Chris King breaks down the Captain’s Challenge Match from WWE 205 Live, and highlights how Angel Garza and Humberto Carrillo stole the whole show! 

First let’s go over the teams, Team Gulak (Angel Garza, Ariya Daivari, Drew Gulak, Mike Kanellis, & Tony Nese) vs. Team Lorcan (Akira Tozawa, Humberto Carrillo, Isaiah “Swerve” Scott, Jack Gallagher, & Oney Lorcan) (Captain’s Challenge Match).

All ten superstars each got an opportunity to showcase their incredible skills for the WWE Universe but if I remember correctly Angel Garza and Humberto Carillo were given the most tv time and the two incredibly-gifted Luchadors did not disappoint.

Carrillo has been dazzling the WWE Universe with his high-flying action and versatile moveset for quite a while now. Garza, on the other hand, was just recently introduced to the WWE Universe as a participant in the NXT Breakout Tournament. The best part of this Luchador collision is that Garza and Carillo are cousins in real-life, family can always bring out the best in us.

Oozing with confidence with a persona and charisma that could potentially measure up to “Hollywood” version of The Rock someday. Garza is a bonafide superstar with impeccable skills that can back up all his arrogance.

In his 205 Live debut, Garza put up a hell of a fight as the final elimination of the match when Carillo hit his Twisting Corkscrew Moonsault for the win for Team Lorcan. These two have insane chemistry, and I would just love to see Garza and Carillo put on a Lucha Libre clinic for twenty minutes and so would the WWE Universe!
