AEW has the full Women’s World Title Eliminator Tournament Bracket!
On the Japan half, the opening round will see: Yuka Sakazaki VS Mei Suruga; Veny VS Emi Sakura; Maki Itoh VS Ryo Mizunami; and Aja Kong VS Rin Kadokura! On the US half, the opening round will see: Anna Jay VS Britt Baker; Tay Conti VS Nyla Rose; NWA Women’s World Champion, Serena Deeb VS inaugural AEW Women’s World Champion, Riho; and tonight, former NWA Women’s World Champion, Thunder Rosa, VS #LEGIT Leyla Hirsch! Who makes it out of the Super 16 to be in the All Elite 8?
Jon Moxley speaks.
“Kenta has been calling me out for months from across an ocean, walking around with a stupid little briefcase, talking trash, looking like a dork.” So last week wasn’t really a surprise. Did Kenny Omega and Kenta connected on some Bullet Club Facebook Group? Moxley thinks Kenta realized the time for cheap talk was over. And if Kenta wants Moxley’s IWGP United States Championship, he has to get it done in the ring on February 26th, NJPW New Beginnings in USA! Moxley and Kenta will stand eye to eye, toe to toe, mano a mano, as “two of the hardest hitting, nastiest suckers in the game,” in a war of attrition until one man can’t stand! 2/26/21, Moxley dumps Kenta on his head!
But that’ll be a sanctioned match for the title. Tonight is not so much. Moxley teams with a man who has tried to kill him multiple times in Lance Archer, against two guys with a common interest: Take Moxley off the board. “Good luck with that, dudes. Tonight is just for fun.” Will the Death Rider and Murderhawk Monster make sure the Cleaner and the Fang Revived learn the hard way that they can’t get down and dirty like them?
Sammy Guevara has cameras follow him.
He returns to the Inner Circle’s private room, and MJF pretends he was looking all over for him. Sammy tells Wardlow, Jake Hager, Santana and Ortiz that he needs a minute with Max. The boys check with MJF, and he says he’s good. They go, so now it’s just Sammy, MJF and the camera. What does Sammy want to say? Sammy watched Dynamite back last week, and he knows what MJF is doing. MJF says people are alluding to this all the time, so he wants Sammy to say it himself. Sammy says he knows MJF is just trying to take over the Inner Circle. Oh is that right? Yes, it’s so obvious! MJF is making it more obvious every week!
MJF says when he first got here, he thought this was a “childish, petty rivalry” from Sammy. Because honestly, MJF figured Sammy was jealous. Why wouldn’t he be? Sammy was the “apple of Chris Jericho’s eye,” until MJF came along. Le Sex Gods dies, #Y2MJF is the new favorite. But then MJF realized something more sinister. This isn’t jealousy. MJF thinks Sammy hates Jericho. Sammy hates that he has to play second fiddle to Jericho! Sammy thinks he should be the front man of the Inner Circle, doesn’t he? MJF thinks Sammy is upset because HE wants to take over the team. Oh~ okay! MJF figured it out~! Sammy wants to take over! Sammy hates Jericho. Is that what MJF wants to hear? Yes, actually.
Wait, MJF was recording that on his phone?! Sammy snatches the phone, SMASHES it against the wall, then LOW BLOWS MJF! Sammy scowls and leaves MJF whimpering. But will Jericho understand what is happening between his boys behind his back?
Cody Rhodes & Lee Johnson w/ Arn Anderson VS Peter Avalon & Cezar Bononi!
You think a man with a losing streak as long as “Pretty” Peter’s would’ve been used to losing, but he was very upset when he lost his own Walk-Off challenge to #BigShotty Johnson. Will the Brazilian V8 help PPA shoot down Johnson and his handsome tag partner, the American Nightmare, to avenge that loss?
The teams sort out, and Cody starts with Avalon for their own rematch from a few weeks ago. They approach, Cody fires off on Avalon and bumps him off buckles. Cody stomps a mudhole in then lets off as the ref counts. Avalon gasps but Cody drags him up to wrench. Tag to Johnson, and Johnson takes the hand-off to wrench the arm. Avalon spins, wrenches and headlocks, but Johnson powers out. Bononi tags in, Avalon holds ropes and Bononi BLINDSIDES Johnson! Bononi looms over Johnson, stays between him and Cody, and then taunts him. Bononi drags Johnson up and over, tags in Avalon, and they mug Johnson.
Avalon drags Johnson up, wrenches and whips corner to corner, but Johnsong goes up and over to come back, waistlock and shove, to then hurdle and dropkick! Fans fire up for Johnson but Avalon scrambles to tag Bononi! Johnson is ready this time and he dodges Bononi to drop, hurdle, but Bononi fakes him out to lift him up! Johnson fights out of the bomb to jawbreaker! Tag to Cody and he throws clotheslines! Bononi stays up, Cody keeps hitting him, then dodges to LEAPING LARIAT! Bononi staggers up, fans fire up and Cody runs in to whip. Bononi reverses, pump handles, and lifts Cody for a FALL AWAY SLAM!
Fans fire up as Bononi roars and stomps Cody down! AEW goes picture in picture as Bononi stomps Cody at the ropes!
The ref counts, Bononi stops at 4 and then tags Avalon. They mug Cody, Avalon has Cody in the corner and throws haymakers. Avalon follows Cody to another corner, CHOPS him, then CHOPS him again! Cody just gets annoyed but Avalon kicks his legs out! Tag to Bononi and they mug Cody again. Bononi drags Cody up, puts him in the corner and CHOPS him! Bononi throws a big knee and Cody flounders around. Bononi brings Cody up, tags in Avalon, and Bononi INVERTED SLAMS Cody down! Camel clutch and basement dropkick combo! Cover, TWO! Avalon drags Cody away from Johnson, snapmares him and wraps on a chinlock.
Cody endures as fans rally up and Avalon leans on the hold. Cody fights up, but Avalon throws him down! Avalon scowls, drags Cody back up and wraps on another chinlock as AEW goes to break.
AEW returns and Avalon wrenches Cody in the corner. Avalon whips him corner to corner, then sucker punches Johnson! Avalon runs in at Cody but is put on the apron! Avalon springboards in but Cody catches him! Cody uses that power to pop Avalon up for a fireman’s carry, GUTBUSTER RACK! But it’s double-edged as Cody’s shoulder bothers him there! Avalon and Cody both sit up, but Cody hot tags to Johnson! Johnson rallies on Avalon, then spins to elbow and neckbreaker! Bononi gets in as Jonson kips up, but Johnson dumps Bononi right out! Johnson builds speed to FLY! TORNILLO TOPE!!
Johnson gets back in, aims at Avalon and enziguris! Springboard, but Avalon gets under. Johnson mule kicks, reels Avalon in, fisherman USHIGOROSHI!! Cover, Bononi breaks it! Cody goes after Bononi, kick and Rhodes Uppercut! Bononi reverses the whip to throw Cody out hard, then he whips Johnson into ropes hard! BIG FLAPJACK! Avalon hurries but Cody drags Bononi out! Cody brawls with Bononi, Johnson avoids Marti-Knees and rolls Avalon up! Johnson and Cody win!!
Winners: Cody Rhodes & Lee Johnson, by pinfall
Big Shotty has his first AEW win ever!! Arn tells him that’s the way to do it, and the rest of the Nightmare Family comes out to celebrate with him! Tony Schiavone also goes to interview Johnson and the team, of course asking that while this is emotional, this is big for him. Johnson says he wishes so much he had a world of words for us but he doesn’t. A year of losing, 0-29 in 2020. But his trainers, Cody, Dustin, Arn and Brandi all showed Johnson that if you do the work, it always pays off! The Rhodes Family is Johnson’s family, and they and they alone did this for him. The Nightmare Family celebrates with Johnson again, but is this just the beginning of big things for Big Shotty?
Backstage interview with The Young Bucks.
Dasha talks with the AEW World Tag Team Champions about last week’s Tag Team Battle Royal. #Y2MJF won and are their challengers for Revolution, but what happened that the champions were eliminated so early? Nick Jackson says to just ask these guys. Because here come the Good Brothers, Doc Gallows & Karl Anderson! Anderson says, “How about those numbers last week, boys? 844,000 to what?” Gallows says “a measly little 610!” The Good Brothers did that! They’re taking credit for AEW winning the ratings war, it seems. But the Bucks want to talk about the Good Brothers showing up at the Tag Team Battle Royal.
Well Anderson Too Sweet’d Tony Khan so- No, we need to address the problem. Gallows & Anderson interrupted Nick against Private Party, Nick gets all distracted and boo, eliminated. Matt Jackson says the “idiots” forgot that if the Bucks had won, they could’ve chosen anyone to face them for the AEW tag titles! And that anyone would’ve been them! Good Brothers VS Young Bucks at Revolution, a true dream match! Anderson apologizes, but the Good Brothers were just trying to distract “Private Sharty” because of the coming match at Impact Wrestling’s No Surrender, this Saturday, 2/13/21. They didn’t mean to mess up the Bucks.
But who is the real heat with? The Inner Circle, Santana and Ortiz, who eliminated Matt! Right! And then MJF and Jericho, doing the Bucks’ pose?! The very pose that built their “big ass networth” and mansion! True, Matt is fired up about that. Maybe Matt and Nick shouldn’t wait until Revolution. What if it was next week? Santana and Ortiz are a top ranked team, so this can happen! Bucks VS Proud ‘n’ Powerful for the titles! Good Brothers like that. Ratings monsters right here! Too Sweet it! Matt isn’t so sure, that’s more of a private thing. Sting is like right there, in view of it, it’s awkward. Nick Too Sweets. Stinger, you want in on this? Well, for now, a plan has been made! Will the Bucks get even with PNP before taking on Y2MJF? Or will there be an Inner Circle Civil War after all?
Backstage interview with Hangman Page.
Dasha asks him about teaming up victoriously with Matt Hardy and if that will become a regular thing. Hangman says no, not at all. But Matt Hardy comes over to say he gets it. Hangman doesn’t want to be in a team, but what they had last week was special. They’re special. At least let Hardy treat him to an overdue celebration. He already rented a place out, drinks all night, all on Hardy. Is Hangman in? Well, putting it that way, yeah! Hangman will get his stuff real quick. But then Hangman bumps into the Dark Order. Literally all of them.
It’s a bit awkward though as John Silver explains they were just going this way and Hangman tries to say he’s hanging out with Hardy. Dark Order’s fine with that, they’ll see Hangman on the flipside. Silver, shut up, that’s so dumb! Hangman heads out, will he change his mind about teaming with “Big Money Matt” after a night out? Will Dark Order be able to move on from what could have been?
PAC w/ Rey Fenix VS Ryan Nemeth!
The Bastard is still in a bad mood- Well, no he’s always in a bad mood. He is still in a foul mood after that Beach Break defeat at the hands of the Biz Cliz! Will he look to take it out on the Hollywood Hunk tonight?
The bell rings and Pac just stares at Nemeth. Nemeth and Pac circle, approach, and feel out a grapple. Pac kicks out a leg then stomps Nemeth down! Fans chant, “PAC is gonna kill~ you~” as Pac drags Nemeth up. Pac snap suplexes hard, then just watches Nemeth slowly get up. Nemeth goes to a corner, Pac runs in and back elbows him down! Nemeth flounders again, Pac goes up and watches like a hawk! Pac leaps to missile dropkick! And then kip right up! Pac looms over Nemeth, drags him up by his hair, then gets right in his face. Nemeth shoves Pac away to ROCK him with a forearm! Pac scowls and back kicks, front kicks and back kicks again! Pac runs to DROPKICK Nemeth down!
Nemeth goes out to the apron and then flops to the floor. Pac stalks Nemeth from the apron, then hops down to follow him. Pac puts Nemeth back in as the fans fire up, and Pac steps in, but into Nemeth’s dropkick! Nemeth hops up to SATELLITE DDT! Nemeth hurries but Pac rolls out of the ring! Fenix checks on Nemeth, Nemeth hurries after Pac, but Pac kicks and throws Nemeth into railing! Nemeth is half in and half out, Pac scowls and drags Nemeth back to the ring. Pac stalks Nemeth, stomps Nemeth over and over in the corner, and fans are rabid as he looms over Nemeth.
The Hollywood Hunk might be out, but Pac shows no mercy! He drags Nemeth to a drop zone, climbs up, and hits BLACK ARROW! To the BRUTALIZER!! Nemeth taps, Pac wins!
Winner: PAC, by submission
Pac won’t let go until Nemeth passes out a second time! Fenix stands alongside The Bastard, will they be able to avenge Pentagon against the Good Brothers?
Miro and the Superbad Couple look back on last week.
The Best Man says he had the perfect opportunity to be there with the beautiful bride and the handsome groom for the Beach Break wedding, only for things to be ruined by “that gutless bastard,” Chuck Taylor, who Miro (supposedly) took under his wing and treated like a brother! Chuck cuffed Miro, mugged Kip and ruined the cake. But Miro says it isn’t Chuck, it’s that Orange Cassidy being a bad influence! Miro will take Cassidy and put him in the hospital, next to Trent! Then those three can celebrate their stupidity together, because no one messes with Kip, Penelope or Miro!
Chuck and Cassidy respond.
“I mean… What did they think was gonna happen?” Of course Cassidy was gonna pop out of a cake. Cheers! But will the Best Friends not be able to toast to their health after The Best Man gets his hands on them?
Backstage interview with The Inner Circle!
Well, it’s really just Jericho, Wardlow and Hager right now. Jericho says not to worry, surely MJF will be out here. MJF is just warming up because that is what contenders do. But then Santana and Ortiz come by to report that MJF is in the trainer’s room. MJF hobbles over with rib tape and asks if Jericho saw what happened. Sammy sucker punched MJF in the ribs like an animal! What?! Sammy might’ve broken one of MJF’s ribs! Well where is Sammy? Like they’re supposed to know! Jericho says they have to focus on the match first, worry about Sammy later. The music hits, and Y2MJF has no choice but to go on!
The Acclaimed VS Y2MJF w/ The Inner Circle!
This battle comes about because A) Max Caster and Anthony Bowens overlapped their entrance with the Inner Circle’s, and B) Caster eliminated MJF, which almost cost MJF and Jericho their shot at the tag titles. It’s been a war of words, and that’ll continue again with Caster’s diss rap, but will Jericho and a battered MJF be able to win the match?
Fans sing Judas for Jericho but then The Acclaimed drop the beat! “Acclaimed make you stupid! Cut your lights off like we cut off Judas! Sorry, Chris, you suck like a mosquito. I hope your bones ain’t as fragile as your ego. Last week, I threw Max out the battle royal, caught him slippin’ cuz of all that baby oil! I should get a shot at the Diamond Ring, unless you wanna be my Sunshine and sing.” AEW, the Acclaimed have arrived! Will with they go up from 4th rank to 3rd or back down to 5?
The teams sort out, Caster starts against MJF to rekindle a Max VS Max feud that apparently goes back years. MJF and Caster circle, Bowens swipes at MJF but MJF hits back! Caster and MJF tie up, but the ribs hurt and MJF has to bail out. Jericho checks on MJF as fans boo. Caster flexes, kisses his muscles then waits on MJF. MJF walks off the pain, gets back in the ring, but tags Jericho. Jericho runs but Caster kicks low and throws forearms! Caster whips, Jericho reverses but Caster knocks Jericho down with a flying shoulder! Caster kips up, whips Jericho to the corner, then tags in Bowens. The Acclaimed coordinate, Caster whips Jericho into Bowen’s enziguri!
Caster lifts Jericho for a BIG back suplex, then Bowens hits a slingshot elbow drop! Cover, TWO! The 5 Tool Player taunts Jericho, throws elbows and forearms over and over, then whips him to ropes. Jericho holds ropes, boots Bowens away then tags MJF. MJF runs in but swings into a swinging SLAM! Cover, TWO!! MJF survives but Bowens stays between him and Jericho. Bowens drags MJF, tags in Caster, and they mug MJF, making sure to hit the ribs. MJF grits his teeth but Caster drags him back. MJF rakes Caster’s eyes, puts him in the corner, and digs his palms in. The ref backs MJF off but Jericho rakes Caster’s eyes!
Tag to Jericho, and Y2MJF throw elbows and bump Caster off buckles. MJF rakes Caster’s back, then both he and Jericho stomp a mudhole in! MJF digs his boots in, lets off and exits, but Jericho tags MJF back in. Y2MJF double whip, then double FLAPJACK Caster down! They both step on Caster then soak up the heat. MJF and Jericho high-five as fans rally up and AEW goes picture in picture.
MJF stomps Caster, stalks him to a corner, and digs his forearm into Caster’s face! The ref counts, MJF stops, and MJF snapmares to KNEE Caster in the back! MJF wraps on a chinlock and Caster endures. Caster fights up, throws elbows into the bad ribs and gets free! Caster staggers for his corner but MJF throws him down by his hair first! MJF DECKS Bowens for good measure, then goes up the corner. MJF leaps, but Caster hits him with a body shot! MJF tumbles but tags Jericho in, and Jericho CLOBBERS Caster! Jericho drags Caster up to back suplex high and hard, then has the cocky cover. TWO, but Jericho drags Cater up to throw him out.
The ref argues with Jericho and that leaves the rest of the Inner Circle open to stomp away on Caster! MJF puts Caster in for Jericho to bring him up. Jericho takes his time, Caster blocks the suplex, and then Caster suplexes Jericho in return! Both men are down, fans rally up, and Jericho tags in MJF! MJF elbows Caster down, gets a shot in on Bowens, then stomps Caster. MJF taunts Caster to tag Bowens, shouts in his face and pushes him around, then soaks up the heat. Caster gets up, MJF is right on him with a cobra twist! Caster endures, Jericho reaches out, and he helps MJF with the leverage as AEW returns to single picture!
The ref checks, Jericho lets go and MJF still has the hold. Jericho and MJF link up to pull on Caster again, but again get away with it before the ref sees! They try a third time, the ref sees it this time, and instead of reprimanding, Aubrey just kicks MJF’s arm! Caster turns things around to put MJF in the cobra twist! Now MJF suffers, but he turns it around, only for Caster to hip toss him away! Fans fire up, both men crawl, hot tags to Jericho and Bowens! Bowens dodges then rallies on Jericho with big shoulders! Bowens fires off on MJF and Jericho with big haymakers and CHOPS! Bowens DECKS MJF, whips Jericho but Jericho reverses! Bowens slings around Jericho to whip again, and dropkicks him down!
Fans fire up for Bowens as he scoops MJF to a torture rack! Swinging SLAM! Ortiz gets on the apron to distract but Bowens DECKS him! Jericho aims and throat chops Bowens down! Jericho runs to ropes, but Caster uses the BOOMBOX to knock him down! Bowens covers, TWO!?!? Jericho survives and Bowens can’t believe it! “This is Awesome!” but not done yet! Bowens drags Jericho up, CHOPS him, then hits the 5 Tool SIDE EFFECT! Tag to Caster, he climbs up and Bowens PLANCHAS out, only to miss! MJF and the Inner Circle let Bowens hit the floor, and the ref is busy with that, allowing Hager to SHOVE Cater off the corner! JUDAS EFFECT!! Cover, Y2MJF wins!!
Winners: Y2MJF, by pinfall
The Number 1 contenders win, mostly because they had everyone else helping them! Is this how they’ll have to win against The Young Bucks?
Wait, Sammy Guevara makes his own entrance now! He has a mic and he goes down to the ring to join the others. MJF hides behind Jericho for his own safety, and Jericho asks Sammy what’s going on. Sammy comes out late, he’s hitting MJF, smashing phones, what’s the problem? Sammy says he told you so. 12/9/2020, if one more thing happened with MJF, Sammy was done. Sammy is here to tell Jericho in person, he’s done. Jericho asks what Sammy means by that. Sammy says he’s done, and QUITS the Inner Circle!! Fans are fired up for Sammy as he leaves the group. The rest of the Inner Circle is shocked, but who is really to blame for this happening?
AEW returns and Alex Marvez tries to interview Sammy.
Sammy tells Marvez that his reasons for leaving don’t really matter, he’s just over this. Sammy is going to refocus with time away. When will we see the Spanish God return to AEW?
AEW Media finds Hangman and Hardy at the bar.
Hangman tells Hardy a story, and the punchline is, “It urns out it was Clinton Houston the whole time.” Hilarious! Hardy is still buzzing from that win last. Not buzzing like Hangman is, though, he is putting them away. Cheers. Hardy doesn’t drink his, he dumps it out and then just pretends! Well this was a great time and Hardy knows Hangman doesn’t want to be a tag team guy, but Hardy could at least make Hangman the number one wrestler in the entire industry. Hangman could dominate AEW and become richer than his wildest dreams! They have such great chemistry!
So if Hangman would just consider this deal, Hardy could make Hangman millions upon millions of dollars! And for the small, small percentage of 30%, because when you’re making multi-millions, what does it matter? Hangman is starting to agree with Hardy! Hardy hands him a pen and then whispers to the cameraman is that they’re here to document this so there’s prove. But what Hardy is missing is that Hangman just pulled a fast one on Hardy! He threw away the contract to bring out a document of his own! Hangman signs and hands Hardy it to sign his own part. Hardy will take care of all this, and promises Hangman he’ll be a BILLIONAIRE! Wow, really?
Hardy thanks Hardy, hopes he enjoys the rest of the night, and heads out. Yeah, sure! See you, Matt! Hangman asks for another round. Will Hardy be the one to regret this in the morning?
Tony Schiavone is in the ring!
And with the Street Fight signed, sealed and delivered, it’s STIIIIING~! The snow, the crow and the Icon! Sting walks out on stage to talk about the coming match. What is on his mind going up against Team Taz? But before Sting can say anything, Team Taz interrupts on titantron! Taz says hey, and hopes Sting remembers Powerhouse Will Hobbs. But anyway, Team Taz has a little road trip in mind. They’re even bringing a special guest along and they’re going to go to FTW World! Starks and Cage have Darby!! They put him in a body bag and then attach him to the back of the van! The van is towing Darby through the parking lot!! Sting hurries to stop this, but is he already too late?
AEW shares Alex Marvez finding Kenny Omega… on the golf course?
Marvez calls over to Omega right before he’s swinging out of the sand trap. Omega asks if that’s who he thinks it is: Marvez, on the golf course. Well, no talkie while he golfie, okay? Stand back and watch this. Omega smacks the ball out of the sand and onto the green! Now talk. Marvez asks what Omega is doing out here when later tonight, he has a No Holds Barred, Falls Count Anywhere, UNSANCTIONED tag match with Archer and Moxley! And his tag partner, Kenta, probably doesn’t even like him! Shouldn’t Omega be preparing for the match instead of playing golf?
Omega clarifies something for Marvez. “We’re talking about professional wrestling, right? We’re talking about the thing that I’ve already been proven as being the best of all time in. I’ve got the resume to prove it!” So what does Marvez expect Omega to be doing? Huddling around a TV screen with Don Callis studying film on his opponents, or even on his partner? No! Omega is here, at one with nature, clearing his mind and preparing spiritually, mentally and emotionally. Omega has forgotten what it’s like to lose. And just like the last 15 matches he’s had in AEW, Omega won’t lose tonight. He also won’t miss. Just like he did this golf shot. Right, Don?
Uh, yeah! Don totally didn’t sneak a different golf ball into the hole while everyone was looking at Omega! See? What did Omega tell us? He’ll put on a show tonight, so just sit back and enjoy. Until then, good-bye mwah, and good night, wow another Eagle, huh? Souvenir for Marvez since it’ll be worth something one day. Don’s pretty sure Marvez will just sell it on his MySpace page. MySpace…? Can Marvez get a ride back? PFFT!!
AEW Women’s World Title Eliminator Tournament: Leyla Hirsch VS Thunder Rosa!
The opening round of this international tournament begins, and the US side of the bracket has a #LEGIT starter! Will Leyla be too legit for a former NWA Women’s Champion? But Rosa has three big goals in AEW: take the AEW title from Shida; take back the NWA title from Serena Deeb; and take revenge on Britt Baker and her “big ass nose!” Will the first step to those goals start here?
The bell rings, Rosa and Leyla circle, then tie up. They go around, Rosa waistlocks but Leyla switches. Leyla drags Rosa down, Rosa switches back but Leyla scoots to shift and switch again. Leyla messes up Rosa’s hair a bit, Rosa gets annoyed, and Rosa gets up to wrench and mess up Leyla’s hair. These two reset, circle and tie up, and have a test of strength. Leyla shifts around, gets a fireman’s carry takeover, then goes after the arm. Rosa fights up, wrenches and then drop toeholds Leyla down! Rosa pulls Leyla’s hair but Leyla gets up and gets away. It was just last week, FTR was suspended from the Tag Team Battle Royal because of what they did to Jurassic Express the week before. In response, they kidnapped Marko Stunt! Stunt was released and is okay, but JB wants to speak. JB talks to FTR. JB and Dax had a match everyone is talking about, and both men have had a lot of matches. JB was never in a fight like that. Dax slapped JB so hard he had to put his hands on the ground to steady himself. But the important thing was that JB came out on top and came out a different man. JB made Dax tap in front of the whole world.
So no, Jurassic Express didn’t tattle on FTR. They didn’t want FTR suspended and removed from the battle royal. They wanted FTR here to look them in the eyes. When they get that opportunity, JB vows to make FTR his bitch! Will Jurassic Express get their revenge on FTR?

Even in a match with no rules and no restrictions, The Cleaner needed help from his friends! The “forbidden door” is open, Biz Cliz wins together, but will they be able to maintain this momentum?
My Thoughts:
A truly wild episode, amazing stuff. Things opened strong with that TNT Championship, but that’s about the one thing where the story with Darby and everyone else shined. Darby gets kidnapped and put in a body bag to be dragged behind a van, Sting “hurried” out at only a fast walk, and now he’s going to call Team Taz out next week? I’m not sure this story is coming off how they hoped, because it’s getting a bit repetitive and ridiculous. Pac got a good squash match win, and I suppose it was alright that there was no Eddie Kingston and The Fam tonight. This already ended up being a packed night so let story develop next week or even on Dark, which Dark should be doing more of anyway.
For instance, the story of Lee Johnson and Peter Avalon, and honestly both their stories independently, were all built through the constant losses on Dark. So Johnson finally getting the in-ring win on Avalon, and just a win at all, was made big for Dynamite only because of Dark. I hope the look QT had when Johnson didn’t mention him in the list of trainers leads to something, but maybe not for a long time. I just said on the Dark article how QT, Dustin Rhodes and Nick Comoroto are making a great combination, I would hope there isn’t a Nightmare Family defection just yet. Maybe after Trios Championships are introduced, then we can have things fall apart.
The story with the Inner Circle took an interesting twist on where I certainly expected it. Sammy quitting rather than being thrown out is actually good continuity because Sammy did make that ultimatum as 2020 closed. Santana & Ortiz getting a tag title shot before Y2MJF should also be a point of tension. There should be concern that if Proud ‘n’ Powerful win next week, then there’s A) no way Y2MJF wins at Revolution, and B) it’s just more in-fighting that they don’t want. I wonder if instead of Sammy and Jericho being the only ones united against MJF and the Inner Circle, MJF and Jericho end up driving everyone else away.
We got strong story developments for FTR and Jurassic Express as well as the Hangman Hardy Dark Order relationships. JB is getting gritty, and I bet the tag rematch is going to be just as physical as that singles match. Hangman pulling a fast one on Hardy is going to be a great little reveal. Who knows what fine print Hangman put in his version of the contract. The awkward interaction with the Dark Order was perfectly executed, and the 8 Man Tag announced for next week is going to be a lot of fun. Rosa VS Leyla was really good but naturally Rosa wins because there is a way for her to face Britt Baker down the line, as well as Serena Deeb. The bracket looks good and I’ll definitely have to be ready on Monday (or Tuesday) for the Japan bracket opening round of the Stardom stars that have worked with AEW in the past.
The main event had great promos leading into it, such as the golf comedy with Omega and Callis, as well as Moxley setting out the plan for himself and Kenta. The match itself was incredible, definitely on the level of not just a No Holds Barred Falls Count Anywhere but also of a match involving the four men in it. I am still really enjoying the long and ever-changing list of accomplishments in Omega’s entrance, and it even works that the Good Brothers interfered because of how they’re making Omega this puffed up Heel who is great but not as great as he thinks.
If Bucks make it through Revolution and I would think Good Brothers make it through Private Party and whatever other teams, I am hoping those two teams meet at say Double or Nothing. The name even fits because it could be Winners Take All, both companies’ belts are on the line. Moxley VS Kenta can go either way since it’ll be happening on a NJPW show and Moxley isn’t shut out from being in NJPW. As for Omega, I am pretty sure this makes Archer his next AEW challenger, which is great because Archer has made the turn from Heel to Face without actually changing who he is, just who he targets.
My Score: 9.5/10

Backstage interview with Don Callis & Kyle Fletcher.
Lexy Nair is with the head of the family and his Protostar to bring up Grand Slam. Kyle stops her there, and says she must want to talk about he got booed in his home country, right? No, she was going to say how- How he had a fantastic showing but didn’t quite the job done? No…! She was going to say that we saw Ospreay challenge Kyle to a Steel Cage match for Revolution. Oh, that’s what she wants, huh? An answer to the challenge? Y-Yes… Callis says hold on, how about we talk about what the Family wants first. Callis wants Lexy and AEW to stop gaslighting them with these questions! Stop trying to get them in trouble!
Lexy is trying to get in Kyle’s head! That is not a place Lexy nor Ospreay want to be. Ospreay, as talented as you are, you are equally mentally deficient to think that for one second it is in your best interest to get inside a cage with a man who tried to cripple you and take you out of pro-wrestling! A man who is 6’4″, 235 pounds! A man who is bigger, stronger, and faster than Ospreay! They will use the steel cage like a veg-o-matic on Ospreay’s face! How is that for gaslighting? Callis needs therapy now after this interview. Kyle tells Ospreay that all he has done for years is take, take, and take from Kyle! At Revolution, it ends!
Ospreay wants Kyle in the cage? CHALLENGE ACCEPTED! The Aussie Arrow and the Aerial Assassin will go around one more time, but who will survive inside the steel?

Brian Cage & Lance Archer VS ???
The Murder Machines have called out the Hurt Syndicate for the AEW World Tag Team Championships, but wait, they’re dragging their opponents out to the ring! Brian Cage RAMS into ? over and over in the corner, and Archer LARIATS ? in the corner! Archer runs corner to corner to ELBOW him! And then he runs to ELBOW him again! The fans fire up while Cage stomps away his guy out of the ring. Archer puts the guy in red up top, then lifts him for the BLACKOUT BOMB! Cage gets his guy in blue for the DEADLIFT SUPERPLEX! And then Cage deadlifts that guy just so he and Archer can BOOT GERMAN SUPLEX COMBO!
That’s not the end, though! Cage lifts the guy in red, Archer adds his choke grip, MURDER BOMB!! High stack, Murder Machines win!
Winners: Brian Cage
Cage grabs a mic to call out the Hurt Syndicate again! They like to hurt people? Well, hopefully they enjoyed watching that as much as Cage & Archer enjoyed doing that! Because this is what the Murder Machines will do to the Syndicate! Archer says they’re just getting started! They’ll do this anywhere and anytime! Because in the end, #EverybodyDies! Wait, here comes the Hurt Syndicate! Montel Vontavious Porter leads the way for Bobby Lashley & Shelton Benjamin, and he has a mic to say, “Pardon me, perhaps my designer shades are obstructing my vision, but I don’t see any championship gold on either one of your waists.
“So who they hell do you think you are, calling out the Hurt Syndicate?” Archer says they’re the Murder Machines, that’s who! MVP tells Lashley to stand down, and then security steps in between both teams. MVP says yes, they saw what they did. Archer did the same thing he’s done for years: beating up a couple of inexperienced locals, hoping for an opportunity. That’s supposed to make an impression? Take yourself more seriously, and take THEM a lot more seriously. Also, they heard about the whole dictating the time and the place. But in the immortal words of Freddy Mercury, “We are the champions.”
Therefore, the Syndicate dictates the time and the place. But MVP is feeling generous, so he’ll do them a favor. Instead of setting these dangerous individuals loose on the Murder Machines now, how about next week, Archer & Cage beat a real team? Then they can talk championship business. The challenge has been issued, but will Archer & Cage take down whatever team they have to in order to have their shot?
Lio Rush & Action Andretti speak.
“You might know our names. But do you know who we are? Held back by our past, fueled by our present. Call us crazy. Call us ruthless. Call us unhinged. Call us… Cru.” The Cru is ready to roll, will they soon rule over AEW?
AEW shares footage from after Dynamite last Wednesday.
Kris Statlander thanked Thunder Rosa for the save against Penelope Ford & Megan Bayne. But next time these b*tches laugh in their faces, let’s just swing on ’em. Rosa says oh she’ll swing on ’em. Will the Superbad Girl & Megasus regret getting on the bad side of The Galaxy’s Greatest & La Mera Mera?

Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta & Pac made it through The Undisputed Kingdom, but they still have plenty of enemies to deal with. Red Death, Daddy Magic & Cool Hand Ange want revenge on top of the gold, will they have it all? Or will no one stop The Swiss Cyborg, The Decoder & The Bastard?

Yuta clamps on a chinlock and he leans on the hold. “Yuta Sucks! Yuta Sucks!” Menard fights up, and he JAWBREAKERS free again! But Yuta DROPKICKS him down! Yuta tags Pac, then they mug Menard. Pac stomps away on Menard, the fans boo, but Pac paces around Menard. Pac stomps Menard down, but Menard goes to the ropes. The fans rally, Menard rises, and Menard CHOPS! Will Cope be able to eliminate the others before we reach Revolution?
Backstage interview with The Vendetta.
Lexy is with Deonna Purrazzo & Taya Valkyrie, and brings up their issue with Harley Cameron. Taya says they have actually taken issue with Lexy! Lexy said that “everyone” was behind Harley, but Taya can think of two dangerous and sophisticated women who were not. Deonna says they’ll admit, Harley is talented. Harley can sing, rap, do ventriloquism, is funny and tells jokes. But when it comes to the wrestling ring, Harley is not fooling anyone. Harley got a fluke win over Taya, but she has not met the entire Vendetta. And what happened at Grand Slam? Harley LOST! And losers lose. That means Harley is at the back of the line.
So Harley has a choice: move, or be moved. Because The Vendetta has business to take care of. Lexy, MOVE. Lexy runs off, Taya & Deonna head out, but what will Harley choose to do?
Best Wrestler Alive Open Challenge: Max Caster VS ???
Despite being 0-2 at his own challenge, Platinum Max is back again, and he introduces himself as The Best Wrestler Alive. He has been doing open challenges every week, and last week, he was disrespected by “Hangperson” Adam Page! The fans chant for “COWBOY SH*T!” but Caster tells them to relax. “Hangperson” attacked before the bell, chased Caster around the arena before he was ready, and so whoever answers tonight’s challenge, Caster implores them to get in this ring, look him in the eye, and shake his hand like a man. But they won’t, because everyone in AEW is afraid of Platinum Max!
“So let’s see who can survive the Best Wrestler Alive!” Caster waits on his opponent, and it’s… BRODY KING! The fans fire up and Caster freaks out! Julia had her win earlier, will the Hounds of Hell get another win on the night? Caster reluctantly returns to the ring, the fans bark, and the bell sounds. Brody wants to shake hands, so Caster shakes his hand. But then Brody crushes Caster’s hand! Caster freaks out, fires a shot, but Brody CHOPS him down! Brody smirk, runs up, but Caster dodges! Caster dropkicks the legs out, then he clamps on a headlock. The fans rally for Brody and Brody headscissors.

Caster flounders to a corner, the fans bark again, and Brody runs up to SPLASH! The barking continues, and Brody roars before he CANNONBALLS! Brody drags Caster to a cover, Brody wins!
Winner: Brody King, by pinfall
Well, at least Caster got his handshake… But this makes 0-3, is Caster going to realize his “Best Wrestler Alive” claim might be exaggeration?
Backstage interview with The Outrunners.
Lexy is with Truth Magnum & Turbo Floyd, and she congratulates them on their big win during ROH Global Wars last week. That begs the question, though: What’s next? Truth says nothing succeeds like success! He can’t even tell us the feeling when the entire country of Australia was cheering them as they chopped down The Learning Tree! Tell ’em, Turb! Turbo says that he’s been thinking, too, what is next? How can they top things? How can they go bigger and better? But then Hurt Syndicate walks through, and The Outrunners flag them down. Truth & Turbo heard about that challenge over Murder Machines VS “a real team,” for a shot at the tag titles.
So what if The Outrunners was the team to beat the Murder Machines? What then? MVP looks to his associates, and then says okay, here’s some good news and some bad news. Okay, okay! MVP says the good news is: If Outrunners do win, then they get the AEW World Tag Team Championship match. Nice! That’s what they’re talking about! The bad news is… If they beat the Murder Machines, it’s a tag title match with Lashley & Shelton. Good luck, boys. The Outrunners misunderstand and think this is a win-win, but will it just end up a lose-lose when Cage & Archer are through with them?
BREAKING NEWS for Dynamite!
It seems Harley will NOT be moved, as she is stepping up to The Virtuosa! Harley VS Deonna 1v1 is happening, but will Harley go 2-0 against The Vendetta? Plus, a bounty has been put out on Will Ospreay! And while it isn’t hard to guess who did it, it’s the Bad Apple that wants to collect! Will Bryan Keith take out Ospreay before Revolution? Or will the Aerial Assassin strike first?
ROH World Championship: Chris Jericho VS Bandido!
Speaking of that Global Wars match, not only did The Learning Tree lose, but Jericho himself was pinned by The Most Wanted! This title match has been a long time coming, but will The Nueve still be the Nueve? Or will Bandido bring honor back to ROH?
The introductions are made, the belt is raised, and it’s time to see who reigns as El Campeon de Honor!
The bell rings, the fans are all behind Bandido, but Jericho gets on the corner. The fans boo Jericho, but then Bandido climbs up. The fans cheer Bandido! Jericho is annoyed by that, but Bandido feeds off that energy. The Code of Honor is finally offered by Bandido, and Jericho reluctantly takes it. Both men get in the other’s face, there’s a bit of trash talk, but then Bandido doesn’t let Jericho back up. Bandido aims his finger gun and says he’s got a shot with Jericho’s name on it. But then Jericho doesn’t let Bandido back up, and he pokes Bandido in the eyes! The fans boo, the ref reprimands, but Jericho ROCKS and CHOPS!

Phoenix fires up with Bandido again, and then Bandido kicks Jericho. Bandido puts Jericho in the ring, then aims from the apron.
Bandido springboards and- CODE BREAKER! Cover, TWO! Jericho snarls but Bandido is still in this. Jericho slaps Bandido around, taunts him, then drags Bandido up. Fans chant “Please Retire!” Jericho CHOPS, whips, then runs up to LARIAT in the corner! Jericho fires LARIAT after LARIAT, but only gets 4 before Bandido flops down. Jericho drags Bandido up to the top rope, CHOPS again, then climbs. Jericho pretends he can’t hear the fans, then he rains down fists! Jericho goes NUEVE~, then TEN! “Retire this!” SUPER STEINER! Bandido flounders, fans are torn because that is still impressive, and Jericho revels in it all the same.
Bandido goes to the apron, Jericho goes out to fetch him, and Jericho CLUBS Bandido. Jericho reels Bandido in, but Bandido fights the bomb! Jericho CLUBS away, Bandido fires body shots, then Bandido CHOPS and CHOPS and CHOPS! Jericho CHOPS back! Jericho fires forearms now, then gets some space. Jericho runs up, but into a RANA! Bandido sends Jericho to the floor! The fans fire up while both men are down, and Collision goes picture in picture.
Bandido and Jericho slowly stir, and luckily ROH rules means a 20 count. Bandido and Jericho are still down past 10, then finally sit up at 15. We hit 17, 18, and both men lunge in at 19! The match continues as both men crawl towards each other. They go forehead to forehead, then rise up for Jericho to fire a forearm! Bandido gives that back, so Jericho fires another! The fans fire up and Jericho slowly sits up. But then Bandido sits up like a Deadman! Both men are now back to back, and this time, we’re gonna get a real showdown! Gut wrench, Canadian Rack, then the flip, BUENAS NOCHES! But Jericho ends up on ropes, so Bandido plays the hot hand! BLACKJACK 21- VICTORY ROLL!! JERICHO WINS!!!
Winner: Chris Jericho, by pinfall (still ROH World Champion)
Jericho doesn’t let Bandido get him with the same move a second time, and he is still on top of ROH! Will anyone ever take that gold away from The Learning Tree?
My Thoughts:
A great Collision here, even for being recorded after Dynamite on Wednesday. Jericho VS Bandido was a great main event, but I had a feeling Jericho would retain the title. It’s the conundrum of having Jericho be the ROH World Champion again. I know they want ROH to get back on cable and they want to use a recognizable name to sell networks on, but I just don’t think it happens even with Jericho. And the saddest thing is, Bandido is 0-2 against Jericho when he really shouldn’t be.
At least the night opened with a great move. Mariah VS Toni part 3 was inevitable, so Mariah attacking Toni while being this disheveled psycho was a great move. “The Hollywood Ending” is going to be great, maybe even more violent than anything we’ve seen from these two yet. Hologram VS Mortos was the real main event, that match was awesome and just because these two wanted to bust out everything they had for Hologram’s first match back. Great win for Hologram, great save from Komander, and I’m sure they’ll have a great tag match with LFI.
Great stuff from Gabe VS Butcher, mostly because Gabe showed his power level by dominating Butcher and never really being in trouble. Don Callis scouting him is interesting, but he could think of recruiting Gabe to the Family over how Gabe could want a rematch with Kenny Omega. And then good promo from Callis & Kyle to accept the Steel Cage Match challenge, that’ll be great stuff. Cage & Archer of course destroyed Team Sky High, Mondo Rox & Robbie Lit, but the main thing is that now we have a #1 contenders match: Murder Machines VS Outrunners. Either choice is good for facing Hurt Syndicate, but it seems odd that Outrunners would get fed to either Murder Machines or Hurt Syndicate with how hot they’re running.
On the flip side, Lio & Action have a promo again after being gone for weeks and letting their story with Top Flight go cold. Their team name of “The Cru” is interesting. To be fair, I was calling the faction they had with Top Flight & Leila Grey “Top Flight Crew” and so now they’ve just split that name. But can two men really be a “crew” and not just a duo? Maybe they add a person or two? Either way, they just need to finish their feud with Top Flight once and for all. Though that seems to be something AEW rarely does. Serena Deeb really should’ve shown up after Aminata’s loss to keep that story alive, it’s barely even going.
Julia VS Aminata was a good match, and I suppose Julia showing toughness in that win is fine, but it felt dragged out. On the other hand, Brody deals with Caster quickly, which is perfect for the story. At a certain point, Bowens should answer the Open Challenge, and they should also put that certificate of “Best Wrestler Alive” on the line. Or at least have Bowens rip it up. Okada had a good promo to talk trash on Buddy while also talking trash on everyone else. I wouldn’t mind seeing Brody call out Okada in return and they have a match for Revolution. Harley had a great promo, and Vendetta had a good response. Harley VS Deonna will be great stuff, I wonder if Harley gets an ally against The Vendetta to escalate the story.
Um… Was that promo from Kris and Rosa to explain why Rosa didn’t take a swing? Or to cover for how things didn’t really make sense live on Dynamite? I mean, obviously they had to cover for it, that was really a janky moment. But hopefully they get us to Kris & Rosa VS Ford & Megan as fast as they can to put that story to rest and send someone towards a title match.
I do appreciate they aren’t wasting time in Cope going after the Death Riders like he promised on Wednesday. Great Trios title match, but I figured 2Point0 was losing. The Undisputed Kingdom showing up to make the save was a natural move, and they of course teased Daniel Garcia VS Adam Cole for the TNT Championship. Cope hitting Pac with the Con-Chair-to twice was some good stuff, and you can bet the same thing or similar is in store for the rest. And as for Marina, that’s perfect for bringing Willow into the story, Willow can handle Marina on behalf of Cope.
My Score: 8.8/10

MJF is here!
Phoenix is a bit torn over the Scumbag opening the night, but he and the Cowboy are set to have their face to face, with a strict No Physicality Order in effect. As such, Hangman Page makes his entrance next. The fans are ready for some #CowboyS*it as the two stare down from opposite corners. MJF throws his gum at the fans, which they boo, and then he grabs himself a mic. “I don’t speak Poor, I’m talking, thanks. The year was 2019. The first-ever event in the history of this event was Double Or Nothing. The first match in the history of this company was the Casino Battle Royal. The winner would have the opportunity to go on and become the inaugural world champion.
“I had the match won. It was the biggest opportunity of my life, and you screwed me. You cheap shotted me like a gutless little worm. So you know what I did? I had to scratch and claw my way back to the top. And I did so by beating some of the biggest names professional wrestling has to offer. Think of your favorite wrestler; yeah, I beat ’em! Though, looking down at my beautiful~ Dynamite Diamond Ring, I’m struggling to remember who I beat the first time I won this bad boy. Oh, that’s right, it was you. I then proceeded to go on to become a six-time Dynamite Diamond Ring Champion.
“I main evented, headlined and won the biggest wrestling event of all time in Wembley Stadium. I am a former International Champion, the best and longest reigning AEW World Champion of all time, the greatest wrestler on God’s green Earth, and do you know why, Hangman?” Fans tell MJF to STFU but MJF says it’s because he’s Maxwell Jacob Friedman, and he’s better than you, and you know it. MJF smiles and soaks up the heat from Phoenix, but then Hangman takes his turn. Why is MJF talking like Hangman doesn’t know who he is? Hangman knows exactly who MJF is and what MJF has done.
MJF is 28 years old, and already has a history making wrestling career. Hangman will give MJF that, and MJF should be proud of himself. But when MJF listed all of his accomplishments, he sounded angry about them. All of that, and MJF can’t be happy. Is it because there’s something that MJF still hasn’t been able to win… from the fans? MJF tells Hangman to shut his mouth! MJF calms down, and says no, you think he cares about the fans? He doesn’t give a damn about them! The fans boo but MJF tells them to shut up! MJF thinks it’s funny that the hypocrites who is redeemable and who is not.
Hangman has had everything handed to him on a silver platter, because these shmucks woke up and just decided Hangman’s the main character? The fans cheer that! Really? A guy who drank another man’s blood? A guy who attacked innocent veterans in the locker room? A guy who stabbed a syringe through another human’s face? The guy who was low down and vile enough to burn another man’s house down to ashes? Yet HE is the good guy!? MJF mocks the cheering, and says yay~, Hangman’s the hero! Just ask the fans! To them, Hangman did nothing wrong. But these morons will chant Cowboy S*it at the top of their lungs… Oh, and there they go!
Do you feel that, Hangman? Do you feel all warm and fuzzy? Everyone loves Hangman Adam Page! But MJF has a question for him: After everything Hangman has done… Does Hangman love Hangman? Did Hangman love himself after ending the career of his mentor, Christopher Daniels? After he absolutely demolished that worthless, talentless, jobber hack? Hangman tells MJF, “Don’t you dare! Don’t you DARE! Christopher Daniels is ten times the man that you will ever be! And if I could rip out my spine and give it to him, I would do it in a heartbeat!” The fans cheer that!
Hangman says Daniels’ 32 year career, flew 100 times around the globe, and if there’s a wrestling company that mattered in their lifetime, Daniels gave a part of his life to it! He went down fighting! Fighting for his life! Daniels died a warrior’s death! Hangman knows CD, and he knows Daniels would not have had it any other way. The fans cheer that, too. Daniels took care of pro-wrestling, even when pro-wrestling didn’t take care of him. Daniels is the best of us. And men and women like Daniels is why MJF and Hangman are even in this ring, don’t you ever forget that. The fans cheer that, and they chant for “FALLEN ANGEL!”
MJF scoffs at that, but Hangman says that selflessness, self-awareness and humility of Daniels that MJF doesn’t understand. MJF doesn’t have the stomach for it. If MJF’s career ended tonight, and if he doesn’t wipe that s*it eating grin off his face, it just might… But if MJF’s career ended tonight, what would the fans say about him? Would they say MJF is a credit to their sport? To this world? Or would they say he was an opportunist and a selfish coward? A man who took every shortcut he could, chasing all the power and glory that he thought would win their admiration.
MJF asked why, after everything Hangman has done, the people care about him. Hangman will not be as arrogant to say he understands it, or to put words in their mouths, but he will speak for himself. Hangman knows what is right, he knows what is wrong, and he tells the truth about it. In five years, he’s probably lied 100 times, but never once has he lied to the fans! And if Hangman has had a problem, he has faced it head on eye-to-eye. He didn’t run from it, didn’t hide it, and everything he has had, he worked for. The AEW Tag titles, the AEW World title, and a family that through all of this stood by him unconditionally! Believe him, it was not easy!
MJF has spent five years cheating, scheming his way to the top, and anyone that stood in his way, he told them he was better than them. And Hangman hopes that for once, for MJF’s own sake, there is a small part of him that is wondering, “Is it true?” Because it’s not. Deep down, Hangman thinks MJF knows that. MJF seethes, then smirks, then laughs. MJF asks, “Are you a child?” Oh, sowwy Hangman, sowwy fans, did he not win fairsy-squarsy on his way to the top? Oh no~! Hey, newsflash, dips*its, the history books don’t give a damn how you get the job done. MJF earned everything. Can’t say the same for Hangman.
Because whether Hangman cares to admit it or not, before the doors of this company even opened, the powers at be decided they were going to prop Hangman up. He was their golden boy, their chosen one. Hangman walked in at 2019 with all the buzz and propaganda in the world. Wanna know what MJF came in with? All MJF needed was a scarf and a mic! Hangman has earned NOTHING! MJF walks better, talks better, looks better, dresses better, and IS better! Name one thing Hangman does better than MJF. NAME IT! Hangman says, “I am real.” The fans cheer that, and the mics drop. They’re face to face, but they have to remember the No Physicality Order.
MJF looks to the fans, then he says Hangman can be the main character all he wants. MJF has no problem being the bad guy. Another mic drop, and then the jackets come off! Security hurries up to the apron to tell them remember the order. Hangman dares MJF to do something, but MJF stands down. But then he SPITS at Hangman! The fans boo as we see the saliva hanging from Hangman’s hair…! Hangman bolts at MJF but MJF bolts outta the ring! MJF smirks, having turned his level headed choice into a cowardly move. Hangman DECKS security guard after security guard, then hammers away on one poor soul!
Someone pulls Hangman back, and Hangman almost swings on them, until he sees it’s Christopher Daniels! Hangman calms down, and Daniels tells Hangman this is what he was fighting for this whole time. Hangman knows who he is, so don’t listen to MJF. Understood? Hangman nods, and he heads out. When and where will The Cowboy get his hands on the Devil of AEW?
Backstage interview with The Undisputed Kingdom.
Renee Paquette is with Adam Cole, Kyle O’Reilly & Roderick Strong, and notes Roddy is in the Revolution International Championship Series, facing Orange Cassidy. With the PPV around the corner, how does he expect this to shake out? Roddy shouts “ORRRANGE! Cassidy. Man, I feel like we’re gonna do this forever. We are destined to dance forever. And I get it, you’re friends with my pal over here, Mr. Kyle O’Reilly. But that’s not gonna stop me from destroying you tonight, going on to next week to beat Takeshita, and going on to Revolution to defeat Kenny Omega.”
Renee brings up the conflict of interest for Kyle with The Conglomeration, but Kyle says The Conglomeration is not so much a stable as it is a lifestyle. They love to hang, they love to conglomerate, and yeah, Orange is Kyle’s boy. But Roddy’s gonna have to break that back. Cole adds that regardless of who is friends with who, Roddy whoops Orange’s ass. And that is Undisputed. The Kingdom is ready, but will they run the Revolution? Or will things be Freshly Squeezed here tonight?
Six Man Tag: The Patriarchy VS The Opps!
Christian Cage has been avoiding this fight, but now he has no choice to stand alongside his “sons,” Nick Wayne & Kip Sabian against the opposition. Will Captain Charisma, The Prodigy & Mr. Superbad survive Samoa Joe, Hook & Katsuyori Shibata? Or will this be the end of The Patriarchy?

Kip rolls, kips up, but Shibata trips him to a top wristlock. Kip keeps his shoulders up, fights to his feet, then slips through to hammerlock. Shibata switches that onto Kip, but Kip switches and kicks low. Kip headlocks, Shibata powers up and out, but Kip RAMS Shibata.

Kip DECKS Shibata, Nick BLASTS Hook, and Nick hauls Shibata up.
Nick snap suplexes, covers, TWO! Mother Shayna coaches her son, and Nick ROCKS Shibata with a haymaker. Shibata drops to a knee, Nick stays on him, and Dynamite goes picture in picture.
Nick brings Shibata over, tags Kip, and they mug Shibata. Kip snapmares Shibata, KNEES him in the back, then clamps onto the arms. Shibata endures, so Kip KNEES him again. Kip pulls on the arms in a motorcycle stretch, but Shibata still endures. Shibata fights up, powers around, but Kip snapmares him to rain down forearms! Kip cradles for the cover, TWO! Kip KICKS Shibata int he back, brings him up, but Shibata snap suplexes first! And then he KICKS Kip! Shibata brings Kip up, but Kip CLAWS Shibata’s eyes! BREAKING NEWS for Revolution!
After everything said and done between them, MJF and Hangman Page will have their grudge match! Who will win in this Battle Los Angeles?
Backstage interview with Chris Jericho.
Renee is with the ROH World Champion and brings up how Jericho vowed to show Bryan Keith how it was done. He went to confront Bandido, but uh, did he accomplish what he set out to do given he just got pinned by Bandido at ROH Global Wars? Jericho says Renee should wipe that smirk off her face. What makes her think she can talk to Jericho like that? Renee isn’t sure what he’s getting at, but Jericho asks what makes her think he can’t have her thrown out of the building? He can, y’know! If not for him, Renee wouldn’t have a job. No one in AEW would have a job if not for him!
The truth is: No Chris Jericho, no AEW! That is a fact, not pro-wrestling rhetoric! Yet instead of getting treated with respect like the living legend he is, he gets nothing but vitriol and disrespect. Why is that? Is he too nice? Maybe the Learning Tree needs to give a history lesson. Jericho is The Nueve, that means nine in Spanish. As in a nine-time world champion, in multiple companies and multiple countries. Jericho is the guy walking down the street in Brisbane just a few days ago, and fans were asking to take pictures. Then Bandido is the guy you hand the camera to so he can take their picture.
Jericho tells Bandido got his biggest win ever, congrats. Jericho will give Bandido his chance at the ROH World Championship this Saturday on Collision. The bounty no longer means anything. Bandido gets his chance to beat Jericho, but Jericho gets his chance to prove that everyone is too comfortable around Chris EFFIN’ Jericho! Jericho storms off, but will he regret gambling with The Most Wanted?
Street Fight: “Powerhouse” Will Hobbs VS “Big Bill” Morrissey!
Speaking of grudge matches, these two have gone back and forth with their brawling! They’ve fought backstage, fought in the parking lot, and even took this fight to Australia over the weekend with Global Wars! But it’s gotta end somehow! Will the Book of Hobbs’s next chapter have him chopping down a Redwood? Or will the skyscraper from New York stand tall over the Powerhouse from California?
Hobbs makes his entrance first, then he storms up on Bill during his entrance, only for Bill to BOOT him from over the top rope! The bell rings, fans chant “MEAT! MEAT! MEAT!” and Bill storms out after Hobbs. Bill CLUBS away on Hobbs, then brings him into the crowd! Hobbs fires a body shot, sends him into a guard rail, then takes a fan’s beer can to SMASH Bill in the face! Bill ELBOWS back, UPPERCUTS, then UPPERCUTS again! Bill HAMMERS away on Hobbs, then talks smack on the fans. Bill ROCKS Hobbs, but Hobbs ROCKS Bill! The haymakers go back and forth, and Hobbs brings Bill around to CLUB away!
The fans chant “MEAT! MEAT! MEAT!” again, and Hobbs pushes Bill to ringside. Hobbs LARIATS Bill over railing! The fans fire up, Hobbs high-fives a few, then he goes to get Bill on his feet. Hobbs RAMS Bill into railing, revels in the M”EAT! MEAT! MEAT!” and then runs up to CLOBBER Bill! Bill slumps over the railing, but Hobbs gets space. Hobbs runs in, but Bill CHUCKS a sound mixer!? Hobbs falls, clutching his leg, but Bill takes the keyboard to SMACK Hobbs on the back! Fans chant “OVER HERE! OVER HERE!” in hopes the action heads their way. Bill goes looking under the ring, and he brings out a monkey wrench!?
Bill winds up, but Hobbs dodges! Wrench hits steel steps, but Bill takes aim again. Hobbs dodges and the wrench hits railing! Bill still tries, but Hobbs ducks and the wrench hits POST! That’s strike three and Bill is disarmed of the wrench! Hobbs grabs a chair to JAM Bill up! And SMACK him on the back! Now that was a base hit! The fans want more, so Hobbs SMACKS Bill again! The fans fire up and Hobbs brings Bill up. But Bill CRAKS Hobbs with the monkey wrench!! Bill gets his own base hit, the ref has a standing count on Hobbs, but the fans want tables. Bill tells them STFU and shove it! The fans boo but Hobbs is up at 9.5 of 10!
Bill brings steel steps around, then he goes back for Hobbs. Hobbs is busted open, but Bill BOOTS him right back down! Bill drags Hobbs over, then CHOKE SLAMS him on the steel steps! Hobbs sputters, the fans boo, but Dynamite goes picture in picture.
Bill enjoys seeing Hobbs’s blood on him, and even uses it like lipstick! Bill swaggers like Jagger, tells the fans to shove it, then Bryan Keith appears! Keith and Bill high-five, then they work together to haul the other steel steps around. They get it onto the stage, then they bring out more plunder from under the ring. Oh, look! A table! They set that in the ring while Hobbs sputters to his feet. Dynamite returns to single picture while Bill sets up the table. The fans rally for Hobbs as he leans against the apron. Bill stands the table up in a corner, but Hobbs drags himself into the ring. Hobbs has the trash can, and he SMASHES it on Bill’s face!
The fans fire up as Hobbs winds up again, and he SMASHES Bill again! Bill flounders, Hobbs rips his shirt away, and the fans fire up for “MEAT! MEAT! MEAT!” Hobbs storms up on Bill, scoops him, but Keith is in! Hobbs drops Bill to PUNCH the chair! Keith panics, apologizes, but Hobbs CHOKE SLAMS him through the table! The fans fire up again, but Bill BOOTS Hobbs again! Hobbs tumbles to the ramp, Bill goes out after him, and fans chant “MEAT FOREVER!” Hobbs scoops Bill!? And POWERSLAMS him on the ramp! Hobbs then looks around, and he finds Bill’s backpack. Hobbs CLOBBERS Bill with the backpack!
Hobbs grins, and he dumps out the BRICKS that were inside! Hobbs then stalks Bill to the stage, where Bill put the steel steps! Hobbs ROCKS Bill with a right, ROCKS him again, and Bill is also busted open! The fans fire up as Hobbs fires off punch after punch! Hobbs stands Bill up to ROCK him, but Bill UPPERCUTS! Hobbs ROCKS Bill, Bill UPPERCUTS Hobbs, repeat! “MEAT! MEAT! MEAT!” Hobbs wobbles, but he kicks low! Hobbs brings Bill over, SMACKS him off the steel steps, and then DRIBBLES him off it! “MEAT! MEAT! MEAT!” Hobbs winds up to SMACK Bill off the steps again!
The fans are thunderous as Hobbs goes up the steps, and he drags Bill up to join him! Hobbs pops Bill up, to SPINEBUSTER down through barbed-wire tables!! The fans are thunderous and losing their mind! The count begins, Bill is still down at 5, just struggling to get out of the barbed wire! We hit TEN, Hobbs wins!!
Winner: “Powerhouse” Will Hobbs, by TKO
The fans cheer as Hobbs is the Last Big Meaty Man Standing! Will this vindication be more than enough for the Book of Hobbs to turn the page?
Backstage interview Brian Cage & Lance Archer.
Renee is now with The Don Callis Family’s Murder Machines, and brings up how they upstaged the Hurt Syndicate last week. That was a rather bold statement. Brian says yeah, bold indeed. But take a look at them! It is easy for them to do! The Murderhawk and The Machine have something to say, because they have business with the Hurt Syndicate. But big surprise, they’re nowhere to be found. Archer says word is, Hurt Syndicate will be at Collision. So if they wanna put on their big boy pants, the Hurt Syndicate can talk with the Murder Machines about those AEW World Tag Team Championships.
But in the end, Cage & Archer will take them, and #EverybodyDies. Then will MVP, Bobby Lashley & Shelton Benjamin accept the challenge this close to Revolution?
BREAKING NEWS for AEW in Phoenix!
Phoenix’s own Justin Roberts tells the fans here that if they hadn’t heard, AEW will be returning to Phoenix very soon, and with a PPV! AEW is going Double Or Nothing in Arizona on May 25th, 2025!
Toni Storm is here!
Phoenix fires up as AEW is once again Timeless! For once again, and for a historic FOURTH time, Toni Storm is the NEW AEW Women’s World Champion! Luther helps Toni into the ring, and Toni grabs herself a mic. The spotlight is on her as the fans chant her name. Toni smiles, and says, “This whore you all adore… This slut you can’t rebut… This tramp is your NEW CHAMP!” The fans cheer again, and Toni continues. “On the other side of the world, in front of friends, family and former lovers, I faced the Woman From Hell. A woman… who broke my heart, took my title, and ruined my soul. Mariah May, you SICK B*TCH!”
But Mariah, Toni says she is also so proud of her. Because Mariah gave Toni the fight of her life, and then Toni won with her Small Package. “They say the best things come in small packages, but darling, you should’ve won protection, because I railed you with the biggest package there’s ever been!” Toni says Mariah has been defeated, exiled, and compromised to a permanent end. And now, it is time for a cheap plug. Toni stars in the new film, Queen of the Ring, in theaters starting March 7th, do enjoy. The fans cheer that! As for the championship, if Toni is going to be the best, then she needs to face the best.
Toni says women of wrestling, lend her your ears. Because whether you are here just to stick your chin up, your tits out, or you’re someone like Kris Statlander, Willow Nightingale, or even Wendy bloody Richter… If you want to go face to face, tit to tit or even lip to lip, Toni is not hard to find, darling! “For God is a woman, and her name… is TIMELESS~…!” Toni drops the mic, picks up the belt, and takes a bow. The fans all cheer, Toni blows a kiss, and fade to black. Who will answer this call and come for Toni Storm’s gold?
Gabe Kidd is coming to Collision!
That’s right! This Saturday on TNT, witness The Mad Man bring Strong Style to AEW! Who will be as #WarReady as this War Dog?
Backstage interview with Willow Nightingale.
AEW returns as Renee is now with The Babe with the Power, and as Renee starts to bring up last week, Willow speaks up. She got one minute of precious TV time, and Renee’s husband of all people interrupts to have Marina attack her. Willow’s 2025 is already off to a terrible start. Willow tells Moxley, Marina, and the Death Riders that she is- OH WAIT, here comes Marina! Willow and Marina brawl, but Marina uses the briefcase on her! And then she send Willow into a road case, then KICKS her down! Moxley steps in and tells the cameraman to follow him. Things head to the stage, and the fans are torn as Moxley grabs a mic.
Moxley goes to the ring, Marina, Yuta and Claudio in tow, and Moxley tells Phoenix he’s gonna ask a question. “Do you know just who in the hell I am?” The fans certainly do, but Moxley says he’s the champion of the world, that’s who! That means this is his mic, that’s his camera, this is his ring, this is his arena, and you’re sitting in his seats! So nobody comes into his house and lays down some challenge to him like they’re somebody! He doesn’t care even if it’s the Rated R Superstar! And he’ll tell ya, Adam Copeland is NOT here! He’s still on his ass in Australia, facedown in the dirt! Cope made a challenge, but Moxley about popped Cope’s head off his shoulders with his bare hands!
So if Cope shows up at Revolution, Moxley will finish the job! WAIT! Jay White is here! The Switchblade storms out and tells Moxley to hush. White sees it is 4v1, but wait! The Bastard slither sin from the shadows! White says fine, more the merrier! But wait! COPE IS HERE!? Moxley is a bit surprised, but he figures he’ll still keep his promise. Except Cope slithers in from the crowd side! Cope CLUBS Moxley down then HAMMERS away! The Death Riders are stunned, White gets Pac for a BLADERUNNER to the stage! Cope fights off Yuta and Claudio, then SPEARS Yuta! Claudio has Cope, but Cope shoves free!
White is there to clinch Claudio, BLADERUNNER into the SPEAR!! So is that a Spear Runner? Cope then finds SPIKE! She didn’t make the trip to Brisbane, but she’s here in Phoenix! White also gets a chair, and Cope takes a swing! Moxley and Marina run away, get into the crowd, but Cope pursues! Will Cope chase Moxley all the way to LA? Cope grabs a mic, and he shouts for Moxley! “This isn’t your arena. These aren’t your seats. These aren’t your people! They’re MY people!” The fans cheer that! Cope tells Moxley that he’s probably halfway to the hotel, hostel, or whatever bridge he lives under. But he knows Mox will see this.
Mox is a COWARD! No nuts, no guts, no spine! He needs his goons, but guess what? As of now, Cope takes them out one by one by one! When we get to Revolution, it will be man to man, and Cope will kick Moxley’s ass! The fans are ready, will the Road to Revolution be nothing but Rated R?
Backstage interview with Mercedes Mone.
Renee welcomes in The CEO, and Mone says, “Phoeniiiix~! Say hello to your C E O! It feels so good, Renee. And Renee, I don’t want any interruptions, no surprises, and no damn puppets, you hear me?” Renee says of course, no puppets. Just congratulations for the great win at Grand Slam Australia. This makes Mone 14-0 as a TBS Champion, and it feels like there is no stopping the Money Train. Mone agrees, there IS no stopping the Money Train. And Harley learned first hand that there is a price to pay when you mess with Mercedes Mone. Then being just over two weeks away from Revolution, Momo Watanabe gave some comments in Australia.
Footage plays and Lexy Nair interviewed Momo Watanabe to bring up how she won the International Women’s Cup. That means Momo can challenge any Women’s Champion she wants from CMLL, Stardom, ROH and AEW. Momo was clearly scouting competition, has she made a decision? Yes, Momo has chosen Mone and the TBS Championship. She will see Mone at Revolution to put a stop to the Money Train. Mone asks what the hell!? She just said no surprises! But if Momo wants to face Mone for the title, then show up to Dynamite next week and say that to her face! Mone has answered a challenge with a challenge, will The Dark Peach oblige?

Megan & Ford leave, Rosa TOSSES the chair at them, will these four settle things soon enough?
Backstage interview with Max Caster.
Renee is now with Platinum Max and brings up his series of open challenges. He is 0-2, is he starting to reconsider his strategy? No, Renee, he is not. The strategy isn’t the problem, it’s how “Hangperson” was chasing him around the arena. That’s not what the open challenge is about. It’s about going eye to eye with the Best Wrestler Alive! And look into his eyes. He’ll tell you this right now, the open challenge will continue this Saturday on Collision, and he expects whoever answers to look him in the eyes, shake his hand, and get beat! Because Caster will prove to him and everyone else that you can’t be better than the best.
Renee wishes Caster luck, Caster thanks her and shows off his certificate. But just who will answer when Caster puts out the call?
Ricochet is here!
And he’s still wearing the stolen robe that belongs to Prince Nana. Phoenix boos the One & Only, but he grabs the mic to say, “Really? That’s what we gonna do? That’s how we gonna act, huh? Y’know what? That’s okay, because I would be angry and bitter, too, if I had to live in Phoenix, Arizona. It’s basically a poor man’s Las Vegas.” The fans boo but Ricochet says lucky for him, he has a helicopter waiting to lift him outta here when he’s finished. Because much like Kevin Durant, Ricochet is trying to get outta this boring ass town ASAP! The fans boo more, but Ricochet says fine, “You do you.” Ricochet will do Ricochet.
Because since the fans are acting like ungrateful animals, Ricochet will speak directly to the people at home. He knows they can hear him loud and clear, huh? Yes you can! But he needs them to understand that all the fans, all the booing, it doesn’t matter! None if it does! Because when you boo a winner, you boo into a void of nothing, and baybeh, Ricochet is nothing but a winner! Ricochet proved it two weeks ago when he pinned Swerve to the mat, 1-2-3! But in reality, Ricochet has been proving it from the moment he stepped foot in AEW! Let’s be real, Ricochet has been whooping the asses of all the favorites!
Ricochet whooped Swerve’s ass, Ospreay’s ass, Darby Allin’s ass, Komander’s ass! The fans chant for Swerve’s House, but Ricochet says that everyone here and plenty of you at home will never understand is that winners always have something to show for it. And oh does Ricochet have something to show for all of his success! Ricochet models the Embassy’s robe, the fans boo more, but Ricochet says check this. He is not content to just wear this. No, he came to AEW to wear championships. Ricochet will not be just another name on the roster! Ricochet will be the main name on this roster! He came to win, and more importantly, he came to win gold.
Ricochet says that is where his sights are set for 2025. He wants to be a champion here in AEW! Oh, wait, wait, let’s correct that. Ricochet will be a champion in AEW, because he’s too good looking not to be. But wait! Swerve is here! Phoenix fires up as Nana walks out first, sips his coffee, then shakes his head. Ricochet looks around, surely the Realest is lurking. Nana gets in the ring first, though, and has his own mic. Nana tells Ricochet he knows what he’s thinking. But this isn’t that. Nana wanted to take this time to talk to Ricochet one on one, so Swerve isn’t here right now. Nana knows they’ve been beefing these last couple of months, and he isn’t sure where that is going.
But one thing that Nana does know is that Ricochet is wearing something that doesn’t belong to him. Three DECADES, Nana has been in this business. In the ring, outside the ring, closing major deals, making champions, and heck, making history! And that robe has a lot to do with it. That robe right there represents pride, represents integrity, and represents those that Nana has walked through, and that we’ve lost. But one thing about that robe is that anyone who is wearing it has honor. Anyone that wears it has been bestowed the opportunity to be great. And Nana never gave Ricochet that opportunity.
Ricochet, honestly, if you’re still that happy-go-lucky guy, that winner that he always says he is, that humane individual, then just give the robe back. The fans chant “GIVE IT BACK! GIVE IT BACK!” Ricochet says Nana wants the robe back, is that all? Yeah, okay, sure. Take it from him. Ricochet stares Nana down, but then he asks what’s wrong. Is Nana gonna cry? That’s okay, we all have emotions. Nana ain’t getting the robe back. AHA~! Ricochet leaves, and Nana shakes his head. Nana tried doing this with diplomacy, will he have no choice but to let Swerve do things his way?

Phoenix fires up for Omega & Orange as Omega holds up the belt, the fans like how that looks! But Cassidy looks at the belt, wanting to have it back. Who makes it through this Revolution International Championship Series as THE champion?
My Thoughts:
A great Dynamite here to follow up the Australia specials and move things towards Revolution. Great promo segment to open with MJF and Hangman, and MJF has his “Heel making a good point” moment saying how the “forgiveness” is rather hypocritical. To be fair, Kevin Owens has made a similar argument recently, but it’s still valid in all of pro-wrestling where some Heels can never truly go Face. Anyway, good stuff to set up their match at Revolution, including that moment Hangman has with Daniels. And as I said last week, Hangman VS MJF should be seen as an unofficial #1 contender’s match, the winner aimed at the world title going towards AEW Dynasty in April.
Speaking of the world title, good stuff with Willow and Marina brawling again, leading into Moxley’s promo that then led into Cope & White getting after the Death Riders again. I really thought Cope was going to up the ante on the title match, but he instead implies he’s going to use the next two weeks, the next four AEW shows between Dynamite and Collision going into Revolution to have matches with Claudio, Yuta and Pac in whatever order, and take them off the board. I would think Jay White and even Willow are part of that, maybe even The Gunns as they rejoin White in the Bang Bang Gang, which could be some really good stuff that branches off into other matches.
Really good Trios match from Patriarchy VS Opps. The Opps have a good theme song, but maybe a little too chill. That aside, The Opps of course won and it was of course Nick Wayne taking the loss. I still think we should get Joe VS Christian, and then that’s a smokescreen where Christian loses only to come back and cash-in on the world title. It’s gotta happen, it’ll help shake things up, and again, how can we ignore a new Cope VS Christian feud? Very good promo from Toni Storm to leave it up in the air who her next feud is with, and pretty good promo segment with Mone and Momo to set up their feud. But now that Momo said TBS Championship, pretty sure Mone wins.
Toni did name drop Kris, and Kris Statlander has yet to challenge for the world title, so maybe she moves up after what we’re getting with her, Rosa, Ford & Bayne. Great match from Kris VS Megan, but I should’ve figured Ford would get involved to screw Kris over. And naturally, Ford would beat up Kris and that’d cue Rosa to make the save. But how did they botch that so badly? The irony is this was a botch where next to nothing happened when clearly something should have. It feels like someone between Ford and Megan forgot what they were to do, because the easy option would’ve been for them to slip out of the ring, but it just ended up awkward. The tag match will be good, and we can still do singles matches after, but this was a bad hiccup.
Jericho had a good promo to call out Bandido, and I didn’t think the ROH World Championship would be happening now. With that, there might be shenanigans that help Jericho win, which is a shame. Good promo from Cage & Archer to call out The Hurt Syndicate, and we’ll surely get a confrontation on Collision that then makes the tag title match for Revolution. That’s gonna be some big meaty men slapping meat there, much like tonight’s Street Fight. Though, AEW really needs to clarify how their rulebook works. Given the ten count, this was really a Last Man Standing match disguised as a Street Fight. But naming conventions aside, still great stuff, and Hobbs getting the win works so that he can move on, perhaps to a title match of his own.
Very good promo from Ricochet with Nana, and you can bet the robe will be the apparent prize in whatever rematch we get from Ricochet and Swerve. And knowing Swerve, he and Ricochet could have one killer No Disqualification style match. Good promo from Caster to play off his Open Challenge losses like they were for other reasons other than Caster isn’t the Best Wrestler Alive. And y’know what? They mentioned Gabe Kidd showing up for Collision, so why not two birds with one stone? Gabe should answer the challenge, beat the snot out of Caster, then call out just about anyone he wants, because he’s Gabe Kidd.
Very good promo from The Undisputed Kingdom, but what a copout on The Conglomeration not really being a thing anymore. Did they not want to put in the time to do a quick promo where The Conglomeration disassembles? I did like how Cassidy hugged Kyle and felt awkward around Cole, though. But still a great main event from Cassidy VS Roddy, and Cassidy winning makes a lot of sense. For one, The Kingdom can still do a feud with The Death Riders over the trios and world titles, but also, Cassidy really did establish the International Championship. Good stuff with Don Callis Family going after Cassidy, then Omega making the save. It’s also a good tease of Omega VS Cassidy for the first time since Omega was world champion, but we’re definitely getting Omega VS Takeshita at Revolution.
My Score: 8.8/10
