Superhero Madness, BWN’s own version of March Madness, continues with Week 3 of more tremendous battles across the Nerdosphere. On this special Easter edition of the show, the one and only Aesop Mitchell makes his long-awaited return to partake of the festivities. This week’s matchups feature heroes with power sets grounded in science and/or magic, including some heavy hitters, such as Spider-Man and Captain America, along with other favorites such as Shazam, The Flash, Luke Cage, Doctor Strange, and many others. Which heroes will cast a spell on the competition to conjure a spot in the Round of 32? All that plus a wild Trailer Park, some somber news around the Nerdosphere, and the Nerds continue with their review of Season 2 of Invincible. Invincible’s state of denial of the coming Viltrumite invasion came full circle this week. With the season finale coming next week, where do the Nerds think things are headed? Tune in and find out.

This week, the Nerds review 2024 and discuss what they felt was the best of the best in the Nerdosphere over the past year. From the best series to the best movie to the best performances and everything in between, the Nerds tell you what they felt truly stood out. There was also some big casting news: Ahsoka seems to have found the perfect man to replace the late, great Ray Stevenson as Baylan Skoll, and the guys all feel excellent about this decision. The fellas also return to the Trailer Park to review a trailer about a pro wrestling promotion where the death matches are really to the death (Dark Match), another AI gone wrong movie (Companion), and the first real look at The Last of Us Season 2. All that and more on this week’s edition of Bandwagon Nerds.

This week, the Nerds return to the Trailer Park to check out a wide variety of trailers ranging from Peacock’s Diddy documentary, to thrillers like Black Bag and The Amateur, to the debut trailer for Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, and everything in between. Meanwhile, rumors are running rampant that after nearly 18 long years, Half-Life 3, might actually be happening and could be here sooner than anyone could have imagined. The latest news regarding the He-Man remake has Patrick very concerned. Jason Mamoa will be a part of James Gunn’s new DCU after all….but not as Aquaman. All that plus the guys address the latest rumors about the MCU and give their thoughts as to which ones might be more than just wild speculation.
