One side of the Bracket Finals are set, and now HPW sorts out the other side! Plus, Tali finally looks to settle things with the Gerudo Sisterhood!

HPW and HXS TV set the scene!

We’re one step closer to the finals, as just last night, we saw Militron, Sidon and Thunderbird stand tall. Yunobo and Ganon are themselves one step away from returning to the Triforce Tournament Triple Threat, and they face off as the epitome of Goron and Gerudo masculinity! Volga got past Zant in the opening round, but now he looks to complete his HyruleMania revenge here against Ghirahim! And then, the leaders of Arrow Club and UnderWorld Order battle to complete the brackets! Can #YunoBRO trump the Gerudo Ace? Will Volga have his vengeance? Can the Zora Rock ‘n’ Rolla make Hollywood ReDead’s new empire crumbles?

But first! There’s a grudge within the Gerudo Sisterhood that needs to be settled! The Dame of the Dunes betrayed her friends over feeling they were betraying her. She made sure Aveil lost the Eventide Challenge, then fought her, Buliara and Riju all in the Hyrule Warriors match. Tali would take her selfishness to another level by holding out until HPW met her demands: not only did she want a bigger payday, but she wanted a series of matches with the Gerudo Sisterhood. HPW gave in, and the series of “payback” matches begins tonight! Tali takes on Buliara in the physically strongest match-up, will Tali dominate? Or will her grudge be crushed already? HPW in Drenan Highlands, night two, begins now!

Tali w/ Shabonne VS Buliara!

Perhaps being a Sand Seal Racing Champion is why the Dame of the Dunes isn’t good at sharing the spotlight. Tali still shot first, so this “Gerudo Sisterhood Series” is about revenge for both sides! No more holding out, who will stand tall in the Highlands?

Tali is sending a statement even in her ring gear. She is wearing some pieces from her Gerudo Sisterhood attire and some from her original attire, but she’s splattered them all with black paint. The bell rings, the two stare down, and the fans chant, “TALI SUCKS! TALI SUCKS!” They step up and talk, and Buliara is very heated. Understandable, given Tali turned her back on everyone. Tali rolls her eyes, then she SHOVES Buliara! The fans boo, but then Buliara ROCKS Tali with a right hand! The fans fire up as Buliara throws more hands! Buliara has Tali in a corner, the ref counts, and Buliara stops at 4, to then ROCK Tali!

The fans fire up, the ref reprimands, but Buliara whips Tali corner to corner. Buliara then runs in, LARIATS Tali, then runs corner to corner again. Tali dodges and Buliara hits buckles hard! The fans boo while Buliara falls back, and Shabonne coaches Tali to stay on her. Tali storms up to stomp away on Buliara and the fans boo more. Tali drags Buliara up, CLUBS her on the back, then pushes her to ropes. Tali fires hands in return for earlier, but the ref counts and the fans boo. Tali stops at 4, then she kicks Buliara low! The fans boo and the ref reprimands, but Tali reels Buliara in for a SIDEWALK SLAM! Cover, TWO!

Tali is annoyed, but she looms over Buliara. Tali talks trash, slaps Buliara in the back of the head, and the fans boo more. Buliara sits up, Tali clamps onto her, and has a seated COBRA TWIST! Buliara endures, the fans rally, but Tali thrashes Buliara around. Buliara still reaches out, kicks her way around, but Tali rolls her into a GROUND COBRA CRADLE! TWO! Buliara escapes, but Tali CLOBBERS her! The fans boo more but Tali tells them to shut up. Shabonne shouts, “RESPECT the Dame of the Dunes!” The fans boo even louder now, but Tali just waves at them dismissively. Tali drags Buliara up, but Buliara RAMS her low!

The fans rally as Buliara fires forearms, then whips. Tali reverses, but Buliara RAMS Tali! Tali staggers back, rebounds, but Buliara scoops for a POWERSLAM! Cover, TWO! Tali goes to ropes, Buliara rushes up, and Buliara LARIATS Tali up and out! The fans fire up and Shabonne freaks out as Tali flops on the floor! Buliara storms out after Tali, CLUBS her on the back, and the fans cheer. Buliara puts Tali back in the ring, goes to the apron, but Shabonne barks at her. The fans boo, the ref reprimands, but Tali BLASTS Buliara off the apron! The fans boo more, but Tali soaks up the heat while Shabonne laughs at Buliara.

The ref checks on Buliara, she’s okay to continue, so a ring count begins. Buliara slowly rises up at 4 of 10, then makes it to the apron at 7. Buliara gets up, but Tali is right on her! Tali suplexes, but Buliara fights it! Buliara HOTSHOTS Tali away, Tali sputters and grabs at the ref, and Shabonne CLUBS Buliara in the leg with her fancy mic stand! The fans boo but Shabonne scurries away, and Tali storms back up. Tali goes up the ropes and deadlift SUPERPLEXES Buliara into the ring! The fans boo more, but Tali roars! Tali storms up on Buliara, gut wrenches her, but Buliara clings to Tali’s leg!

Tali CLUBS away on Buliara, gut wrenches her to a shoulder rack, but Buliara slips free! Buliara runs, rebounds, and SPEARS Tali!! The fans are thunderous while both Gerudo are down! The ref checks them both, they both stir, so a standing count starts. The fans rally as Tali and Buliara slowly sit up at 4 of 10, and then slowly stand at 8. Buliara fires a forearm! The fans cheer, but Tali comes back to fire a forearm of her own! The fans boo, but then Buliara fires another! Tali and Buliara go back and forth, the fans boo and cheer accordingly! The forearms pick up speed, and then it’s just fast ‘n’ furious haymakers!

The fans fire up again as Buliara gets the edge! Buliara winds up, but Tali ducks the haymaker! Tali waistlocks but Buliara fights the lift! Buliara throws elbows, Tali ducks one, but Buliara DDTS Tali! The fans rally behind Buliara as she fires up! Buliara aims from a corner, watches as Tali rises up, and Buliara runs in! But Tali sidesteps to send Buliara into the POST!! Shabonne cheers, the fans boo, but Tali drags Buliara out of the corner, torture racks, and then shifts into the shoulder rack and DOMINATOR!! Cover, Tali wins!

Winner: Tali, by pinfall

The fans are upset but Shabonne is all fired up! Tali has part one of her grudge satisfied, but will she complete the trifecta?

Bracket of Power Semifinal: Yunobo VS GANON!

Two truly powerful stars collide here in the penultimate round! But one major difference is that Yunobo won his Triforce Tournament Triple Threat! Will the third-generation Goron wrestler be on his way to a repeat performance? Or will he fail to trump the Gerudo Ace?

The bell rings and the fans rally up for “YU-NO-BRO! YU-NO-BRO!” Ganon scoffs, then slowly circles with Yunobo. They slowly approach, tie up collar ‘n’ elbow, and are in a deadlock! The fans rally, and Yunobo’s bulk actually gives him some leverage! Yunobo pushes Ganon back step by step, and he has Ganon on the ropes. The fans cheer, the ref counts, and Yunobo lets off quickly. The fans applaud again, but then Ganon storms right up on Yunobo. They tie up again, end up in another deadlock, and Yunobo pushes Ganon back again. Ganon turns things around to put Yunobo on the ropes already. The fans boo, the ref counts, but Ganon KNEES low as he lets off!

The fans boo even more and the ref reprimands. Ganon pie faces Yunobo, and says, “You were better with that stupid mask.” Ganon runs, but Yunobo runs up to RUN Ganon over! The fans fire up and even Ganon is surprised! Yunobo runs, Ganon stays low, so Yunobo jumps over. Ganon gets up to LARIAT Yunobo down! The fans boo, but Yunobo’s right to his feet! Ganon takes another swing but Yunobo ducks ‘n’ dodges, builds speed, and he CLOBBERS Ganon! The fans go wild as Ganon tumbles to the ropes! Ganon is pissed and gets out of the ring in frustration. The fans cheer Yunobo and he stands tall while Ganon glares at him.

Ganon storms right up to the apron and Yunobo watches him. The ref says for Ganon to get back in the ring, and he slowly steps inside. The two slowly circle, tie up, and Ganon headlocks Yunobo. Ganon grinds the hold, the fans rally, but Ganon punches Yunobo right in the head! The ref reprimands, but Ganon turns Yunobo around to ROCK him with a haymaker! Yunobo staggers, Ganon HEADBUTTS him, but then Ganon stumbles! Yunobo frowns and the fans fire up. Yunobo winds up and ROCKS Ganon in return! Yunobo pushes Ganon to ropes to then whip, but Ganon reverses to wrench and BODY BLOW! Then Ganon turns Yunobo for a NECKBREAKER!

The fans boo but Ganon kips up! Ganon soaks up the heat, then he goes to a corner. Ganon waits on Yunobo to get up, then runs up, but Yunobo fireman’s carries him! GORON DROP! Both men are down again and the fans fire back up! Yunobo slowly sits up, Ganon follows, and the two head for each other. Yunobo GORO UPPERCUTS! Ganon ROCKS Yunobo back! Yunobo UPPERCUTS, Ganon HAYMAKERS! Ganon whips, Yunobo reverses and Ganon ends up on the apron! Ganon blocks a shot to ROCK Yunobo, then storms in. Yunobo fireman’s carries again, but Ganon slips free! Ganon shoves Yunobo to ropes, then SPINEBUSTER! Jackknife bridge, TWO!

The fans fire up but Ganon grows frustrated. Ganon drags Yunobo up, underhooks, but Yunobo wrenches free! Yunobo short arm LARIATS Ganon down! The fans fire up with Yunobo as he roars, then he runs for ROLLING THUNDER! Cover, TWO! Yunobo drags Ganon to a drop zone and hurries to a corner! Yunobo climbs up, but Ganon hurries to ROCK Yunobo first! Ganon gets up and under Yunobo for a Hebra Lift! The fans are stunned as Ganon carries Yunobo off the corner like that, but Yunobo sunset flips! TWO! Ganon and Yunobo scramble to their feet, GORO GORO- NO! Ganon stuffs the Gore to underhook! DEMISE DRIVER!!

The fans boo but Ganon has to turn Yunobo over for the cover! TWO!?! Ganon is furious but the fans are thunderous as Yunobo survives! Ganon snarls at Yunobo, pushes him around, and eggs him on. “C’mon then, big man! Get up! Make your family proud!” The fans rally as hard as they can for Yunobo, and Yunobo slowly rises up. Ganon runs up, KICK OF CALAMITY WHIFFS as Yunobo drops and rolls! The fans fire up as Ganon crashes down! Ganon grits his teeth, staggers back up, GORO GORO GORE!!! The fans go wild, but Yunobo hits Ganon so hard, they both roll out to the floor! The ref checks on both men, they’re both okay to continue.

The ref starts a ring count and the fans rally up for “YU-NO-BRO! YU-NO-BRO!” Both Yunobo and Ganon sit up at 3 of 10, drag themselves up with the apron skirt, and they both stand at 6 of 10. Ganon lunges into his HEADBUTT!! Yunobo stumbles back to lean against the post! We’re at 8, Ganon rolls in, and Yunobo reaches out in a daze! We’re at 9, and Yunobo drags himself inside at 9.9! The fans are thunderous as Yunobo crawls to center. Yunobo pushes up and rises to his knees, KICK OF CALAMITY!! Cover, Ganon wins!

Winner: Ganon, by pinfall (advances to the bracket finals)

The fans can’t believe it, but this mercilessness should be expected from Ganon! Ganon roars triumphantly, and wait… He’s facing Militron in the next round. Is the fix already in for the Faces of Evil?

Bracket of Wisdom Semifinal: Volga VS Ghirahim!

The Dragon Knight got his revenge on Zant in the first round, but Cia lost to the Living Blade on the same night. The OG Dark Forces still owe the usurpers, will Volga’s payback bring huge dividends? Or will this be the end of the road?

The bell rings and Volga runs up to DROPKICK Ghirahim! The fans fire up and Volga keeps after Ghirahim in a corner! Volga fires hands until Ghirahim sits down, then he stomps away! The ref counts, Volga lets off at 4 with a shout of rage! The fans fire up again, and Volga storms back up on Ghirahim. Volga throws more hands while Ghirahim goes along the ropes. Volga whips but Ghirahim reverses, only for Volga to wheelbarrow and ARM-DRAG! The fans fire up, Ghirahim scrambles to his feet, but Volga runs up and uses the ropes to go up and around and FLYING ARM-DRAG! Ghirahim tumbles away while the fans cheer!

Ghirahim bails out in frustration, but Volga hurries to the ropes! PLANCHA, but Ghirahim moves aside! Volga lands on his feet, but Ghirahim CHOPS! Volga falls over, the fans boo, but Ghirahim looms over Volga. The ref says to get in the ring, Ghirahim drags Volga up, and then fakes putting Volga in the ring to THROW him into barriers! The fans boo, Ghirahim refreshes the ring count, then brings Volga around. Ghirahim SMACKS Volga off the steel steps, then does it again, and again, and again! The fans boo, the ref reprimands, and Ghirahim stops. Ghirahim walks up the steps, and he stands on Volga’s head!

The ref reprimands, the fans boo, but Ghirahim stops at 4. Then Ghirahim STOMP- NO, Volga got his head out of the way! Volga CHOPS Ghirahim in the back of the leg! Ghirahim hobbles, Volga gets under him, and brings him off the steps! Commentary freaks out as Volga heads their way! Ghirahim rains down hands, then slips free. Ghirahim whips, but Volga reverses to send Ghirahim into barriers! The fans fire up, Volga runs up, but Ghirahim TOSSES him up and over the barriers! The front row goes wild as Volga practically lands in their laps! Ghirahim goes back to the ring as the count reaches 5 of 10.

Volga flounders back up and gets over the barriers. Volga scrambles back to ringside and slides in at 8! Ghirahim runs up and drops a KNEE on Volga’s back! The fans boo but Ghirahim digs his knee in while pulling on Volga’s leg. Ghirahim grabs at Volga’s arm but Volga flails. Ghirahim shifts to get both legs, and he has a SAND CRAB! Volga endures, the fans rally up, and Volga claws at the mat. Volga fights his way to the side, reaches out, but Ghirahim sits deep on the hold! The fans rally harder as Volga still endures! Volga reaches out, he’s so close and yet so far away! Volga powers up to push up off the mat! ROPEBREAK!

The fans cheer, but then boo as Ghirahim refuses to let go! The ref counts, Ghirahim stops at 4, and he paces in frustration. Volga drags himself up with the ropes, leans against them, but Ghirahim storms up to KICK him in the back! The ref reprimands, the fans boo, but Ghirahim just KICKS Volga in the back again! Volga clutches his back while he writhes. Ghirahim stands over him, and he calls Volga a failure! Ganon could not tolerate that, that’s why Volga, Wizzro and even Cia all got thrown out of the group! Ghirahim vows to put Volga out of his misery. He drags Volga up, but Volga drags him into a cradle! TWO!!

Ghirahim escapes, both scramble up, and HIDDEN BLADE!! Cover, TWO!?! Volga survives and the fans fire up! Ghirahim is furious, and he waits on Volga to get up. Ghirahim then runs past him to springboard, GHIRA- NO! Volga catches Ghirahim, then pops him up for a NECKBREAKER! The fans fire up while both men are down! Volga rolls to the apron while Ghirahim crawls. Volga drags himself up, then aims. Ghirahim stands, Volga springboards, FLYING KNEE! Ghirahim is down but Volga keeps moving! BURNING- NO, Ghirahim avoids the stomp! Ghirahim ROCKS Volga, then blocks Volga’s kick!

Ghirahim CLUBS Volga’s leg, but Volga SPIN BACK ELBOWS! Ghirahim staggers, but then he ENZIGIRIS Volga! Both men are down and the fans fire up again! “This is Awesome!” but Ghirahim rises up. Ghirahim stands Volga up to CHOP! Volga staggers and drops to his knees, but Ghirahim eggs him on. Volga stands, nods, and storms up to CHOP! Ghirahim is stinging, but he CHOPS again! The fans fire up as the CHOPS go back and forth! Volga CHOPS, the fans “WOO~!” and fire up, but Ghirahim roars! Ghirahim CHOPS again! Volga staggers back to ropes and grits his teeth. Ghirahim eggs Volga on while the fans fire up!

Volga runs up, Ghirahim dodges, GHIRA CUTTER!! Cover, TWO!?! Volga survives and the fans fire up as Ghirahim aims from a corner! HIDDEN- CALF KICK!! Ghirahim sputters and drops to a knee, but Volga reels him in! Volga suplexes for a BRAINBUSTER!! Volga doesn’t cover, he goes to a corner! Volga goes up, steadies himself, and PHOENIX SPLASH onto knees! Ghirahim saves himself in time! Ghirahim kicks Volga from the mat, then goes to the corner. Volga rises, Ghirahim goes up the corner, SUPER GHIRA CUTTER!! Ghirahim then rolls back for a DRAGON SLEEPER! Volga is OUT, Ghirahim wins!

Winner: Ghirahim, by submission (advances to the bracket finals)

Adding insult to injury because he can, Ghirahim is holding onto the submission hold! The fans boo, the ref reprimands, and Ghirahim finally lets Volga go. Ghirahim “apologizes,” then steps on Volga as he takes his leave. Ghirahim will now meet Sidon in the Bracket of Wisdom finals, will he cut down the rising star?

Bracket of Courage Semifinal: Fin Balure VS Hollywood ReDead!

The Zora Rock ‘n’ Rolla, leader of Arrow Club, runs into the leader of the UnderWorld Order, but only one can go on to the finals. Fin is fuming after what happened to his team just last night, will ReDead feel his wrath? Or will Fin just be a step on ReDead’s path to the top?

Both leaders make their entrances with their teams, and the tension is palpable. Referee Tiger Sahasrahla warns all of them, but then Fin tells Arrow Club they can go to the back, he can handle “a guy who needs back-up.” ReDead hears that and gets mad. ReDead tells the uWo that they can go to the back, too, because he can handle “Lil’ Fin” on his own. The factions both leave ringside, and the fans applaud this being a true 1v1. The bell rings and the fans rally up as Fin stares down with ReDead. Fin and ReDead slowly circle, keeping their eyes on each other. They step up, feel things out, but ReDead stomps Fin’s foot!

The fans boo but ReDead headlocks Fin. “IIIIII’M THE MAAAAAN~!” The fans boo more, but Fin fires body shots. Fin powers up and out, but ReDead runs him over! ReDead flexes while the fans boo, but Fin gets up to CHOP! ReDead is unaffected? He looks at his chest, then laughs at Fin. Fin SLAPS ReDead! The fans cheer but now ReDead is pissed! ReDead runs up on Fin, but Fin dumps him out to the apron! Fin builds speed, but ReDead slips back inside! Fin ducks ‘n’ dodges, and Fin runs up to forearm SMASH! ReDead staggers but he stays up, so Fin runs to forearm SMASH again! The fans rally as Fin keeps moving.

Fin runs up, but ReDead grabs him with both hands! ReDead pops Fin up, RAMS him into a corner, then RAMS him in again and again! Sahasrahla reprimands and counts, the fans boo, but ReDead lets off at 4. ReDead again flexes, and again shouts, “IIIIII’M THE MAAAAAN~!” ReDead goes back to the corner but Fin CHOPS him! ReDead feels that one! Fin whips, but ReDead blocks! Fin tries again, but ReDead blocks again! ReDead shakes his head, whips Fin, and he BACKDROPS Fin! The fans boo ReDead but he soaks it up. ReDead storms up on Fin, brings him up, and puts him in a corner. ReDead pie faces Fin while talking trash.

The fans boo, but ReDead keeps talking trash on “Lil’ Fin.” ReDead pie faces Fin again, but then Fin throws haymaker after haymaker! The fans fire back up as Fin backs ReDead down! Fin ROCKS ReDead, ROCKS him again, and again, and again, and again! Fin fires up and runs, but ReDead scoops him! ReDead SLAMS Fin, then runs the ropes! Fin avoids the leg drop! And he basement DROPKICKS! Cover, TWO! The fans rally behind Fin as he clamps on with a chinlock. Fin grinds ReDead down but ReDead endures. ReDead fights up, powers up and out, but Fin comes back to CHOP! ReDead snarls, and he ROCKS Fin with a right hand!

Fin staggers back to a corner, ReDead storms up and climbs up. ReDead rains down fists, fans mostly boo but some count along. ReDead goes to nine, shouts “IIIIII’M THE MAAAAAN~!” but then Fin trips him! The fans cheer while ReDead hits buckles! Fin runs corner to corner and SHOTGUNS ReDead into buckles! ReDead falls into the drop zone, and fans fire up as Fin hurries to the corner! Fin climbs up, takes aim, COUP DE- NO, ReDead moves! Fin hobbles, ReDead LARIATS Fin down! The fans boo but ReDead soaks it up. Fin staggers up, ReDead picks him up for an atomic drop! Then ReDead scoops and SLAMS Fin!

ReDead dares Fin to get up, Fin staggers to his feet, so ReDead scoops and SLAMS him again! ReDead again dares Fin to get up, Fin staggers up again, and ReDead again scoops and SLAMS! The fans boo but ReDead runs the ropes! DEAD LEG!! Cover, TWO!?! Fin survives and the fans are thunderous! ReDead is furious and he argues with Sahasrahla. Fin rises up, ReDead goes after him, but Fin SLINGBLADES! The fans fire up as Fin keeps going, and he SLINGBLADES ReDead again! Fin aims from a corner, runs back in, and SHOTGUNS ReDead back down! Fin goes back up the corner, COUP DE GRACE!! Cover, TWO?!?!

ReDead survives and now Fin can’t believe it! Fin checks with Sahasrahla and Sahasrahla says his count was fair. Fin grows frustrated but the fans continue to rally behind him. Fin stalks ReDead, grabs him with a dragon sleeper, and then brings him up for the BLOODY- NO, ReDead fights the inverted suplex! ReDead snapmares free, then has Fin in the dragon sleeper! ReDead laughs, lifts for an inverted suplex, but Fin drops down to victory roll! TWO, both men scramble up and Fin dodges a lariat! SLING- NO, ReDead stops Slingblade to atomic- NO, Fin slips up and over the back! Fin waistlocks, pushes ReDead to ropes, but ReDead bucks the O’Conner!

ReDead runs up, Fin blocks the boot! Fin KICKS the leg, then reels ReDead in for a DDT! The fans fire up, Fin goes back to the corner, and he goes back up! Wait, who’s throwing popcorn from the crow? The Poe Sisters?! They weren’t here earlier with the uWo, they weren’t sent to the back! The fans boo, the ref reprimands, but ReDead trips Fin up! The fans boo more while ReDead climbs up after Fin. ReDead throws some punches, then brings Fin to the top rope. They’re both on the very top, and fans chant, “Please Don’t Die! Please Don’t Die!” Fin fires body shots! Fin steps back down, andtrips ReDead into the Tree of Woe!

The fans fire up while ReDead is stuck! ReDead tries to sit up, but Fin adjusts on the top rope! WOE STOMPS!! The fans are thunderous, and Fin brings ReDead up in the half hatch! DEPTH CHARGE!! Cover, FIN WINS!

Winner: Fin Balure, by pinfall (advances to the bracket finals)

The Zora Rock ‘n’ Rolla brings down ReDead, and is headed to his first Bracket of Courage finals! But will Fin make it to his first Triforce Tournament finals? Or will Thunderbird leave him high and dry?

My Thoughts:

Another under-the-wire finish, but I wanted to make sure these were up to par. I’ll definitely be careful not to procrastinate on the bracket finals for March, and hopefully the tournament matches (and other surprises I have in store) will be even better.

The semifinal round begins, with one match of Power, Wisdom and Courage each! However, the HPW World Trios Championships are also on the line!

HPW World Trios Championships: The Faces of Evil VS Arrow Club; FOE wins and retains the titles.
Bracket of Power Semifinal: Militron VS Ashei; Militron wins and advances.
Bracket of Wisdom Semifinal: Ruto VS Sidon; Sidon wins and advances.
Bracket of Courage Semifinal: Torbevito VS Thunderbird; Thunderbird wins and advances.

PLAY BY PLAY

HPW and HXS TV set the scene!

Though it was the sixth time around, the tournament’s opening round did not disappoint! And now, here on the first night of round two, HPW adds a little something extra! While we get one semifinal from each bracket, the HPW World Trios Championships will also be on the line! Mack & Rick Quackson struck first with double superkicks, and Harlequin, Lupay & Glutko want revenge! But Arrow Club is already really busy with the tournament! Ruto is facing Sidon, Torbevito is facing Thunderbird, will Fin Balure try and win both tonight and tomorrow? Or will Bad Croc Scaly make up for losing in the Power Bracket? HPW Triforce Tournament in Drenan Highlands begins now!

HPW World Trios Championships: The Faces of Evil VS Arrow Club!

After betraying Volga and Wizzro, thereby expelling them from The Dark Forces, these titles were then taken by Harlequin, Lupay & Glutko. But they used to belong to Fin Balure & The Young Ducks, so is that the trio we’re getting? Or will the Swamp Boss step up to the plate?

The champions come out first, leaving it to Arrow Club to reveal the mystery. But as Arrow Club makes their entrance, The Ducks have both Fin and Scaly with them! They’re keeping us all guessing until the very end. The ref asks them to reveal who is really in the match, and in the end, it is Scaly stepping up, with Fin as the cornerman. The introductions are made, the belts are raised, and we see if Arrow Club can face their FOE!

The trios sort out, and Mack starts against Harlequin. The bell rings and the fans rally up behind Arrow Club while the two circle. They feel tings out, and Harlequin wants a knuckle lock. Mack goes to knuckle lock with him, but then Harlequin switches hands. Mack switches hands, only for Harlequin to switch them back. Mack gets annoyed, pushes Harlequin, and now Harlequin gets mad. Harlequin SLAPS Mack! The fans boo and Mack is pissed! Mack storms up on Harlequin but he runs away to ropes! Harlequin tells the ref to get Mack back and the fans boo more. Mack calms down and Harlequin smirks as they reset.

Harlequin and Mack circle, tie up collar ‘n’ elbow, and Harlequin pulls Mack’s hair, er, feathers to put him in the corner! The Faces of Evil mug Mack in the corner! The fans boo and the ref reprimands, but Harlequin and the Faces of Evil all dig boots in! The ref counts, The FOE put their hands up! That’s not the problem! The ref tells them all to stop, they take their feet away, and then Harlequin taunts Rick and Scaly. The ref reprimands Harley, keeps Rick and Scaly from entering, but all this allows Lupay & Glutko to CHOKE Mack! Fin shouts to the ref and the ref sees what’s going on. Lupay & Glutko stop, but Harlequin drags Mack up.

Harlequin snapmares Mack to a chinlock, and he grinds Mack down. Mack endures, the fans rally, and Mack fights back up. Mack JAWBREAKERS free! Harlequin staggers back, storms back up, but then sees Mack show superkick and flails! The fans cheer while Harlequin falls on his butt. Mack says it was that close. Harlequin backs off to tag Lupay so Mack backs off to tag Rick. The fans rally as Rick and Lupay circle now. They tie up, and Lupay wrenches to a wristlock. Rick wrenches Lupay in return, but then Lupay wrenches Rick again! The wrench goes back and forth, and then Rick arm-drags Lupay away!

Lupay gets up, Rick arm-drags him again! Lupay avoids a third arm-drag, reels Rick into a wheelbarrow, but Rick arm-drags free of it! Both men scramble up, Rick ducks ‘n’ dodges Lupay to then tilt-o-whirl RANA! Both men kip up, and both Lupay and Rick show superkick! The fans cheer the standoff while Rick says, “Hey! That’s our thing!” Lupay argues superkicks don’t belong to The Ducks. Fin coaches Rick to calm down, and Scaly reaches out! Glutko also reaches out, so Lupay and Rick both stand down to tag them in. The fans fire up for the “MEAT! MEAT! MEAT!” as the big, big men step to each other.

Scaly and Glutko talk some trash, then they start throwing forearms! The fans fire up as the shots go back and forth, harder and harder! Scaly gets the edge and the fans fire up. Scaly whips, Glutko reverses, but scaly comes back and RAMS Glutko! Glutko stands his ground and roars, but Scaly JABS him! And he grabs Glutko by the neck! GREN- NO, Glutko grabs Scaly’s hand, and BITES IT! The ref reprimands, the fans boo, but Scaly BITES Glutko on the ear! The fans fire up, the ref reprimands Scaly now, but at least Glutko let go of Scaly’s hand. Scaly stops biting as the ref starts counting, and he ELBOWS Glutko in the head!

Scaly RAMS Glutko into an open corner, RAMS him again and again, but the ref counts. Scaly lets off, then whips Glutko corner to corner. Glutko comes right back to RAM Scaly! Scaly staggers back, Glutko roars, and the fans boo. Scaly snarls and he storms up to throw more hands! The fans fire up, Scaly whips but Glutko reverses! Scaly rebounds off ropes, and they RAM shoulders! Glutko staggers back, but he rebounds, only for Scaly to CLOBBER him! The fans fire up and Scaly roars! Glutko crawls back, rather shocked, and Harlequin tags in. Harlequin taunts Scaly, Scaly storms up, but Harlequin RAMS into him through the ropes!

Harlequin slingshots up and over, gets moving, CROSSBODY but he bounces right off of Scaly! The fans laugh, Scaly chuckles, and then Scaly reaches down to YANK Harlequin right up with both hands! The fans cheer, Harlequin flails, and he gets his legs up to headscissors Scaly! Harlequin RANAS Scaly onto the ropes! Harlequin hurries to run, Lupay sneaks a tag, but Mack sneaks a tag off Scaly! Harlequin dials it up, but Scaly blocks the call! Scaly drags Harlequin from the ropes, but Lupay HOWLING MAD SUPERKICKS him! Scaly falls, Harlequin tumbles out, Mack SUPERKICKS Lupay! Glutko storms in, Mack SUPERKICKS him!

Glutko wobbles but stays up, so Mack tags Rick! The Ducks DOUBLE SUPERKICK Glutko! Glutko staggers back, rebounds, DOUBLE LARIAT, but only Mack gets hit! Rick mule kicks Glutko’s legs out, then SUPERKICKS Glutko down! Harlequin springboards back in, Rick dodges, and Mack’s back up to reel Harlequin in! GUTBUSTER, then Rick runs up, ROLLING NECKBREAKER BACKBREAKER COMBO! The fans fire up, Rick goes to cover but the ref explains it’s Lupay that’s legal! Lupay runs up and RANAS Mack out of the ring! Rick takes a swing, Lupay ducks ‘n’ dodges, but then Rick ducks ‘n’ dodges, DOUBLE CROSSBODIES COLLIDE!

All six men are down and the fans are thunderous! Fin coaches his guys as both trios regroup. Scaly helps The Ducks stand, Harlequin leans on Glutko as the Faces of Evil get to their feet. The fans rally as hard as they can as the trios turn to see each other. The ref wants this to sort back out, but the fists start flying! The fans fire up as Scaly of course has Glutko, then Mack brawls with Harlequin while Rick brawls with Lupay! Scaly TACKLES Glutko and they tumble out of the ring! Mack LARIATS Harlequin up and out of the ring, then Rick sends Lupay his way. Mack ELBOWS Lupay, snapmares him, then drags him up to drape in the ropes!

Rick hurries to the corner and climbs, but Harlequin springs up to the apron! Harlequin SHOVES Rick down! The fans boo, Mack is mad, but Lupay is now free of the ropes! Lupay spins the dragon sleeper around on Mack, and inverted suplexes Mack into the gut wrench! Harlequin is up top now! The Faces of Evil STEAL the MALLARD DRIVER!! The fans boo while Lupay then drags Rick up, straitjacket and torture rack! Harlequin lines up a shot, then runs up to DROPKICK Rick and start up the SWINGING NECKBREAKER! Cover, TWO!! Rick survives, the fans are thunderous, but the Faces of Evil are furious!

Scaly and Glutko keep brawling on the outside, going up the ramp even! Fin coaches Mack while he’s down by commentary. The ref tells Fin to stay back but Fin says he’s just checking his guy! Lupay drags Rick to a drop zone, goes up a corner, for the AWOOO~SAULT! Cover, MACK BREAKS IT!! The fans are thunderous as Mack makes the save! Lupay is pissed and he ROCKS Mack with a right hand! The fans boo, but Mack ROCKS Lupay in return! The fans cheer, Harlequin gets in but the ref stops him! Lupay SUPER- NO, Mack blocks it! Rick SUPERKICKS Lupay! Harlequin protests but Fin gets on the apron to argue with him!

The ref argues with both Fin and Harlequin while Mack reels Lupay into a fireman’s carry! Rick goes to a corner, Mack ROLLING SENTONS! Rick hits a 450 SPLASH, but wait, Ghirahim slips in from the crowd! Mack goes up top, but Ghirahim trips him! The fans boo as Mack is stuck up top! Rick runs up but Ghirahim slithers away! Fin spots him and hurries after Ghirahim! Wait, cameras have kept with Glutko and Scaly as they brawl into the backstage area! Scaly CLOBBERS Glutko through a wall!! Fans lose their minds seeing that on the big screen! Rick tries to help Mack off the corner, but Lupay rolls him up! With tights! TWO!!

Rick escapes, scrambles to his feet, and he dodges the Howling Mad Kick! Rick SUPERKICKS Lupay! Lupay stumbles all the way to the FOE corner, and Harlequin sneaks the tag. Harlequin hides, Rick runs up to SHINING WIZARD Lupay in the corner! Mack is back and the Ducks coordinate, BULLDOG DROPKICK COMBO! Rick goes to cover but the ref again explains about the tag! The Ducks look around for Harlequin, and party hats poke out from opposite ends of the ring? The Ducks divide and conquer to get both party hats! But fans can see which one is fake, and it’s ZANT! Zant taunts Rick but the ref tells Zant to get outta here!

Harlequin SMACKS Mack with the Bokoblin Club!! The fans freak out while Mack slumps out of the ring! Harlequin leaves the club behind as he gets in the ring, and he dodges Rick to then COMEBACKER LARIAT! The fans boo but Harlequin laughs as he drags Rick back up! Dragon sleeper, TWISTED SENSE OF HUMOR!! Cover, The FOE wins!!

Winners: The Faces of Evil, by pinfall (still HPW World Trios Champions)

Just like when they won these titles, it took everyone in the Dark Forces to keep these titles on the Faces of Evil! Harlequin laughs as he carries all three belts for his team, is this only the reign of terror just beginning?

Fin still chases Ghirahim backstage.

The Living Blade gives the Zora Rock ‘n’ Rolla the slip and Fin is furious. Irene catches up on her broom and informs Fin how the FOE just won the match. Fin angrily says, “What?!” Irene explains about Zant popping out from under the ring, and now Fin’s furious. Fin says the Dark Forces will get theirs, he promises. Irene asks about his own match tomorrow. How will he be able to focus on Hollywood ReDead after this? Fin says he’ll just be using ReDead to vent his frustrations. And trust him, he’s got a lot. Fin storms off, will he sink the UnderWorld Order’s fearsome leader?

Bracket of Power Semifinal: Militron VS Ashei!

Well, speaking of the Faces of Evil, the one that actually stayed out of the fight now gets into the ring. Will the Armored Annihilator add another W to the FOE’s night? Or will he be buried under an Avalanche?

The bell rings and the fans rally for Ashei as she and Militron circle. They feel things out, tie up, and Militron quickly powers Ashei to the ropes. The ref counts the break, Militron lets off, and he eggs Ashei on. Ashei stays cool as she and Militron reset. They feel things out again, have another tie up, and Militron pushes, but Ashei digs in her heels! The fans rally as step by step, Ashei starts to push Militron back! But Militron turns things around to just put Ashei on the other ropes. The ref again counts, the fans boo, but Militron lets off slowly, only to TOSS Ashei across the way! The fans boo and the ref reprimands while Ashei goes to a corner.

Militron storms up on Ashei and kicks her low. Militron stomps away, then digs his boots into Ashei. The ref counts, the fans boo, but Militron stops at 4. Militron stands Ashei up to whip her corner to corner. Militron then runs in, but Ashei dodges! Militron runs into buckles, staggers back, and Ashei waistlocks! The fans fire up just seeing Ashei lifting Militron, but he fires elbows to stop that. Militron throws Ashei off his back, Ashei gets right to her feet, but Militron CLOBBERS her! The fans boo, Militron steps on Ashei, then runs to SPLASH DOWN! Cover, TWO! Ashei stays in this and the fans rally up for her.

Militron looms over Ashei while she sputters. Ashei crawls, he stalks behind her, and she goes to ropes. Ashei drags herself up with the ropes, but he reels her in for a BIG back suplex! Militron drags Ashei right up, for another BIG back suplex! And then a third BIG back suplex! Cover, TWO! Ashei survives and the fans fire up! Militron seethes, and he drags Ashei up again, picks her up, but she sunset flips! Militron flails to stay up, but then Ashei avoids the punch! Militron shakes out his hand, Ashei gets behind him and POSTS him! Ashei then O’Conner Rolls Militron, TWO! Ashei is sent at the corner, she goes up, and she TRUST FALL SENTONS! Cover, TWO!

Ashei grows frustrated but the fans rally behind her. Ashei stalks Militron as he slowly rises up. Militron staggers to his feet, Ashei waistlocks and pushes him to the ropes, the rebound helps in the GERMAN SUPLEX! The fans go wild, but Ashei holds on! Ashei drags Militron up, he flails for the ropes, but Ashei HIGH ANGLE GERMAN! Bridging cover, TWO!! Militron almost doesn’t get out of that! Militron reaches out in a daze, but Ashei grabs that arm and drags him to his feet. Ashei wrenches an arm for an ELBOW BREAKER, then wrenches again, ELBOW- NO, Militron wraps her up in a SLEEPER!

The fans rally as Ashei endures! Ashei reaches out for ropes, but Militron spins around to SWING Ashei! Fans lose their minds as Militron then drags Ashei up and over the top rope! The ref reprimands as Ashei dangles over the floor! The ref counts, the fans boo, but Militron DROPS Ashei at 4! Ashei is down on the floor while fans boo even harder. Militron tells the ref to count, the ref tells Militron to back off, but the count begins anyway. The fans rally for Ashei even harder now, and she sputters awake at about 4 of 10. Ashei flounders, drags herself up with the apron skirt, but it’s already 7 of 10! Ashei sways a bit, but she lunges in at 9.9!

The fans are thunderous but Militron storms up and deadlifts Ashei for a POWERBOMB! The fans boo but Militron drags Ashei back up, reels her back in, and lifts her for a- RANA! Ashei sends Militron into buckles! Ashei hurries to fireman’s carry, but Militron’s so big! Militron CLUBS Ashei, then he reels her in for a shoulder rack. Ashei flails and gets to the corner! Ashei ELBOWS Militron away, adjusts her position, then leaps for a BLOCKBUSTER! Ashei crawls back to cover, TWO! Militron survives and Ashei is frustrated. Ashei thinks on what to do, and she stands Militron up again. Ashei RAMS Militron into the corner, then RAMS him again!

The fans rally but the ref counts as Ashei RAMS Militron again and again. Ashei stops at 4, then hoists Militron to the top rope. Ashei climbs up, turns around, and fireman’s carries, and she tries to military press him!? The fans fire up, but Militron might be too big for the Avalanche Slam! Ashei can’t, and Militron slips down to the apron. Militron LARIATS Ashei and she falls back against the corner! Militron then steps back inside, drags Ashei off the corner into the shoulder rack, and DEVASTATOR!! Cover, Militron wins!

Winner: Militron, by pinfall (advances to the bracket finals)

The fans still boo, but at least Militron won this match himself! Will there be even more devastation now that Militron is in the Power Bracket finals?

Bracket of Wisdom Semifinal: Ruto VS Sidon!

It is a generational showdown of Zora stars as the Zora Princess fights the Zora Prince! (No direct relation) Will Ruto put the youngster in his place? Or will there be a proverbial passing of the torch?

The bell rings and the two circle. They feel things out, knuckle lock, and go shoulder to shoulder in a Test of Strength. Sidon uses his height advantage for leverage, and he bends Ruto back. Ruto bridges, Sidon sweeps the legs and has a knuckle lock cover. TWO as Ruto gets an arm up. Sidon pushes that arm down, TWO as Ruto gets the other arm up! Sidon pushes that arm down, TWO as Ruto bridges up again! Ruto then drops, kips up and then reels Sidon in for a straitjacket stretch! The fans rally and duel as Sidon endures. Sidon fights to his feet, powers up and turns things around, only for Ruto to turn it back on Sidon.

Sidon powers up again and turns things back around. Sidon has the straitjacket on Ruto, but Ruto powers up to turn things back around! Ruto sits Sidon down and digs her knee into his back. Sidon endures, the fans rally more, and Sidon fights back up. Sidon wriggles the straitjacket stretch down, steps out of it, and he whips Ruto away. Ruto tilt-o-whirls into a clinch and SIDE LEG SWEEP! Ruto then sits Sidon up to hook him and ghost pin! TWO, the two scramble to their feet, and the fans cheer the standoff. Ruto and Sidon reset, feel things out, and Ruto wrenches Sidon’s arm to a wristlock, but Sidon wrenches back.

Ruto wrenches again, but so does Sidon. They go back and forth with wrench after wrench, wristlock after wristlock, and Sidon uses his height to put on the pressure. Ruto is annoyed, reaches for ropes, but Sidon keeps her back. Ruto goes to the other side and uses the ropes to flip through the wristlock. Ruto then breaks free, snapmares, then chinlocks, but Sidon slips out the back to have a hammerlock. Sidon then shifts to a headlock, hits a takeover, but Ruto headscissors. Sidon kips free, Ruto headlocks for a takeover, but Sidon headscissors, only for Ruto to kip free. Ruto kicks Sidon low, then reels Sidon in.

Ruto suplexes, but Sidon fights it! Sidon suplexes but Ruto fights it! Ruto suplexes but Sidon again fights it, then he suplexes for a CUTTER! Sidon then rolls back, waistlocks Ruto and deadlifts her for a GERMAN SUPLEX! Ruto staggers up, Sidon whips her to ropes, and scoops, but Ruto slips free! Ruto hits an EDGE-O-MATIC, covers, TWO! Both Zora hurry to their feet, Ruto runs to tilt-o-whirl, but Sidon stops the DDT! Sidon wags his finger, then brings Ruto up to stalling suplex! Ruto throws knees and gets free, then kicks, only for Sidon to block! Ruto ENZIGIRIS Sidon, Sidon staggers, only to PELE Ruto!

The fans fire up while both Zora are down! The ref starts a standing count, and both Zora stir at 4 of 10. Sidon sits up first, but they both stand at 7. Ruto takes a swing but Sidon ducks. Sidon waistlocks, but Ruto resists the lift! Ruto switches, Sidon switches, repeat! Ruto uses the momentum to wrangle Sidon, FUJIWARA ARMBAR! The fans rally while Sidon endures, and Sidon claws at the mat. Ruto pulls on the arm harder, but Sidon crawls closer to the ROPEBREAK! The fans cheer, the ref counts, and Ruto lets go at 4. Ruto huffs ‘n’ puffs while the fans rally up again. Sidon stands, Ruto goes to the corner, and she jumps to DOUBLE STOMP the arm!

Sidon staggers and holds onto the arm, Ruto runs up to grab that arm and SAYANAGI! Ruto then shifts into an ARMBAR! Sidon flails, clasps hands, and fights up to stack Ruto, but she makes it a TRIANGLE HOLD! The fans rally and duel as Sidon continues to endure! Sidon stays on his feet, and he deadlifts Ruto, to POWERBOMB! Sidon is free, both Zora are down, and the fans fire up again! Another standing count begins, and Sidon backstrokes his way to a corner. Sidon drags himself up at 5 of 10, then he storms over to Ruto. Sidon grabs Ruto but Ruto drags him into a cradle! TWO, but Ruto still has Sidon in a facelock!

Ruto hooks a leg for the HOOK, LINE AND- NO, Sidon fights the lift and has a cradle of his own! TWO!! Even Ruto has to check with the ref that she escaped in time! Ruto then runs up on Sidon, but Sidon dodges! They both keep running, and Sidon FLYING FOREARMS Ruto down! The fans fire up as Sidon kips up! Sidon is all fired up, the fans are with him, and he waits on Ruto to stand. Ruto takes a swing, Sidon blocks, then he wrenches the arm and wristlocks. Bracket of Courage Semifinal: Torbevito VS Thunderbird!

The Son of the Whirlpool and the Lucha Rito have met before, but this could be their biggest match yet. Only one can go to the bracket finals, who gets to be part of HPW’s March Madness?

The bell rings, the two circle, and Thunderbird offers a handshake. Torbevito looks at it, and he SLAPS Thunderbird! The fans boo but Thunderbird shakes that off. Torbevito eggs Thunderbird on and the two circle more. They feel things out, tie up, and Thunderbird arm-drags Torbevito hard! Torbevito bails out, almost runs into the railing, and he cools himself off. The fans cheer as Torbevito hurries back in. They tie up, Thunderbird drop toeholds, then he rolls back to have a HALF CRAB! Torbevito endures, reaches out, but then he reaches back to trip Thunderbird! Torbevito ties up the legs and pulls Thunderbird into the BOW ‘N’ ARROW STRETCH!

Thunderbird endures, then pops free to cover, TWO! Thunderbird holds onto a wristlock, then he wrenches. Thunderbird RINGS Torbevito, then clamps on with an ARMBAR! Torbevito endures, traps Thunderbird’s legs with his own, and then flips things around! Torbevito has a cording hold but Thunderbird fights up. Torbevito snapmares Thunderbird, and he has a LEG SCISSOR NELSON! Thunderbird endures as Torbeivto busts out something new, but Thunderbird slips free to tie up the legs. Torbevito reaches out to the ROPEBREAK, and Thunderbird lets off with a push on the legs. The ref reprimands, but both men go to corners.

The fans rally again as the two reset. They circle, feel things out, then they knuckle lock. Torbevito kicks low, then wrenches the knuckles. Torbevito trips Thunderbird, but Thunderbird reels Torbevito in! Torbevito denies the monkey flip by rocking things back, but Thunderbird uses that to leap up, wheelbarrow, and then ARM-DRAG! Things speed up as Thunderbird hurdles, Torbevito lips over, and Torbevito avoids the Quebrada! WHEEL KICK! Thunderbird tumbles out, the fans are torn, but Torbevito builds speed to FLY! Direct hit and both men hit railing! The fans lose their minds from that crash landing!

The ref checks both men, and they’re both okay to continue. Torbevito puts Thunderbird in, then scoops and SLAMS him! Then he runs to drop a leg, brother! Cover, TWO! Torbevito is frustrated already, but he sits Thunderbird up into a chinlock. Thunderbird endures, but Torbevito adds a COBRA CLUTCH to it! Thunderbird fights up, but Torbevito kicks the legs out! Thunderbird still endures while the fans rally up. Thunderbird fights up again, but Torbevito spins him, scoops him, and SLAMS him back down! Torbevito hurries up top, and SUPER LEG DROPS! Cover, TWO!! Torbevito is furious as one of his dad’s moves failed!

Thunderbird crawls to the apron, Torbevito goes right out to GUILLOTINE LEG DROP! The fans are torn again as Torbevito storms in. Thunderbird crawls to a corner, Torbevito stands him up and CHOPS! Torbevito whips corner to corner, then runs to LARIAT! Torbevito fires up, the fans cheer and jeer, but now Torbevito covers, TWO! Torbevito clamps on a headscissors and he squeezes tight! The fans rally as Thunderbird endures. Thunderbird fights around, reaches out, and he has the ROPEBREAK! Torbevito lets go, then goes out to the apron just to HOTSHOT Thunderbird down!

Torbevito storms back in again, taunts Thunderbird, then double whips. Thunderbird slides under but gets caught! Torbevito whips Thunderbird to the ropes, Thunderbird flips up and over to the apron, but Torbevito runs up to ROCK him! Torbevito goes to the apron and BOOTS Thunderbird down! Thunderbird flounders on the apron, Torbevito lines up his shot, then he runs up, only for Thunderbird to MONKEY FLIP Torbevito into the POST! The fans lose their minds again as now Thunderbird aims! FLYING RANA to the floor! The fans are still losing their minds with that one! The ring count starts, but Thunderbird is up at 4.

Thunderbird drags Torbevito up, puts him in at 6, and then takes aim from the apron. Springboard, FLYING RANA TAKEDOWN! Cover, TWO!! Torbevito survives and Thunderbird is shocked! Thunderbird hurries to whip Torbeivto, and he dropkicks the legs! Thunderbird trips Torbevito, then he hooks up the legs. Torbevito resists as Thunderbird grabs at the arms. Thunderbird CLUBS Torbevito, then he STOMPS the knees! Thunderbird drags Torbevito up and the fans rally. Thunderbird puts Torbevito’s legs in the ropes, then CHOPS him! Thunderbird runs up, DRAPING CODE BREAKER! Cover, ROPEBREAK!

Torbevito survives because Thunderbird miscalculated! Thunderbird hurries to bring Torbevito back up, no time to breathe! Thunderbird whips, Torbevito reverses, and he drop toeholds Thunderbird to then put on the headscissors! Torbevito thrashes Thunderbird around, then uses ropes for leverage! The ref reprimands, Torbevito stops that, and he pulls on Thunderbird’s mask! The ref reprimands more so Torbevito lets Thunderbird go. Torbevito stands Thunderbird up, whips him to ropes, then ALLEY OOPS him onto the ropes! Thunderbird gets hung up, but then flops back, and he sputter and coughs on the mat!

Torbevito soaks up the heat from the fans. Torbevito then dragon sleepers for a REVERSE DDT! Thunderbird scrambles out of the ring and Torbevito is frustrated again. Torbevito goes out to fetch Thunderbird, only to SNAKE EYES him off the railing! Thunderbird clutches his neck, that may have been more of a hotshot again. The ref reprimands, Torbevito steps inside, but then steps back out to go up the corner! The fans fire up as Torbevito hits a SUPER DUPER SENTON to the floor!! The fans lose their minds as Torbevito risks it all with that one! Torbevito hobbles up, puts Thunderbird back in the ring, then stalks him.

Torbevito runs, and he ENZIGIRIS Thunderbird down! Cover, TWO! Thunderbird survives but Torbevito clamps on with a CAMEL CLUTCH! Thunderbird endures as Torbevito pulls him way back! Torbevito fishhooks Thunderbird, the ref reprimands, but Torbevito stops with only one hand! The ref reprimands and counts, Torbevito lets go of Thunderbird completely. Thunderbird coughs and sputters again, but Torbevito stands him up. Torbevito hammerlocks the arm, pushes on it, but Thunderbird reaches back! FLYING-MARE! Torbevito comes back, Thunderbird dodges, slingshots through the ropes, but Torbevito ELBOWS him!

Torbevito runs, Thunderbird rebounds to handspring and jump up! Thunderbird is on Torbevito’s shoulders, to then spin and RANA! Torbevito tumbles out of the ring, the fans are thunderous, and Thunderbird hurries to triangle jump DROPKICK! Torbevito drops down, only to scramble back up! But Thunderbird is up top, and he SUPER FLYING RANAS Torbevito!! The fans are electric while both men are down on the outside! “This is Awesome!” as Thunderbird sits up at 5 of 10, then stands at 7. He pushes Torbevito into the ring, then hits a GERUDO PRESS SAULT! Cover, TWO!! Fans are thunderous as Torbevito survives!

Thunderbird stands Torbevito up. Thunderbird fires forearms, then whips Torbevito, but Torbevito reverses! Only for Thunderbird to DROPKICK Torbevito down! Thunderbird hurries outside, springboards, and he MISSILE DROPKICKS Torbevito out of the ring! Thunderbird then goes out to the apron, springboards, PHOENIX SENTON?! Direct hit, and they crash into railing again!! The fans are going nuts at how fast ‘n’ furious these two are going! Rusl jokes that they’re going for broke, but they might end up broken! Thunderbird pushes Torbevito, they go into the ring, and Thunderbird takes aim again.

The fans fire up for one more springboard, SITOUT POWERBOMB!! Torbevito turns things around, covers, TWO!!! Thunderbird survives, but Torbevito calls his shot! Torbevito fireman’s carries Thunderbird, CORNER DEATH VALLEY!! Torbevito then hoists Thunderbird up top, backwards at that, then CLUBS him on the back! Torbevito goes up, crucifix lift, DEATH MOUNTAIN- NO, SUPER DUPER STEINER!! Thunderbird counters in an instant, then hurries to cover, THUNDERBIRD WINS!!

An incredible display from both young stars, but perhaps Torbevito was trying to fly too high too soon! Thunderbird brings him crashing down like Icarus, and it is Thunderbird that moves on! But will it be another great Zora wrestler in Fin Balure, or will it be Hollywood ReDead that meets Thunderbird in the finals?

My Thoughts:

As usual, I kinda had to rush this to give myself time to also do night two. Sidon VS Ruto doesn’t feel as good as it could be to really bring that feeling of a shocking upset victory. Maybe I also put more energy into the trios title match than I needed but I also wanted that to be a big deal. Wish me luck for the rest of the matches!
