Oba Femi arrives backstage.

The Ruler is still NXT Champion, but he is furious with how his night ended at Vengeance Day. Oba glares at a stagehand and the stagehand quickly says to hit Oba’s music! Oba makes his entrance and the fans cheer as he struts down to the ring. Oba grabs a mic and says, “Let’s get straight to business. Those four fools that jumped me at Vengeance Day right after my match, they made one very big mistake. One very big mistake! They didn’t finish the job. They hit me with that last shot, with their best shot, and I’m standing here, unfazed!” The fans cheer, and Oba dares those same fools to come out now and finish what they started. He’ll wait.

The lights drop, but wait! It’s not Dion Lennox and his pack of wolves, that’s MOOSE! The TNA X-Division Champion is here in NXT, staring Oba down. Oba is shocked, and now he’s mad as Moose would dare step on this moment. The fans fire up and even lose their minds as Moose steps into the ring, grabs himself a mic, and continues to stare Oba down. Moose tells Oba that he just burst the bubble Oba’s been living in. Moose is the one man Oba cannot rule over! Oba says “that place” is Moose’s bubble. In here, Oba is inevitable! Moose says this has to happen: Oba VS MOOSE! The fans like the sound of that!

Oba tells Moose do not worry, it will. Champion and champion hold up their gold, but when and where will we see this dream match happen?

Eddy Thorpe talks with Ava Raine.

The Alpha Wolf points out how he won the Strap Match at Vengeance Day, and so now he’s thinking what’s next is- Ava stops Eddy there and tells him to think less. Eddy may have beat Trick Williams, but he has had title opportunity after opportunity. Yeah, but Eddy just won the biggest match of his life! So- In step Kale Dixon & Uriah Connors. They apologize for interrupting, but they just wanted to invited Ava and Eddy to their party tonight. It’s a Vengeance Day after party. And Kale admits, inviting the GM, that’s ballsy. Ava says no thanks. Eddy asks if these two actually thought inviting the boss to a part was a good idea.

Ava says Eddy, stop talking. Uriah & Kale remember Eddy is a DJ, and so they want him to DJ the party! Eddy says no, he just shocked the world. He won’t be going to their lame party. Plus, shouldn’t they be in class right about now? Kale wishes, but Mr. Chase keeps turning them down. Eddy says that’s for the best, because Mr. Chase would just ruin their lives and bring them down, just like he did all of Chase U. Ava says wow, big talk. Kale says how DARE you! Uriah won’t stand for it, either! Chase would’ve whooped Eddy’s ass in a Strap Match! In fact, he could beat Eddy any day of the week!

Eddy says they’re just stupid and delusional. Kale steps up and says no, Chase would have! And that is why… on behalf of Chase, Kale is challenging Eddy to a match! Wait, they speak on behalf of Mr. Chase? Yeah! They’re tight! And Chase will see Eddy tonight. Ava says okay then. But did Chase’s former students just write a check Chase’s body definitely can’t cash?

NXT Women’s North American Championship #1 Contender’s Triple Threat: Kelani Jordan VS Jaida Parker VS Karmen Petrovic w/ Ashante THEE Adonis!

The Standout is trying on that new attitude and she seems to really like it. However, it gets on Miss Parker’s nerves and has rubbed the real-life Beatrix Kiddo the wrong way. At the same time, Jaida and Karmen have their own beef, so all these personal issues will be settled at once! Who rises above the drama to head for Stephanie Vaquer and the Women’s North American title?

The bell rings and Jaida rushes Kelani! Kelani dodges, then she and Jaida start throwing hands! The fans fire up, Karmen feels left out, but then Kelani ROCKS Jaida! Karmen KICKS Kelani, KICKS Jaida, then sends Jaida into Kelani! Karmen rolls Jaida, TWO! Sunset flip on Kelani, TWO! Jaida and Kelani stagger up, Jaida & Kelani ROCK Karmen! Kelani smiles, but Karmen slides in. Kelani dodges Karmen, sends her back out, then goes up, up, and ASAI MOONSAULT!

The fans fire up as Kelani wipes out both targets! Kelani says that’s why she’s the Standout! Kelani SMACKS Jaida off the apron, puts her in the ring, then goes after Karmen. Kelani THROWS Karmen into barriers, then storms back to the apron. Jaida ROCKS Kelani, Kelani ROCKS Jaida, repeat! The fans rally as the forearms go back and forth, and Jaida DECKS Kelani! The fans fire up and Jaida says this is HER ring! Jaida stalks Kelani, puts her on ropes, and CHOKES her! The ref reprimands, Jaida YANKS Kelani back, then whips her to a corner. Kelani hits buckles hard, and Jaida is right on her for a snap suplex!

The fans rally as Jaida hauls Kelani up, another snap suplex! Cover, TWO! Jaida stands tall over Kelani, Adonis coaches Karmen, and NXT goes to break.

NXT returns and Kelani ROCKS Jaida! Jaida ROCKS Kelani, Kelani ROCKS her back, repeat! Jaida KNEES low, then hoists Kelani to a dragon sleeper, INVERTED SUPLEX! But then Karmen KICKS Jaida, puts her in the ropes, and ELBOWS her! Karmen runs side to side to SPIKE-RANA! Jaida flops down, Kelani grabs Karmen to wrench and put her in the ropes! Kelani ROCKS Karmen, goes up the corner, GUILLOTINE LEG DROP! The fans fire up with Kelani but she hobbles a bit. Jaida CLUBS Kelani, then brings her around for another dragon sleeper. Kelani turns that around for a SLICE! Cover, TWO!

Kelani slaps her bad leg, fires herself up, and the fans rally up. Kelani runs, but Jaida catches the crossbody! Jaida puts Kelani in the Tree of Woe, and then CHOPS Kelani! Karmen runs up, but Jaida pops her up! SAMOAN DROP! Karmen tumbles over to the corner, Jaida covers, but Kelani FROG SPLASHES onto them! The fans fire up for “NXT! NXT!” as all three women are down! Kelani grabs Jaida, fires a forearm, but Karmen CHOPS Kelani! Jaida ROCKS Karmen, Kelani ROCKS Jaida, Karmen ROCKS Kelani, and the cycle continues! Kelani UPPERCUTS Karmen, blocks Jaida’s kick, and Kelani slips under, RUSSIAN LEG SWEEP!

The fans fire up, Kalani puts Jaida up top, but Jaida ROCKS Kelani! Karmen KICKS Kelani down, then whips her to the other corner. Karmen runs up to LARIAT! Karmen runs at Jaida to ROCK her! Back to Kelani for a BACK BODY BLOCK! Karmen puts Kelani up top, then goes back for Jaida! STRATUSPHERE! Karmen then goes to Kelani, STRATUSPHERE onto Jaida! Karmen covers Kelani, TWO!! Jaida has Karmen and CHOPS her! Jaida HIPNOTICS Kelani outta the ring!! But then she goes out after her? Karmen runs, but Jaida stops the dropkick! Jaida RAMS Karmen, puts her in the ring, then she scoops Karmen.

Jaida puts Karmen in the ropes, CHOPS her, then runs to TEARDROP! Jaida high steps, but Kelani goes up! Adonis drags Karmen to safety! Jaida gets Kelani up top, they brawl, and Jaida SUPERPLEXES! Both women are down but Jaida crawls to Kelani. Jaida puts Kelani in ropes, and she runs for a TEARDROP! Adonis puts Karmen back in, she jackknife bridges Kelani! KARMEN WINS!!

Winner: Karmen Petrovic, by pinfall

Jaida is pissed! Karmen sniped that from her, but Jaida DECKS her for it! Kelani hits a THESZ PRESS on Jaida! They scrap to the outside, the fans fire up, but refs rush out here to stop this! Fans want to “LET THEM FIGHT!” but the headline is: Karmen gets her title shot next week, NXT in Cincinnati! Will Adonis’ love and support- OH NO! Fatal Influence now jumps Karmen! The fans boo, Adonis calls for backup, but the 3v1 beating keeps going! Fallon hits Karmen with a FALL AWAY SLAM! The beating continues as NXT goes picture in picture!

Refs come back around, they tell the Influence to stop! This is just them being sore losers now that Vaquer has the title, not one of them. Adonis still can’t do anything, WWE doesn’t allow men to fight off women! But as he stands between them, Jacy SMACKS Adonis down with a chair! Double standards aside, the beatdown on Karmen continues! Jazmyn TOSSES Karmen out of the ring, then stands her up for Jacy’s ROLLING ELBOW! They leave Karmen behind to grab mics and go back to the ring. Fallon starts talking but we’re still not back from picture in picture, so only the live crowd can hear this.

WAIT, someone else who is hearing this is Stephanie Vaquer, because here she comes! La Primera steps to the Influence, but then so does Giulia! The champions of NXT stare the Influence down, but this is still 3v2. So the brawl is on! The Fatal Influence knock Giulia & Vaquer down, stomp and punch away, and NXT returns to single picture. But here comes JORDYNNE GRACE! The Juggernaut CLOBBERS Jazmyn, CLOBBERS Fallon, and CLOBBERS Jacy! Then Giulia & Vaquer HEADBUTT Fallon and Jazmyn! Grace waits, and she CLOBBERS Jacy again! Talk about making an impact!

Grace grabs a mic, and says she joined NXT to be part of the best Women’s Division in wrestling. And now that she’s here, she won’t waste a single second. The Influence clearly wants a fight, but so do they! Tonight, LET’S FIGHT! Will the NXT Women’s Champion, NXT Women’s North American Champion and former TNA Knockouts Champion all knock out Jazmyn, Jacy & Fallon tonight?

Adrianna Rizzo & Luca Crusifino talk with Stacks.

She hopes he’s sure about this. He says he’s very sure. But has he run it by Tony? Well, have either of them heard from him? Cuz he hasn’t. But like life, business goes on. He’s gonna handle business tonight. Stacks turns to go, and tells the Family to follow him. The Family follows the Underboss, will Stacks get even with Shawn Spears?

Sol Ruca & ZARIA VS Lash Legend & Jakara Jackson!

When it comes to the NXT Women’s Division being not just WWE’s best but the world’s best, it is also growing bigger and better. The Sol Surfer and the Agent of Change did some training over the weekend, hard to say if it went all that well. But perhaps the proof will be in the pudding. Will Sol & Zaria be like a torrent here in the Women’s Tag Division? Or will the Meta Four’s leading ladies once again be in the title scene?

The teams sort out, Sol and Lash start. They tie up, go around, and Lash puts Sol in a corner. Sol goes up the corner, leaps, but Lash stops the arm-drag! Sol avoids the boot, but Lash avoids the dropkick! Sol avoids the elbow drop, then she headlocks. The fans rally, Jakara tags in, and Lash powers out. Jakara drop toeholds Sol for Lash to hit the elbow drop! Jakara adds a dropkick, covers, TWO! Jakara hurries after Sol, but Sol blocks a kick! sol reels Jakara in to snap suplex! Zaria turns around, Jakara jumps, and she MISSILE DROPKICKS! Zaria tumbles out, the fans fire up, and Jakara builds speed to DIVE! Down go Sol & Zaria!

Lash & Jakara regroup and stand tall while NXT goes to break.

NXT returns and Lash kicks Sol low. Lash scoops, Sol slips free, and Sol ROCKS Lash! Lash kicks Sol low again, but Sol fires body shots! Lash CHOPS Sol, but Sol mule kicks! Sol CLUBS Lash, fires CHOP after CHOP, then whips, only for Lash to block! Sol keeps trying, but Lash takes a swing! Sol dodges, springboards, and FLYING FOREARMS! Both women are down and the fans fire up! Sol and Lash crawl, hot tags to Jakara and Zaria! Zaria LARIATS Jakara again and again, then she BOOTS Lash! Zaria runs up to LARIAT Jakara in a corner, then she runs to LARIAT Lash int he other! Zaria LARIATS Jakara, then dodges Lash to send her into Jakara!

Lash apologizes but turns around into a SPEAR! The fans are thunderous and Zaria has Jakara. Zaria reels Jakara in, suplexes hard, then covers, TWO! Jakara shows some grit, but Zaria drags her up. Tag to Sol, but Jakara JAWBREAKERS free! Sol SUPERKICKS Jakara! And SUPERKICKS Lash! SUPERKICK GERMAN SUPLEX COMBO! Sol covers, Lash BOOTS Zaria onto her! The fans fire up while all four women are down. Lash hobbles over but drags Jakara to their corner. Lash tags in, the fans rally up, and Lash choke grips Sol! SLAM- NO, Sol slips free, shoves Lash, then RANAS!

The fans fire up as Sol goes up a corner, but Lash anchors her! Sol kicks Lash away, then adjusts, but Lash catches the crossbody! Lash swings Sol into the bow ‘n’ arrow rack, for a LASH- ARM-DRAG!! Sol denies the extension then DROPKICKS! Hot tags to Jakara and Zaria! Jakara runs up, but into double kicks! Jakara still fires hands on Sol & Zaria, then kicks off Sol to TORNADO DDT Zaria! Cover, TWO! Zaria survives, Jakara hurries to tag Lash back in. Lash hauls Zaria into the wheelbarrow! But Zaria BOOTS Jakara away! Zaria fires a forearm on Lash, Lash fires back! The fans fire up as they stare down, then they both BOOT!

Zaria and Lash both fall, and even Sol is stunned! The fans cheer for “NXT! NXT!” as Zaria and Lash rise up. They each choke grip the other! Then they DOUBLE HEADBUTT! Both women stagger, Zaria manages to fireman’s carry Lash! But Lash fights free and Zaria falls! Jakara tags in, runs up, but Zaria POUNCES her at Lash! Meta Four flounders, Jakara rises up, into a SPEAR!! Zaria hauls Jakara up, OBLITERATOR! Then Sol tags in for a SOL SNATCHER!! Cover, Sol & Zaria win!

Winners: Sol Ruca & Zaria, by pinfall

Maybe the training did work to make these two a team! Will nothing stop Sol & Zaria now that they’re on the same page?

Backstage interview with Wes Lee, Tyson Dupont & Tyriek Igwe.

Sarah Schreiber walks over to the Cardiac Kid and his new team to bring up the landscape of NXT drastically changing again and again. Wes has seen a shift before, so- Wes stops Sarah there to say that it is no secret, NXT is completely unpredictable. Anything can happen to anyone at anytime around here. So and so shows up outta nowhere, so and so is jumping somebody in the parking lot. But look, that unpredictability around here falls perfectly into all three of their hands. So when it is their time to- Oh wait, (maybe still) Ricky Starks walks in! Sarah excuses herself to talk to him. She brings up how in moments, he will sign his official WWE contract.

Ricky says yes, nice to meet you, Sarah. And it feels good to hear the words, “WWE NXT contract.” He is sure she has questions, but he will answer it all in a few moments. Nice jacket, too. The hottest free agent heads to gorilla, what will the future have in store for him? What will he have in store for the future of NXT?

Ava goes to the ring.

The fans cheer the NXT GM, and the table awaits. Then Ricky makes his entrance to the NXT theme and the fans cheer again. Ava introduces the hottest free agent himself, and welcomes him to NXT. Ricky says thank you, Ava, and he appreciates it. He hasn’t been here that long, but man, NXT is amazing! The fans cheer that! And before he gets started, can he just talk to y’all for a minute? There are some things he’d like to get off his chest. The fans cheer, and so Ricky says that for many, making it to NXT is the dream. But for him, it is reality! Standing here, in this ring, that is his reality! The fans cheer that.

Main eventing every NXT PLE is reality! Winning the NXT Championship, that’s reality! The fans continue to cheer, and the absolute truth is that Ricky is already the man in NXT! And he will do what he always does to the best of his ability, and that is show up and show out! Tonight, the revolution begins! So let us put pen to- Ethan Page?! All Ego has a mic to say, “Wow, wow, wow. I am absolutely impressed. I’m impressed!” The fans boo Ethan as he says Ricky shocked the world appearing in NXT. And now he is standing in the ring, about to sign an NXT contract. Ethan will guess that somewhere in the contract, the first match here is for an NXT Championship, right?

Ethan says, “Dude, you’re a genius. An actual genius. You are following the Ethan Page playbook to a T! And I wanna come out here as your friend to tell you face to face, there’s only one Ethan Page, pal.” Ricky says wow. He got Ethan in his feelings. Crazy. Is it because Ricky just showed up and Ethan knows the spotlight ain’t big enough for the both of them? Because Ethan is wearing his insecurity as tight as he has that jacket. And Ethan should know Ricky well enough to know Ricky walks the walk and talks the talk, and he is here to take this place to another level. Oh, is he? Because as big of a star Ricky is, even Ricky won’t reach the bar Ethan set for people coming into NXT.

Ricky says they shouldn’t really do this right now. Tonight is a night for celebration! Ricky celebrating the fact he is signing with the hottest pro-wrestling brand right now! And Ethan, oh wow, he did it! A big win over Je’Von at Vengeance Day. You go, Ethan! Celebrate that while you can, because Ricky learned that Je’Von’s got that dog in him. And if Ricky knows one thing, it’s this: People like Je’Von always come back around to whoop dat ass. The fans cheer that! Ethan smiles and says look! Another superstar coming to the rescue of Je’Von Evans. Ethan is pretty sure Je’Von couldn’t walk himself out of the venue on Saturday.

And if Ethan’s a betting man, he- gets turned around by Je’Von Evans! Ricky says, “Oh, he about to eat!” right as Je’Von fires hands on Ethan! Bad jaw or not, those fists still work! Je’Von chases Ethan out of the ring, CLOBBERS him in the stands, and they brawl up the bleachers! The fans fire up, Ricky says he wasn’t wrong. So back to business. But then Wes Lee makes his way out here? Wes has his music cut so he can say while he knows who Ricky is, Ricky’s new around here, so Wes will give him a pass for earlier. But Ricky has got to understand there are some rules around here, dawg. Rule number one: Do not disrespect Wes Lee.

Now, signing the contract is a good idea, but just know that if he does, Wes wants to show Ricky the ropes around here and “welcome” him to NXT. Ava says they can certainly make that happen. Ricky asks if everyone around here is always angry. Like, what is this? Wes says he’s just making a promise. Ricky says either way, Wes and Ethan are two peas in the same pod, always talking above your limits. So Ricky will tell you this: Next week, Ricky VS Wes! Then just sign the contract. But just know, Wes will make it a one and done. Ricky says fair warning, Wes will be welcomed to the revolution.

Ricky looks to the contract, but Wes winds up! But Ricky ROCKS Wes first! Then he LARIATS Wes up and out of the ring! Refs rush out to drag Wes away before he can get back at Ricky, and Ricky signs on the dotted line. Ricky strikes his pose, and it is official! Ricky Saints is now in NXT!

Backstage interview with Nathan Frazer & Axiom.

Sarah is now with the NXT Tag Team Champions and congratulates them on again retaining the titles. But she does have to ask about after, where they were also- Frazer says yes, they were the first to be attacked by four newbies who wanted to take a shot at the best team in the world. Axiom has Frazer calm down, and apologizes for him. They are just trying to figure out what that was about. Frazer says yeah, and the next time they see those guys, they’ll- Wait, No Quarter Catch Crew walks in. They also congratulate Fraxiom on the win, and Fraxiom thanks them back. But go on then. We all know why NQCC is here.

And just like with Briggs & Inamura, just because Myles Borne & Tavion Heights want a title match with Fraxiom doesn’t mean they just get one. Wren Sinclair says this is awkward. Because Myles says they’re chasing gold, just not what Fraxiom has on their shoulders. They’re gonna face the team that is in their opinion, the best in the world. Maybe even of all time. Camera, come here. Heights says he and Myles are calling out Matt & Jeff Hardy, the TNA World Tag Team Champions! What do they say to meeting NQCC in Cincy? NQCC heads out, are they going to go the distance with Team Extreme?

Ricky Saints returns backstage.

And he finds tag team after tag team, from Hank ‘n’ Tank to Ty & Ty to even Briggs & Inamura all beat up! Ricky says damn, this place IS crazy. But who just wrecked the NXT Tag Division? Unless…

Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo w/ The D’Angelo Family VS Shawn Spears w/ Izzi Dame, Brooks Jensen & Niko Vance!

The Steel Cage Match last week kept The D’Angelo Family from helping Tony D against Ridge Holland, but then it ironically kept them from saving Tony D against The Chair Man and his cohorts. The It Girl revealed her true colors, she now stands by Spears, will everyone see It Iz What It Iz? Or can The Underboss avenge The Don?

NXT returns, The D’Angelo Family makes their entrance, and Stacks rushes Spears! The bell rings as Spears bails out, but Stacks goes after him! They brawl, Spears knees low, but Stacks blocks the apron bump! Stacks body shots, then he SMACKS Spears off the apron! They get back in the ring, Spears kicks low, then Spears CHOPS Stacks in the corner. Spears CHOPS Stacks again, Stacks sputters, but then Stacks CHOPS back! And CHOPS, CHPOS, CHOPS! The fans fire up, Stacks whips, but Spears reverses. Spears runs up but Stacks BOOTS him! Stacks slides under to UPPERCUT from below! Stacks BOOTS Spears, covers, ONE!!

Stacks talks trash on Jensen & Vance, then Stacks UPPERCUTS Spears! Stacks whips, Spears grabs ropes, and Spears TOSSES Stacks to the apron! Stacks stands, Spears blocks his boot, and then Spears SUPERKICKS! Stacks wobbles but he holds onto the ropes, so Spears SLINGSHOTS Stacks into the DRAPING DDT! Spears strikes like a Viper and he stalks Stacks to a corner. Spears stands Stacks up to headlock, and he fires KNEE after KNEE in the corner! The ref counts, Spears stops at 4, then he brings Stacks around for a HANGING NECKBREAKER! Cover, TWO! Stacks shows his grit, but Spears stays cool.

Spears stalks Stacks, Jensen talks trash, but the fans rally for Stacks. Stacks fires body shots, then ROCKS him! Stacks whips, Spears reverses and knees low! Then NECKBREAKER! Spears then rains down fists! The fans boo but spears isolates an arm, just to STOMP Stacks’ neck! The fans boo, the ref reprimands as Spears grinds his heel in, but Spears steps off. Spears looms over Stacks, stands him up, and then TOSSES him to the Family! Stacks gets on the apron, Spears storms up, but Stacks ROCKS him! And BOOTS him! And slingshot CODE BREAKER! Both men are down and the fans fire up!

Rizzo and Izzi start jawing, the fans want to “LET THEM FIGHT!” but security is there to step in. Stacks fires hands on Spears, then body shots, then an ENZIGIRI! Spears goes to a corner, Stacks runs in, UPPERCUT! And SPINEBUSTER! Very Don like from Stacks and the fans fire up! Spears slowly rises but Stacks slowly climbs. MISSILE DROPKICK! Direct hit on Spears but a rough landing for Stacks! Stacks rises, brings Spears up, but Spears suplexes, for a GHOSTBUSTER! Spears snarls, gets Stacks back up and fireman’s carries, for the C4!! Cover, Spears wins!

Winner: Shawn Spears, by pinfall

The painful truth of this match is that Spears took advantage of Stacks’ anger. Will The Chair Man continue to lead by example until he and all of his followers have championships?

Moose walks the halls.

Lexis King crosses his path and says hello, nice to meet you. But Moose of course knows who Lexis is, considering he beat the crap out of his little buddy, JDC. But hey, Lexis has to give it to Moose and how he stood up to Oba Femi. The System’s got some balls! Lexis would love to trust The System, but he doesn’t really like how they’re always coming over here, challenging NXT stars for their titles, but Lexis doesn’t see Moose putting up his. Moose stops Lexis there, mostly because he’s tired of listening to the nonsense. Moose isn’t sure how NXT does things, but if Lexis wants his shot, all he had to do was ask.

And if that’s what Lexis wants, then next week, Moose will destroy Lexis like he has everyone else. Wow, really? That’s all it takes? Moose is gonna put up the most prestigious title in TNA history in Lexis’ hometown of Cincy? Damn right. Then he’s on! Lexis heads out, as does Moose, will The Drama King soon have two crowns? Or will he just get humbled in his hometown?

We now spot Mr. Chase talking with Kale & Uriah, upset that they’re speaking on his behalf! But Eddy was spitting on the great name of Chase U! They couldn’t let that happen! Wait, he was? That no good- See?! There! That fire is the old Mr. Chase! That’s what they need! And Kale & Uriah will be out there with him the entire time. Chase says what does it even matter? Chase U is dead. He has to do this on his own. No…! Chase heads out, his theme song no different, but will that school spirit ever return?

Andre Chase VS Eddy Thorpe!

NXT returns and Eddy makes his entrance. The bel rings, the two tie up, and they go around the ropes. They end up in a corner, the ref counts, and Eddy lets off. Chase avoids a chop to CHOP Eddy! Eddy goes to another corner, but Chase pursues to CHOP again! The fans cheer as Chase continues after Eddy, only for Eddy to turn things around and fire hands! Eddy stomps away, the ref counts, but Eddy stops at 4. The fans boo but Eddy whips Chase corner to corner. Chase goes up and over, keeps moving, ducks ‘n’ dodges, then CROSSBODIES! Cover, TWO! Chase facelocks but Eddy fires body shots. Eddy ROCKS Chase, runs, but Chase RANAS!

Eddy tumbles out, the fans fire up, and Chase goes to the apron. Chase avoids Eddy’s sweep to SUPERKICK! Booker & Corey clown Chase’s “Temu Jordans” but Chase still CANNONBALLS Eddy down! The fans fire up, Chase high-fives a few, and he puts Eddy in the ring. Chase climbs the corner, the fans rally up, and Chase leaps. Eddy gets under, Chase rolls through, but Eddy KICKS him! Eddy whips and ELBOWS Chase, covers, TWO! Chase stays in this and the fans rally up. Wait, Kale & Uriah get in the former student section, wearing their Chase U shirts! The fans cheer but Eddy says shut up, dorks!

Eddy ROCKS Chase, KICKS him, then KICKS away in the corner! The fans rally for “MISTER CHASE! MISTER CHASE!” Chase kicks Eddy, but Eddy hits a BACKBREAKER! And a PENALTY KICK! Cover, TWO! Eddy clamps onto Chase with a top wristlock, and he grinds Chase down. Chase endures, the fans rally up, and Chase fights up, only for Eddy to knee low! Eddy ROCKS Chase, grins at the “students,” then reels Chase in. But Chase suplexes Eddy first! The fans fire up as Uriah & Kale are now ringside! They coach Chase up, and he ELBOWS Eddy away! And BOOTS him! And then CLOBBERS him!

Chase rallies on Eddy, then hits a SIDE EFFECT! Cover, TWO! Eddy survives but the fans rally more. Chase brings Eddy up, fireman’s carries, but Eddy slips free! Eddy fires forearms, then a SOSBAT! Eddy runs, into a BOOT and SLAP! Chase whips, Eddy reverses, but Chase reverses back, RUSSIAN LEG SWEEP! The fans are thunderous as Chase fires up! Spell it out! “C! H! A!” But then Chase has flashbacks and he just can’t do it anymore. Eddy CHOP BLOCKS Chase, then THROWS him down! Cover, TWO! Eddy BOOTS Chase, SNAP GERMANS, and then reels Chase back in! IMPALER! Cover, Eddy wins!

Winner: Eddy Thorpe, by pinfall

Chase couldn’t get over the past, and that cost him again. Meanwhile, Eddy is rolling on, but wait. The lights go down, and Trick Williams speaks from the tron! Trick tells Eddy, “You thought you was done with Trick Williams? You got it twisted. It ain’t over ’til I say it’s over. And if I’m going down, I’m bringing you under with me.” Eddy says alright, then bring it! When and where will these two go one last round?

Ricky talks with Ava backstage.

After everything Ricky has seen tonight, he doesn’t know how Ava deals with the chaos. It is insane. She knows, but it comes with the territory, and he’ll get used to it. Ricky says yeah, he feels he can really fit in here. Oh no… Ethan Page walks back up, and Ethan says he’s not worried about Ricky. Ethan knows exactly what Ricky’s doing. He’s more worried about Je’Von. Ethan thought he was done with that kid. Ricky says not after he whooped Ethan’s ass. And oh, here comes Wes! Wes says it’s real easy for Ricky to come in here and talk a big game when he hasn’t been here since day one.

Ricky stops Wes and says if he feels some type of way… Wes says as a matter of fact, he does! Ava says no, not back here! But then Je’Von shows up and security stops him from getting at Ethan! Ava has everyone stop! Ricky, you said you want to be a part of this, so okay. Easy fix: Cincy, tag match, Ethan & Wes VS Ricky & Je’Von. Ricky likes that! The first match in NXT for The Absolute and it is already big! Will The Young OG help the revolution take over?

NXT hears from The Hardys!

Matt says he did not expect to tune into NXT and hear their names called out on it, let alone be challenged to a match! But he has to say, NQCC, they are flattered. Should they accept the challenge? Jeff says of course they should! They are THE TNA World Tag Team Champions! It is 2025, and yet the Hardys are still innovating, still influencing, still inspiring, and still modifying the craft of pro-wrestling. How is that for an axiom, Fraxiom? Matt says speaking of Fraxiom, they should pull up a seat and watch them beat the NQCC. After a Plot Twist, a Twist of Fate, and a Swanton, Fraxiom will realize why The Hardys are the greatest tag team in all of space and time!

The people always wonder what’s next, but maybe it’ll be a Hardy Party in NXT! The challenge has been accepted, will Matt & Jeff make NXT in Cincy a WONDERFUL~ night?

Six Woman Tag: Giulia, Stephanie Vaquer & Jordynne Grace VS The Fatal Influence!

We saw The Beautiful Madness win a fantastic Fatal 4 Way, and we saw La Primera overcome that unofficial handicap match against Fallon, Jacy & Jazmyn. Add the Juggernaut to the mix, and this is an instant classic! But will the champs win with Grace? Or will the Cowgirl, the Rockstar and the protege keep NXT under the Influence?

NXT returns as the Influence makes their entrance. The teams sort out and Fallon starts against Vaquer, getting right on revenge for Vengeance Day. Fallon runs up, but Vaquer sends her into buckles! Fallon flounders, Vaquer waistlocks, then sits Fallon down, O’Conner Bridge, TWO! Fallon swings, misses, and Vaquer CHOPS Fallon! Vaquer fireman’s carries, Fallon slips free and ROCKS Vaquer! Fallon RAMS into Vaquer at the corner again and again, then she tags in Jazmyn. Jazmyn swaggers around, then she digs her boot into Vaquer. The ref counts, Jazmyn steps off, and then she whips Vaquer, only for Vaquer to serve SOLE FOOD!

Vaquer rolls away, tag to Giulia, and she drags Jazmyn up. Giulia wrenches and YANKS the arm, then wrenches and KNEES the arm! Giulia keeps Jazmyn from her corner, Jazmyn breaks free, but Giulia counter punches! Jazmyn wobbles, Giulia eggs her on, so Jazmyn fires a forearm! Giulia just laughs that off, and then she dodges the slap! Giulia ROCKS Jazmyn, hammerlocks and clinches, NORTHERN LIGHTS! Cover, TWO! Giulia drags Jazmyn over, tag to Grace! The fans fire up and Grace taunts the Influence. Grace runs up, she blocks Jazmyn’s boots, and then drags Jazmyn for a REVERSE ALABAMA SLAM!

Jazmyn sputters, Grace deadlift GERMAN SUPLEXES! Jazmyn goes flying, Jacy tags in, and Grace says bring it. Jacy runs up, Grace blocks a boot, but Jacy tilt-o-whirls. Grace stops the takedown to swing Jacy out, but Jacy fires forearms. Jacy whips, Grace blocks and reverses! Jacy ducks ‘n’ dodges, slips around and rolls Grace to a cradle, TWO! Grace stands, Jacy trips her, jackknife bridge, TWO! Grace has Jacy up in the Canadian Rack! The Influence saves Jacy, but now Grace, Giulia & Vaquer stare them down. So the brawl is on! The fans fire up as Grace has Jacy, Giulia has Fallon and Vaquer has Jazmyn, all going to corners!

The fans cheer as Giulia snap suplexes Fallon, Vaquer snap suplexes Jazmyn, and then Grace feeds Jacy to double kicks, and DOUBLE HEADBUTTS! They TOSS Jacy out onto the Influence, and the fans fire up as Grace builds speed! Grace DIVES and she bowls them all down! The fans are thunderous, Grace pushes Jacy in, and cover, TWO! Jacy survives but Grace drags her up to bump her off buckles. Tag to Vaquer, and Vaquer BOOTS Jacy from the corner! Vaquer then brings Jacy up to whip, but Jacy reverses to THROW Vaquer by her hair! The ref reprimands, but Jacy runs, only for the senton to miss!

Vaquer wraps on the headscissors and the fans fire up! Vaquer DRILLS Jacy TEN times, Booker loves it, and then Vaquer dials it up! But Fallon stops the 619, traps Vaquer in the ropes, and Jacy BOOTS Vaquer down! The fans boo but the Influence talks trash while NXT goes picture in picture.

Jacy drags Vaquer up, brings her around, and bumps her off buckles. Jacy stomps a mudhole in, then digs her boot in, but the ref counts. Jacy stops at 4, sits Vaquer down, then digs her boot in again. The ref counts more, Jacy backs off, and she soaks up the heat before a CANNONBALL! Cover, TWO! Vaquer is still in this, but Jacy drags her up. Jacy bumps her off buckles, tags Fallon, and Fallon bumps Vaquer off buckles. Fallon whips corner to corner hard, then runs up to BACK BODY BLOCK! Fallon then hits a snap suplex, emphasis on the snap! Cover, TWO! Fallon seethes but she drags Vaquer back up.

Vaquer fires forearms on Fallon, whips her, but Fallon whips Vaquer away and ROCKS her at the ropes! Fallon brings Vaquer up but Vaquer shoves Fallon away. Fallon ROCKS Vaquer again, then wrenches to snapmare. Fallon runs to SLIDING FOREARM! Cover, TWO! Fallon is frustrated, has the ref watch Giulia & Grace, then whips Vaquer to a corner. Tag to Jazmyn, they mug Vaquer, and Jazmyn hits a BULLDOG HOTSHOT! And then a FISHERMAN SUPLEX! Bridging cover, TWO! Not quite perfect, but Jazmyn tries a lateral press, TWO! Jazmyn drags Vaquer up to whip her to the corner. Jazmyn tags Jacy, and Jacy snapmares Vaquer down.

Jacy KICKS Vaquer in the back and Vaquer writhes. NXT returns to single picture as Jacy clamps on a chinlock. Vaquer fights up as the fans rally, and Vaquer pries at the hold. Vaquer powers up but Jacy puts her in a corner. Jacy runs up, but Vaquer catches her! Half nelson and snapmare into buckles! Then a SHOTGUN knocks Jacy down! The fans fire up and Vaquer hooks Jacy up, MOUSE TRAP! TWO, and both women slowly stand up. Jacy runs to NECKBREAKER! Jacy drags Vaquer up again while the fans boo, and Jacy whips Vaquer to the corner. BACK BODY BLOCK, tag to Jazmyn. Jacy feeds Vaquer to the LEG SWEEP!

Jacy adds a SUPERKICK, Jazmyn tags Fallon before a PENALTY KICK! Fallon runs to YEEHAW FACEBUSTER! Cover, TWO! Fallon drags Vaquer up, Vaquer JAWBREAKERS her! Fallon blocks the superkick, but then Vaquer dodges the lariat! Fallon dodges back, but then DOUBLE HAYMAKERS take them both down! The fans fire up as Vaquer and Fallon crawl, hot tag to Jacy! Jacy BLASTS Giulia then taunts Grace, but Vaquer dodge! Hot tag to Grace! The Juggernaut rallies on the Influence, then scoop SLAMS Jacy! And scoop SLAMS Fallon! And scoop SLAMS Jazmyn! The fans are thunderous, but Jacy kicks Grace low!

Jacy & Jazmyn double whip but Grace turns that around to DOUBLE NORTHERN LIGHTS! Then an atomic drop for Fallon! LARIAT! Grace runs at Jacy, Jacy dodges, but then Grace catches Jacy! Grace puts her up top, ROCKS her, then she BOOTS Jazmyn! Grace tucks Jacy in, and she MUSCLE BUSTER LARIAT COMBOS on Jacy and Jazmyn!! Cover, TWO?!? Jacy survives and Grace frowns. Grace hauls Jacy up, pump handles, but Jacy fights. Grace fires knee after knee, then she whips Jacy to the corner. Jacy bounces off buckles, into a POEWRSELAM! Grace goes up, but Fallon is there! Grace BOOTS Fallon down, but Jacy avoids the Vader Bomb!

Jacy ROCKSTAR KNEES Grace! Cover, TWO!! Grace survives and Jacy is stunned! Tag to Fallon, and Jacy SUPERKICKS Grace! Fallon tags Jazmyn before she goes up, up and BLOCKBUSTERS! Then feed to the NYX KICK! Cover, Giulia & Vaquer barrel in to break it! The fans are thunderous for “NXT! NXT!” Vaquer grabs Fallon but Fallon wrenches and KNEES low! Fallon hits a PUMP HANDLE FALL AWAY SALM! But Giulia gets Fallon with a HALF NELSON BOMB! Jacy mule kicks Giulia but Giulia bumps her off buckles! SAIDO! Giulia roars, the fans fire up, and she goes out to the apron! but Fallon YANKS Giulia down!

The fans boo but they send Giulia into the steps! Vaquer SUPER CROSSBODIES Fallon & Jacy! The fans are thunderous again, and Grace has Jazmyn! She ROCKS her, BACKHANDS her, then pump handles, MADE IN JAPAN!! Cover, Grace and the champs win!

Winners: Giulia, Stephanie Vaquer & Jordynne Grace, by pinfall

Now that’s how you make an impact on your first night as an NXT superstar! Grace stands side by side with the champions, but will she look to take those titles for her own soon enough?

Something is going down backstage!

The mystery four just ransacked Ava’s office, leaving Robert Stone down and out! And just as they spray-painted on the walls, “NO ONE IS SAFE!” What has compelled Dion Lennox and his new crew to go this far?

My Thoughts:

A great NXT here, lots of surprises, and the NXTNA crossover is really heating up. Oba wanted to call out Dion Lennox and his group, even though we’re not supposed to know how they are~, and instead he gets MOOSE! Oba VS Moose is definitely a match people have wanted the moment NXTNA started, and it would seem we’re headed in that direction. Lexis challenging Moose is not necessarily comical, but we all know where that’s going. Likewise, NQCC calling out the Hardys is just so the Hardys can get a win in NXT, and obviously there’s been a match building where Hardys and Fraxiom are fighting not so much for their championships but for the “title” of best tag team ever.

Really good stuff in this Chase U revival story with Kale & Uriah really trying to revive Chase’s school spirit. Chase almost had it, but he let spelling out the school name get to him again so Eddy gets another win. I feel like what this story needs is for Thea Hail and/or Riley Osborne to return and tell Chase it is okay to get things going again, even without them as part of Chase U. This would be even more effective if Duke Hudson wasn’t let go, but the story point will still be there and fans will still cheer the moment Chase finally puts on his Chase U sweater again. And also, of course Trick calls out Eddy, their rematch will be awesome.

Good stuff in this D’Angelo Family story. Stacks gets the moral victory of stepping up to Spears and having a pretty good match with him, but Spears gets a clean win to show he’s just that good. Very good tag match from Sol & Zaria VS Lash & Jakara, and great win for Sol & Zaria. Zaria’s F5 into Sol’s Sol Snatcher is a decent way to finish, but we all know a move they do together is the real proof of being a tag team. Really good stuff with Ricky Saints and his contract signing, and obviously we’re getting Ricky VS Wes. The tag match of Ethan & Wes VS Ricky & Je’Von is going to be great, and I am sure we will get Ethan VS Ricky in the near future, too.

Great stuff in the women’s division tonight. The Triple Threat had a rocky start, but being it was a Triple Threat feud, that’s some high level stuff to ask of NXT superstars. I do commend the clever way Karmen won that, and how that allows Kelani and Jaida to split off into their own grudge match. I’d say Jaida and Kelani are in a holding pattern while both women’s titles have something brewing. Plus, it wouldn’t help Jaida or Kelani for Fatal Influence to jump either of them. The picture in picture kinda ruined Fallon’s promo but it probably doesn’t matter now after knowing the result. Great saves from Vaquer, Giulia & Grace to set up the awesome Six Woman Tag.

With the Faces of course standing tall, and Grace literally standing with champions on either side of her, that’s a very clear foreshadowing of big title matches. I know on Vengeance Day I said we could get Grace VS Giulia and Vaquer VS someone for the North American title all at Roadblock, and then Champion VS Champion Winner Takes All at Stand & Deliver, but now… Maybe they’re thinking of doing something more akin to Becky VS Charlotte VS Ronda Winner Takes All. Grace, Giulia and Vaquer can certainly put on a killer Triple Threat, and it would in essence keep all three of them strong no matter who won.

And we of course got more from the still unnamed quartet that Dion Lennox has formed. They didn’t say the names on broadcast but there is confirmation out there that it’s Dion, Shugars, Osiris and “Cutler James.” I still feel that on Saturday, they would’ve been more impactful if they’d just attacked either Fraxiom or Oba, not both. And them going after the tag division offscreen was a fitting follow-up to the attack on Briggs, Inamura & Fraxiom. A bold move going after Ava’s office, and I suppose Stone was just a case of wrong place, wrong time. Still a little too Retribution as opposed to Shield or Nexus, but in a vacuum, not the worst start.

My Score: 8.8/10

Andrew’s TNA Under Siege Results & Match Ratings: 5.23.25

Let’s see if this proves to be better than the awful build.

Published

on

Well let’s hope the matches are interesting or something because this card is such a useless pile of nothing matches. Xia Brookside vs Rosemary went the expected way with Brookside snapping to beat the hell out of Rosemary and get DQ’d. So Xia Darkside is on the horizon and Santino had a good promo with Robert Stone.

I look forward to a prostate exam more than this show…something please don’t suck.

Results:

Mike Santana vs KC Navarro w/AJ Francis

AJ feigns a ‘turf toe’ injury to randomly call the audible to have KC wrestle Mike. Comedy open, then KC ducks and dodges strikes, rope runs but then gets caught and tossed into a corner. Eats a Hip Attack in the corner and a Back Body Drop for a near fall. Santana mean mugs AJ and then 3 Amigos and a Latino Heat shimmy, only a near fall but it gets a pop.

KC tries to fight back to his feet and then eats a Back Chop and KC looks like he was shot in the chest. AJ was late to the interference as a second, but it at least looked funny. KC hits the 305, drives Santana into the corner, and seats Santana with the Snapmare. KC goes for a either a Satellite move or Blessing in Disguise, Santana stops KC’s momentum and Inside Out Suplex. Santana kips up and rocks KC. KC tries to avoid him, Santana does the following roll and hits the Rolling Buck Fifty. Calls for Spin the Block, but KC hits a Superkick, Pump Kick for Santana, rope runs, Santana tries the Buck Fifty again but KC avoids, strings a lot together, Corner Boot Wash into a Frog Splash for only 2.

KC tries a surprised Blessing, Santana blocks, Body Scissors Victory but Santana rolls with it, KC perches and tries a Cross Body but gets  caught Buckle Bomb into Cannon Ball! 1-2-…oh KC kicked out. My son KC is looking like a million bucks in change. Spin the Block attempt, but KC crumbles to avoid. Santana hits a Jacknife Powerbomb, goes for another but KC flips out of it and eats the Spin the Block.

Santana helped KC up and shakes his hand, AJ attacks him after the fact. KC looks conflicted in helping the beat down. KC is gonna be money, give him the face turn, he’s fantastic. Extend his contract and push him to the damn moon right now.

Eddie Edwards w/Lish vs Cody Deaner

Eddie lands a few chops, hits the ropes and Cody gets the Thesz Press into Ground and Pound but Eddie hits another chop. Mostly Kobashi offense and Lish interfering. Chops, Lariats and Wife. A little jawing from Eddie, he throws Deaner into the ropes, Deaner stops the momentum and Clothesline’s the both to the outside, Deaner tries to fire up with the fans but when he turns he eats the Blue Thunder Bomb on the apron. Eddie wants a count, Deaner beats the count around 8, and Eddie jumps on him.

Deaner fires, no selling Eddie’s onslaught of Chops, Deaner goes to the top, Eddie cuts him off, rocks him, Superplex into the Tiger Driver but only a two count. Eddie starts talking crap to a fan, Cody hits a Dork Right Hand, Shiranui off the steps, rolls Eddie in, goes to the top, Crossbody but only for 2. Deaner calls for DDT, Lish gets on the apron, Eddie pulls out the Planeteer ring, Falcon Punch, but Deaner kicks out.

Eddie is besides himself, Deaner fires, tries to lock in the DDT, Eddie pushes him back to the ropes, Lish with the Uppercut to the Cock, Boston Knee Party and Deaner is gone.

Eddie is my favorite wrestler of 2025. He got rid of a parasite with the worst gimmick ever.

Northern Armoury w/Hammer the Honey Badgers vs Dango, Moose and Brian Myers w/Lish

The system were insulting Canada and making fun of jobless Deaner so Eric Young runs them down, gets big pops from the Canadian crowd and create an impromptu match using a local Mascot as their outside help to deal with Lish.

Dango and Temu Yuta start, moves that don’t matter follow because Sinner & Saint are useless. Thank god when Moose tags in, he demands Eric Young in. I wouldn’t want to dirty my hands with useless jobbers either. Shoulder Tackle spot where they bounce off each other, EY hits a Hip Toss, and Locomotion uninteresting spots from Jabroni duo, the crowd starts singing “Oh Canada” because of course.

God I hate Sinner & Saint…I have no desire to engage with the moves. I would rather watch lemon party…and a “We’ve Got Healthcare” chant starts. Hair Jabroni gets isolated for a while, Myers hits a Flatliner and a Cheap Shot. Myers goes for a Spear, eats a Knee Lift…someone tag in EY so I can care. THANK YOU.

EY cleans house, rocks everyone EY with the Flair Flip into the Corner, walks to the top rope, Moose tries the escalara cut off but EY pushes him off, Polish Hammer, EY goes back to the top, Jabroni Duo tandem Powerbomb Moose, Dive on the others, Macho Elbow connects for 2. Piledriver attempt, but Moose gets out, hits a Lights Out. Hair dork with a splash to break it up, Myers does a thing, Bald Jabroni does the stupidest Back Handspring Shotei I’ve ever seen, Dango disposes of Baldo…EY hits the Spicolli Driver on Moose and stalks him into the corner, Moose pulls EY into the buckle, Lish pulls out Kendra and beats the hell out of the Mascot. Hands Kendra to Moose, local Canadian board members get involved, Moose eats a Piledriver.

This felt…so damn TNA it wasn’t bad I just detest Sinner & Saint. They have no charisma, do nothing interesting or different or well. But a TNA chicanery overbooking classic.

Match by Elegance: TNA Knockouts Tag Titles: Spitfire vs Elegance Clique (c)

Spitfire start fast, set up a table because they’re dressed like the Dudleys, Dani gets the Powerbomb attempt countered. Elegance attack Jody, pull out some Hockey props that got sideways as the Elegances are dressed like Mounties. Things kind of devolve to slow and telegraphed spots, where’s Jisoo when I need someone to say “Not bad, but not good”.

Yeah I couldn’t care enough to follow what’s going on. It was kind of fun, but slow, corny, a Bad Powerbomb from Heather misses the table and instead her head clips the table. Why would you have someone 4 for 9 try to Powerbomb a beautifully thicc girl like Dani. I don’t ask Brad Williams to powerbomb…well…ANYONE. Same same.

Order 4 vs The Rascalz, Indi Hartwell & Raj Singh

Champagne Singh has a rambly promo that sucks. Dude can’t wrestle, he can’t talk…why pick him? He didn’t even get cheap pops.

Tornado start, Rascalz double the hands, then things calm down and Indi starts with Tasha. Indi throws Tasha into the ropes for a Stun Gun that she bounces back from and into a Side Walk Slam. Skyler  tags in, Wentz takes things over, Rascalz hold Skyler’s legs and Signh does the “Wazzup”.

Singh starts beating the hell out of both hands, Tasha dives, Singh catches her, but Ali picks the ankle, Apron Hung DDT as Tasha helps with a Stomp. So they try Locomotion isolation on Singh, he fights off a bit, but Ali tags in and Hotch and Ali hit a beautiful Outside In Rolling Neckbreaker spot. Ali hits the Standing Corkscrew, Singh manages to clock him and the Knockouts tag in. She clears the Hands off the apron, but Ali grabs her hair, dodges her swing, Tasha tries the School Girl for the flash win but Indi kicks out and then hits the Spinebuster. Ali breaks up the pin with a Senton. Signature spam moment, Ali got the best of it, but now we get the Human Centipede Suplex Struggle…but Tasha and Indi fight ontop  of them. Inside of the suplex, they’re the cheerleader style Pyramid base. Indi his the Cutter through the base of teammates. Okay…that was unique, I always liked Indi.

Rascalz hit the Hands with a Hot Fire Flame into a Tornillo from Wentz. The Hands may be out for the rest of the match. Singh vs Ali. Ali tries to use the feet on ropes, Rascalz push off. The faces surround Ali, bit the Hands actually recover, Tasha tries to deal with Indi, and Ali hits a very stiff looking Sliding Dropkick to Indi’s face. 450 on Singh to win the match. He then starts choking Singh with the apron skirt and Tasha gets in his way and he shoves her hard. Ali’s new gimmick is…sexually frustrated mad woman hater? Not sure…it’s interesting at least.

Indi better be fine though. She’s a cutie who can actually work.

Arianna Grace vs Tessa Blanchard

Robert Stone tells Santino that without a manager’s license he can’t be out here. He’s banned from ring side.

Tessa Wrist Locks, Front Facelocks, just making fun of her. The crowd does the “She’s a Racist” chant so Tessa does the Hulk Hogan pose. She’s loving the heat. Arianna has been getting so dominated this looks more like the start of a Pornhub video aside from normal pro wrestling. Tessa is just picking her apart. Tessa misses or Arianna was supposed to move and didn’t so it looked kinda bad.

Grace hits a slap and Tear Drop Suplex to finally start doing things. Rolling Elbows, Cutters and a lot of simple offense as Tessa stays cocky but Arianna keep landing a punch or two, finally hits the Superplex but only for two. Arianna tries another Superplex, but Tessa bites her face, wants Magnum but slips so she adjusts to hitting the Buzzsaw first and redoing the finish.

It was sloppy and uninteresting, but they’re both hot, so I’m not complaining. I’d just like to know if the botches were Tessa’s fault or Arianna being green as fuck.

TNA Knockouts Championship: Victoria Crawford (Alicia Fox) vs Masha Slamovich (c)

They start cat fight style until Masha hits the Drop Toe hold into PK and lariat as Alicia powders, Masha follows and starts arguing with Robert Stone and Alicia hits a beautiful Jumping Side Kick. The her Northern Lights Suplex on the floor. Masha tries to fight out and misses her Sole Butt so Crawford screams at her, slams her down and starts getting annoyed. Forearms into a Vertical Suplex Crawford goes into the pin for only two.

Rope run, Masha fights back again, bad looking Capo kick…great interference by Stone has Masha stumble into Crawford and she hits a gorgeous Package Piledriver. Belt distraction spot but the ref tries to wrestle it away, Masha tries to stop it, Masha clocks the ref, Crawford connects with the belt. Tries about Package Piledriver but Masha blocks and hits the Russian Death Device, but ref is still dead. Masha tries to revive the ref, School Girl kick out, spinning back fist, Requiem… meh.

TNA Tag Team Championship: Bootleg Hardyz (Leon Slater & Matt Hardy vs Kaiba Boys (c)

Matt and Nic start off, Matt gets the early upper hand with this weird Headlock open into the Shoulder Tackle and Headlock Takeover. Matt finally tags out from the most boring opening sequence, but Leon starts doing the same Headlock crap. The last match was boring, this is starting bad and now tornado brawl but the Bootlegs clear the ring. Holy hell this is bad…starting too slow after two bad matches. Nemeths forgot who was level cause this is so boring. Holy crap this is the worst 5 minutes ever. I am slipping into a coma while sharting.

They’ve been isolating Leon long enough for the crowd to chant “We want Matt”, there’s a tease but Matt gets pulled off the apron. Ryan connects on the Implant DDT. Tries another but Leon counters and hits a Back Handspring Elbow. Simultaneous tags, Matt has control, Delete Buckle Smashes. Matt hits Delete Buckle Smashes on Ryan too, then Side Effects for everyone, Twist of…countered. Nic pushes Matt into Ryan and Ryan gets popped. FameASSer gets a 2. Assisted Back Drop/Neckbreaker and Slater makes the save. Throws Mokuba out, Plancha, Matt tries to roll up Nic but he kicks. Nic hits the Twist of Fate for arrogance, only two.

Superkick is caught, Leon flies in with a Leg Lariat, then Plot Twist for only 2! Ryan moves Nic from Poetry In Motion, Matt moves closer, Poetry over the Post. Twist of Fate from Matt, Swanton 450…1-2…Ryan saves the day and smashes Matt’s face into the apron. Leon tries to help, but misses and gets thrown into the Steps, Superkick and Danger Zone onto Matt, Kaiba Boys retain.

Half of that match was unwatchable.

Joe Hendry & Elijah vs Frankie Kazarian & Trick Williams

Kaz and Elijah start, some interesting counter spots with Elijah using the ropes for Short Arm Lariats, a few times, tags in Joe and Trick asks for the tag. Kaz tells everyone to fuck off, doesn’t tag and goes after Joe with a few short punches, but Joe Shoulder Tackles and Hip Toss, tags in Elijah and they do a Simple Double Back Elbow, look for a Double Bomb but Kaz rolls through and tags in Trick when he wants to. Trick and Elijah connect and its mostly Trick talking and then Rope Run spots, and a lot of talking.

Dysfunctional teammate tagging in and out yelling stuff… ugh. Elijah wipes them both out in the most uninteresting ways, and Joe hits his Rock the Baby Flying Senton. And that’s the first time the crowd pops this match. Kaz starts walking away, Trick goes after Kaz, the faces go after both, they deposit the heels into the crowd and start brawling into the crowd. The referee is out there with them and not counting.

At least this brawl has forced the crowd out of their Canadian coma, people in the ring, Elijah Rope Walk, Hendry Stalling Suplex at the time. Elijah walked 3 corners and then they punctuate together. Elijah hits the ropes, Kaz trips him, he eats a Trick Kick and a Flapjack. Trick tags out for Kaz to continue to isolate Elijah, Trick tags back, Elijah tries to fight out but Trick kicks Elijah in the head and then cheap shots Hendry on the apron. Leg Lariat from Trick on Elijah.

Eventual tag out to Hendry, Sack of Shits and Kip Ups. Standing O, Trick says no, so Hendry hits the Olympic Slam for two. Trick counters AA with Bookend, Trick to the top, Crossbody, Joe rolls through, AA. Kaz tags, Backstabber, Sliding Lariat, Slingshot Leg Drop for two. Kaz goes Chicken Wing, Joe says no, AA for Kaz. Elijah tags in, and loses control immediately, Trick tags in and also loses control immediately. Trick tries to fly at him, but Knee Lift from Elijah for a 2. Trick Shot on Elijah, Joe makes the save, Kaz takes him outside and grabs a guitar. Kaz tags in and tries to use the guitar, Highwayman’s Farewell but Trick saves it. Trick wants to use the guitar, distracts ref, Elijah’s roll up doesn’t win. Trick Shot accidentally hits Kaz Standing Ovation and face win.

Is Trick winning at Battleground or will this just be very one sided in matches?

Overall Score: 2/10

Two points for KC Navarro being the best thing going right now.

The rest, botches, botches everywhere and boy oh boy:
