The Outsider’s Edge presents The I Told You So Episode – Smackdown on FOX, AEW TV, Kylie Rae, and New Season Premieres

The Chairshot brings you a brand new edition of The Outsider’s Edge! In this exclusive episode, Kyle and Rance are back to break down all of the breaking news in the world of wrestling! In this episode, the guys start the show with Kyle bragging about his months long prediction that Brock Lesnar would face Kofi Kingston for the WWE Championship on the debut edition of Smackdown on FOX. They also talk about the wonderful storytelling audibles that WWE has taken on Smackdown, particularly the Erick Rowan story. Rance then spits some fire on AEW regarding the Kylie Rae situation and the much maligned United Kingdom ITV4 TV deal. The guys finally end with forecasting the upcoming week of wrestling with the season premiere of Raw, the debut of AEW, the two hour debut (and makeshift Takeover) of NXT, and the debut of Smackdown on FOX.

This week on the 4 Corners Podcast, we talk a little bit about the opening week of the MLB and ponder just how good the Dodgers and Yankees will be this year. We then return to discussing hockey as Patrick’s Blues have suddenly become the hottest team in the NHL. Meanwhile, the GR8 Chase nears its conclusion as Alex Ovechkin has nearly reached the summit of the mountain that is the NHL All-Time goals record. The guys then discuss the NCAA Tournament. After a few upsets in the earlier rounds, things have been very chalk since then, with all four #1 seeds making it to the Final Four. Is that a bad thing? The answer might surprise you. This week, the NERDS give you a double dose of Daredevil: Born Again. Disney caught most of us by surprise as it dropped two very different but very good Episodes of Daredevil: Born Again. The guys break it all down for you as Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk both cross the line and revert into Daredevil and The Kingpin. Where will things go from here? Nintendo made a massive splash as it announced the long-rumored Legend of Zelda live-action movie will be released in 2027, leading the NERDS to speculate about who will be cast in the key roles. Speaking of casting, the MCU had an epic reveal of an enormous number of people and characters that will appear in Avengers: Doomsday. Which names surprised us, and which names were we surprised to see left off the roster (so far)? Villain Madness continues with Round of 32 matchups in the Cosmic and Criminally Insane regions, and all we can say is one region saw some major upsets. All that and of course Whatcha Watchin”?
