7. WrestleMania 19 Main Event

It’s amazing Angle vs Lesnar went on last considering you also had Triple H vs Booker T, Rock vs Austin and Hogan vs McMahon on the same card. These two always had chemistry due to their amateur wrestling background. They would have even better matches later that year including an Iron man match on SmackDown.

A great match that is sadly most notable for what could of been a career ending botch. Lesnar went for the shooting star press which he hadn’t done in some time but ended up landing right on his head. If you haven’t seen it watch this match because there’s more to it than that one moment.

6. WrestleMania 20

Despite only being in WWE for over 2 years the schedule and constant traveling began to get to Lesnar. So much so that he decided to leave following Mania 20. Unfortunately, his opponent Goldberg was doing the same the crowd weren’t happy about it and they weren’t afraid to let them know. You can tell when you watch the match that both men have just given up. They wrestled a boring match and would both receive a Stone Cold Stunner for their troubles.

If this was the last, we ever saw of Lesnar in WWE it would have been a shame. Lesnar looked like someone who could have been a top guy for the next 10 years was just walking away. For a long time it looked like Lesnar would never return to WWE.
