The Nerds convene to talk about a very difficult week, to recap Episodes 1 & 2 of Ahsoka, and to discuss possibly the longest teaser trailer in history.

The Bandwagon looked to lean on each other after a very difficult week. A shocking string of deaths across the entertainment and pro wrestling landscape left the guys, like many of you, looking for answers. In a very real conversation, four friends turned to each other to try and talk their way through the gamut of emotions being felt. Along the way though, they did recap Episodes 1 & 2 of Ahsoka. Opinions were somewhat mixed, although everyone is excited to see where we go next. A visit to the Trailer Park includes the latest from John Cena (Freelance), a new Netflix series covering Ohio Valley Wrestling (Wrestlers), and what might very well have been the longest “teaser” trailer in history (Zack Snyder’s Rebel Moon). Meanwhile, the writer’s strike continues and the latest “negotiations” between the two sides did nothing to give us much hope that an end might be in sight.

This week, the NERDS are back in full force, and there is no shortage of topics to discuss. Episode 8 of Daredevil: Born Again was filled with drama, surprises, and a stunning ending that left all the Nerds wondering what will happen next. After a few weeks’ absence, the Trailer Park returns to look at upcoming releases such as F1, a wild-looking sequel for M.E.G.A.N., another great-looking series on Apple TV (Murderbot), and the finale of the Mission Impossible series. This week, the NERDS come to you on a historic day. Recorded just moments after Alex Ovechkin set the new record for most goals in NHL History, we get a very mini, very impromptu, edition of the Four Corners Podcast before turning to the Nerdy goodness of the week. Daredevil: Born Again, Episode 7, continues to follow Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk as they both try to embrace their present and keep their respective pasts at arm’s length. The serial killer Muse has different ideas, though, and his actions force the hands of both hero and villain in another excellent Episode. We got a huge announcement about Spider-Man 4 (aka Spiderman: Brand New Day), an extended sneak-peek at an opening scene from James Gunn’s Superman, and $450 for a Nintendo Switch 2? And $90 for physical copies of games? Really Nintendo? Villian Madness returns with the Round of 32 matchups in the Rich & Powerful and Vengeful brackets. The guys also pay their respects to the one and only Val Kilmer. All that and, of course Whatcha Watchin”?
