The Miz vs Daniel Bryan

A feud 8 years in the making, that really got hot after the Talking Smack incident. The only thing hanging over this match, is the unknown status of Daniel Bryan’s contract or mindset. He’s not Goldberg or Lesnar, so even if he is leaving, he’s not going to half-ass this match. But Miz has had a few surprising matches this year, so this could be a lot better than people expect.

Money in the Bank Briefcase Match: Braun Strowman vs Kevin Owens

Well this one is odd folks. In one way it’s fresh since we haven’t seen a match for ownership of the briefcase in a few years, but at the same time, it’s odd. Braun is rarely shown to have vulnerabilities, but Owens hasn’t been shown to be a real threat. The “If Braun gets DQ’d or counted out” stipulation adds to believing Owens has a chance, But would you really want more weeks of angry rampaging monster again?  Guess we should hide the grappling hooks just in case.

Umm…okay, so they had a tournament to figure out who would face the Bludgeons. Instead of something fresh like SAnitY or The Bar, we get The New Day. A team that couldn’t beat the Bludgeon Brothers with a whole other team to help them. I mean I like The New Day, but I’m really not sure what any of this says if New Day do win, or if they get murdered again.
