Robin, Arkalis, and King Jaguar vs El Perverso, King Rocker, and Joker
I was hoping Joker would start with Robin because it would fit my current playing of Batman Arkham Knight. Anyway, Joker starts with Arkalis and it quickly evolves into them working on getting better position on each other. King Rocker comes in to work on Arkalis after Joker tags out. They grapple for a bit until Arkalis tags in Jaguar. Jaguar and Rocker then start to grapple. Perverso enters to a back drop by Jaguar. Robin gets in with Perverso and the action speeds up. Joker comes in and hits a slingblade on Robin so my fantasy is complete. Joker flapjacks Arkalis and gets him in a stretch. Rocker then gets Jaguar in a leg stretch. First Fall: King Rocker submits King Jaguar with a leg stretch.
Joker slaps Robin to begin the round and then he gets teamed on. Joker drop kicks him in the butt. A very Joker thing to do. Arkalis, Jaguar, and Robin get teamed on for a while until Robin hits a hurricanrana on Perverso. Jaguar then hits Joker. Arkalis pins Rocker with a blue thunderbomb, and Jaguar submits Joker with a body stretch. Second Fall: Jaguar submits Joker with a body stretch.
Robin starts with Joker but then gets teamed on by Rocker. He counters them and hits a hurricanrana on Rocker then two back breakers on Joker. Arkalis fights back and hits a top rope drop kick. Arkalis and Jaguar hit dual drop kicks on Joker and Rocker then go to dive but get pulled out of the ring. Inside the ring, Robin hits a tiger driver on Perverso for the win. Third Fall: Robin pins Perverso with a tiger driver.

Winners: Amapola and La Comandante
Angel de Oro, Niebla Roja, and Flyer vs Shocker, Rey Bucanero, and Felino
Angel and Felino start out and Angel uses his quickness to his advantage. Niebla comes in with Bucanero and if we remember they had a hair vs hair feud a few months ago. They grapple for a bit until Flyer comes in with Shocker. Flyer hits a hurricanrana but afterwards Shocker strikes him. The match breaks down and Shocker gets Angel in a small package for the fall. First Fall: Shocker pinned Angel de Oro with a small package.
There’s brawling on the ramp to start. Bucanero works on Roja in the ring. Roja, Oro, and Flyer continue to get worked on for most of this round. Mistico grabs the mic while Caristico keeps pointing at people in the crowd. WWE fans know Sin Cara did this and well he still does.
Winners: Caristico, Mistico, and Soberano
Ultimo Guerrero vs Vangellys
Vangellys attacks Ultimo on the ramp. I wonder why in a singles match the title isn’t on the line. If it was North American wrestling I’d say it’s because Vangellys is going to win but since it’s Mexico I have no clue. So he works over Ultimo Guerrero with parts of his own attire. When Ultimo gets a counter he stupidly argues with the ref and then Vangellys piles up on him some more. After minutes Ultimo dodges an attack and hits a few clotheslines but Vangellys catches him in a fisherman’s suplex anyway for the fall. First Fall: Vangellys pins Ultimo with a fisherman’s suplex
Vangellys continues to work over Ultimo to start this round. Guerrero dodges and gets Vangellys down in the corner and hits a stalling bronco buster twice. I suppose I’d call it then. It’s like the stalling knee strike except with his groin. Vangellys kicked out and Ultimo argues with the ref like a fool. Ultimo threatens to leave. Finally back in the ring Ultimo hits a spine buster and gets Vangellys in the leg neck crank for the fall. Second Fall: Ultimo Guerrero submits Vangellys with a neck crank submission.
There’s a whole bunch of posturing to start this round. Ultimo hits a clothesline on Vangellys and the ref counts incredibly slow so I’m guessing this ref is going full blown AAA heel. Ultimo gets a sunset flip and yet another slow 2 count. Guerrero brings him to the outside and brawls to the outside. Ultimo hits a gord buster off the top rope for another slow two count. Vangellys hits a deep arm drag off the top rope for a two count. Vangellys catches Ultimo with a spear and wins. I guess my theory was right. Third Fall: Vangellys pins Ultimo Guerrero with a spear.
I believe they’re setting up a championship match in the post match promo

Oro Jr gets worked over to start the round. Star Jr tries to make the save but gets teamed on as well. Astro gets teamed on and goes to leap up the ropes but botches a back flip and lands very awkwardly. He gets tossed to the outside. It appears doctors are coming over to check on him. Azteca then hits a double stomp off the top onto Star Jr’s… butt? Disturbio pins him for the win. Second Fall: Distrubio pins Star Jr after Azteca hit a double foot stomp to the butt.
Winners: Nitro, Distrubio, and Sangre Azteca

Winner: Fuego
Titan, Triton, and Esfinge vs Polvora, Misterioso, and Kawato San
Esfinge and Misterioso start the match battling for position. Titan and Kawato come in next and work really fast going back and forth. Kawato’s blue hair looking like cotton candy. Polvora is in next with Triton now. Triton lands a hurricanrana on him but gets hit with a flapjack and drop kick after he recovers. Chaos breaks down after that and there’s a lot of back and forth action. Titan hits a dive through the middle rope on Polvora and in the ring Kawato hits a suplex on Esfinge for the pin and Misterioso hits a neck breaker on Triton for the fall. First Fall: Misterioso pins Triton with a neck breaker.
Misterioso and Titan fight on the ramp way to start this round. Polvora throws Triton into the crowd. Misterioso flapjacks Titan and Kawato drop kicks him. Misterioso works on Esfinge’s mask and I believe in an attempt to pull it half way off he ended up pulling it off so the round ends. Second Fall: Esfinge wins via mask removal.
Titan gets worked over to start this round. Misterioso hits a backdrop on him. Kawato goes for the pin but Triton breaks it up. Titan drop kicks Polvora to the outside then back flips to the outside and hits a hurricanrana. Kawato hurricanrana’s Esfinge but he handsprings. Kawato gets him to the outside and hits a dive over the top rope. Triton the gets Misterioso to the outside and he too hits a dive over the top rope. Titan rolls up Polvora and pins him for the win. Third Fall: Titan pins Polvora with a roll up.
Winners: Titan, Triton, and Esfinge
Kraneo, Volcano, and Stuka Jr vs Mephisto, Luciferno, and Ephesto
Volcano starts with Ephesto first and Volcano does show some athleticism and hits an arm drag to the outside but he feigns a dive. He can’t always do that to trick the fans or his opponent cause he never dives. Mephisto gets in with Stuka and goes to work on him but Kraneo enters and he backs down. But the other two sons of hell come to team on him. Ephesto and Luciferno throw Volcano off the top rope onto Stuka and then they pin both. First Fall: Luciferno pins Stuka after he and Ephesto threw Volcano on him.
Volcano gets teamed on to start this round. They move their attack to Stuka afterwards. A whole of team ups going on in this round. Not much to say. Stuka finally dodges a double team attack and trips Luciferno and Ephesto. Volcano splashes both and then Kraneo splashes on both from the middle rope. Second Fall: Kraneo pins Luciferno and Ephesto with a middle rope splash.
There’s posturing to begin this round. Kraneo sits down on Ephesto after a failed sunset flip so Luciferno and Mephisto come in to help out. Kraneo ends up splashing both of them. They fight back and team up on Volcano. Volcano fights back himself and hits a double drop kick. He then catches Luciferno and hits a handspring splash on him. But like a dumb baby face doesn’t go for the pin. Stuka hits a back breaker on Mephisto then goes to the outside with Ephesto and hits back breakers on him and Luciferno. Then he hits an asai moonsault on Luciferno. Kraneo goes for a hip attack on Mephisto but he dodges. Winners: Mephisto, Luciferno, and Ephesto
Villano IV, Ultimo Guerrero, and Hijo del Villano III vs Mistico, Atlantis, and El Valiente
The match starts with a brawl during Ultimo Guerrero’s entrance. Guerrero’s who seemingly worked technico yesterday is working rudo today. WWE must have infected this company. Atlantis gets teamed on after everyone else gets taken out. Ultimo launches Hijo Villano into Mistico for a drop kick. They do the Los Guerrero’s team up spot on Valiente. Atlantis gets slammed and Hijo Villano III hits a splash off the top for the pin. Ultimo Guerrero gets Valiente in his crucifix leg neck crank. Whatever they wanna call it. First Fall: Ultimo Guerrero submits Valiente with some kind of neck crank.
Valiente gets taken out to start this round which leads to Atlantis getting worked on. Mistico hits a hurricanrana on Ultimo Guerrero. Mistico goes for the head scissors into the Fujiwara arm bar but he messes up. Instead they redo the spot and Mistico pins him with a hurricanrana. So it didn’t look too hokey. Second Fall: Mistico pins Ultimo Guerrero with a hurricanrana.
Valiente starts out hot taking out Villano IV. He then hits a hurricanrana on Ultimo and poses. Mistico works with Hijo Villano and takes him out. Then he takes out Villano IV and hits a head scissors to the outside on Ultimo. Atlantis gets in with Villano IV. He gets taken out and Hijo Villano tries to save him from falling but he can’t. Atlantis monkey flips Ultimo to the outside. Mistico then hits a dive on Hijo Villano and Valiente hits one on Ultimo. In the ring Villano IV removes Atlantis’ mask but tries to pin him hoping the ref didn’t see. Well he did. They play Mistico’s music at the end for some reason. Third Fall: Atlantis wins via DQ mask removal.
Winners: Mistico, Atlantis, and El Valiente
Arena Mexico Friday

Astral and Robin make a come back countering them into roll up that they turn into submission locks. Robin gets Grako in an arm lock and then Astral submits Coyote with an arm bar. Second Fall: Astral submits Coyote with an arm bar.
After the fall Robin kind of collapses holding his head. I don’t really see where he hurt his head, maybe he just landed badly on a spot and worked through the ending sequence. A stinger as we call it in sports. Let’s hope not a walking concussion. He was still down when round 3 started. Let’s see if they go to the finish quick. Grako works over Astral for a bit. Astral counters some attacks. Robin is back in with Coyote and did some acrobatic spots so I guess he’s alright. He takes out Coyote and Grako and then poses. Crowd pops extra loud for it probably cause they’re happy he’s okay. Coyote gets back in the ring and hits a tiger suplex on Astral and pins him. He slams Robin and Grako hits an elbow drop on him for the win. Third Fall: Grako elbow drops Robin for the win.

Winner: Titan
Caristico, Diamante Azul, and El Valiente vs Gilbert El Bourica, Ciber the Main Man, and The Chris
If I remember correctly Gilbert is apart of Klan Kaos. For the sake of annoyance I’m going to refer to Ciber the main man as Cibernetico. Just as I refer to Pentagon and Fenix by their known names. The Chris I’ll leave because it’s about the same as writing El Zorro. And if Scharly Rock Star comes back I’ll call him Charlie Manson. You get it right? Cibernetico works over Valiente on the outside. Gilbert works on Diamante in the ring and Chris beats on Caristico on the outside. The brawling style is what you’re gonna get from these guys at this point in their career. Cibernetico choke slams Caristico and pins him. First Fall: Cibernetico pins Caristico with a choke slam.
Azul gets worked on to start this round. Chris tries to launch Azul in the air but Azul just face plants. Valiente makes a come back and kicks out Gilbert’s legs. Azul comes in from the ramp hitting a clothesline on Chris and Ciber. Then he hits a dive through the middle rope on Gilbert. Valiente gets Ciber in a leg lock and Caristico submits Chris with a Fujiwara arm bar. Second Fall: Caristico submits Chris with a Fujiwara arm bar.
Valiente and Cibernetico square off to start this round. Valiente then hit a hurricanrana on the Chris. There’s some posturing afterwards. Caristico works with Chris and hits a hurricanrana to the outside on him, then poses. Chris literally has his El Zorro shirt on. Azul works on Cibernetico but Chris comes in to double team but Azul fights them off. Azul finally removes his shirt and takes on Gilbert. Chris is walking on the outside of the ring and Valiente comes and hits a dive through the middle rope. Caristico then hits one on Cibernetico. Gilbert hits a power slam on Azul but just for a two count. Gilbert yanks Azul’s mask off, Azul tries to fight back and Gilbert spears him. No matter it’s a DQ. Third Fall: Diamante Azul wins via mask removal DQ.
Azul challenges Gilbert to a mask vs hair match. I’m not sure if Gilbert accepted but that would be some hoss battle.
Winners: Caristico, Diamante Azul, and El Valiente
Volador Jr, Angel de Oro, and Niebla Roja vs Rush, El Terrible, and Bestia del Ring
Los Ingobernables attacks Niebla Roja during his entrance. Terrible beats on Roja on the outside and Bestia works on Angel in the crowd. Just a straight mugging. Comandante is there too to make the odds uneven. Volador’s top makes him look like a red bull can. They hit a triple drop kick on Volador. Los Ingobernables continues to work over everybody. They press slam Roja to the outside on Volador and Angel. The ref is pissed at nobody listening to him so he DQs Los Ingobernables for not listening. First Fall: Niebla Roja wins by DQ after being tossed to the outside. They aren’t listening to the ref.
Besita beats on Roja in the crowd area where Rush gets on top of the announce table and poses. Terrible spins Volador in the ring and Rush hits a drop kick on him. Rush runs at Roja in the corner and fakes his finish and kicks him then poses. Finally Rush hits the drop kick to the corner on Angel de Oro. They then stomp out Volador. Then there’s some more posing. Volador dodges a double team attack causing Rush to kick Terrible and Bestia. Volador hits a dive over the top rope. In the ring Terrible pushes Roja into the ref and then kicks him in the groin. Angel gets him in a victory roll into a submission but then Bestia kicks him in the back of the head and the ref has had it with interference so he DQ’d Bestia. Second Fall: Angel de Oro wins by DQ when the ref got pisses at Bestia.
They beat on Angel and Niebla after the match. The usual rudos heat. Rush cuts a promo on there. What hurts is us smart people know Rush will be at ROH for a ppv while Bestia and Terrible take on Roja and Angel. So at least we know there won’t be interference from him. Rush calls them Barbies.
Winners: Volador Jr, Angel de Oro, and Niebla Roja

The Rascalz vs Fir$t Cla$$ vs Laredo vs The System
Octagon got jumped by The System earlier so Laredo is fighting alone. Another backstage jumping is getting a little dumb.
Laredo and Trey start. Typical Indie start with Simultaneous awful Dropkick spot and bad counters, AJ blind tag runs the smaller guys over, tags out to KC and the Rascalz instantly get the moment. KC is rocked, tags in Laredo and Laredo takes out the System before Lish gets on the apron and grabs Laredo. The referee kicks out Lish and Rehwoldt on commentary points out it’s a No DQ match so that’s dumb.
KC gets tossed at AJ, he catches him, Rascalz Dive and do their taunt as we go to commercial. We come back, Tennessee Whiskey into a KC tag in for the near fall on Laredo. Corner combo, Snapmare into Flip Forward Neck Breaker, KC is on a roll. AJ tags Laredo and starts talking crap to KC, they swerve and go Finger Poke of Doom, but it’s not a legal pin. Suddenly tornado attacks, System and Rascalz go for broke, AJ hits the Senton to break the eventual pin, Laredo counters AJ’s Chokeslam attempt. Trey clears out The System, Wentz sends himself and KC over and out, Laredo with a Corkscrew Moonsault, which looked cool but it’s the pile of morons waiting to get hit spot.
AJ hits the Down Payment on Laredo, but Trey blind tagged AJ. Meteora on AJ, Trey pins Laredo and Rascalz win.
Raj Singh vs Mustafa Ali
Raj looks like shit in the gear he came down in…and he wrestles equivalently. I would rather anyone else comeback…give me Anarquia.
Ali murders Raj, Instant Dropkick, Rolling Neckbreaker, Corkscrew Standing Moonsault, it’s not close. Raj tries to counter things but Ali Bellclap, a little Duck the left, connect the right. Raj even does a terrible looking Punch Combo, he’s in bad shape, a bad looking Ushigoroshi, Raj with a sloppy looking something, 450 ends it.
Fire Raj as quickly as you brought him back. You don’t need a comedically pathetic job guy when the roster is like 4 guys getting pushed and everyone else sucks. Stop being stupid. Ali still hates women too.
This Injury Report is the dumbest segment in the history of wrestling. Stop treating fake shit as “serious business”.
ASH by Elegance vs Lei Ying Lee
ASH mocks karate stuff, Lei throws a few Rising Crane kicks as ASH bails and then things slow down a little. But a Pump Kick, Sliding Kick and Low Dropkick cause ASH to cower and claim her tooth broke. It’s a bait to pull Lei into the turnbuckles and them get in a few stomps. Ash keeps Lei in the corner, Suplexes her ankles into the buckles and then Ash throws a few Booty Shots/Hit Attacks then starts a grounded stretch, Lei Headscissors her down, still sells the hips and ankles, but dodges and fires, combination strikes into the 10 Count Down Strikes. T-bone Suplex, into the pinfall, for only two.
Cheapshot into Running Meteora from ASH for two. Ash goes for the Miz Yes Kicks and Lei No Sells and asks for more. Gorgeous Capture Suplex into Thunder Struck and TKO with flair. My baby has a better finish now! Yay!
Mance Warner w/SDL vs Jobber
Hannifan cursing and being pissed at Trick for not even showing but is more entertaining than a squash match. Not that Mance’s offense is bad, but 2 out of 3 job matches is stupid.
.@milanmiracle and @AriannaGraceWWE make history as the first father/daughter tag team in TNA!

Santino Marella & Arianna Grace vs Robert Stone & Victoria Crawford w/Tessa
Marella tries to tie up with Robbie, but he bails and tags out to Victoria so Arianna comes in and aside from Alicia Fox’s silliness, the tie up was decent with Arianna and Victoria. Tessa interferes and the Referee throws her out. Victoria comes back in and aside from a slight miscommunication with how Arianna does her punches, Alicia Fox is making her look…pretty good. Transition moves, okay brawling and Arianna looks amazing in her outfit.
Rob and Santino distract the referee and Victoria hits a Figure Four into her Northern Lights Suplex, only for 2. Arianna finally Back Body Drop to find the tag, Santino and Rob, Santino does his split dodge into the Standing Headbutt, Arianna Cross Body onto Victoria. Rob pulls out the ref, then shoves the ref into Santino, Santino into the steps and Arianna attack but Alicia and Lish, the fix is in, Arianna eats the pin.
International Championship: Steve Maclin (c) vs Matt Cardona
A few quick brawl moves, Shoulder Tackles, Strikes, Back Breakers, Cardona does get dumped out and eats a SCUD. Maclin bounces Cardona’s face off the apron and hits an Elbow off the apron to keep Cardona reeling, but a dodged tackle sends Maclin into the steps. Cardona tries to Piledriver Maclin on the ramp, but Back Drop counter, into commercial.
Formulaic commercial etiquette of Cardona still in control, throws Maclin into the ropes, Diving Shoulder Tackle lays both dudes out and they get up by 8. Fighting Spirit spot, Cardona hits ropes and gets hit by Maclin twice, Thesz Press, Ground and Pound, Back Elbow and Olympic Slam has Maclin rolling. Splash into Lariat for two. Maclin has been all gas no brakes. Cardona tries to take a few shortcuts that turns into a Straight Jacket Takedown. Cardona to the top, Maclin cuts him off, Superplex spot. 1-2-kick out!
Maclin goes topside for a Jar Headbutt, Cardona hits the ropes so Maclin crashes into the corner, 2 Reboots connect, the third gets caught, counter into Busaiku Knee, Jar Headbutt. In and out, Cardona uses the middle rope for the Low Blow, Killswitch from Cardona but Maclin kicks out. Cardona dodges and shoves Maclin towards the ref, he puts the brakes on, Radio Silence! 1-2-Kick out! Maclin catches a top rope move, Power Bomb, Corner Splash, Tree of Woe, Caught in the Crosshairs, KIA and Maclin retains!
Overall Score: 4.5/10
Boring paint by numbers show, no Trick, System has one move, Robert Stone is a scumbag, too long to introduce new girls, lots of throw away segments and Rosemary sets up YET ANOTHER Monster’s Ball match. These aren’t interesting when there’s one every 3 months. So we can have terrible Monster’s Ball matches quarterly, Barbed Wire Massacre and Clockwork Orange House of Fun…BUT NO LOCKDOWN!?
Go home TNA, you’re drunk.

The Bone Soldier fails, and now Desperado is NOT going to the finals! Desperado will now be on the outside looking in, waiting for his next challenger.
Speaking of which, Kosei Fujita now makes his way out here to be face to face with Yoh. Yoh holds the ropes open for Fujita to step into the ring. Fujita and Yoh get face to face, and Fujita points at the tag title on Yoh’s shoulder, because he also wants that belt. Yoh knows, since he and Wato took it from Fujita & Eagles. But Yoh dismisses Fujita, they’ll meet again on June 1st. Yoh then takes up the mic to tell Fujita, “Ya bastard… I’ll show you true chaos! Now, just one more win. In Ota, the best wind will blow.” Yoh drops the mic to leave it at that. Will that wind be the winds of change? Or will Yoh fail to bring down The Mighty Japanese Young Punk?
Here are the FINAL B Block standings!
YOH: 6-3, 12 points [FINALIST]
El Desperado: 6-3, 12 points [ELIMINATED]
MAO: 6-3, 12 points [ELIMINATED]
Taiji Ishimori: 4-5, 8 points [ELIMINATED]
Robbie Eagles: 4-5, 8 points [ELIMINATED]
SHO: 4-5, 8 points [ELIMINATED]
Nick Wayne: 4-5, 8 points [ELIMINATED]
Kevin Knight: 4-5, 8 points [ELIMINATED]
Titan: 4-5, 8 points [ELIMINATED]
Ryusuke Taguchi: 3-6, 6 points [ELIMINATED]
My Thoughts:
A great night to wrap round nine and therefore the round robin portion. No repeat BOSJ finalists, which is actually great because now we’ve got a fresh match-up. Taguchi VS Knight was still a great match for not affecting outcomes, and Knight gets to return to AEW with a win. The flipside is Titan gets a win over Nick Wayne, I really do think it books itself, Nick VS Titan for the ROH World TV Championship on Grand Slam: Mexico. Christian Cage can even be condescending to Nick over how Nick didn’t make it to the finals, adding to that feud. Nick can beat Titan in the rematch, then get in Christian’s face to make a match for All In: Texas, or at least Supercard of Honor where ROH titles should be showing up anyway.
Great stuff with Mao and his team against Sho and the House of Torture. I was pleasantly surprised that Mao won, and I wonder if the House of Torture goes to a DDT Pro show to battle it out with Strange Love Connection. Mao winning also added great drama to the remaining matches, Despy VS Eagles was awesome stuff, probably the actual best match of the night. Yoh VS Taiji wasn’t quite as hot going by the crowd, but Yoh getting the win to shut the door on Despy was good. Yoh VS Fujita will be great, a bit hard to call, but that makes it fun.
My Score: 9/10
