The HPW Triforce Anniversary is just TEN DAYS AWAY, so we must know: Who will compete in the Sixth Triforce Tournament Triple Threat?

HPW and HXS TV set the scene!

We are just ELEVEN DAYS AWAY from the Triforce Anniversary! That means time is of the essence when it comes to making the traditional Triforce Tournament’s Triple Threat Finals! Ganon has returned to the Bracket of Power Finals, having overcome last year’s winner in Yunobo. However, will the Armored Annihilator defy the Gerudo Ace? Sidon has made quite the splash as an official part of the HPW roster, but he runs into the Living Blade, Ghirahim! Will the Dark Forces only grow stronger? Or can the Zora Prince prove himself worthy of this spotlight?

And while Thunderbird has been Death Mountain Champion, and while Fin Balure has been Termina Champion, both men want to be THE champion of HPW! Only one can step forward, but will the Ruto luchador fly high? Or will he be dragged into deep waters by the Zora Rock ‘n’ Rolla? But first, the Gerudo Sisterhood series continues as the smallest yet bravest member, Riju, steps up to Tali! Will Riju stop the selfish pursuit of payback? Or will the Dame of the Dunes dominate through the group? HPW Triforce Tournament on the Nima Plain starts now!

Zelda is here!

Well hold on a moment then! The Princess of Hyrule promised two weeks ago that she’d be here, and the crowd cheers as she heads to the ring. Zelda grabs the mic while fans cheer her on. Zelda looks to the ramp and says, “Link. I asked you to be here tonight, and to meet me in this ring. If you’re here, come out now.” Everyone waits, and waits, and Zelda starts to look emotional. Zelda lifts the mic again, but then Link’s music hits! Zelda is relieved as Link makes his entrance and heads for the ring. Zelda says, “I knew you cared about me. And I know you and everyone else wants to know why I even want to talk with you publicly.

“I’ll get right to the point then. You and I… Uh…” Zelda takes a moment again, and Link reaches out to her, but she has him hold off. “You and I have always been running parallel here in HPW, haven’t we? There’s a connection here. And like I said weeks ago, I really shouldn’t be upset that I lost in the Triforce Championship match. I have nothing to complain about. But even so, I still can’t get over that. I lost the original Triple Threat Finals, I lost to Ganon one-on-one, I lost to you one-on-one, and all these other times where we were both involved, I lost. To be honest, I’m not sure what to do. I’m… getting desperate.”

Link is as unsure as the crowd, but Zelda says, “I want one more shot. I want one last shot at the HPW Triforce World Championship.” The fans are torn hearing that, but Zelda wants them to hear her out. “I’m not using my name to just get this match made. This is still up to Link. I’m just asking for this chance. One last match between Link and I. If I lose, I’ll never challenge for the HPW Triforce World Championship again.” Now fans are shocked to hear that, and so is Link. Zelda says it’s alright if he refuses. She’ll just have to fight her way to it. Though, the tournament’s already ending, and who knows how this year’s Eventide Challenge or Hyrule Warriors matches will go.

But it’s Zelda, right? She’ll find a way. Maybe. Zelda sniffles and snorts back her tears, which makes Link panic a bit. Link says yes?! He’s accepting her challenge? Zelda drops her mic and gives Link a big hug! Link nervously hugs her back, and she thanks him. Zelda and Link smile, and she holds his hand up. The Princess of Hyrule is putting it all on the line against the Hero of Hyrule, who will be THE Champion of Hyrule after the Anniversary?

Tali w/ Shabonne VS Riju!

The Dame of the Dunes checked Buliara off the list, and now her selfish revenge tour brings her to Riju. Will Tali be 2-0? Or will Riju be the one to stop this madness?

The bell rings and the two circle. They feel things out, Tali gets around to waistlock, and she SLAMS Riju down! The fans boo while Tali stands over Riju. Tali flips Riju over, yanks her up, but Riju arm- NO, Tali blocks that, and shakes her head. Tali whips Riju to ropes, but Riju tilt-o-whirls and RANAS Tali to a corner! The fans fire up as Riju runs in, but Tali catches Riju! Tali carries Riju out, to then OVERHEAD BELLY2BELLY SUPLEX her away! Riju tumbles out, the fans boo, but Shabonne cheers on Tali. Tali flexes and soaks up the heat while Riju slowly sits up on the outside. Talij then storms out after Riju and drags her up.

Tali fireman’s carries Riju, aims for a corner, and runs up! But Riju slips free, and Tali clips the post! Tali staggers over to railing, Riju runs up and CALF KICKS Tali into the railing! The fans fire up while Riju puts Tali back in the ring. Riju drops an elbow, covers, TWO! Riju clamps onto Tali with a chinlock and she grinds Tali down. The fans rally but Tali endures. Tali fights up, Riju hops on as a backpack, but Tali still stands up. Tali THROWS Riju down, Riju flounders, and Tali RAMS Riju into a corner! The fans boo, the ref reprimands, but Tali RAMS Riju in again, and again, and again! Tali digs her shoulder in, but lets off as the ref counts.

Tali gets in Riju’s face and talks trash about how Riju didn’t stand up for Tali. Tali blames Riju as much as she does Aveil for how Aveil hogged the spotlight! Tali whips Riju corner to corner hard, and Riju bounces off the buckles! The fans boo but Tali storms up on Riju. Riju sputters and sits up, but Tali deadlift suplexes Riju! Tali holds Riju up and marches around while fans boo. Tali SLAMS Riju down at TEN, then soaks up the heat. Tali covers, TWO! Riju is tougher than that and the fans rally up. Tali scowls and Shabonne coaches her up. Shabonne tells her to focus, and Tali looms over Riju. Tali deadlifts Riju into another suplex!

Tali again holds Riju up, marches around, and SLAMS Riju down at TEN! Tali flexes, the fans boo more, but Shabonne says they will “respect the Dame of the Dunes and all of her dominance!” Riju crawls towards ropes, but Tali YANKS her back! Tali deadlifts Riju a third time, but gets a STUN DOG MILLIONAIRE! The fans fire up as Tali staggers back to a corner! Riju rises up while Shabonne panics a bit, and Riju runs up to fire off furious fists! The fans fire up even more but the ref counts! Riju doesn’t stop, the ref gets in there and backs Riju off, which the fans boo. Riju jukes past him to go after Tali again!

The fans fire up more, but Tali SHOVES Riju back! Riju rolls to her feet, runs back up, and DROPKICKS Tali to the corner! Riju sits Tali down and stomps a mudhole in! The ref reprimands but the fans fire up, and Riju lets off to go corner to corner. Riju comes running back, SLIDING FOREARM! The fans fire up again and Shabonne continues to panic. Riju has Tali in the drop zone, Riju climbs up, but Shabonne gets on the apron! The ref stops Shabonne, the fans boo again, and Tali crawls away. Riju gets mad, and she hops down to storm up on Shabonne. Shabonne backs off, and Tali SPEARS Riju off the apron!!

The fans go nuts as both women crash to the floor! Shabonne is shocked, the ref checks both Riju and Tali, and Tali crawls to the railing. Tali drags herself up with the railing while Riju coughs and sputters. Tali storms over to Riju, drags her up, and fireman’s carries her again. Tali runs and POSTS Riju! The fans boo while Riju flops to the floor! Tali seethes as she storms back up on Riju, and she drags Riju back into the ring. Tali drags Riju to the center for a cover, TWO!! Riju is still in this and the fans fire up! Tali is furious and Shabonne says finish her! Tali drags Riju up and shouts at her to just stay down!

Tali then gut wrenches Riju onto her shoulder, but Riju flails! Tali tries to hold onto Riju, but Riju manages to sunset flip BUCKLE BOMB! The fans fire up again as Riju storms her way to the far corner. Riju roars and runs back in, but Tali is up to SPEAR!! Cover, TWO?!? Riju survives and shocks everyone! Tali is beside herself and Shabonne accuses the ref of a slow count! The ref defends his count, and fans declare, “This is Awesome!” Tali shouts at Riju again, but Riju reaches up. Is her hand glowing? Tali grabs that hand, and YANKS Riju right to a fireman’s carry! Tali spins for an F5! But Riju lands on her feet!? Everyone is shocked, then Riju basement DROPKICKS!

Tali sputters, Riju runs and hits a BLOCKBUSTER! The fans fire up with Riju, and she stomps Tali into the drop zone! Riju climbs up, Shabonne freaks out, and the fans are thunderous for the ULTIMATE ELBOW DROP!! Cover, but Shabonne puts Tali’s foot on the ropes! The fans boo while Shabonne shouts at the ref! The ref only missed seeing Shabonne because he had to check the shoulders! Shabonne cheers but Riju is furious. Riju kicks at Shabonne but Shabonne gets away. Shabonne protests, but Riju drags Tali up from the corner. Riju whips Tali, Tali reverses, but Riju goes up and over! Riju keeps moving, ducks ‘n’ dodges, then LEAPING LARIATS!

The fans fire up as Riju waits on Tali to sit up to KICK! And KICK! And KICK! Riju fires up, but Tali ducks the buzzsaw! Tali lifts Riju, SPINE- DDT!! Riju turns things around, the fans fire up, but Tali bails out. Shabonne hurries to her side but the ref wants her to stay back. Shabonne says she’s checking on her client! Riju DIVES, but only gets Shabonne! Shabonne takes the hit for Tali! The fans boo but Tali gets up and she RAMS Riju through railing!! The fans lose their minds and so does commentary! The ref hurries to check them both, and somehow both Tali and Riju are okay to continue. The ref starts a ring count and the fans rally up.

Tali and Riju slowly get out of the wreckage at 3 of 10. Tali hobbles her way to the ring, Riju following at a crawl. Tali leans against the apron at 5 of 10, drags herself inside, and Riju tries to stand. Riju wobbles, hobbles, and we’re at 7. Riju goes to the apron, but wait! Shabonne is grabbing at Riju’s foot! The fans boo and the ref still doesn’t see this! Riju kicks Shabonne away, and she jumps in at 9.5! But Tali’s right on her with a gut wrench! Deadlift and DOMINATOR!! Cover, TALI WINS!!

Winner: Tali, by pinfall

Shabonne might be the most dedicated manager in the history of managers! She helps Tali survive the Ultimate Elbow Drop, she bites the bullet for her, then makes sure Riju’s focus is split! Will she continue to be the insurance policy on Tali’s revenge tour? Or will Aveil prevail in the last round?

Bracket of Power Final: Militron VS GANON!

The Dark Forces clash against themselves as The Armored Annihilator is put up against the Gerudo Ace! However, only one of them can head for the Triforce Tournament Triple Threat Finals! Will Militron defy his leader and take that golden opportunity for his own? Or will Ganon return to where it all began?

As Ganon makes his entrance, he has Zant and Ghirahim of the Dark Forces with him. But as Militron makes his entrance, he has The Faces of Evil with him. The two sides of the same faction stand against each other and fans are intrigued. Ganon has Zant & Ghirahim stand down, Militron has the HPW World Trios Champions stand down, and the bell rings. Ganon and Militron stare down, and Militron dares Ganon to bring the fight! The fans rally up, the rest of the Dark Forces fire up, and Militron SHOVES Ganon! The fans fire up, they want to see this one now! Ganon says fine, if that’s what he wants. Ganon shows punch, but then he just pokes Militron in the chest?

Militron falls right over?! Ganon covers with just one foot! GANON WINS?!!?

Winner: Ganon, by pinfall (advances to the Triforce Anniversary Triple Threat)

Fans are absolutely flabbergasted, but the Dark Forces all celebrate with Ganon! Even Militron! The fans boo, the fix was in from the very start! Commentary says this is a travesty, a farce, and just plain garbage! Ganon and the Dark Forces still celebrate, and Ganon tells Ghirahim to make him proud. Ghirahim nods as his match is up next. Will the Living Blade cut down the Zora Prince? Or will Sidon serve justice at the end of a Harpoon?

Spring is in the air!

With Spring comes new life, and as such, it’s time to liven things up! And as we all know, Wrestling Is Life! HPW changes up the schedule to put WIL on in May! But who will be crying mayday on May Day when the Triforce Tournament Triple Threat winner takes on the Undisputed HPW Triforce World Champion?

Bracket of Wisdom Final: Sidon VS Ghirahim!

As the Zora Prince makes his entrance, the referee asks the Dark Forces all return to the back. Ganon has Zant and the Faces of Evil stand down, and they all exit out through the crowd. The fans do applaud as this is now a fair 1v1. The bell rings, Sidon and Ghirahim feel things out, then back off. They go again, and Sidon shoots in for a leg! Ghirahim sprawls and has a facelock to block. Sidon wrenches and wrangles Ghirahim with a wristlock, Ghirahim goes to headscissor but Sidon shrugs that off. Ghirahim keeps his shoulder up, then pushes Sidon into the headscissors. Sidon kips free and the fans cheer the standoff.

Sidon and Ghirahim circle again, and the two tie up collar ‘n’ elbow. Ghirahim wrenches to a wristlock, then he hammerlocks, headlocks, shifts to the other side, then hits a takeover. Sidon headscissors and Ghirahim kips free. Ghirahim grabs the headlock again, but Sidon fires body shots. Sidon powers up and out, Ghirahim RAMS him, but Sidon stays up. Ghirahim frowns and he shoves Sidon. The fans boo but Sidon dusts himself off. Ghirahim talks trash on Sidon, but Sidon CHOPS him! The fans “WOO~” and Ghirahim scowls. Ghirahim glares at Sidon, then he CHOPS! And CHOPS! And CHOPS!

Ghirahim whips, Sidon reverses, and Sidon tilt-o-whirl scoops for a BACKBREAKER! Ghirahim writhes while Sidon grins and gives a big thumbs up. Sidon brings Ghirahim up in a corner and CHOPS again! Ghirahim seethes, and he puts Sidon in the corner to CHOP! The fans boo, but then Sidon turns things around to CHOP! JAB! CHOP! JAB! CHOP! The fans fire up as Sidon JABS, JABS, JABS! Sidon then winds up, to CHOP again! The fans fire up more as Sidon storms around. Sidon then goes back to Ghirahim, whips him corner to corner, but Ghirahim reverses. Sidon goes up and headstands on the corner!

Ghirahim is confused and annoyed by this, then storms up, only for Sidon to stick his foot out! Ghirahim grabs that foot, but Sidon uses that to reel Ghirahim in! Sidon headlocks and hits a tornado takeover! The fans cheer while Sidon grinds Ghirahim down. Ghirahim endures, fights up, but Sidon fishhooks him! The ref reprimands but Sidon snapmares Ghirahim into a chinlock. Ghirahim slips out the back, hammerlocks, but Sidon reaches back. Sidon bridges to stand up, and then he flying-mares Ghirahim away! The fans fire up, Ghirahim hurries back, but Sidon OVERHEAD ARM-DRAGS! The fans fire up while Ghirahim tumbles out!

Ghirahim throws a bit of a fit, storms back up to the apron, but Sidon rushes up. Ghirahim drops back and tells the ref to hold Sidon back. The ref has Sidon step back but Sidon keeps wanting after Ghirahim. Ghirahim goes around the way, Sidon slips pats the ref to go out the side and cut Ghirahim off! Ghirahim backs up, Sidon storms up, and Ghirahim leads Sidon in a cat ‘n’ mouse game. They go back into the ring, and Ghirahim drops an ELBOW on Sidon! Ghirahim HAMMERS away on Sidon at the ropes but the ref counts. Ghirahim stops at 4 and eggs Sidon on. Sidon crawls, and Ghirahim KICKS him in the side!

The fans boo while Sidon sputters to the apron. Ghirahim tells the fans to shut up, then he storms out to the apron. Ghirahim drags Sidon up, reels him in, and soaks up heat. But Sidon shoves Ghirahim back! Sidon ENZIGIRIS and  Ghirahim wobbles while the fans fire up! Ghirahim holds onto the ropes to keep from falling, and Sidon runs up to FLYING RANA Ghirahim to the floor! The fans go nuts while Sidon fires up! Ghirahim sputters and flounders but Sidon stalks him. Ghirahim staggers to his feet and leans against railing. Sidon storms up, CLUBS Ghirahim on the back, and the fans fire up again.

Sidon brings Ghirahim around, headlocks, and brings him along. Sidon tells Rusl to hold onto his drink, and then he SMACKS Ghirahim off the commentary desk! The fans fire up, Rusl thanks Sidon for the warning, and Sidon gives another thumbs up. The ring count is past 5 of 10 so Sidon rolls in. Sidon rolls back out, goes after Ghirahim again, but Ghirahim ELBOWS him away! Ghirahim then hops up onto the desk! GHIRA CUTTER to the floor! The fans lose their minds all over again while Sidon sputters. Ghirahim rises up, grumbles as he hobbles and drags Sidon up. The ref’s new ring count is now at 5 of 10, so Ghirahim puts Sidon in the ring.

The fans rally for Sidon while Ghirahim looms over him. Ghirahim scuffs Sidon, kicks him, and eggs him on. Sidon sits up and glares defiantly at Ghirahim. Ghirahim gets annoyed, and he scuffs Sidon again. Sidon still glares at Ghirahim, even as Ghirahim scuffs him again. Ghirahim throws forearm after forearm, but Sidon seems to be feeding off them! Sidon stands up and takes forearm after forearm! The fans rally, Ghirahim winds up, but Sidon ROCKS him first! Sidon fires body shots, then a ROLLING ELBOW! Ghirahim spins through to CHOP! Sidon shouts, but Ghirahim SMACKS him!

Ghirahim waistlocks, Sidon ELBOWS then standing switches to half nelson! Ghirahim arm-drags free, HIDDEN- NO, Sidon ducks, runs, but then Ghirahim dodges Sidon’s lariat! Sidon keeps running, into HIDDEN BLADE!! Cover, ONE?!? The fans are thunderous, Ghirahim is shocked, and… Is Sidon glowing? Sidon is all fired up, Ghirahim CHOPS, but Sidon just seethes! The fans fire up as Sidon fires boxing elbows! Sidon ROCKS Ghirahim with the tenth shot, then ROLLING- ENZIGIRI from Ghirahim! Ghirahim roars, springboards, GHIRA- NO, Sidon catches Ghirahim into a dragon sleeper! INVERTED SUPLEX!

Sidon rolls back over Ghirahim, drags him up with a waistlock, then turns it to a wristlock! Ripcord, HARPOON!! Cover, SIDON WINS!

Winner: Sidon, by pinfall (advances to the Triforce Anniversary Triple Threat)

After the absolute sham The Dark Forces pulled, the Zora Prince serves up some justice! He gives a big smile and thumbs up, but will he be able to do this again in the Triple Threat Finals?

Bracket of Courage Final: Thunderbird VS Fin Balure!

The last piece of the puzzle is about to fall in place. The lucha Ruto crosses paths with the leader of the Arrow Club, one step away from the Triforce Triple Threat. Will Thunderbird be soaring into the tournament finals? Or will Fin leave him behind in the deep waters?

Arrow Club does hang around at ringside, but they respectfully sit off to the side. The bell rings and the fans rally up already as the two stare down. Thunderbird and Fin circle, the two tie up, and Thunderbird puts Fin on ropes. Tiger Sahasrahla counts the break, Thunderbird backs off and the fans cheer. Thunderbird takes a bow before he and Fin reset. The fans rally and even duel, “Let’s Go, Balure!” “THUN-DER-BIRD!” They tie up, Fin puts Thunderbird on ropes, then shows punch, but he gives hard pats on the chest as he lets off. The fans applaud while Thunderbird brushes that off. Thunderbird and Fin reset and the fans rally up.

The two tie up, Fin wrenches and wristlocks, but Thunderbird spins, does a flip, and he wrenches Fin to a hammerlock! They go around, Fin slips around to headlock and takeover. Thunderbird rolls it to a cover, ONE, and Fin holds on. Thunderbird rolls to the cover again, ONE! Fin rolls, drags Thunderbird up and wrenches to a hammerlock, then shifts to a headlock. Thunderbird powers up and out, Fin runs him over, but Thunderbird kips up! Things speed up, Thunderbird hurdles, but Fin bypasses him. Thunderbird rolls off Fin’s back and DROPKICKS him out of the ring! The fans fire up as Thunderbird builds speed!

Fin hurries out of the way, but Thunderbird handsprings, then handsprings practically in place! The fans are all fired up as Thunderbird poses! Fin is annoyed and Arrow Club tells the fans to quiet down, but the chant of “THUN-DER-BIRD! THUN-DER-BIRD!” echoes out. Arrow Club huddles up for a second to talk strategy, then Fin goes back into the ring. The fans rally, Fin and Thunderbird feel things out, and they knuckle lock. They go for the other hand, but Torbevito storms up to the apron! Thunderbird lets go to step to Torbevito, but this lets Fin CLUB Thunderbird on the back! The fans boo while Thunderbird flounders to a corner.

Sahasrahla reprimands Torbevito but Fin storms up on Thunderbird. Thunderbird fires a body shot, but Fin TOSSES Thunderbird out. Sahasrahla has Arrow Club stay back, but Fin builds speed now! Fin slides out, and he SLAPS Thunderbird down! The fans are torn but Fin grins and raises his hands triumphantly. Arrow Club applauds as Fin does his mock victory lap. Fin then puts Thunderbird back in the ring, the fans applaud, and Fin clamps on with an armlock. Thunderbird endures, fights up, but Fin wrenches him again. Thunderbird rolls, handsprings, and wrenches back, but Fin rolls, wrenches, slips through, spins Thunderbird, and arm-drags him for an armlock!

The fans applaud while Fin grinds Thunderbird’s arm down. Fin knuckle locks to twist the wrist but Thunderbird fights up. Thunderbird snapmares Fin, but Fin wrangles him back down with the wristlock. The fans rally, Thunderbird kips up, and he goes up to step over! Thunderbird then headlocks for a takeover, but Fin headscissors, only for Thunderbird to kip free. The two stare down and the fans fire up again! The two circle, tie up, and Fin wrenches, rolls, drops and trips Thunderbird to then tie up the legs. Thunderbird endures the leglock as Fin pulls on the foot. Fin then floats to get the arm and grind it down again.

Thunderbird fights up, Fin wrenches and wristlocks, but Thunderbird stands. Thunderbird uses the ropes to flip through, but Fin headlocks. Thunderbird powers up and out, drops down, but then avoids Fin’s basement dropkick! Thunderbird STANDING SHOOTING STARS! Cover, TWO! The fans fire up and rally behind Thunderbird again while he stalks Fin. Thunderbird facelocks Fin, Fin endures then fights around. Fin scoots back and reaches out, ROPEBREAK! The fans cheer, Sahasrahla counts, and Thunderbird lets off. Thunderbird then pushes Fin to a corner, stomps him, then snapmares for a chinlock.

Fin endures, Arrow Club coaches him, and the fans rally as Thunderbird bends Fin back. Fin reaches out, fights forward, ROPEBREAK! Fin again escapes by a literal foot and Thunderbird lets off. Fin goes to a corner and Thunderbird storms up on him. Thunderbird throws ELBOW after ELBOW, then whips Fin corner to corner. Thunderbird runs corner to corner and back again to UPPERCUT! Fin sputters and flops over while the fans fire up. Torbevito shouts at Thunderbird but Thunderbird tells him to shut up. Thunderbird eggs Fin on now, then whips corner to corner. Fin reverses, Thunderbird goes up and over to handspring away, but Fin follows!

Fin DROPKICKS Thunderbird in the corner! The fans fire up and Fin watches Thunderbird bail out! Fin builds speed, but Thunderbird gets in! Thunderbird RANAS Fin! The fans fire up more as Fin tumbles out and Thunderbird builds speed! But Fin is back! Fin hurdles, bypasses, and DROPKICKS Thunderbird back out! Fin builds speed and he FLIES! Direct hit on Thunderbird! The fans duel again, “Let’s Go, Balure!” “THUN-DER-BIRD!” Fin high-fives Torbevito and the Ducks before he puts Thunderbird in. Cover, ONE, but Fin clamps on with a chinlock. Fin thrashes Thunderbird, then shifts to a headscissors squeeze.

Thunderbird endures, even as Fin pushes up for pressure. Thunderbird pries at the hold, but Fin pushes up for more pressure! The fans rally and duel, and Fin CHOPS Thunderbird in the chest! The fans “WOO~” but Thunderbird rolls and rolls, ROPEBREAK! Now Thunderbird escapes by a foot. The fans rally as Fin lets go in frustration. Fin snapmares Thunderbird, covers, ONE, but Fin gets moving! Basement DROPKICK! Cover, TWO! Fin is further frustrated and he stalks Thunderbird to a corner. Fin stands Thunderbird up to CHOP! The fans “WOO~” while Fin stalks Thunderbird to another corner. And he CHOPS again!

Thunderbird goes to a third corner, and Fin storms up to CHOP! The fans “WOO~!” more as they go to the fourth corner. But Thunderbird kicks Fin! And CHOPS in return! And CHOPS! Fin CHOPS back! The fans fire up, Fin snarls and storms back up. Fin whips corner to corner, but just to send Thunderbird back to the same corner! Thunderbird goes up and out, Fin ROCKS him first! Fin runs, but Thunderbird springboards in! MISSILE DROPKICK! Fin tumbles all the way out while fans fire up more! Thunderbird hurries to get up and ESCALARA TORNILLO! Direct hit and the fans fire up again!

Both men are down, the ring count starts, and both men stir at 3 of 10. Thunderbird stands up first, and he drags Fin up. Thunderbird puts Fin in at 7, then hurries after him. Arrow Club coaches Fin more while the fans rally harder. Fin stands to CHOP, then runs, but Thunderbird follows after! Thunderbird ELBOWS Fin at the ropes! Thunderbird runs, but now Fin follows, and he CHOPS at the ropes! Fin runs, but he fakes Thunderbird out, and he CHOPS again! Fin whips, Thunderbird tilt-o-whirls, and he arm-drags Fin away! Fin staggers up, comes back, but Thunderbird dodges to come back and RANA!

Fin flounders to a corner, Thunderbird hurries up top! The fans fire up for the second rope PHOENIX SPLASH!! Cover, TWO!! Fin survives and the fans are thunderous! “This is Awesome!” as Fin sputters and Thunderbird fires back up. Thunderbird goes to the corner again, going to the very top this time! SHOOTING- NO, Fin gets out of the way! Thunderbird lands out, comes back, but Fin LARIATS! The fans and Arrow Club fire up while both men flounder. Thunderbird ends up in another corner, and Fin runs in to HYDRAULIC DROPKICK! The fans fire up as now Fin goes up top! Thunderbird stands, COUP DE GRACE to the back!! Cover, TWO!??!

The fans are thunderous again while Fin is shocked! Thunderbird sputters as he sits up, but Fin runs in! PENALTY KICK, but Thunderbird rolls through! Thunderbird is up and the fans fire up! Thunderbird ROCKS Fin, runs, but Fin ducks a lariat! PELE! Fin then runs up, but Thunderbird dodges, SNAP GERMAN!! Bridging cover, TWO!! Fin escapes in time and the fans rally and duel as hard as they can! “Let’s Go, Fi-in~!” “THUN-DER-BIRD!” Fin goes to a corner now, Thunderbird runs up, but Fin BOOTS! Thunderbird GAMANGIRIS! Fin stumbles forward and falls, Thunderbird aims from the ground now!

Fin staggers to his feet, WHITE LIGHT- NO, Fin dodges Thunderbird! Fin comes back, SLING- NO, Thunderbird shoves Fin away! Thunderbird ENZIGIRIS! Fin falls into the drop zone and Thunderbird hurries to the corner! The fans rally, Arrow Club shouts at Fin, but Thunderbird is back up top! SHOOTING STAR but onto knees! Fin reels Thunderbird into a cover, TWO!!! Thunderbird survives that sudden turnaround and the fans are electric! Fin rises and roars, then he runs, SLINGBLADE! Thunderbird gets up, Fin runs, and he SLINGBLADES again! Fin drags Thunderbird up with a dragon sleeper, for the BLOODY SUNDAY!! Cover, TWO?!?!?

The fans are going nuts as Thunderbird survives, and even Fin is freaking out! Wait, is Thunderbird glowing now? Fin growls and goes to the corner. Fin climbs, COUP DE GRACE!! Direct hit, but Fin isn’t done there! Fin drags Thunderbird up, DEPTH- NO, Thunderbird fights that, wrenches free, and then slips around! POISON-RANA!! And then deadlift GERMAN SUPLEX! Bridging cover, TWO?!? Now Fin has shocked everyone! Thunderbird stays calm, though, and he goes to the corner again. Thunderbird takes aim right there as Fin slowly rises. Fin is dazed, Arrow Club is freaking out, but WHITE LIGHTNING strikes!!! Cover, THUNDERBIRD WINS!!!

Winner: Thunderbird, by pinfall (advances to the Triforce Anniversary Triple Threat)

An absolute epic has just concluded, and it is Thunderbird that has punctuated it with his victory! Fin is frustrated, but he surprisingly offers a handshake. Thunderbird takes it and the fans cheer. Fin heads out with Arrow Club, will they just have to go after other gold instead?

As for Thunderbird, he stands on the corner and shouts in celebration! The fans cheer him on, and then we see Sidon returning to ringside. Sidon applauds and gives Thunderbird another of those thumbs up. Thunderbird nods and gives that thumbs up back. Ganon, however, is conspicuous by his absence. Will the Zora Prince and Lucha Ruto teach the Gerudo Ace a bit about respect? Or will this become the Year of the Dark Forces?

My Thoughts:

Fortunately I’m not quite so under the wire as usual, which is good because I also have to get going on the Triforce Anniversary now. April 1st is looming, and it’s gotta be big, so hopefully I can get it all done in time.
