The Crown Jewel Championship has arrived.

Another security check and everything is in order. Crown Jewel is this Saturday, who will be the very first to put their name on this title’s legacy?

Jey Uso is here!

The fans in Hershey all “YEET! YEET! YEET!” as Jey goes from concessions to the concourse to the arena! The fans bounce along as Jey makes his way down the stands towards ringside. Jey gets on the corner, everyone bounces along, and Jey blows a kiss. Jey hops into the ring, and he keeps the bouncing going! Jey grabs a mic to tell Hershey, “Main Event Jey Uso is now in your citaaay~!” The fans cheer and “YEET!” Jey says a lot has happened this past week, Uce. He lost the Intercontinental title. “YEET!” He had to handle Bloodline drama. “YEET!” Had to retaliate! “YEET!” He went to SmackDown. “YEET!” And he cost them the WWE Tag Team Championships! “YEET!”

There is only once Uce who Jey wants to talk to now, and he knows who he is. And here comes Jimmy! The fans fire up as #BigJim makes his way out, returning to Raw for the first time in months. The Usos stand in the ring together, and the fans cheer them on. Jimmy tells Jey he is here on Raw, “YEET!” In the middle of this ring. “YEET!” To look Jey face to face. “YEET!” Eye to eye. “YEET!” Jimmy thanks Jey, and the fans cheer again. Jimmy thanks Jey for what he did on Friday Night SmackDown. Because, Uce, they need to be together to take down Solo and The Bloodline. They not The Ones!

But Jey stops Jimmy there. “Guess what: We not the ones either.” Jimmy is a bit taken aback, but Jey says, “You know the last time I seen you? That was half a year ago, Uce. At WrestleMania, fighting each other! But guess what, though? A lot’s happened since then. Guess what though? They know what’s not. They don’t get us confused now. They know you Jimmy now. They know I’m Jey now. They know you as No Yeet now. They know me as Yeet now! Watch this!” “YEET!!” Hey, hey, Jey was Intercontinental Champion, by himself! Just HIM, Uce! The fans cheer that, too! Jimmy nods, and Jey says none of the titles top being Jimmy’s twin brother.

The fans cheer more, and Jimmy smiles. Jimmy offers a hug but Jey holds him at arm’s length. There’s still stuff they gotta fix. But this go around, if they do this, they ain’t nobody’s due boys. They ain’t no side piece. Ain’t no yes men. They GROWN men. So if they do this together, Jimmy is Jimmy, Jey is Jey, and they be the USOS again. The fans fire up for that! Jimmy nods again, and he says, “Alright. OTC will be there Friday Night SmackDown, Uce. How ’bout you come through, and holler at him, Uce? Come through, squash this beef.” Jey is wary again but Jimmy says it’ll be fine, he’ll make sure Roman’s okay with it.

Jey says he’ll be there, Uce. The fans cheer again and Jimmy says good. They good? Wait! The Bloodline attacks! Jey & Jimmy brawl with Tama & Loa! The fans fire up as The Usos take the fight to the Guerrillas of Destiny! But then Solo Sikoa sends Jacob Fatu! Jacob tips the scales, and he SUPERKICKS Jey! Jacob drags Jimmy up, Tama puts Jey in a corner to STINGER SPALSH! Loa holds Jimmy up against ropes, and now Jimmy is trapped! Solo slides a chair in for Jacob! Jacob stomps Jey, puts the chair in Jey’s face, and HEADBUTTS away! The fans boo as Jimmy has to watch Jacob take aim! FULL METAL- CHAI RTO TEH FACE!!

The fans fire up as Jey fights back, and he SUPERKICKS Loa! Jimmy SUPERKICKS Tama! Jey SUPERKICKS Jacob, but Jacob stays up! The Usos dodge to DOUBLE SUPERKICK! The OG Bloodline sends Solo’s group into retreat! Security and Adam Pearce show up, they usher Solo & Bloodline away from ringside. The Usos stand tall tonight, but will they and Roman Reigns be able to end the drama?

Adam Pearce is on the phone.

The Raw General Manager is arguing with SmackDown General Manager, Nick Aldis. They were supposed to just have Jimmy Uso show up, not the rest of The Bloodline. Pearce doesn’t want excuses from Aldis, he needs Aldis to control his roster. Pearce says they’ll continue this talk another time, because The Judgment Day walks over. He sarcastically asks them what he can do for them tonight. Liv Morgan says they just want to know who “Daddy Dom” is facing tonight. And while he’s willing to take on any former world champion, he’s just curious> Pearce says he has no time for this. The main event sees Dom take on someone he knows very well.

That’s right. Dom is facing DAMIAN PRIEST! Carlito says not cool. Pearce wishes them a happy Monday. Pearce leaves, Dom says he’ll be fine. He knows all of Priest’s “little tricks,” he can handle this. Finn Balor tells Dom that no offense, but no one knows Priest better than Finn. Dom has to be very careful. There’s a reason why they called him The Punishment. Dom knows, but why don’t any of them believe in him? Dom will go out there alone, and prove he can be world champion. Liv & Raquel say they believe in Dom, he does have this. The others agree, but Finn heads out. JD McDonagh follows, is Judgment Day (not) fine?

Sheamus VS Ludwig Kaiser!

We’ve seen banger after banger with The Celtic Warrior and The Impeccable German, so here’s another one! Monday just became Fight Night, will Sheamus put a Brogue in Kaiser’s face to then move on to bigger and better? Or will Kaiser say NEIN to Sheamus going anywhere but into retirement?

The bell rings and the two stare down. They tie up, and Sheamus puts Kaiser in a corner. The ref counts, Sheamus lets off, but Kaiser pie faces him! Sheamus shoves Kaiser, Kaiser ROCKS Sheamus, Sheamus ROCKS back! The fans fire up as the haymakers and forearms keep going! Kaiser gets the edge, but Sheamus fires in return! Sheamus whips, Kaiser reverses, but Sheamus blocks the hip toss. Kaiser CHOPS! And CHOPS! Sheamus CHOPS, then short arm LARIATS! Kaiser staggers up, Sheamus fireman’s carries, ROLLING SENTON! The fans fire up and Sheamus eggs Kaiser on. Sheamus stomps Kaiser to a corner, then has the legs.

Kaiser holds ropes to stay in the corner, and the ref counts. Sheamus lets go at 4, but Kaiser BOOTS him away. Kaiser runs up, DISCUS LARIAT! The fans boo but Kaiser runs to DROPKICK Sheamus to the floor! Kaiser huffs ‘n’ puffs and goes out after Sheamus, to POST him! Sheamus wobbles then drops to his knees. Sheamus grabs his arm to YANK him into the post! And again! And again! Sheamus sputters a bit, but Kaiser pushes him down. Kaiser CLUBS Sheamus on the back, refreshes the ring count, and he drags Sheamus back up. Sheamus resists the pull, and Kaiser panics. Sheamus YANKS Kaiser into the post again and again!

The fans fire up, Sheamus CHOPS Kaiser down, and Kaiser goes into the ring. Sheamus drags Kaiser back out, BODY SHOT and then Sheamus reels Kaiser in! Kaiser fights free to GUILLOTINE FACELOCK! Sheamus RAMS Kaiser into steel steps! Both men are down, and Kaiser scrambles away. The ring count is climbing, but both men roll in at 9.5! The fans fire up while Raw goes to break.

Raw returns as Kaiser kicks and SLAPS Sheamus at the ropes. Kaiser whips, Sheamus reverses, and hits an IRISH CURSE BACKBREAKER! The fans fire up, Sheamus LARIATS Kaiser down! And LARAITS again! Sheamus runs in but Kaiser ducks the boot, sending Sheamus tumbling up and out! Kaiser goes out the side, runs around the way, but Sheamus KNEES him first! The fans fire up with Sheamus and high-five him! Sheamus goes back to Kaiser in the ring, and has him against ropes! BEATS OF THE BODHRAIN! The fans count along, Sheamus goes to TEN! Kaiser sputters as Sheamus lets him go to climb a corner.

Sheamus leaps, FLYING LARIAT! Cover, TWO! Kaiser stays in this but Sheamus stays focused. Sheamus fireman’s carries, and he brings Kaiser up the corner! But Kaiser kicks and flails to sunset flip! Sheamus holds onto ropes, so Kaiser CHOPS Sheamus’ legs! Kaiser gest under Sheamus with a POWERBOMB! And then PENALTY KICK! Cover, TWO! Sheamus survives and Kaiser is beside himself! The fans rally up while Kaiser scowls. Kaiser SLAPS Sheamus, kicks him around, and eggs him on. The fans rally as both men rise, and Kaiser SLAPS again! And SLAPS again! Sheamus shoves Kaiser, eggs him on, and the fans love it! Sheamus CHOPS, CHOPS and CHOPS! Sheamus mule kicks, runs, but into a CHOP! Kaiser ENZIGIRIS and Sheamus wobbles, only to KNEE CAP! And BROGUE!! Cover, Sheamus wins!

Winner: Sheamus, by pinfall

That was a certified banger! The Fella puts Kaiser away, will he move on to another championship opportunity?

Rhea Ripley speaks.

“Raquel, I thought a lot about what you had to say last week, and you really tried to paint yourself in a pretty little picture, like you didn’t deserve the beatings I gave you. Weren’t you the one who once said, keep your friends close, but keep your enemies closer?” The major difference between these two is that when Raquel betrayed Rhea, it was with malice and ego. What Rhea has done to Raquel & Liv was every bit deserved! Rhea did make mistakes in the past, yeah. But right now, it just seems like Raquel & Liv wanna be part of a Cry About It Squad. All Rhea wants is HER Women’s World Championship. And you’re gonna have to kill Rhea to stop her!

The Usos talk backstage.

Jey teases Jimmy for still being slow, but then they come across Sami Zayn! Jey says, “What’s up, my dawg?” He and Sami shake hands and Sami says hey, can they talk for a minute. Sure, what’s up? No, Sami was thinking… privately. Sami and Jimmy stare down, but Jey has Jimmy give them a minute. Jimmy moves aside, Sami asks what that was about. Is this what it is now? Jimmy & Jey, The Usos, back again? Is everything cool even after everything that happened? Sami is just making sure. Is Jey going to SmackDown to squash the beef? Jey gets what Sami is saying about Roman, but Solo is worse.

Sami says Solo isn’t the one that got in Jey’s head for years. He is not the one that made Jey jump through hoops just to prove his own worth to the family. Jey has Sami calm down. Jey hopes Sami isn’t on Solo’s side now. Sami isn’t on Solo’s side, he isn’t on anyone’s side, other than Jey’s side. This is not a lesser of two evils kind of move, Jey doesn’t have to choose. He doesn’t have to get involved. It is not Jey’s fight anymore. Jey said it himself, he is his own man, he stepped out on his own. Sami doesn’t understand why Jey would go back. Jey says yeah, Sami wouldn’t understand. Because Sami is not family, Uce.

Jey and Sami are out of things to say, and Jey leaves with Jimmy. Is this going to be Bloodline: Civil War, with no room for anyone else?

Gunther speaks.

“Cody Rhodes, the Quarterback of WWE. The golden boy of this generation. The selfless servant of everybody else. Cody Rhodes, the gutless champion! This is a champion VS champion match for the newly established Crown Jewel Championship. And once again, you drag the people closest to you into your business. This time, it’s none other than your mentor, you good friend, Randy Orton. A person whose career you envy so much. This Friday on SmackDown, it’s you and Randy Orton, against myself and Ludwig Kaiser. So let me give you both advice. On Friday, before you both walk out to the ring, pull Randy aside and ask him, ‘How does it feel to get choked out by Der Ring Gneral?

“Because very soon, Cody, the same is going to happen to you., You’re going to wake up, and finally come to the retaliation that you are just a secondary champion to me.” The World Heavyweight Champion is ready for world domination, will that happen this Saturday?

Zelina Vega w/ The LWO VS Ivy Nile w/ American Made!

La Muneca was there as LWO battled The Creed Brothers, and she made sure the Diamond Pitbull was dealt with. Will Zelina set the tone for tonight as Rey Mysterio & Dragon Lee go for gold? Or will Raw continue to be American Made?

The bell rings and the two talk smack. Then Zelina SLAPS Ivy! Ivy RAMS Zelina into a corner, fires off hands, then whips corner to corner. Ivy runs up to DROPKICK! The fans boo but Ivy soaks up the heat. Ivy runs in, but Zelina slips out and Ivy hits buckles! Ivy storms up but Zelina gets her with a KNEE int he ropes! Ivy tumbles out of the ring, Zelina METEORAS to the floor! The fans fire up with Zelina, and Raw goes to break.

Raw returns and Zelina knocks Ivy down again. The fans fire up as Ivy goes to a corner, and Zelina METEORAS her in the back! Zelina kicks Ivy down, goes up, and gives some Latina Heat! But Ivy YANKS her down! Ivy drags Zelina up to suplex, but into STUN DOG MILLIONAIRE! Ivy falls back, Zelina drags her into the drop zone. Zelina climbs, the fans cheer, and Zelina MOONSAULTS! Not the cleanest hit, but Zelina still covers, TWO! Cruz & Wilde coach Zelina, Julius & Brutus coach Ivy. Zelina runs, tilt-o-whirls, but Ivy turns that into a GERMAN SUPELX! Bridging cover, TWO! The fans rally while Ivy grows frustrated.

Ivy drags Zelina up, fireman’s carries, but Zelina slips free. Zelina CHOP BLOCKS a leg! Zelina runs, to KNEE Ivy down! Zelina won’t cover yet, she wants to add on! But Brutus distracts the ref! Julius saves Ivy from Code Red! LWO storms up, they start showing and brawling with The Creeds! Julius OVERHEAD SUPLEXES Cruz, and Brutus FLAPJACKS Wilde! The ref reprimands The Creeds, but Ivy has Zelina. Ivy scoops, SWINGING URENAGE! Cover, Ivy wins!

Winner: Ivy Nile, by pinfall

The Diamond Pitbull takes a bite out of Zelina, she stands tall with the Creeds. Will Ivy prove this diamond is waiting for gold?

Jey talks with Jimmy again.

Jimmy asks about the talk with Sami, and Jey says he told Sami that Sami wasn’t family. Well, he’s not. Jey says when Jimmy left, Sami stepped up. Jimmy wouldn’t understand, either. Jimmy says he should talk with Sami. Jey says no, something bad will happen if they cross paths. Just chill. Jimmy says no, he’ll just talk with Sami. Jey has his word. Jimmy heads out, will #BigJim be able to get the former Honorary Uce to understand?

Seth Rollins is here!

Hershey fires up and sing along with The Visionary’s song as he makes his way out to the ring. Rollins gets the fans even more fired up, then he grabs the mic. Rollins revels in the “WHOA~ OH~ OHH~!” a little more, and he tells Hershey, “Welcome to Monday Night Rollins!” The fans cheer, and Rollins says he is a Visionary, he is a Revolutionary, he is SETH! FREAKIN! ROLLINS! And Hershey, Hershey, Hershey… Rollins is on the hunt for a monster! Make no mistake about it, Bronson Reed is a monster. But so is Rollins. That is a side of Rollins that he put to bed a long time ago, he forgot about it even.

But Bronson Reed… He woke something up in Rollins’ soul. Bronson has reminded Rollins of what he is capable of. And to be honest, Rollins kinda likes it. The fans like the sound of that! Rollins likes it, and so this Saturday at Crown Jewel- Bronson interrupts! Bronson tells “Seth Freakin’ Rollins” that they won’t have a repeat of last week. Bronson promised Adam Pearce that he would not to go into the arena and cause chaos. But if Rollins wants to go monster hunting, then Bronson’s here in the parking lot! Rollins thinks about it, the fans cheer him on, so Rollins says, “Don’t move, big man!” Rollins heads back to the back!

The fans cheer, and Rollins takes off his blue leather jacket to reveal a blue leather shirt, that he then takes off as he makes it past gorilla. The hair bun comes undone, Pearce says we don’t need this, the match is already made! Rollins doesn’t care, and as Bronson tosses security aside, Rollins runs up! They brawl in the back near the production trucks! Security runs in, but they’re sent aside! Bronson TOSSES Rollins onto a car! And then Bronson TOSSES Rollins onto road cases! Rollins BOOTS back, and SMACKS Bronson with the tractor trailer door! Bronson staggers to the car, Rollins MEGA STOMPS Bronson on the hood!!

The fans fire up as Rollins says this whole world has forgotten what he is capable of! That was a reminder, just a taste, because- Bronson is back up!? Bronson DECKS guard after guard, but Rollins BOOTS him! And SUPERKICKS him! And SMACKS Bronson with a crate! Bronson staggers, Rollins looks into the trailer, and he climbs in. But Bronson TOSSES a trash can at him!! The producers and Pearce shout that this is enough, but Bronson picks Rollins up. DEATH VALLEY DRIVER DOWN THROUGH SPARE TABLES!! Pearce shouts for medical, but Bronson is rising up on his own! The Colossal Aussie leaves Rollins behind, will Rollins even make it to Crown Jewel now?

The Alpha Academy talk backstage.

But then R-Truth walks in and says what’s up! They shake hands, fist bump, and Truth says they all look so much better ever since they got rid of that “short ugly guy” who yelled at them all the time. Otis asks if Truth is talking about “Master Gable.” Truth isn’t sure you can say that on TV. But then The Miz walks over. He wants Truth to hear him out. Miz apologizes. He is so sorry. He doesn’t know what he was thinking. Clearly Kross and Final Testament got in his head, but he sees the error of his ways. This isn’t about Miz but about them, The Awesome Truth. WrestleMania, they won the tag titles, they’re family! And Miz needs his family more than ever.

Maxxine says don’t listen to Miz, but Miz says oh, sure, don’t listen to a former World Champion, listen to Snow White & The Two Dorks. Otis gets heated but Truth says Miz has a point. This is about them. Let him handle this. The Alpha Academy leaves and Miz says he knew Truth would get it. They shake hands and they’re back! Truth is glad Miz found him, Truth has something for him. Truth reaches into his pocket, and then SMACK! Miz falls over and Truth says good luck with the Wyatts. Y’all gon’ die! Truth leaves with a big smile on his face. Then he says, “What’s up, Butch? You seen Pete?”

Butch- Er, Pete Dunne scowls, but The Bruiserweight leaves it at that. As for The Miz, he made his bed, will he have to sleep in it?

Kross says Miz is going to ask Bo why Bo is getting in Kross’ business, or… Kross breaks Miz’s legs.

Liv has all but fainted as she leans on Raquel for literal support. The record books will still say Dom won, but was it a pyrrhic victory given how he has to be helped to the back?

My Thoughts:

A really good Raw as the go-home to Crown Jewel, mostly because they had no time to Go-Home Syndrome this with constant hype packages and recaps. Good promo from Gunther, but he just repeated a lot of what he said to Cody before. The only thing new was announcing the tag match for this Friday. And you can bet Kaiser takes the loss in that like he did to Sheamus tonight. The tag match will be good, but as I said on Friday, it’ll just be an opening for Kevin Owens to go after Randy Orton. Sheamus VS Kaiser was great stuff to open the night, and great win for Sheamus. As I said last week, maybe Sheamus and Bron Breakker fight for the Intercontinental Championship.

Very good stuff with Rollins and Bronson to hype up their match. Rollins hinting at bringing out his past savage attitude is good stuff, and that brawl was really good. Just something about how they framed it all so that you could see all the wild destruction Bronson was doing in the background. And Rollins taking that slam through tables, that is definitely to make him an underdog for the Crown Jewel match. And in this case, it would take that damage to make Rollins the underdog because we’ve all seen him overcome big, mean monster men before. Granted, I personally was hoping Bronson was set to win so that he could go for a title after this, but I guess it isn’t the right time if Gunther is Heel and Bron Breakker is Heel.

And we got great story integration all over the rest of the card. This feud of LWO VS American Made is building into something really fun. Zelina VS Ivy was really good, but I should’ve figured The Creeds would brawl with Cruz & Wilde. Ivy winning is good, she hasn’t had a lot of matches so she needs something like this. And while we got an awesome Triple Threat, I should’ve seen Gable get involved. At the same time, War Raiders were of course winning, so this was also a good way to protect LWO in missing out. And also good addition to the New Day dysfunction, Woods completely losing sight of the goal is definitely going to come back around in a promo.

Alpha Academy and Truth had a good segment with Miz, especially Truth not falling for Miz’s apology. Miz of course only wants Truth back on his side because he’d rather not deal with The Wyatt Sick6 nor The Final Testament. But too bad, Miz, you’re stuck in a scary movie now. It’s also good continuity with Miz and Bo having their past team-up with The Miztourage. The promos will be great stuff, and the eventual 8 Man Tag will be fun, too. Truth’s comment to Pete Dunne might come back to bite him, though, and Dunne needs something to do anyway, so that might be a fun feud.

Rhea had a good promo to call out Liv & Raquel, but we just need to get to Rhea VS Raquel already. Maybe that’ll be in the next couple of weeks as we move past Crown Jewel and on to Survivor Series. And of course it was Dom VS Priest for tonight, it just made sense on several levels. Finn being annoyed by how the group is trying to get behind Dom as a world title contender was a good detail, because yeah, duh, Dom is nowhere near that yet. But Judgment Day cheating so Dom could win was of course how this went. Priest getting to beat Dom up after was a good touch, though. I would think Pearce tells Dom that hell no, he’s not facing Gunther with a weak win like that. Priest and Dom might even have a rematch where the Judgment Day is banned at threat of being stripped of belts.

And who knew The Bloodline story was going to hit so hard tonight on Raw. Solo & Bloodline showing up to try and take out The Usos without Roman around was a good touch, and you know they had to get Honorary Uce in on this. Sami being conflicted about Jey & Jimmy making good is a good detail, an understandable perspective, as is Jey telling Sami that of course he wouldn’t understand, he isn’t family and doesn’t have a brother. But then Solo talking with Sami, that is pretty wild. It most certainly has to be a misunderstanding, but I enjoy we’re taking this twist.

My Score: 8.7/10

Andrew’s TNA LIVE! iMPACT! Results & Match Ratings: 2.20.2025

So the first live episode got fairly positive praise from everyone; will this continue the trend?

Published

on

Filming at Full Sail seems to have set the stage nicely this week! Going into a Live episode we got Moose and The Hardy Boyz on NXT, as well as Jordynne Grace’s involvement with Steph and Giulia giving a little shine to TNA happenings since she’s newly WWE.

This episode should be interesting, we finally see Lei Ying Lee (fka Xia Li) back in action, Rascalz take on Tyson and Tyriek, Tessa should be seeing some action as well…so generally interesting happenings for the second Live iMPACT! of 2025. Let’s see how this one goes down!

Ratings:

  • Tyson & Tyriek w/Wes Lee vs The Rascalz w/Ace Austin: Rascalz win via Meteora/Swanton Combo – ***
  • Lei Ying Lee vs Rosemary: Lei wins via Thunderstruck – **
  • NoDQ Match: Leon Slater vs JDC: Dango wins via The System help – ** 3/4
  • Masha Slamovich vs Mila Moore: Masha wins via Requiem – N/A
  • Elijah & Joe Hendry vs The Colons: Elijah wins via Tombstone Piledriver – *** 1/4

Results:

Oh yeah, and another Hendry concert is…cut off by a commercial, LOLTNA. First Hendry is cut off by AXSTV’s new Anime Hour bumper, and now Primo and Epico are showing up in TNA. I definitely didn’t have this on my BINGO card. The crowd starts chanting “Where’s Carlito”, which they do acknowledge and play off of well. Oh they’re using their shoot names of Orlando and Eddie now…but before they attack the lights go out and we get another guitar strum! ELIAH/ELIAS/EZEKIEL/EBENERZER/EMERY/EL VAGABUNDO – shows up to back up Hendry. Okay I can apologize away the redundant concert since it played into an Elijah debut. The crowd is immediately popping and chanting “This is Awesome” 10 minutes into the show.

Tyson & Tyriek w/Wes Lee vs The Rascalz w/Ace Austin

Treehouse bros take it to the bigger men quickly, a few fast dives, a little MCMG style tandem strikes, Tyson fires and tries to take them out but they Low Bridge him. Tyriek comes in and they try similar things but Tyriek manhandles them both and throws them out of the ring, Trey is the first one back up and Tyriek and Tyson take his damn head off with his Corkscrew Running Euro Upper. Trey finally manages to flip out of the manhandle, tags in Wentz and Wentz goes for the hot and spicy cleaning house spot. Corner to Corner Knee Lifts for both big men, a Rolling Snapmare, into a Superkick for Tyson and Standing Shoot Star on Tyriek but only for two because Wes feints like he’s going to interfere.

Tyson and Tyriek pull off a tandem Assisted Backdrop Driver, but Wentz breaks it up, Tyson gets knocked out, Wentz hits the Tornillo, Wes tries to interfere again after Trey gets perched on the corner buckle but Ace runs around and trips Wes at the last second causing him to faceplant on the apron, Trey hits the Meteora, Wentz hits a Swanton from the other side of the ring and Trey gets the pinfall victory.

It was fast paced, all gas no brakes, but it didn’t overstay its welcome, so it was pretty fun all things considered.

After the match Wes grabs a mic, complains a little but challenges them to a 6 man match as Sacrifice. So we’re THAT’S where we’re getting the expected 3v3.

Fir$t Cla$$ comes out with an entourage of hot chicks and probably influencers or something. The “First Class Penthouse” , Gabby AF, Mafiosa Valentina, and Carolina are apparently known in their own way. Gabby I know was the awful one who did something for Impact a last year and sucked, but she’s part of the Busted Open Network I believe so that’s why she’s around. Two of them look like Noelle Foley and Frank the Clown…oh they actually are. Look at that. I do love KC Navarro as the Hype Man, they have this whole set up of AJ being mad that they haven’t gotten more Tag Title shots, so TNA placated him with his own Piper’s Pit and he’s *pregnant pause* totally happy with that. He says he loved Piper and hated Hogan before it was cool.

This is actually quality content and AJ is cutting a nice promo in this segment. They introduce their first guest, the greatest performer in TNA history, many whole say he’s Phenomenal with a whole lot of style….it’s A-J-Francis.

Lei Ying Lee vs Rosemary

Things were slow until Rosemary took her into a corner quickly, hit the Upside Down, and we get a lot of Lei trying to avoid Rosemary’s offense. Rosemary goes for a Spear in the corner and Lei forward rolls, starts connecting with a bunch of right hands, backs Rosemary into the corner, goes for 10 Count Punches, pulls her out, Airplane Spin TKO for only a two count. Rosemary tries As Above So Below, Lei shrugs it off, Rosemary tries to go after Lei anyway and eats Thunderstruck! Lei Ying Lee wins!

After the match Rosemary catches Lei on the ramp and hits the Green mist in the eyes. Match was far too short and so many of Lei’s set up moves look better than her finish. We’ve seen Kofi Kingston do it for years so it’s not bad, just the current Knockouts Division are awful and don’t take the move well.

Eric Young and the jabronis come out, EY cuts a very basic power crazed psycho kind of promo, gets the “What” chants from the crowds. EY is trying to recruit Maclin even though Maclin made his line in the sand last week. EY tries to spin it as maybe he took out Josh FOR Maclin instead of in spite of his trust. This really doesn’t seem interesting at all, but that’s probably because I hate the two Jabronis EY is with.

NoDQ Match: Leon Slater vs JDC

I really don’t have any interest in Slater. He’s got no personality beyond “flippy guy with a British accent”.

Dango immediately powders, grabs a chair and goes to swing on him but misses. So Leon is making JDC look dumb by dodging the post chop, using the chair to shield himself from a punch by JDC, and then clapping Dango’s fingers between the chair. So typical System match, look inept for the first few minutes, then take advantage of something to take over. Oh look, Leon takes too long setting up the table, Dango gets in a few pot shots, tries to whip him into the table but Leon leaps over it, and then leaps back over to clobber Dango. Dango is still trying to recover so Leon hits his over the corner post con hilo, and the crowd appreciates it but I’m not interested. Leon panders to the crowd after the big spot and then eats an X-Plex into the chair from Dango.

JDC throws Leon back in, goes for a pinfall that’s only a two and we cut to a commercial. Coming out of the commercial JDC is in control with a Kendo Stick until he isn’t, Leon counters and takes the keno stick, brutalizes Dango a few times then comes off the ropes with the kendo shot for 2. Leon goes for another table, and again, at least the crowd is receptive to this match. Leon sets it up, looks for something off the apron but Dango stops him first until he eats a dropkick to fall onto the table, Leon hits the Swanton 450 through the table on the outside. Does it look cool? Sure. Do I care about dumbass moves? Nope.

Oh thankfully the rest of The System comes out to stop the pinfall, Shield Bomb Leon through the first table, and roll him back in for Dango to win.

The Hardy Boyz come out to try and make the save, but the numbers are against them, so Oba Femi’s music hits! Oba cleans house but doesn’t get his hands on Moose, so they’re at least building the eventual clash between Moose and Oba.

The crowd starts a “Tessa, we comin for you” chant before she even starts talking. Tessa is actually playing off the crowd well, Santino’s music hits and Tessa thinks he’ll help her out with the crowd and Santino calls bullshit basically. Santino says if Tessa doesn’t wrestle next week, she’s fired and Masha’s music hits. Masha decides to step in for Tessa’s enhancement talent match.

Masha Slamovich vs Mila Moore

Jobber tries to attack Masha early but Masha stops her, rocks her and Requiem ends the match.

Masha stares down Tessa, and then Cora Jade attacks from behind and hits Jaded.

Ryan Nemeth comes out to his Abyss music remix. What will Mokuba say today? “MYYYY BIIIGG BBRROOOOTTHHHEEEEER” he repeats at least 4 times and it’s hilariously cringe. He announces that Nic will return at Sacrifice, he literally just came out to give a PSA.

Elijah & Joe Hendry vs The Colons

Hendry starts with Eddie, after a brief tie up it seems like Hendry reads the room and points at Elijah and the crowd wants him in. So Joe tags in Elijah, a little back and forth, Shoulder Tackle from Elijah, Rope Walk with Elijah lays out Eddie and a tag to Joe allows for a quick tandem knockdown, but Eddie powders as the Walking and Talking Duo hold the ring going into the final commercial break.

We come back and Hendry is bouncing Orlando off the ropes as he return a strike, but Orlando is obviously losing, eats a Euro Upper, and then gets walked around in the Stalling Suplex for posterity. Eddie tries a sneak attack but gets caught and Sack of Shit, into Kip Up, turn and then Orlando with the ambush! A few quick short cuts and an Irish Whip/Dropkick combo gives the Colons a near fall. Hendry does get locomotion variation cradles, but eats a Dropkick to stop the attempt at momentum. Orlando stays on Joe, but Joe finally starts to fire up as the crowd starts to get behind him. Euro Uppers make some space, but a Snapmare says no.

Eddie gets tagged in and a quick Leg Sweep into a Front Chancery keeps Eddie in control. As Joe tries to get back up, Eddie turns it into a Guillotine, but finally the Suplex counter connects for Hendry! Simultaneous tags! Elijah bulls over Orlando, catches a Leap Frogging Orlando with the Manhattan Drop as Orlando retreats to a corner, Stinger Splash into Spinebuster for two.  Elijah tries to keep up the attacks but Orlando finds a few ways to make space, launches himself from the middle rope and eats the Jumping Knee! Eddie breaks up the pinfall, Hendry takes Eddie out and Elijah hits the Tombstone Piledriver for the win!

Overall Score: 6/10

Well there were more live hiccups than the first episode, and this felt both more epic and less epic at the same time. Elijah and the Colons debuting was a nice way to kick things off, Oba Femi showing up for the save was fantastic. There were a few decent matches, but also a lot of really short and rushed matches. Tessa played off the crowd well, but Masha really is useless on the mic. Lei Ying Lee needs to framed stronger, her matches have done nothing to show off her ability. It just proves that the Knockouts don’t know how to sell a kick to the head because they all take it in the shoulder and fall in corny ways.

Viva La Sam could be something fun if the next 3 weeks are just hand cam footage of him being like “I’m Sami Callihan and I’m gonna kick Mance Warner’s ass”, Elegance Clique getting the rematch with a stipulation is nice to see and while I like Fir$t Cla$$, that segment went a little long for a cornball swerve payoff. It’s one thing to placate the Influencer squad especially when we’ve seen Logan Paul and Ishowspeed do so well in WWE…but these are like Z Tier Influencers that no one cares about. These kind of dorks stream on Kick because they aren’t relevant enough for Twitch, not because they chose Kick over it.

So yeah, the low lights were pretty low, and the highs were a little fleeting, but at least they were pretty fun. Not a bad show, just clunky with noticeable issues and Masha shouldn’t be allowed to speak English anymore. She’s such a charisma vacuum when she’s not rambling in Russian.

Fuego Del Sol VS Wheeler Yuta!

Lucha night opens with a hot start as the Fire of the Sun returns to ROH, but so does The Decoder! Will Fuego Del Sol get one up on a former ROH Pure Champion turned current AEW World Trios Champion? Or will Yuta do the Death Riders proud in Houston?

Houston cheers on the Texas star, and Fuego offers the Code of Honor. Yuta reaches out, but then SLAPS Fuego! The fans boo and the bell rings, Yuta slips around to CLUB Fuego down! Yuta mocks the fans cheering on Fuego, then scoops him for a SLAM and SENTON! The fans boo but Yuta brings Fuego up. FISHERMAN SUPLEX! Bridging cover, TWO, but Yuta holds onto the leg! Yuta taunts Fuego, but Fuego kicks at him! Yuta lets go and the fans rally up. Yuta runs up, Fuego ELBOWS him away, then goes up, up and FLYING RANAS! The fans fire up as Fuego then DROPKICKS Yuta down!

Yuta staggers up, Fuego SLAPS him! But Yuta LARIATS in return! The fans boo but Yuta rains down fists! And then stops, to rain down more fists! The fans boo but Yuta soaks that up while he “kicks dirt” on Fuego. Yuta stands Fuego up, CHOPS him, then has him in a corner. Yuta CHOPS Fuego again, the fans boo, but Yuta whips corner to corner hard! Fuego staggers forward, Yuta says they ain’t done yet. Yuta whips Fuego to the corner again, then FLAPJACKS on the rebound! Yuta adds a basement DROPKICK! The fans boo but Yuta soaks up heat. Yuta hits a spinning toehold, then has a DEATHLOCK!

Fuego endures and Yuta mockingly asks if he’ll give up. Fuego refuses to give in, and he SLAPS Yuta! So Yuta bridges and puts on more pressure! Yuta shows off by not even using his hands, but Fuego fights his way to the ROPEBREAK! Yuta lets go at 4, and he reminds the ref, “I have ’til five!” The fans boo Yuta parodying Bryan Danielson, then Yuta kicks Fuego around. Yuta eggs Fuego on, so Fuego ROCKS him! And ROCKS him! And again, and again, and again! But Yuta gets under the big haymaker! Yuta back suplexes, but Fuego lands out! Fuego dodges Yuta to then springboard QUEBRADA! Down goes Yuta!

The fans fire up as Fuego kips up and SUPERKICKS! Yuta sputters, Fuego runs and STEP-UP DOUBLE STOMPS! The fans fire up again as Fuego climbs a corner! Yuta stands, Fuego MISSILE- NO, Yuta gets under and comes back, BUSAIKU KNEE! Cover, Yuta wins!

Winner: Wheeler Yuta, by pinfall

Another thing he took from The American Dragon is that big knee, and Yuta takes the victory. Yuta sits Fuego up, and thinks about Hammer ‘n’ Anvil elbows, but he decides not to. Because he gets an even more sadistic idea! Yuta looks under the ring, and he brings out a steel chain! Yuta threatens the ref, then he goes to Fuego! The fans boo but Yuta hooks Fuego’s legs up, then uses the chain to go up, up and away, ROMERO SPECIAL!! Yuta taunts Fuego but Fuego is coughing up blood! Yuta lets Fuego go, the fans boo, but Yuta mockingly gives the Code of Honor handshake. Yuta no longer has honor, but will someone find a way to humble him?

Rachael Ellering VS Abadon!

The Queen of Strong Smile is feeling good being in Houston, ready to bring that Comet energy. However, she’s up against the Living Dead Girl, who brings a very different vibe. Will Rachael learn why everyone fears Abadon? Or will Rachael’s smile see her through?

The Code of Honor is upheld, the bell rings, but uh, Abadon doesn’t let go. Rachael tries to get free, and now it is a tug-o-war. The fans rally, Rachael reels Abadon into a headlock, but Abadon BITES Rachael’s hand! The ref reprimands, Abadon lets go, and Abadon doesn’t get what’s wrong. Abadon runs up on Rachael but Rachael gets around to waistlock. Abadon switches, but Rachael goes to ropes to buck the O’Conner! Rachael CLOBBERS Abadon, but Abadon sits up! The fans rally, Rachael is frustrated, and then runs up. Abadon gets around, trips Rachael, then runs to basement dropkick! Rachael flounders to a corner and the fans rally again.

Abadon aims from a corner, runs in at Rachael, but Racahel ELBOWS Abadon away! Abadon says nuh-uh, comes back, but runs into a BOOT! Rachael runs and UPPERCUTS Abadon down! The fans fire up and Rachael aims from a corner. Rachael calls for the “SQUISH~!” and runs up, SENTON onto knees! Abadon avoids disaster and stalks Rachael to the apron. Abadon CLUBS Rachael, pushes her onto the apron, and springboards for a GUILLOTINE LEG DROP! The fans fire up and Abadon pushes Rachael into the ring. Abadon runs corner to corner for a METEORA! Abadon pushes Rachael to a cover, TWO!

Abadon is annoyed but brushes it off. Abadon drags Rachael up, but Rachael fights the suplex! Rachael wrenches out, trips Abadon, and high stacks, ONE!! Rachael ROCKS Abadon, then tries again. FISHERMAN SUPLEX! The fans fire up for the “MD Collapse” and Rachael aims again. SQUISH~ SENTON hits! Cover, TWO! Abadon survives and Rachael is a bit surprised. Rachael throws off the headband, double checks her teeth, and the fans duel. Rachael CHOPS Abadon at the ropes, then ROCKS Abadon with a forearm! Rachael whips but Abadon blocks! So Rachel CHOPS again! Rachael whips, Abadon grabs ropes, and laughs!

Rachael runs up, Abadon ELBOWS and CUTTERS! Then BLACK DAHLIA!! Cover, Abadon wins!

Winner: Abadon, by pinfall

Abadon continues to be terrifying, as well as victorious. Will the ROH Women’s Division, and especially the champions, have to watch their backs?

Backstage interview with Jacked Jameson.

Lexy Nair is with the former Iron Savage, and he’s counting his abs. She brings us back to a few weeks ago when he walked up to Griff Garrison, Preston Vance & Cole Karter in hopes of forming a group with them. Then in Jacksonville, Jameson actually interfered in their match on their behalf. The question is, what’s going on here? Jameson says those are his boys! His guys! His dudes! Jameson went out there, helped them, it was huge! It was awesome! Speaking of, the boys walk in! Vance tells Jameson that they’ve heard his offer, they loved what he did in Jacksonville, and tonight is a big match and… They’d love if he was a part of it.

So then, it’s official! They got him some Frat House gear! But first… he has to do something. Yeah, sure! Anything! Vance, Griff & Karter pour all of their drinks into one red Solo cup, and Jameson asks what’s in it. The boys say don’t worry about it. Jameson says don’t have to tell him twice. He chugs the concoction, and he is PUMPED! The Frat House is now four men strong, and Jameson says after tonight, party at the Frat House! Vance tells Jameson that one thing about them: win or lose, they booze! The Frat boys head out, Lexy can finally breathe from whatever was in that cup, and it’s time to see if Jameson passes the test!

12 Man Tag: The Premier Athletes & The Frat House VS Top Flight, The Outrunners & The Von Erichs!

Instead of “Smart” Mark Sterling, Tony Nese has the mic to tell Bobby Cruise to shut up, “no one wants to listen to your stupid voice.” Nese then tells the “fat boys and fat girls” of Houston, Nese & Daivari couldn’t think of a better partner for this match than an athlete that makes every single one of them put to shame! Yes, it’s SMART MARK himself! Wait, seriously? Sterling takes the mic to say that’s right, he is still here to make sure that the losers of Texas can take part in their winning cheer. So please, get this right. When he says, “Athletes,” you say, “Rule!” NOTHING ELSE! Hands in, boys. Ohhh…! “ATHLETES!” “SUCK!!” Gottee!

But with that, Dante & Darius Martin enter, accompanied by Leila Grey. Then Truth Magnum & Turbo Floyd enter, and last but not least, Texas’ own, Marshall & Ross Von Erich! The massive teams sort out, and Darius starts against Nese. The fans rally up and Darius circles with Nese. Nese says wait, wait! He knows what the fans are here to see. Nese flexes, but the fans boo. Nese shouts, “ATHLETES!” The fans respond, “SUCK!” Nese and Darius circle, but then Nese kicks low! Nese bumps Darius off buckles, then tags in Daivari. “We’ll show you who sucks!” Nese & Daivari fire hands in the corner while the fans boo.

The ref counts, The Premier Athletes stop, and they both shout, “ATHLETES!” Again, the fans say, “SUCK!” Daivari tags Griff and they mug Darius. Griff ROCKS Darius, has him in a corner, then whips corner to corner. Darius goes up and over, rolls and arm-drags, then he DROPKICKS! The fans cheer, and Darius whips Griff into Dante’s BOOT! Tag to Dante, Darius CHOPS, Dante trips Griff, and Darius adds DOUBLE STMOPS! Griff scrambles, tag to Jameson, but Dante arm-drags Jameson! Dante keeps the armlock, he tags in Ross, and Ross wrenches to a wristlock. Ross YANKS the arm, then tags Marshall.

The Von Erichs double whip Jameson, then Marshall sends Ross in, FLYING BOOT! FLYING LARIAT and then Marshall snapmares Jameson for Ross’s PENALTY KICK! STANDING MOONSAULT and Marshall covers, TWO! Marshall fires the fans up, then hauls Jameson up to headlock. Tag to Truth and he wrenches Jameson. The fans rally but Jameson fires hands! Jameson whips, Daivari gets a cheap shot in, but Truth DECKS Daivari! Only for Vance to CLOBBER Truth! The ref has to keep Truth’s team back, so he missed all that! Jameson stomps Truth, tags Vance, and Vance covers, TWO!

Vance ROCKS Truth, has him in the corner, then CHOPS! Tag to Daivari, he CHOPS Truth, then he tags Nese. The Premier Athletes mug Truth with haymaker after haymaker, but the ref is still too busy keeping Top Flight, Turbo & The Von Erichs back! Nese drags Truth up, and he tags in Sterling!? The fans boo but Sterling gets to throw hands on Truth! “ATHLETES!” “SUCK!!” Sterling drags Truth back, anchors a leg, and tags in Vance. Vance stomps Truth, tags Jameson, and Jameson tags Griff. Vance puts Truth in a corner, Griff sends Jameson in to LARIAT! Vance adds a BOOT, and then Griff BOOTS Truth down! Cover, TWO!

Griff tags Vance back in, they mug Truth, and Vance keeps Truth from the corner. Vance suplexes, covers, TWO! Truth stays in this but Vance stays on him with a chinlock. Truth endures, the fans rally up, and Truth stands. Truth fires body shots, but Vance CLUBS him! Vance whips, Truth ducks ‘n’ dodges, DOUBLE LARIATS take them both down! The fans fire up again as Truth and Vance crawl. Truth pushes past Vance, but Leila has to get out of the way as The Premier Athletes & Frat House all run up! They all YANK Top Flight, Turbo & The Von Erichs off the apron, leaving Truth stranded! But at least Truth’s team fights back!

The fans fire up, but Truth turns around into a BOOT! Truth ends up on the apron, Vance runs up, and Vance SPEARS Truth onto the entire cluster! The fans fire up as Vance drags Truth into the ring. Cover, TWO! The fans rally up as Truth stays in this. The teams regroup, Vance whips Truth to the corner, but Truth BOOTS back! Truth fires hands on everyone else, and then storms up, but Vance keeps him from his corner! Vance whips and catches Truth to a SLEEPER, but Truth hits a BIG back suplex! The fans fire up as Truth crawls! Leila coaches Truth, hot tag to Turbo! And to Sterling!? Sterling panics, he wants nothing to do with Turbo!

Jameson runs in, Turbo DECKS him! Griff runs in, Turbo DECKS him! Nese runs in, Turbo DECKS him! Daivari runs in, Turbo DECKS him! Turbo then scoops and SLAMS Nese! And he scoops and SLAMS Daivari! The fans fire up as Turbo ELBOWS Daivari in a corner, headlocks, BULLDOG LARIAT COMBO on The Premier Athletes! The fans are thunderous as Turbo flexes, but Sterling slithers in! Sterling CLUBS Turbo on the back, the fans boo, but Turbo just frowns and turns around. Sterling apologizes but Turbo grabs him by his shirt. Only for Jameson to get in and scoop SLAM Turbo! Jameson shouts, “Mark Sterling! You sonova b*tch!”

Jameson and Sterling look to parody the handshake, but Truth CLOBBERS Jameson! Sterling again apologizes, but Turbo stands back up! Sterling backs up into Turbo, panics, but Truth scoops Sterling! SLAM! The fans fire up as we get the real deal! Except Nese & Daivari get in! Wait, Marshall & Ross get them first, with DOUBLE IRON CLAWS! “Turbo Floyd! You sonova b*tch!” DOUBLE ELBOW DROP on Sterling! And then Sterling flounders up, into a scoop, but Griff & Vance get in! Top Flight DOUBLE SUPERKICK them back out! Truth runs, TOTAL RECALL!! Dante runs, Darius sets up, FLIGHT IN MOTION for Griff! Turbo covers Sterling, #TopVonRunners win!

Winners: Top Flight, The Outrunners & The Von Erichs, by pinfall

Everything’s bigger in Texas, and that includes this win as the super team everybody loves stands tall! But with The Von Erichs holding gold with Dustin Rhodes, will The Sons of Texas soon be everyone’s top priority?

MXM Collection speaks.

ROH Media found Mansoor & Mason Madden after their loss at ROH Global Wars: Australia, but they still had their remodeled ROH World Tag title belt. As such, they act triumphant and victorious because they “successfully defended” their ROH World Tag Team Championship. Because as you can see, they still have the belt! Shoutout to Dustin Rhodes, he is a great fellow tag team champion, he really tested MXM. But then they ran away with this here title, and there is nothing anyone can say about it! Fingertip touch and MXM heads out, but they do know possession is NOT nine-tenths of the law in ROH, right?

Billie Starkz VS Hyan!

As if tensions weren’t already high between these two, Minion 400,237 & 3/4ths is being belittled because she lost to Harley Cameron on the Jericho Cruise while The Fallen Goddess is still ROH Women’s World Champion after beating Alex Windsor in Australia. The Athena World Tour returns home to Texas, but will Billie make “Boss” proud? Or will even disappointment be bigger in Texas?

Billie then puts Hyan up top, Electric Chair Lifts, and she tucks Hyan in for a DRIVER!! Cover, Billie wins!

Winner: Billie Starkz, by pinfall

Well, if Kenny Omega uses a One Winged Angel, was that a Two Winged Angel? The bottom line is Billie is back in the win column, but will she ever fight her way out from under Athena’s tyranny?

After failing to finish the Proving Ground match in under ten minutes, the Commander of the Skies has owed Big Shotty this title shot. Will Komander get the job done now that there’s a thirty minute time limit? Or will Lee prove this is all too easy?

Even with all that damage done by Big Shotty, Komander shows the grit of a champion and pulls out the victory! Will he still find ways to win, no matter the odds?

Red Velvet speaks.

When it comes to her by-any-means-necessary way of winning, The Chef knows we all want to know “Why? Why? I have been on a roll lately. The hottest of my career. Why? Why? I’m starting to get real tired of the same questions. Why? I’m just getting started.” When and where will Red Velvet serve up another L fresh from the kitchen?

Lucha night comes to an end with a huge crossover between ROH and CMLL! And it will be lucha rules! That means if the legal man falls out of the ring, someone can jump in and take their place! Will the Spanish God be able to help The Flame of Mexico and El Latigo Lagunero win big in Texas? Will Sammy & Dustin just have to take the fight to MXM to get their stolen property back?

My Thoughts:

A very good ROH clocking in at an hour and 21 minutes, it feels like they’ve almost got this mastered for a good cable TV runtime. Though at the same time, we still had filler in Gates of Agony squashing Exodus & Josiah, and then both women’s matches were fairly quick. Billie squashing Hyan was in part to serve story as we did see Athena tell Billie to take things seriously, and then Billie takes her frustrations out on Hyan. Rachael VS Abadon could’ve been a little longer to build them both up in the standings, but Abadon winning makes sense as Abadon’s gotten closer to titles than Rachael has. And good promo from Velvet, but I’m not sure why we’re waiting so long to get to her and Leyla’s rematch.

Additionally, while that 12 Man Tag was some fun, just smashing together multiple teams for that was bordering on filler. Good to see The Von Erichs back given ROH was in Texas. And between The Von Erichs being in Texas and Sterling being introduced as one of the competitors, it was a given The Von Erichs and their team would win. Though it did work that The Outrunners got the finish, they’re the team riding high right now. I will say it’s good that “The Frat House” is a faction, but like, can’t the name have just be The Fraternity? Or like, Greek letters that make a fraternity name, but also is a funny pun when you boil it down to letters.

But of course, great stuff throughout the night involving luchadores. Fuego Del Sol VS Yuta was a very good opening match, but I figured Yuta would win that. Him going the extra mile with that steel chain was rather vicious, I feel like Fuego should want payback, teaming with some other AEW wrestlers who have beef with the Death Riders. Komander VS Lee was a very good ROH TV Championship match, but given this wasn’t the main event, I figured Komander would retain. Maybe EJ gets his shot next?

And then a very good Six Man main event. The lucha rules made it constant motion because there was no need for tags, and apparently the ref didn’t need to count when Hechi’s team was in there together. MXM getting involved makes sense, as they’re still not happy just possessing the tag title. They screwed Sammy over, Hechi’s team wins, but then Sammy’s side stands tall over MXM. I would think we do get Sons of Texas VS MXM one more time, who knows how that goes, but it’ll be a lot of fun either way.

My Score: 8.6/10
