, but Britt rolls her away! LOCK JAW!!! But Mone BITES the hand!!!

Britt lets go, Mone ghost pins! TWO!! Britt has the arms, drags Mone around, and then backslides her, TWO!! Mone and Britt bridge up to stand, and Mone changes the hooks to HOTSHOT Britt, and then BACKBREAKER! And then Gory Especial, for the MONEY MAKER!!! Cover, Mone wins!

Winner: Mercedes Mone, by pinfall (still AEW TBS Champion)

Britt made it through the Brickhouse but she couldn’t snatch the gold away! Mone is still the Face of TBS, but she has a short time to shift gears. The NJPW Strong Women’s Championship will be on the line this Friday, August 30th! Mone just went All In, but will she be ready for a Capital Collision?

 

AEW TNT Championship Coffin Match: Jack Perry VS Darby Allin!

The Scapegoat has gone on and on about sacrificing for the greater good of wrestling, but The Relentless One says he does that every night he wrestles! Will Darby be the one to teach Jack the true meaning of that word? Or will Jack be the one that finally puts Darby down for good?

Darby skates down, flips off the camera, and he’s looking like Pinhead from Hellraiser with tacks glued to his face!  As for the Face of TNT, he drags a body bag to the ring, his jab at Darby’s old habits. The introductions are made, but Darby DIVES onto Jack! The ref rings the bell and Darby drags Jack up to whip him into railing! Darby grabs a chair, and he SMACKS Jack on the back! And SMACKS him again! The fans sing for Darby as he SMACKS Jack again! Darby sits the chair up, makes Jack take a seat, and then GRINDS the face tacks into Jack’s forehead! Darby says look, real thumbtacks! Darby then goes up, to SUPER MISSILE DROPKICK!

Jack goes tumbling away and the fans are thunderous for Darby! Darby drags Jack over to the coffin, opens it up, and shoves him! Jack stops from falling in, and he SLAPS Darby! But the tacks just hurt Jack’s hands! Offense and defense in one! Darby RAMS Jack into the apron! Darby drags the coffin around, stands it up, and then drags Jack up. Darby SLAPS Jack, goes into the ring and builds speed again, to DIVE, but only into the coffin! The fans lose their minds and Jack grins as he gets the better of Darby’s reckless style. Jack then sets the coffin right-side-up, and back suplexes Darby onto the lid! Darby writhes and flounders away!

The fans boo but Jack stalks Darby. Jack drags Darby up and into the ring, scuffs him, then CHOPS him! Darby falls, Jack scuffs Darby some more, then goes out to soak up heat. Jack looks under the ring, and he brings a black bag out, with “SCAPEGOAT” written right on it. Jack goes in, and he pours out broken glass! And yes, it’s real broken glass. Jack smiles, the fans sing “OH~ Cry Me a River~” to hearken back to last year. Jack revels in it all, and he drags Darby up and in. But Darby fights the lift to back drop Jack onto the glass! The fans fire up as Darby has his skateboard, to SKATER STOMP Jack! Jack writhes in the glass!

Jack is bleeding from all the little cuts on his body, and he goes to the apron. Darby goes up the corner, fans chant “F C M PUNK! F C M PUNK!” Darby brings Jack around, but Jack trips Darby up! Darby hits top turnbuckle and then falls to the floor! Darby clutches his hip, the fans cheer “A E DUB! A E DUB!” and Jack goes looking for more plunder. Jack has scotch tape! Jack uses the tape to bind Darby’s hands! Jack CLUBS Darby over and over, then THROWS him into railing! Darby staggers, Jack takes a fan’s drink and SPLASHES Darby with it! Jack CLUBS Darby down again, and Darby is busted open!

Jack drags Darby to the coffin, but Darby RAMS into him! Darby staggers away, Jack runs up, btu Darby sends him into steel steps! Darby goes up to COFFIN SPLASH! Down goes Jack and the fans fire up! Darby snarls through the crimson mask as he drags Jack into the coffin! Jack blocks with his legs, then BOOTS Darby away! Jack escapes the coffin, soaks up more heat, and then goes up the ramp. Darby chases Jack down! Darby grabs Jack’s hair, Jack throws body shots! They go up the ramp, Jack gets Darby up and he POWERBOMBS Darby! Darby writhes and Jack takes Darby’s belt off him! Jack uses that studded strap to LASH Darby!

Jack uses Darby’s belt to bind the legs! Jack mocks Darby hopping around, and then scuffs him! Darby teeters at the edge of the ramp, so Jack THROWS him down! Darby crashes down through a table!! The fans lose their minds again while Doc Sampson checks Darby in the wreckage. Jack fetches his body bag and he brings it over. Jack opens it up, drags Darby from the wreckage and into the bag! Jack zips it up, then he stands on Darby’s face before dragging him back to the coffin! The fans are torn but Jack lifts the lid. Jack drags Darby up to dump him in! Darby struggles, finds the opening, and he sits up! Darby’s like a zombie!

The fans fire up as Darby wriggles, so Jack KNEES Darby down! Jack SLAMS the lid shut, Jack wins!

Winner: Jack Perry (still AEW TNT Champion)

Sacrifice? Hard to say. But Jack showed Darby how vicious and cruel he can be! He calls to the back, and The Bucks walk out with a huge canister! The fans boo, we know that’s full of gasoline! Er, petrol for the UK! Jack is all smiles now because he opens the lid, and Nick just DUMPS the gasoline all over Darby! Then the rest is poured on the lid! Jack gets a lighter out! But wait! The lights go out!? The rain, the lightning, it’s STIIIIIIING~! The Icon may have retired, but he wasn’t about to let this go down! Matt & Nick are furious, too, because they “retired” him at Revolution! Sting storms in, bat in hand, and he stares The Elite down!

Matt runs up, he gets hit! Nick runs up, he gets hit! Jack SMACKS Sting with a chair, and that just pisses Sting off! The fans tell Jack he messed up, so Jack runs away! Sting grabs Matt, then he grabs Nick, DOUBLE SCORPION DEAETH DROP!! The fans are thunderous as Sting saves his friend from going up in flames! But with Jack still the Face of TNT, who will be next to step to The Scapegoat? As for Darby, will he just have to refocus and prepare for Grand Slam in September?

 

AEW World Championship Title VS Career: Swerve Strickland w/ Prince Nana VS Bryan Danielson!

This match is not just a main event world title match. This match is not just a story of two men’s legacies connecting. And this match is not just a historic moment. This match is going to be career-defining! Bryan has said that one way or another, his in-ring career is coming to an end, to the point that if he loses, it ends tonight! But The Realest says there won’t be a choice, he’s slaying The American Dragon once and for all! Will Swerve grow his legacy by ending Bryan’s? Or will this simply be where Bryan reinvigorates his mind, body and love of wrestling?

Naturally, the only song Bryan could make his entrance to tonight is “THE FINAL COUNTDOWN~!” Bryan has Brie and their children right at ringside for moral support, and all of Wembley Stadium is chanting “YES! YES! YES!” But then for Swerve’s entrance, DJ Whoo Kid is here! He asks if The UK is in the house! Then one question: Whose House? “SWERVE’S HOUSE!” Prince Nana then leads the way as “Swerve VIII” enters, adorned in ring gear that commemorates the icons he ripped apart to become champion. Then Swerve has Flash Garments and a slew of other icons rapping his theme’s remix live and in person!

The introductions are made, the belt is raised, and the stakes are as high as they can be as we see who is truly THE best today.

The bell rings and the fans are thunderous already! Swerve grins as he stares down with Bryan, and the two circle. The fans continue with “YES! YES! YES!” and the two tie up. Swerve headlocks, hits a takeover, but Bryan headscissors. Swerve kips free and CHOPS! Bryan CHOSP back! Swerve scowls, Bryan CHOPS again! Bryan headlocks, hits a takeover, but Swerve headscissors. Bryan kips free, the CHOPS go back and forth again! The fans fire up as the two go forehead to forehead. But then Swerve glances at Brie. So Bryan fires forearms! Bryan whips, Swerve reverses and hip tosses!

Swerve gator rolls Bryan, but Bryan knees the suplex to WRING Swerve’s arm out! The fans fire up while Swerve clutches that shoulder. Bryan KICKS the arm, drags Swerve up and wrenches to wrangle Swerve. Swerve fights the omoplata, and slips through to get both legs! CATAPULT, and Bryan goes up and out! Swerve hurries to the apron to BOOT! Bryan falls, Swerve steps back in, and then Swerve builds speed! Swerve handsprings but Bryan avoids the attack! Bryan WRECKS Swerve with a dropkick, then he resets to SPRINGBOARD CANNONBALL! The fans are thunderous with “YES! YES! YES!” as Bryan hits the mark!

Bryan puts Swerve in, climbs a corner, and he FLYING KNEES the arm! Swerve writhes again, but Bryan isolates the arm to STOMP it! Swerve goes to a corner, Bryan CHOPS, then KICKS! And CHOPS! And KICKS! Bryan whips, Swerve reverses, but Bryan goes up and over! Bryan keeps moving, ducks ‘n’ dodges, but Swerve scoops to BACKBREAKER! Gator roll, suplex, and SLAM! The fans cheer while both men are down! Nana keeps the “Whose House?” “SWERVE’S HOUSE!” Swerve scowls as Bryan goes to a corner. Swerve storms up, but Bryan boots! Swerve blocks, puts the leg in ropes and UPPERCUTS!

Swerve goes side to side to SHOTGUN the leg! Bryan falls, Swerve says that’s just the first. Swerve goes to Bryan, brings him up, wrenches an arm and arm-drags Bryan down! Swerve drops KNEES on the arm! Bryan writhes, Swerve says that’s two now. Swerve goes back to Bryan, whips him to a corner hard, and Bryan falls back! Swerve then goes up a corner, but Bryan ROCKS him! Swerve hops down, he fires a forearm back, but Bryan CHOPS! Swerve SLAPS Bryan, Bryan SLAPS back, the fans fire up as it is a SLAP fight with the ropes between them! Bryan climbs up to HANGING TRIANGLE HOLD!

The ref counts, but Swerve drags Bryan up and over, then fireman’s carries! Bryan still pulls the bad arm, Swerve tries to shake free, and in doing so, Bryan’s feet hit the ref in the face! The ref staggers away, and Swerve calls to Nana! Nana has the ring bell!? DEATH VALLEY DRIVER onto the bell!!! Between that and the apron, fans lose their minds over what Swerve just did to Bryan! Swerve rolls in, and he soaks up the heat. The ref only knows Bryan is down, so he starts a ring count. Nana keeps the “Whose House?” “SWERVE’S HOUSE!” going, and we see Bryan is busted open from somewhere on the back or side of his head!

Bryan sits up, clutching his neck and shoulder, another concerning area. The count is 5 of 10 but Bryan still struggles. Bryan flops over at 8, but he manages to spring in at 9! Swerve asks why Bryan even bothered, and then he stomps Bryan! “Why we gotta do this? His family’s watching, why’s he gotta do this to his family?” Swerve then grins as he goes up the corner, to FALLING UPPERCUT! Swerve hits the Griddy but the fans boo. Swerve then adds insult to injury as he has Bryan’s wrists. Swerve looms over Bryan, but then realizes he can do Bryan one better. Swerve drags Bryan out of the ring, and right over to the Danielsons!

Swerve DRAGON STOMPS away on Bryan, and Brie covers the children’s eyes! But Swerve says, “Isn’t this what you want? You want Daddy to come home, I’m giving that to you!” Swerve says they can thank him later. Nana does his dance then moves on. Swerve drags Bryan up, the ring count climbs, and Swerve pushes Bryan in. Swerve then has Bryan against the corner, and he smears Bryan’s blood into his own face! The fans tell Swerve he’s sick as he punches down on Bryan. Swerve stands Bryan up, hoists him to the very top, and then he climbs up behind him. Swerve goes to the very top, brings Bryan up, and SUPER OLYMPIC SLAMS!!

Bryan flounders, and Swerve also suffers a bit, but it is Birdie who is in tears seeing her dad like this. Swerve rises, goes up, KILL- NO, Bryan catches the legs to roll through! REGAL STRETCH!! Swerve endures, pries at the hands, and he bends fingers! Bryan lets the legs go, Swerve straight arm- NO, Bryan slips free to waistlock! Swerve switches, O’Conner but Bryan rolls through The UP KICK hits, but Bryan comes back to LARIAT!! The fans are thunderous while both men are down! The fans rally as hard as they can as both men stand. Swerve UPPERCUTS, UPPERCUTS, and then UPPER- NO, Bryan backslides! TWO!!

Swerve stands, Bryan ducks ‘n’ dodges to LEPAING LARIAT! The fans fire up as Swerve goes to a corner. Bryan huffs ‘n’ puffs and rises again, and the fans rally even harder! Bryan runs in corner to corner to DROPKICK! Bryan keeps going, to DROPKICK! And then- SOMERSAULT COMPLETE SHOT from Swerve! Cover, TWO!! Bryan survives but Swerve eggs him on. Swerve drags Bryan up, half nelsons, and then BIG- NO, Bryan turns Big Pressure into a victory roll, TWO! Bryan avoids the House Call to hook the arms! Swerve fights up, so Bryan TIGER SUPLEXES! Swerve tumbles, Bryan huffs ‘n’ puffs again, and the fans rally!

Swerve rises, Nana coaches him, but Bryan stands to KICK! And KICK! “YES! YES! YES!” Swerve takes KICK after KICK, then Bryan winds up, to BUZZSAW! Swerve goes to a corner and the fans are thunderous! Birdie is fired up now, and Bryan KICKS Swerve again and again in the corner! Bryan puts Swerve up top, climbs up, and has the arms chicken winged! SUPER TIGER PLEX?!? The fans are electric and Bryan crawls over! Cover, TWO!!! Swerve survives, but Bryan has a wild look in his eyes! Bryan says time to kick his head in!! Bryan grabs the wrists, for the DRAGON STOMPS! “YES! YES! YES!”

Bryan then flips Swerve over, hooks the arms, CATTLE MUTILATION!! Swerve endures the classic, and he fights around. Swerve powers up to lift Bryan, and he flips those arm hooks for a VERTABREAKER!!! Both men are down and the ref has Doc Sampson check Bryan! The neck was a concern for Bryan, and that move is on par with the Tiger Driver. Nana is sure something is broken, but Swerve tells the medics to back off! Swerve wants to keep his promise of breaking Bryan, so he goes up top! K I L L S T O M P!!! Cover, TWO?!?! Bryan survives and the fans are going wild! Swerve is furious, and he takes aim. HOUSE CALL!!

But one is not enough for Swerve! He dares Bryan to sit up, and Bryan does sit up, but in a daze. HOUSE CALL!!! The fans rally as hard as they can for Bryan and boo Swerve just as hard, but Swerve won’t stop. Bryan reaches out for his family, and Swerve just laughs. “Whose House?” HOUSE CALL!!!! Cover, TWO?!?!?!? HOW?!?!? Swerve argues with the ref but Wembley Stadium is erupting again! Swerve KICKS Bryan to mock the Yet Kicks! And KICKS! KICKS! KICKS! But these “Swerve Kicks” just piss Bryan off!! Bryan rises, looking at Brie, Birdie & Buddy, and telling them, “I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!”

Swerve KICKS, KICKS, KICKS, but Bryan just takes them again and again! Then he SLAPS Swerve!! And SLAPS him! And KICKS, KICKS, KICKS! “YES!! YES!! YES!!” Swerve blocks a kick, but Bryan catches the arm to hit a takedown! TRIANGLE HOLD! ELBOW after ELBOW, and then Bryan PULLS on the arm! But Swerve deadlifts Bryan, only for Bryan to slip free! SHOULDER CAPTURE SUPLEX!! The fans are red hot as Bryan joins in on the “YES! YES! YES!” BUSAIKU KNEE!!! Swerve hits buckles, and just brushes that off!? Swerve laughs, then hits a HOUSE CALL!!!! Swerve hauls Bryan up, full nelsons, and BIG PRESSURE DRIVER!!! Cover, TWO?!?!?!?

Swerve is losing his mind, but so are the fans! It’s just in two different ways! The ref defends his count, it’s just that Bryan will not give in! Swerve stalks Bryan as the fans are thunderous with “LET’S GO, BRYAN!” But then Swerve gets them all to boo by mocking the “Yes!” hands. The fans say “NO! NO! NO!” as Swerve goes to a corner. But wait, HANGMAN PAGE is here!? He TOSSES security, and he glares at Swerve! Hangman SHOVES Nana down, more security rushes in, but The Cowboy’s rage is not so easily contained! Swerve taunts Hangman as he is dragged from ringside, but turns into a BUSAIKU KNEE!!!!! Cover, TWO?!?!?!

Swerve survives another shot, but this one hurt a lot more than the first! The fans chant “A E DUB! A E DUB!” for giving us this epic battle! Bryan and Swerve knuckle lock as they rise up, and they fire forearms! “This is Awesome!” as the shots go back and forth, no guard! Swerve KICKS, Bryan KICKS, repeat! “YES! YES!” Swerve RISING HEADBUTTS, then HEADBUTTS again! Bryan wants the arm, Swerve slips around, BIG- NO, Bryan arm-drags! Swerve mule kicks, SLAPS, and BOOTS! SOMERSAULT- BUSAIKU KNEE!!! Wembley is going to explode at this rate! Bryan hits a BLINDSIDE BUSAIKU KNEE!!!!

And then Bryan omoplatas! LEBELL LOCK!!!! Swerve endures, flails, reaches out, claws at the grip, and he pries it open! So Bryan just bends and SNAPS Swerve’s fingers! RINGS OF SATURN!!!! Swerve flails, BUT TAPS! BRYAN WINS!!!!

Winner: Bryan Danielson, by submission (NEW AEW World Champion)

The Final Countdown plays again, because this is not the final time we see The American Dragon in action! Brie, Birdie & Buddy all cheer from ringside, and Blackpool Combat Club comes out here to join in! Wembley is roaring with emotion, confetti flies in, and pyro flies as Bryan lifts up the world title! Bryan’s legacy continues, once again adorned with gold, how much more amazing will his final run become?

My Thoughts:

An awesome All In, though I really wish AEW would do less overall matches. They quite literally just threw a bunch of people into that 16 Man Tag, I’m a little surprised it wasn’t just a battle royal. At the same time, they still made it a very fun match, mostly from the high spots from the high flyers who weren’t put in the ladder match. Great Mixed Tag, and I am surprised Willow & Ishii won. I was sure Stat & Stoke would cheat to win, but maybe Willow will go with something No Disqualification that is still reasonable. After all, the two of them were a great tag team in Street Fights, something like that would be a fitting end to this feud.

Pretty good 10 Man Tag to wrap Zero Hour, but I figured Team Texas would win. But nothing was really settled, it’ll take the title matches to do that, and those will likely be on ROH TV and/or PPVs, or maybe a Battle of the Belts special. And a great bonus thing with Saraya & Harley talking down to the fans, and then Jamie Hayter making her return was awesome. This probably could’ve been a moment on the main show, if only because more fans in the live audience would’ve seen that. But being a Zero Hour moment, plenty of people still saw it for free on YouTube. Jamie VS Saraya will be a great feud to get Jamie back on TV, and she’ll surely find her way to a title soon after.

Awesome London Ladders match, and I am genuinely surprised Pac’s team won. It does give Pac his moment, and he technically now joins BCC because they’re champions together, which is the oddest part to me. Maybe, just maybe, if there weren’t rumors of Lucha Brothers leaving AEW and going to WWE, maybe this would’ve been Death Triangle returning to prominence. But hey, still cool for Pac in the grand scheme of things. A little surprised by the order of these matches to follow, which feels like something I said the last time AEW did a PPV. But seeing as how they booked the Casino Gauntlet, I can see why they wanted to give Christian Cage time (both kayfabe and shoot) to recover and be ready for that match.

Toni VS Mariah was great, and I appreciate the return of Luther and the use of Mariah May’s mother being upset over Mariah’s evil attitude. And despite how the go-home math had been adding up, it was the right call for Mariah to win out, because that is the All About Eve plot parallel they’ve been going for. Mina didn’t seem as upset by how Mariah won, maybe we see those two spend time together again. Mina is even Rev-Pro Women’s Champion now after a show the other night, so they can use that in story as well.

Another really good Jericho FTW Championship match with the mystery bag gag returning. Cricket balls are quite literally solid items to be using, but I did like that “HI GUYS” was on the cricket bat. Hook winning was the right move, especially with Taz getting his moment. But ironically, would Jericho not come back for more? Hook losing was what would get him away from the “Jericho Vortex,” who knows what happens next. Great Triple Threat for the tag titles, but I figured Bucks were winning. They used all sorts of shenanigans so of course they won, but what a great surprise that Grizzled Young Veterans are All Elite. They’ll be a nice, fresh piece of the tag division, especially if Lucha Bros really are leaving, and I can’t wait to see what GYV does on their way to a title match.

Back to Casino Gauntlet, everything about it until the end was amazing. Okada being in it from the start, Nigel coming out of retirement, ZSJ showing up as a surprise, Ricochet also showing up for his AEW debut, and just the general action and chemistry of all parts involved. But who TK chose to win is THE one thing about tonight I just don’t like. Why have Luchasaurus assert that he IS Luchasaurus if he isn’t also breaking away from Christian Cage. We have been waiting for literal MONTHS, and TK just teases things rather than committing. Luchasaurus should’ve made sure Christian lost, and someone else (Hangman) should’ve won.

Awesome American/International Championship match, but Ospreay having product placement win entrance was a clear sign. Well, that and the math from Dynamite. But anyway, we also got a great surprise return from Daniel Garcia, and Ospreay DID use Tiger Driver 91 as the finish. No more American Championship, we’re back to International Championship, and Ospreay VS Pac will be a great match for All Out, but now that Pac is trios champ, and also because Ospreay isn’t just going to lose a belt two weeks later, ain’t no way Ospreay loses in Chicago. Garcia VS MJF is going to be a great match, too, probably something really vicious for All Out.

Mone VS Britt was really good stuff, a little slow at the beginning, but it was hard to follow everything we’ve gotten by this point. Things finally got going when Britt hit that super headlock takeover, that was really cool. But as I figured, Mone won. It was in part because Kamille kept saving her, but Mone still put things together on her own to win. Mone has any number of people she can face next, and we still have to see what Heel Shida will do. Great TNT Championship coffin match, and I figured Jack would win. The Elite wanting to light Darby on fire bringing out Sting was really cool, I didn’t think we’d ever see him even on screen again. Jack also has any number of possibilities for story, and Darby’s fine, he has Grand Slam coming up.

Speaking of which, a truly awesome main event, both men having a form of win entrance, but clearly Bryan’s was stronger. All great story stuff, all great action stuff, and of course Bryan bled. Been awhile since someone’s used a ring bell as a weapon so driving Bryan onto one was clever stuff. I was saying on Wednesday that, like Sting, Bryan is definitely someone who can defy the usual math, so great to see Bryan win here. And Hangman of course wanted to go after Swerve, it would’ve just been better if he was attempting a cash-in and Nana gets in his way long enough for Swerve to hit Hangman and keep it from happening. So what if it’d be something WWE does? What other reason did AEW have to put the MITB cash-in stipulation on that contract?

But all that said, amazing to see Bryan win out and become champion. With Pac kind of being a substitute for Moxley, BCC has gold all up and down, this final stretch for Bryan is going to be great stuff. Darby is set for Grand Slam, Christian might want All Out, or even snipe whatever happens for All Out, this will be a lot of fun.
