B ut I guess he didn’t get that message.” The fans boo more but Moxley says, “And since he didn’t succeed in getting himself killed on Mount Everest, he’s back in AEW and he’s messing with me and my people.

“Darby, look, I ain’t stupid, I know you’re here. You’ve been here for a few weeks, hanging out in the balcony, I dunno if you’re in the lounge area, the bar, hiding in the bathroom or something. I know you’re here, why don’t you come out and show yourself? I ain’t got time for this. I ain’t stupid, man, I know you’re here!” And indeed, Darby appears in the upper level! The fans cheer and Moxley grins. Moxley says, “Look at you. Look, I ain’t got the time or the patience for this, alright? So why don’t you get your little skater boy ass down here, get in this ring, and we can have that tough conversation one last time.”

Darby turns around and hops off the railing. Moxley gets mad but he says this building ain’t that big, so they’ll have this conversation one way or another. Moxley leads Yuta & Marina back into the crowd and the hunt is on. Will The Maniac find the Relentless One first? Or is he playing into Darby’s hands?

AEW World Tag Team Championship #1 Contenders Tournament Quarterfinal: The Gates of Agony VS Brody King & Bandido!

Bishop Kaun & Toa Liona tried to help Ricochet get one over on Mark Briscoe, but The King of Death & The Most Wanted made sure that didn’t happen. Will #Brodido be headed to the next round to take on The Young Bucks? Or will #GOA slam those gates shut?

The teams sort out and Kaun starts against Bandido. The fans rally up for Bandido and the two circle. They run up, Bandido avoids a boot to knee low! Bandido whips, Kaun reverses, but Bandido RAMS shoulders. Neither man falls, the fans rally up, and Kaun runs. Kaun RUNS Bandido over, but Bandido kips up! Bandido then dodges a haymaker to shove Kaun to ropes. Bandido hurdles, drops down, but Kaun leaps over. Things keep moving, Kaun hurdles then drops, but Bandido handsprings. Kaun ELBOWS Bandido down! The fans boo but Kaun applauds himself. Kaun stomps but Bandido dodges. Bandido arm-drags Kaun, but Kaun fakes him out on the second try.

Kaun mockingly applauds, and he flips Bandido over, but Bandido uses that to arm-drag again! And then he DROPKICKS! Kaun staggers to his corner and Liona tags in. Liona wants the big man but Bandido says he is Liona’s opponent. Bandido flexes, the fans cheer, but Liona is not amused. Bandido gets in Liona’s face, Liona shoves, but Bandido tilt-o-whirl RANAS! Liona stays on his feet, comes back, but Bandido dodges. Liona scoops, Bandido slips out, but Liona has Bandido by the head! Liona THROWS Bandido to the corner! Liona wants Brody, so Brody tags in! The fans fire up with barks and “MEAT! MEAT! MEAT!”

Liona and Brody RAM, RAM, and RAM! Then Liona HEABUTTS! Brody comes back, ducks ‘n’ dodges, and they RAM again! “MEAT! Brody CHOSP but Liona grits his teeth! Liona throat chops, then CLUBS Brody on the back. Liona CLUBS again, then roars, but Brody LRAIATS Liona up and out of the ring! The fans fire up, Kaun runs up, but Brody BACKDROPS him! Bandido tags in and he gets a boost to CROSSBODY Kaun down! Liona is back, Bandido SUPERKICKS! Brody ROLLING ELBOWS! Bandido kicks the legs out so Brody can SLIDING LARIAT! The fans fire up for #Brodido and Brody says run.

Bandido runs, he wheelbarrows Brody to go up and up, and Brody flexes as he holds Bandido up to SLAM! Cover, ONE!! Liona gets out of the ring and he throws a fit. Brody gives Bandido a boost to the top rope, but Kaun CLOBBERS Brody from behind! That also trips Bandido up, and Liona drags Brody out. Brody ROCKS Liona, then runs up, but Liona BACKDROPS Brody onto the ramp! Kaun gives Bandido a TOP ROPE BACKBREAKER! Bandido tumbles to the floor and the fans boo, but GOA soaks up the heat while Collision goes picture in picture.

Liona storms over to where Bandido is on the floor and drags him up. Liona puts Bandido in, smothers him for a cover, TWO! Liona drags Bandido up and brings him over to tag Kaun. GOA mugs Bandido, then Kaun bumps Bandido off buckles. Kaun CHOPS Bandido down! The ref counts, but Kaun drags Bandido up to CHOP again! Bandido sputters, Kaun talks some trash, but Bandido CHOPS in return! Kaun ROCKS Bandido, Bandido CHOPS, repeat! They go back and forth, then Kaun shoves Bandido to ELBOW, JAB, and CHOP! Cover, TWO! Kaun keeps Bandido down with a facelock, then drags him over to Liona.

Liona tags in, the mugging continues, and he kicks Bandido. Liona drags Bandido up, Bandido CHOPS, but Liona DOUBLE CHOPS! Bandido falls and Liona clamps on with SHOULDER CLAWS! Bandido endures, even as Liona digs his claws in deeper, and Bandido rises up. Liona grinds the shoulder with an armlock as Collision returns to single picture. The fans rally as hard as they can for Bandido but Liona CLUBS him down! Tag to Kaun, and Kaun BLASTS Brody! Then Kaun runs up on Bandido in the corner. Kaun blocks Bandido’s boots, puts the legs in the ropes, and DRAPING BACKSTABBES! Liona adds a SPLASH! Kaun drags Bandido to a cover, TWO!

The fans fire up as Bandido survives and Kaun seethes. Tag to Liona and he drags Bandido up. GOA whips Bandido to a corner, Kaun runs in, but Bandido ELBOWS him away! Bandido goes up to CROSSBODY, but Liona catches him! Liona swings Bandido, but Bandido uses that to BOOT Kaun and DDT Liona! The fans are thunderous as Bandido crawls, hot tag to Brody! The Hound CHOPS away on Liona and Kaun! Then he DECKS Kaun, ROCKS Liona, and SPLASHES Kaun in a corner! Brody sends Kaun into Liona, then he runs and SPLASHES them both! The fans fire up as Kaun flops out of the ring and Liona sits down!

Brody barks, the fans bark with him, and he runs to CANNONBALL! Liona takes the hit and the fans fire up again! Liona bails out of the ring but Brody tags Bandido. Bandido & Brody aim, and they finger gun BANG, DOUBLE DIVE!! The fans are thunderous as GOA is toppled over by the topes! Brody drags Liona up, Bandido CLUBS Kaun, and it’s a bit like last night with the brawls. Brody sits Liona down in a chair, Bandido keeps after Kaun and sets him up against railing. Brody SPLASHES Liona against the railing! Bandido runs in and he uses the chair to FLYING LEG LARIAT! Bandido and Kaun end up in the crowd!!

The fans are loving this as Bandido goes back to the ring. Brody puts Liona in and Bandido climbs, Latino Heat and a FROG SPLASH! Cover, Kaun breaks it!! The fans boo but Brody whips Kaun. Kaun reverses to send Brody out, then he ROCKS Bandido! Kaun DROPKICKS Brody back down, then he METEORAS Bandido! Feed to Liona for a scoop, then Kaun goes up. Liona picks Bandido up to hand to Kaun, and then Liona CANNONBALLS onto Brody on the outside! SUPER POWERBOMB!! Cover, TWO?!? Bandido survives and shocks Kaun! The fans fire up for “A E DUB! Lexy Nair is with The Jackal & The Murderhawk Monster, and she brings up Kyle Fletcher challenging Dustin Rhodes for the AEW TNT Championship in tonight’s main event. What kind of preparation has Kyle been doing going into this match? Callis says Kyle has done all the preparation. Callis wants the locker room to listen, all that preparation is for after the match. Because after the match, the Don Callis Family will have all the titles, all the power, the numbers, and the money that comes with it! But then Shane Taylor storms in and says, “Speaking of money, your Vigo the Carpathian lookin’ ass better pay what you owe.”

Callis says he knows Shane is NOT stepping to him about money. Shane says he always steps to those who owe him. Archer dares Shane to step to him! Shane says he’ll give Archer a scar to match Daddy Don’s! Callis has things calm down, and says this is fine. Shane has a good point. There is some money to talk about, but perhaps Shane can do Callis a favor. Team Sky Flight looks like a real problem for the Callis Family. Maybe Shane’s fellas can handle things, and they can talk the cheddar later. Callis & Archer leave and Shane seethes. But will Shane Taylor show everyone how to rumble, bad man, rumble?

Collision returns from break as Lexy is now with Kyle O’Reilly & Roderick Strong. Last week after Collision, they went out for Roddy’s birthday, and they apparently had a good time. But Lexy has to ask, is Kyle in The Conglomeration? Kyle says The Conglomeration is a lifestyle, he never left. And as for Roddy- Roddy interrupts with, “KYYYLE~! Listen, dude. I get what you were trying to do Saturday and that’s great. But I’m still trying to wrap my head around all this. When I came to AEW, it was to help my best friend. Then I lost my best friend. Then I got my best friend back. And now I’ve lost my best friend again.” Kyle says hey, his birthday was fun, wasn’t it?

Roddy asks if Kyle’s even listening. Of course he is! Kyle says in The Conglomeration, there is no pressure. It is a group of misfits that support and lift each other up. Speaking of, here they are! Willow Nightingale steps in with Hologram & Tomohiro Ishii. The Babe with the Power is warming up for her match as she asks how everyone’s doing. Kyle wants to thank them all for that “Brazilian butt-lift birthday bash.” Right, Roddy? Roddy stays quiet and Kyle laughs it off. Roddy’s not normally like this. Roddy, don’t embarrass Kyle. But that aside, they’ve got some of that $200K left, right? They should do some more team bonding!

Willow says that does sound awesome, she is totally up for that, but first! Her sights are set on Thekla. Kyle says right, she’s got a match! Time to squash that spider like a bug! Go, Willow, go! Willow heads out, Ishii & Hologram follow, but then Roddy goes the other way. Kyle doesn’t know which way to go, but he eventually chooses Roddy. Will Kyle be able to connect his mutual friends as one big group? Or are some people just not down to conglomerate?

The Galaxy’s Greatest vowed to get back to that person, and she’s undefeated on Collision so that’s a start. But will nothing stop her on her journey back to the top? Or will she regret that she ever crossed Lena Kross?

The bell rings and Kris steps to Lena. They shake hands, but then Lena headlocks. Kris powers out to headlock, but Lena powers out, only for Kris to RUN her over! Kris shows off with a cartwheel and the fans cheer. Kris still offers a hand but Lena stands up. So Kris ROCKS her! And suplexes! Kris holds Lena up for a count of TEN before the SLAM! Lena goes to a corner while Kris flexes. Kris runs in, Lena dodges and ROCKS her! Lena runs side to side to JUMP KICK! And SNAP GERMAN! The fans cheer, that is impressive. But then Kris LARIATS Lean! Lena goes to a corner, Kris runs in and ELBOWS! Kris runs side to side and BOOTS Lena!

The fans boo as now this is 4v1, and then Megan storms in so she can be the fifth! Ford drags Willow up, feeds her to Megan, but wait! QUEEN AMINATA is here! And not just her, but TayJay! And they’re all armed! Aminata and her chair, Tay and a pipe, Jay and a plank, they all run off the five femme fatales!

The Conglomeration also appears ringside to check on their friend. But will Willow, Aminata, Tay Melo & Anna Jay be doing their own conglomerating in order to humble Megan, Ford & The Triangle of Madness?

Backstage interview with Billy Gunn.

Lexy Nair is with Daddy Ass to bring up Anthony Bowens’ match with Max Caster. As Bowens was going overboard after the win, Billy quite literally threw Bowens across the ring. What is going on here? Billy wishes he had an answer. But then Bowens steps in! Bowens says, “There you are, Billy. Not a text? Not a single phone call after week? You’re not gonna answer? How about I answer for you, Billy? You told me that I needed to take care of a slump buster, huh? I went out there and I busted that slump. And I busted Max Caster’s face, doing everything, EVERYTHING, that you taught me to do! And you weren’t there again!

“You put your hands on me, and you should’ve been there, punching Caster’s face with me! So lemme ask you this, like I’ve been asking you every week: Where were you? Because you were clearly not there for me last week!” Billy says he doesn’t even know who Bowens is anymore. But while Bowens figures that out, he’ll be at home. Billy leaves and Bowens says yeah, walk away! Like a coward! The 5 Tool Player has zero friends right now, but will he learn what the real problem is?

Swerve Strickland speaks.

“The Young Bucks. That’s right, you are now just simply The Young Bucks. You are no longer labeled the Executive Vice Presidents of All Elite Wrestling. And who’s responsible for that? Well, myself and Will Ospreay.” Prince Nana chuckles at that. Swerve asks how it feels now to walk among their peers, no longer arriving in private limos, or using their own trailer, or having elaborate entrances. But Swerve gets it. That doesn’t mean you take it out on Swerve’s friends, like the talented and hard-working Outrunners. As long as The Bucks wanna come around and continue to abuse some kinda power, Swerve will be here to fix that and set them right.

As far as Okada goes, he wants to mention Swerve’s name? Swerve will be around for him, too. Okada wants to get in Swerve’s business? Well, Swerve will be around for that, too. And as long as Okada wants to wave that nice new Unified Championship around in Swerve’s face, Swerve is gonna want that. In fact, it is looking quite appetizing. In fact, Forbidden Door is coming up… Let’s just say, Swerve and Okada are gonna have a conversation about that right soon. Whose House? Swerve’s House. Will the Realest get some revenge on The Rainmaker soon enough?

At Forbidden Door, let’s just fight. B*tch!” Callis loves it when Okada says that. And so it is official! AEW Unified Championship, The O2 in London, Okada VS Swerve! #BigStoke called out The Hurt Syndicate, Adam Copeland and even the Bang Bang Gang out on behalf of Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood, but now it’s time to back up words with actions! Will FTR move forward towards the titles? Or will Juice & Austin have everyone saying GUNS UP?

Daniel Garcia joins commentary and speaks on his hopes of competing at Forbidden Door, as many of his role models are British wrestling legends. The Bang Bang Gang make their entrance with the returning #CardBlade and the debuting #CardColten! Jay White & Colten Gunn are with the team in spirit and cardboard, and the teams sort out. Juice starts against Cash and the fans rally up. The two feel things out while the fans chant for “JUICE! JUICE! JUICE!” Juice and Cash tie up, Cash tries to drag Juice to the corner but Juice breaks free. Dax still tags in and says it was that close. Dax and Juice circle and tie up.

Juice headlocks, Dax powers up and out, but Juice sees the backdrop coming to cradle! TWO, and the two back off. The fans applaud as Juice says it was that close. Juice tags Austin, the fans fire up with him, and Austin circles with Dax now. Dax and Austin tie up, Dax headlocks, but Austin powers up and out. Dax runs Austin over, keeps moving, but Austin drops down. Dax counters the hip toss with a HIP TOSS! The fans boo but Austin backs off. Dax says “SUCK IT!” Austin scowls, he tags Juice, and Juice circles with Dax. They feel things out, Dax stays back but Cash tries to sneak a shot. The ref backs Cash off, but Dax pulls Juice’s hair!

Dax puts Juice in the corner, the ref counts, and Dax lets off. Dax BODY SHOTS, then CHOPS! Juice CHOPS back! And CHOPS Dax down! The fans fire up, Juice runs up, but Dax kicks low. Juice blocks the buckle bump to body blow! Juice then dribbles Dax off the buckles! Juice goes all three levels, and we see Big Bill & Bryan Keith are watching backstage. You’re the Best Wrestler Alive!” The fans do keep up, but Caster is still disappointed. That is not what he wanted! It is pretty clear that no one here can hang with Caster, just like Anthony Bowens! In fact, the fans get worse every single week, just like Bowens!

And Caster knows it isn’t him. He isn’t boring the fans! Because Caster isn’t a “bland, boring, crybaby b*tch like Anthony Bowens!” The fans boo but Caster says this is still the Best Wrestler Alive Open Challenge! Put five minutes on the clock! DUN DUN! Let’s see who can survive five with the Best Wrestler Alive! It’s RUSH! El Toro Blanco already won one of these before, didn’t he? Will it be a repeat performance that outdoes the original?

The bell rings and the clock ticks away. The fans cheer on “RUSH! RUSH! RUSH!” Caster claps along like that’s for him, and then he bails out! Caster has let a minute and 20 go by like this, and he keeps riling up the fans. But then Rush waits for Caster to come around and DECKS him! The fans cheer that!

Rush says Caster wants to run, he’ll run! Rush runs Caster into barriers! And runs him into more barriers! And then into more barriers! Caster almost funs into the crowd! We are under three minutes, the longest Caster’s lasted! Rush KNEES Caster against the barriers again and again, then rains down fists! The ref reprimands, Rush snarls, but the fans ironically chant, “Let’s Go, Max! You’re the Best Wrestler Alive!” Rush puts Caster in the ring, but Caster DIVES back out onto him! The fans rally as Caster has pushed this to three minutes gone, two minutes left! Caster puts Rush in, then runs corenr to corner, only to miss!

Rush CHOPS, CHOPS, and BODY SHOTS! Rush fires off, the ref counts, but Rush beats him down! Rush goes corner to corner, then runs back, to feint and flip Caster off before the BOOT! But we reach the final minute! Does Rush not care? Rush says tranquilo, but then he decides to get going again. Rush SNAP POWERSLAMS, but he doesn’t cover? Rush says this ends when he says so! No, the clock has a say, too! Rush stomps away on Caster, rains down shots, then rains down HEADBUTTS! Rush won’t stop, even as the ref counts! We hit 15 seconds! The ref and Rush argue, the countdown begins! Rush says, “If you mess with the bull…!”

But that could all change now that he raised the stakes on himself. Will Dustin still be a three belt Son of Texas? Or will the Protostar add more gold to the Callis Family’s collection?

Dustin brings Kyle around, Kyle blocks the steel step smack, and he BODY BLOWS Dustin! Kyle fires hands, puts Dustin against barriers, and then he pulls the steps over. Kyle drags Dustin up to FULL METAL DDT!! Dustin staggers away, Kyle grits his teeth from the double-edged landing, but the fans rally up either way. Kyle goes looking under the ring again, and he brings out a TABLE! The fans cheer as Kyle props that up against the railing. Kyle then CLUBS Dustin, brings him around, and even with the red face paint, we can see Dustin is busted open. Kyle fires hands on that bloody forehead, then sets Dustin against the table!

Kyle rolls into the ring, builds speed, and he DIVES! But Dustin moves, Kyle crashes through the table! The fans lose their minds, Dustin brings out another table! The fans cheer as Dustin sets that up, his own blood painting the table with dabs here and there. Wait, Dustin finds the bull rope with cowbell! The fans cheer as Dustin has the spirit of The American Dream with him! Kyle grabs at Dustin, but Dustin CLOBBERS Kyle with the bell itself! Then he CLOBBERS Kyle again! Kyle sputters, Dustin covers, TWO! Kyle is tougher than that but Dustin is meaner than that. Dustin drags Kyle to the apron, and we see Kyle is just as busted open!

Dustin fires hands on Kyle’, then headlocks. The fans cheer and Dustin BULLDOGS but only eh goes through the table! Kyle slipped free of disaster and now Dustin clutches his leg. Dustin is already feeling the sting of his own high risk scenario as Collision goes picture in picture.

The ref checks Dustin but Dustin isn’t letting the match end like that. Dustin shakes out the leg while Kyle storms his way over. Kyle puts Dustin in the ring, and he DDTS the foot! Dustin writhes, Kyle grabs the leg again, and he stomps away on the thigh! Kyle drops an ELBOW on the knee, punches away on it, then drops KNEES on the knee! Dustin endures as Kyle drags him around. Kyle pulls on the leg with a standing toehold, then turns Dustin over for a HALF CRAB! Dustin endures, fights his way over, but Kyle drags him away from the ropes! Kyle sits deep on the hold, but Dustin fights forward to the ROPEBREAK!

Kyle doesn’t have to let go of the hold, but this won’t count as a tap-out! But then Kyle drags Dustin off the ropes to pull on the leg! Dustin still endures, still fights, so Kyle lets go in frustration. Dustin pounds the mat, Kyle catches his breath, and then Kyle grabs the bull rope! Kyle LASHES Dustin again and again as Collision returns to single picture! Kyle SMASHES the knee with the cow bell! The fans boo as Kyle throws the rope aside, but Kyle just soaks all that heat up. Cover, TWO!?! Kyle survives but Dustin doesn’t even hesitate! Dustin goes outside, and he drags out chairs! Dustin puts those in the ring, but Kyle grabs one for himself. Dustin aims, they both swing, and Kyle is disarmed! Dustin JAMS Kyle, SMACKS him on the back, then SMACKS him again! The fans rally up, Dustin lifts Kyle’s chin using the chair, and he winds up, but Kyle SUPERKICKS the chair into Dustin’s face!

The fans fire up, Kyle sets the chairs up together, then drags Dustin over. Kyle gut wrenches, takes aim, and FULL METAL TOMBSTONES!! Cover, TWO?!?!? Dustin survives and no one can believe it! Callis and Kyle are both frustrated, but Kyle goes out to fetch a third table! Kyle puts the table in the ring and he sets it up in a drop zone. Kyle then drags Dustin up, brings him around, and ROCKS Dustin with a forearm! Dustin goes to the corner, Kyle makes sure the table is positioned just right, and Kyle puts Dustin up top. Kyle CLUBS away on the bad leg, then ROCKS Dustin! Kyle climbs up but the fans rally for Dustin!

Dustin fires body shots, then he HEADBUTTS! Kyle holds onto rope but Dustin reels him in! Dustin goes up and the fans freak out! Callis freaks out, too, as we get a SUPER DESTROYER DOWN THROUGH THE TABLE!!! Dustin crawls from the wreckage to cover, TWO?!?!?!? HOW?!?! Even Callis says this is insane! The fans chant for “A E DUB! A E DUB!” as Dustin goes outside. Dustin finds a bright yellow glove under the ring, but what’s that for? Dustin puts it on, and it’s got THUMBTACKS on the palm and fingers!?! Oh no, could this be…? Dustin storms into the ring, the fans fire up, and Dustin stands Kyle up! IRON-

NO, Kyle stops the claw! Kyle bends the fingers, but Dustin powers through! THUMBTACK IRON CLAW!!! Kyle shouts in pain and the fans lose their minds! But Kyle LOW BLOWS!!! Dustin then takes a deep breath, and says uno momento. He scoops up a few tacks, and he puts them in Kyle’s shorts!! That alone is awful! Wait, Callis sneaks Kyle “that” screwdriver! Dustin drags Kyle up, but Kyle wrenches out, to JAB Dustin with the screwdriver!! The same one used on Kenny Omega and on Will Ospreay, and now Kyle DIGS it into Dustin’s forehead! Kyle wants Callis to help finish this! Callis holds Dustin against the ropes! It took everything Kyle had, and even help from Callis, but Dustin has lost the TNT Championship! But Kyle isn’t done! He wants to end Dustin’s career! He YANKS Dustin into the post, and Callis holds the leg out so Kyle can SMASH it with a chair! And again, and again, and again!! The ref stops Kyle, Kyle shoves the ref, and Dustin brings the belt over to his champion. The Don Callis Family joins them on stage while the medical team hurries to stop the bleeding in Dustin’s leg. Will The Natural even be able to return to the ring after what Kyle did to him? Will no one stop The Don Callis Family from taking everything in AEW?

My Thoughts:

A great episode of Collision, and just wow that main event. I knew as a Street Fight, they’d go pretty hard, but that was wild. That was on a level similar to the Hangman VS Swerve Texas Deathmatches, and yet Dustin and Kyle haven’t even been feuding that long. Both of them being busted open was one thing, but Kyle stabbing the knee with the screwdriver was insane, especially for being on TNT. But going this far, Kyle winning out makes sense. At the same time, is the knee damage going to be how they have Dustin lose the titles? He can’t compete so he has to vacate? Seems kinda lame when other teams should’ve been given the rub of actually overcoming the Sons of Texas.

Good promo from Athena to establish Athena VS Toni at Forbidden Door, just as I had guessed. Very good promo from Swerve to call out The Bucks & Okada, and then a very good promo from Callis & Okada to respond. Swerve VS Okada for the Unified Championship is now official and it is going to be awesome. But I think Okada retains, it’s his first defense. Feels like a shame to waste Swerve like that, unless they’re just waiting for Omega to return so he can take it from Okada. After all, the side plates are all about him and Okada, it’s basically their title and no one else’s.

Also a good promo from Callis & Archer with Shane Taylor to help set up the Six Man Tag tonight. Great first match for Sky Flight, and between Callis thinking of Sky Flight as an obstacle and Callis making enemies of Shane Taylor, those are good feuds to help build someone up for those AEW World Trios Championships. For that matter, same goes for LFI brawling with AR Fox & JetSpeed. Bowens had a good promo with Billy, and then Caster has another great promo ahead of his open challenge. Rush letting time run out because he’s too busy beating up Caster and enjoying it was a clever way to give Caster his moral victory.

Good stuff with The Death Riders and Darby Allin. Darby luring them into a trap and then attempting to toss Moxley like the Death Riders did to him was wild, and this immediately sets things up for Moxley VS Darby in some No Disqualification style match. Very good promo from Paragon with Conglomeration, with Kyle adding more to this awkward situation of him being stuck between friend groups. I feel like we end up with a tag match of Kyle & Roddy VS Ishii & Hologram because of it, compelling Kyle to choose a side. At the same time, with A

Kris gets a great squash match win, and I like that she’s adding a submission now to have some versatility. Great bit with Willow’s entrance overlapping with Kris’ exit. Great match from Willow VS Thekla, but of course Julia & Skye got involved. And it is certainly interesting that Megan & Penelope are willing to work with The Triangle of Madness. But Willow, Aminata, Tay, Jay and I would think Kris make a great counter. They haven’t done Blood & Guts this year… First time Women’s Blood & Guts…?

And great matches for the tag team contender tournament. GOA VS #Brodido was a great opener, and as I had guessed, Heels VS Faces, Bandido & Brody win to get past GOA and face The Bucks next Wednesday. FTR VS Juice & Austin was awesome, practically worthy of the finals itself. But Stokely of course had a part to play, and FTR advances. I feel like we really will see FTR VS Bucks again in the finals, the winners facing Lashley & Shelton.
