Andrew’s JCW Lunacy Results & Ratings: Ep #106

Moshpit Mike decided to try and catch Bigfoot again, Jean Claude Wonderboy is wonderful. The poorly dubbed French rant, the Mr. America levels of obvious and The Boneheads taking the tag team division by storm, were just a couple amazing moments from last week.

I am very SAT to see where this weeks Insane Carnival ride takes us!

JCW American Championship: Red Love (c) vs Facade w/Ring Rat

Red Love attacks Facade before the bell, drops him hard, bullies the referee into ringing the bell and stays on Facade. Red Love is pinballing Facade from corner to corner. Kneeling Powerbomb from Red Love, and Ring Rat hops on the apron. Rat puts the rose between breasts, Orange Phantom is there now with a chair, hits Red Love! Ring Rat is wearing Orange as well, Phantom puts Facade on Red Love and Facade wins!

It wasn’t much of a match, but it is a fun way for the oddball trio of Facade, Ring Rat and Orange Phantom working together. 

Backseat Boyz vs The Outbreak w/Dani Mo

Backseats attack the zombies during the entrance, they smash their faces into the turnbuckles and then start dancing in the center, but the Zombies recover quickly. Whip Reverse, X Factors for All from the Backseats. Backseat Boyz are just hamming it up and the Zombies come back to life with stereo Side Effects. Jacksyn and Abel double team JP with Body Rakes into a Russian Leg Sweep/Big Boot. Zombies look for the finish, but Tommy runs interreference. Meeting of the minds into a DDT, and JP gets a two count.

Tommy gets tagged in, and works Jacksyn over in the corner, Jack fights out, but gets shoved beck in. Backseats Back Spin and Superkick, as JP keeps Jacksyn down and does a Devil’s Kiss, which is not nearly as enjoyable as when Stephanie Vaquer does it. Backseats are getting work in and Barnabas is wandering around the audience now. Jacksyn pops up, Dodges and Posts the Backseats, looks for the tag to Abel and makes it! Abel levels JP, Ricochet Discus Lariat for two. Abel sends Tommy out with a Dani Low Bridge assist. As Above So Below, connects! Abel and Jacksyn get conflicted and go to Barnabas. Backseats Kick Dani into the guardrail and catch Jacksyn with a T-Gimmick! Backseats win!

Barnabas keeps begging for Dani’s forgiveness but she rejects it and takes The Outbreak with her.  Barnabas then has a great interview where he’s pleading his case for The Outbreak but then hypes up The Boneheads since he’s their new manager.

Richie Boy Breyer Wellington vs Mr JCW

Even comes with new Power Metal style Mr JCW music. 

Mr JCW gets the crowd to clap along in his eccentric way, spanks Breyer and is just moving around silly and it’s amazing. Sacre Bleu five Kip Ups into an Eye Poke. Catch wrestling escape, Knuckle Lock, Rope Walks, Surfboard Hip Wiggle before dropping the Elbow down into the arm and knocking down Breyer, into a Drop Toe Hold. Tiger Feint misses and Breyer explodes through him and chokes. Breyer goes for the Nerve Hold, and JCW tries to start his weird clap and the crowd easily goes along with it. Overhand Punches, Dropkicks, Hip Attacks, Scoop Slam and goes to the top very slowly.

Breyer cuts him off, hooks him and but JCW counters into a sloppy Cradle, kick out, Trois Amis, Tiger Feint and a Salutations Splash for the win!

Painful Paul vs Donovan Dijak w/Jasmin St Claire

Dijak and Paul tie up and Paul shoves him out of the ring to a chorus of “Pussy” from the crowd. Dijak tries to hook a Headlock and Paul just lifts Dijak off his feet, throws him into the ropes and then Dijak careens off of Paul onto the floor. Dijak and Jasmin are arguing so Paul hunts him. Dijak tries to hits Paul and Paul looks offended. There’s no pain, only irritation.

Throws a kick, but Paul catches it, flips Dijak like a Pancake, and Dijak powders. Paul grabs Dijak by the neck to pull him up, but gets Stun Gun’d. Dijak clubs Paul but then decides to talk smack and taunt, so Paul levels him with a Lariat. Lines him up, crushes Dijak in the corner twice, Side Walk Slam for fun and 1-2-kick out. Paul is beating the hell out of Dijak, he lets some fans smack him around before drilling him into the guardrail, then the post, back in, Power Slam from Paul and the crowd loves Paul. He looks for the Chokeslam, but Jasmin grabs Paul’s foot. Paul palms Jasmin, wants to Chokeslam her but Dijak hits the Chop Block and then works on the knee.

Dijak flies into the corner with a Hip Attack, connects on that, a few moves and wants a Suplex…but Paul puts the brakes on. Dijak tries to lift him again and fails again. Paul reverses the Suplex and fires up, Back Elbow, Big Boot, Side Suplex and Jasmin again with the distraction. Krule is coming through the crowd, a bit too slow, but hits Paul with a crowbar. Dijak goes up, Moonsault, and Dijak wins.

Dijak and Jasmin get kicked out after their brawl and bullshit. They see Baby Pooey in the stroller, Dijak and Jasmin want to attack it, but it was bait from Mr Happy! Happy beats the shit out Dijak and is very happy with himself. 

Big Al hits the ring next to hype up SkanksGiving and talk crap about Hokane. Alice wants Hokane next week so she can, and I quote, “End that vile Cunt”. 

JCW Lunacy World Championship: Caleb Konley (c) vs EC3 w/Jeeves vs CoKane vs Josh Bishop w/Joel Gertner

The JWO walks out, and creates a new stipulation and consequences. The winner of this match, will face a friend of JWO, that person being, Nic Nemeth. 

Everyone goes after Caleb, he ducks Josh and EC3, Cokane uppercuts him, EC3 and Josh send him outside and step to the side asking Cokane if he wants to partake, so Cokane hits the big Dive, a fun cooperative moment, but now Cokane tries to take out EC3 and Bishop, so they work together for a moment. They dump Cokane, EC3 then looks at Josh and shrugs, then they start fighting. Bishop is rockin and rolling on EC3, wants to charge but Caleb pulls Josh out and posts him. Caleb tries to get cocky and re-enter, but EC3 starts lighting him up. Caleb is getting completely decimated, Cokane Enzuigiri to slow down EC3, but Cokane Dives, Josh catches him and slams him down for two. Caleb with Gamengiri’s for all, throws Cokane into EC3, Sliding Clothesline and Sliding Forearm. Caleb is trying to buy a pinfall but can’t yet.

Josh is up and moving, Sack of Shit for EC3, Spicolli Driver as Bishop drives Cokane into EC3 and then pulls him out for a two count. EC3 with a Leg Sweep for Bishop, TKO on Cokane, Cokane counters the 1 Percenter and Cokane Cokes Up! He’s double goozling and Double Coke Slam! Cocaine is a hell of a drug!

Cokane goes to the top, Swanton hits both and he tries to pin both, but Caleb pulls the referee out. Stun Gun on CoKane. Caleb eats a Gamengiri, Cokane wants a Superplex, but EC3 joins him up there and Bishop Tower of Doom. Everyone except Caleb is up to their feet, but Bulk Rogan’s music hits. Bishop goes after him and gets taken out, CoKane gets flipped…he takes out Ethan Carter the 3rd Man…Leg Drop, Mega Powers Hand Shake and Caleb beats EC3 with the One Percenter!

Overall Score: 7/10

There’s a lot to like here, Mr JCW for one, even if I don’t love Caleb Konley, he’s played shitbird heel really well and the use of Bulk Rogan is something I can’t be mad about. I said during Carnival of Chaos, that I wanted him to be used for more than just a parody dumbass spot in a Battle Royale, and they’re doing that. Facade’s little Neon Orange Menagerie got one over on the newly rebranded Red Love. Big Al dropping the See You Next Tuesday, and everything Barnabas does is entertaining.

Some of the bad, honestly I don’t like how long the Outbreak/Dani Mo/Barnabas distraction stuff is dragging on. I love Barnabas’ promos, the panhandling, the apologetic father thing…I’m just not really vibing with it costing them constantly. Also still not really sold on Big Vito and Sally Boy having a good payoff. And STOP using doctor Faydem or whatever, he’s not funny. He’s got the comedic timing of Woodrow Wilson.

All in all, still a fun enough episode, but a few things dragged it down a little. Plus I would’ve liked to see a real match between Facade and Father Bron- sorry – Red Love.
