Because if I’m going to do this, we’re going to do it the right way. We’re gonna handle this business out in the ring, live, tonight. Y’all with me?” Always! They hug it out, but what business does The Tribal Chief mean?

SmackDown World Cup, Opening Round: Shinsuke Nakamura VS Santos Escobar w/ Legado del Fantasma!

Just as THE World Cup begins, SmackDown starts its own with an international field of superstars competing in a single elimination tournament! WWE celebrates Veterans Day.

“Today in America, we honor the valor, the sacrifice, and the courage of our veterans who so valiantly stood forward wherever they were called upon to protect our freedoms, and to safeguard our future. We are forever grateful for their selflessness, and humbled by their sacrifice. They are sons and daughters, fathers and mothers. To these brave heroes, on this Veterans Day, we remember and we say, ‘Thank you.'”

Backstage interview with LA Knight.

And immediately, he says, “Lemme talk to ya. The only thing that needs to be acknowledged is the major fumble of not having me in the SmackDown World Cup. Because let’s think about it. Every single one of ya out there, I hope, I wish that you get as far as you need to. But at the end of the day, it’s all for naught. Huh? I said it’s all for naught, YEAH! Why is that? Because I can’t stop this gravy train, and I can’t stop- What’re you looking at?” The screen behind him has been showing White Rabbit and Uncle Howdy, but not now… Is that more interesting them him? It glitches again! Knight has no idea what’s going on with that. Turn that off, this is HIS time.

But then BRAY WYATT is there! Bray introduces himself. Now they can be friends! And Bray understands Knight more than you think. All that anger and range brewing inside is the same as Bray. Bray’s whole life, people have told him his rage would make a monster out of him. Bray chuckles, because the thing is, Bray has for the longest time, pretending he’s not proud of the things that he’s done. He isn’t how true that is anymore! Because he knows what it takes to get respect. And he is asking Knight, “How far are you willing to go?”

Knight says that’s not Bray’s business. But Bray can go back to his romper room, play with his puppets, stick ’em anywhere that gives ya pleasure, but if no one asks, whose game is it It’s LA Knight’s game. Bray HEADBUTTS Knight down! Knight gets up in a huff, will the Mega Star see he’s playing checkers while Bray’s playing chess?

SmackDown Women’s Championship #1 Contender Six Pack Challenge: Liv Morgan VS Shotzi Blackheart VS Raquel Rodriguez VS Xia Li VS Sonya Deville VS Lacey Evans!

The Baddest Woman on the Planet is once again the SmackDown Women’s Champion, so she needs someone to face her at Survivor Series! Will Liv go to the extreme all over again to get back to the title? Or will someone new rise up to challenge Rowdy Ronda Rousey?

SmackDown returns and Sonya makes her entrance. Xia and Lacey are already in the ring, so Shotzi is next! And of course, she’s brought her tank! That leaves Raquel for last. Raquel and Shotzi are teammates, but they both accept that this is every woman for themselves. The bell rings, the six circle, and Sonya ROCKS Liv with a forearm! Raquel brawls with Xia and Lacey kicks Shotzi! The three pairs each get a corner, but Xia bails out. Raquel goes out after her to smack her off the apron. Shotzi fires back on Lacey, Sonya DECKS Liv! Lacey drop toeholds Shotzi into buckles! Xia slips off a scoop to POST Raquel!

Lacey whips Shotzi, then dodges her, to use the WOMAN’S RIGHT! Cover, but Sonya gets in to KNEE Lacey down! Cover, but Liv drags Sonya off! Fans fire up as Liv bumps Sonya off buckles again and again and again! Liv TOSSES Sonya out, smiles, and then hurries out after Sonya. Sonya throws a body shot, then whips, but Liv reverses! Sonya hits steel steps! Raquel fires off hands on Xia, runs in, but into the POST! Liv takes the steel steps apart! Xia storms over but Liv knocks her down. Liv pushes steps over to the announce desk but fans chant, “We Want Tables!” Sonya rushes in, Liv dodges, but then Sonya drop toeholds Liv onto the steps!

Xia puts Shotzi in the ring, drags her to a drop zone, then stomps her down. Xia climbs up, but Raquel ROCKS Xia first! Raquel climbs up, CLUBS Xia, but Lacey joins in! Shotzi SENTONS into Lacey! Raquel hoists Xia up for a STALLING SUPERPLEX! Sonya rushes in to cover Xia, TWO! Sonya drags Shotzi to a cover, TWO! Sonya KNEES Raquel down and covers, TWO! The Jersey Devil can’t steal a win so she dribbles Raquel off the mat while SmackDown goes to break.

SmackDown returns again and Xia has Shotzi in a chinlock. Shotzi throws body shots to get free, but Xia CLUBS her down! Xia soaks up the heat and she runs, to ROLLING KICK! Xia then reels Lacey into a pump handle EXPLODER! Cover, TWO! Xia is frustrated, but Liv is up top! MISSILE DROPKICK! Liv kips up and fires up! Liv hits Lacey again, then Xia again! She’s not slowing down as she gets Lacey again! SHINING WIZARD for Xia! SPRINGBOARD CODE BREAKER for Lacey! Liv dodges Raquel but runs into a pop-up, to make it a SATELLITE DDT! But Sonya TOSSES Liv out! Sonya pushes Raquel to a cover, Liv breaks it! Liv won’t let Sonya take this from her, but Sonya ROUNDHOUSES Liv down! Shotzi returns, she spins Sonya and hits a NECKBREAKER! Shotzi stands up but into a LRAAIT from Lacey! Xia ENZIGURIS Lacey! Lacey kicks, whips, but Shotzi dodges! Shotzi blocks a kick, for the NEVER WAKE UP!!! Cover, Shotzi wins!!

Winner: Shotzi Blackheart, by pinfall (NEW #1 Contender to the SmackDown Women’s Championship)

And the wild child takes the golden ticket! But will Shotzi be able to #TCB, Take Care o’ Bidness, against THE Ronda Rousey?

Shotzi is fired up backstage.

“That’s what I’m talking about!” Emma walks over and congratulates Shotzi, and she’s sure Shotzi can take Ronda. Shotzi appreciates that. And she will say, Emma took Ronda to her limit. Well, they should talk then. But also, has Shotzi seen Mad Cap Moss around? Mad Cap? No, why? Oh, nothing. Ooooh~, is Emma crushing~? No she’s not! Stop! See you later. Emma heads out and then Shayna Baszler steps in. “Look at you cheese it out. I mean, I guess congratulations are in order, am I right? Yeah. Enjoy your time in the spotlight, feeling like a contender. Let me explain to you what you actually won, okay?

“Ronda’s gonna give you the beating of a lifetime. She’s going to cause you more pain and anguish then you have ever felt. What you actually won is a broken arm. Or maybe you’ve won your ankle snapped like a twig. Either way, I’m getting chills just thinking about it.” Shotzi asks Shayna if she’s done. Ronda has never been in the ring with someone like Shotzi. Shotzi belongs here, and she’ll prove it by enduring whatever Ronda dishes out. And she might even surprise Ronda, Shayna and the world. Shotzi sure has a lot to say to Ronda, huh? Damn right she does. Then turn around and say it to her face.

Shotzi turns around, Ronda IS there, but SHAYNA puts on the KIRAFUDA KLUTCH!! Ronda mockingly asks what was Shotzi saying, but Shotzi’s fading out! Ronda laughs as Shayna lets Shotzi go. “Clean up on aisle green.” The Baddest Women on the Planet head out, but will Shotzi show she can be even badder than them?

Backstage interview with Ricochet.

Kayla Braxton says Ricochet’s opponent in the SmackDown World Cup is Mustafa Ali. The winner of the World Cup of course gets a shot at Intercontinental Championship, and Ricochet wants to talk about that. “This isn’t just a chance to go out there, represent and compete against some of the best in the world, oh no no. This is much bigger than that. This is a chance for me to go out there and earn another opportunity to get back what is mine. And yeah, I drew Mustafa Ali. He and I have a history, so there’s nobody who knows how talented he is, and there’s nobody who knows how hungry he is.”

But then in walk Imperium! Gunther wants to clarify: What does he mean by, what is his? Didn’t he get enough last time? Gunther wants Ricochet to fight with all his heart, because Gunther would love to beat him again. Imperium leaves, but will the One and Only be THE ONE to take the Cup?

SmackDown World Cup, Opening Round: Braun Strowman VS Jinder Mahal!

The Monster of All Monsters learned the Nigerian Giant is legit at Crown Jewel, but then proved Omos still has a ways to go before he’s the top monster in WWE. But will Braun be on top of the world by winning this tournament? Or can the Modern Day Maharaja derail the Strowman Express?

Before the match, Jinder has the mic to say, “The embodiment of class and prestige, the greatest WWE Champions of all time is back! Oh, I missed you, too. And tonight, I begin my ascent to my rightful spot by first winning the SmackDown World Cup. And then becoming YOUR WWE Intercontinental Champion. There is no man that can stop me!” But did he forget BRAAAUN~ is his opponent? Because Braun makes his entrance! The two get in the ring, and then Jinder goes after Braun with haymakers! The ref reprimands, the match hasn’t begun! Jinder stomps a mudhole, but he lets off and demands the bell!

The bell rings, Jinder BOOTS Braun! Jinder fires off more hands, then facelocks. Braun shoves Jinder away, but Jinder dodges the haymaker to dropkick a leg out! Jinder runs in again, to KNEE Braun down! Cover, ONE!! Jinder is a bit surprised, but he wants Braun to get up. Jinder runs in, but Braun CLOBBERS him! STROWMAN EXPRESS!! Fans fire up as Braun puts Jinder back in, and he runs corner to corner to SPLASH!

Braun brings Jinder in, fans fire up and Braun hoists Jinder up, POWERBOMB! Cover, Braun wins!

Winner: Braun Strowman, by pinfall (advances to the semifinals)

The Modern Day Maharaja may have wanted to wait for another opportunity to start his ascension, because he’s already back down on the ground! Will Braun steamroll his way to the Cup and the Intercontinental Championship?

Zelina Vega w/ Legado del Fantasma VS B-Fab w/ Hit Row!

The Emperor conquered the King, now La Reina looks to do the same! But will Vega be more fabulous than B-Fab? Or will we see who the real queen is on SmackDown?

But wait! Is that the horn of the VIKING RAIDERS? “Valhalla is here.” It’s SARAH LOGAN! And then the Viking Raiders CLOBBER Cruz & Joaquin from the crowd side!! Then they get in while Ivar RAMS Top Dolla to a corner, Erik CLOBBERS Adonis! B-Fab and Vega clear out, Dolla fights back but gets DOUBLE KNEES for it! Ivar BRONCO BUSTERS Dolla, and Logan CLOBBERS B-Fab! Vega runs for it through the crowd! Erik clinches Cruz to TOSS him into the timekeeper’s area! Ivar SPLASHES Wilde against barriers! Erik gives Adonis Ace Ten Mao! And then Ivar goes up for a VIKING SPLASH!!

Dolla staggers up and he still throws hands! Dolla is big but he’s 2v1 against the Vikings! They haul Dolla up, for RAGNAROK!! And Logan drags B-Fab into the ring! B-Fab SLAPS her! Logan just embraces the pain, to POP-UP HEADBUTT! The Viking Raiders have brought the raid back in full force, will SmackDown soon belong to Valhalla?

The Bloodline heads to the ring!

The Tribal Chief, the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion of 803 DAYS, leads the Usos, Paul Heyman and Solo Sikoa out on stage. The belts are raised for the pyro as Roman Reigns is about to handle some business. They continue to the ring, and they raise the fingers to the sky. We find out what business Roman means, after the break.

SmackDown returns as the Bloodline stands together. Paul Heyman hands the mic over to Roman, fans chant “UCEY! UCEY!” Roman says, “Indianapolis… ACKNOWLEDGE ME!” Fans cheer, Indy loves the Head of the Table. Heyman takes the mic back to say, “Ladies and gentlemen, the Tribal Chief and I were discussing on the private jet flying to this hellhole-” Fans boo that! “Indianapolis, that’s not very Ucey of you. Y’know what is Ucey? All the great sports rivalries that play out live on Fox. The USA VS the UK in soccer. This weekend, when the Cowboys take on the Packers. What you saw tonight with the Usos VS the New Day.

“I’m lying through my teeth right now, I can’t even keep a straight face. The Usos VS The New Day is not a great sports rivalry. The New Day cannot compare to the Usos! NO team can! The Longest reigning tag team champions of all time live on the Island of Relevancy, and now the New Day have been cast out to the Ocean of Obscurity like any being that ever steps up to challenge the Tribal Chief, the Undisputed Heavyweight Champion, Roman… Reigns.” Fans are torn on that one, but Roman wants the mic back. Heyman hands it over, and Roman says, “It’s not easy being my cousins. Our whole lives, everyone’s always acknowledged me for my greatness.

“And honestly, I never thought this moment would come, but… Jimmy. Jey.” But wait! Here come the Brawling Brutes! Ridge Holland & “Butch” Pete Dunne get on stage, and Ridge has a mic. “Me and Butch, we’re sick of the Bloodline using the numbers game every week. Well y ‘know what, fellas? It’s fight night! And we’ve brought back up.” SHEAMUS is back! The Celtic Warrior, bandaged arm and all, has a mic to call out Roman! “You are a legend.” But the mic cuts out. Sheamus says tonight is the start of the end of the Bloodline. Roman laughs at the busted mic. “You can’t even get the mic to work! I mean, c’mon! What’re you gonna do, pal?”

Sheamus says that he has no problem saying this to their face! The brawl is on! Roman lets the Usos and Solo take this, and then he stomps Dunne down! That’s 4v3, and Roman soaks it all up. But wait! MCINTYRE makes his way out! The Scottish Warrior BOOTS Jimmy, he gets in the ring and HEADBUTTS Jey! Solo and McIntyre stare down and fans are thunderous! They throw hands back and forth, Solo ROCKS McIntyre but McIntyre CLOBBERS Roman! Roman BOOTS McIntyre, but Sheamus turns Roman around to fire off hands! They brawl back and forth, Sheamus gets the edge, and then the brawl is on again, 4v4!!

Fans fire up as the Bloodline finally has a problem in the numbers game! Will the roughest and toughest from the UK be able to stop Roman and his cousins once and for all?

My Thoughts:

A great SmackDown to follow Crown Jewel and pivot towards Survivor Series: WarGames. Opening with the Undisputed Tag Team titles was odd, but I suppose it got time to breathe, and we got an awesome match that was over half an hour. The Usos retaining was pretty much a given, they will now have the record, and now can do whatever in the Bloodline story. Sami was not here, commentary citing personal reasons, so I hope Sami well with whatever that might be. I almost thought Roman’s special announcement was to start the process of Sami becoming an Uso, but it may’ve been more that he was going to “acknowledge” them.

But instead, we got a lot of set-up towards the Men’s WarGames match with The Brawling Brutes AND McIntyre showing up. And with Sami taking on Dunne next week in the SmackDown World Cup, you know there will be shenanigans there. McIntyre joining in was a nice touch, because he will of course want after Roman and the Undisputed Universal Championship for the Royal Rumble. I can’t quite be sure who the fifth man on McIntyre’s team will be, but I would like to think it’ll be Kevin Owens as a way to go back to his story with Sami. It might be a bit soon for Kevin to pull Sami away from the Bloodline, but they can use WarGames to plant the seed.

Also, joy that the SmackDown World Cup is a thing. Get why it’s called that? It’s cuz of FIFA soccer that’ll also be on Fox and this is just a blatant plug for that. But at least we got a great match out of Nakamura VS Escobar. But as the Heel in charge of a faction, of course Escobar has help in his win. And then Braun destroys Jinder because duh, it’s Braun. Ricochet VS Mustafa is going to be awesome, but I didn’t realize Lashley threw Ali so hard he got moved to another brand. I don’t remember the bracket, but I feel like Sami is going to get to the finals, only for something screwy to happen and for someone else to challenge Gunther.

We got a really good interaction out of LA Knight and Bray Wyatt. I guess that’ll be Bray’s first match, with Bray having to fight off Uncle Howdy getting in his head. The Viking Raiders made a great return demolishing Hit Row and Legado del Fantasma. This establishes an interesting feud where we could get a Triple Threat Tag out of the men and a Triple Threat out of the women, or even a form of Mixed Six Tag. I feel like the Viking Raiders will be the ones coming out on top in that regard, as Erik & Ivar were definitely set to do something big after beating The New Day, if not for Ivar getting hurt.

And we got a great Six Pack Challenge, but clearly that table spot didn’t go right since the table didn’t break at all. Even so, that was a very smart way to write off Sonya, Liv and Raquel in that match. Shotzi winning out was a good choice, but also the obvious one since she was the only Face left by the end. We had a cute little interaction from Shotzi and Emma where Shotzi references the real-life relationship of Emma and Riddick Moss. Shotzi getting jumped by Ronda and Shayna was a good tough, too, to really add Heel Heat on Ronda and Shayna. I don’t see Shotzi winning at Survivor Series, but she’ll give Ronda one hell of a match, and Shayna might even need to get involved to “save” Ronda, and that branches off into a build towards Ronda VS Shayna.

My Score: 8.5/10

Well now we start the fall out of Slammiversary. Josh Alexander in his bad bitch summer, X-Speedball legacy, ABC got the t-a-g and Jordynne is still in charge of the Knockouts division. Like I said at the end of Slammiversary, all of the champions being Babyfaces is stupid. They need to drop a couple titles fairly quickly, because I don’t care what some people say, Nic Nemeth ain’t gonna bring any eyes to the brand. He’s about as hot as day old Hamburger Helper over a camping sterno.

We’ll probably open with the luke warm champion, so tune in like 10 minutes late for anything of substance to be happen.

Results:

Nemeth gives the ole “I’ll be a fighting champion…blah blah” promo and drops the “any company” line that we’ve already understood what that means. Campaign Singh cuts him off…and I never thought I’d be happy for Campaign Singh to walk out and say anything…ever. And…Mustafa’s promo is worse than Dolph’s. He’s gone from parody to caricature even saying “it was the biggest screw job Montreal ever saw”. Like some of these lines are cheap heat, but most are just brain dead comments that wouldn’t get a reaction out of anyone (and the crowd was silent for that comment). Mustafa gets caught in an Archer “phrasing” moment about getting screwed hard, but this is painful. Promos written by 14 year olds everyone…

This ends with Ali challenging Nemeth for the World Title. While I’m not against walk up challenges, I watch Japanese wrestling, I don’t really get the point aside from doing it just to do it.

ABC and Matt Hardy have a small promo, and I’m still not really a fan of Unbroken Matt Version 6.0. The floating between Broken voice and his normal voice sounds amateurish.

OH LOOK, finally a match 20 minutes into the show. And it’s my son Steve Maclin! OH CHRIST he’s facing Deaner. This has been 25 minutes of talking followed by the worst god damn attempt at a gimmick. Deaner’s little “Papa Santino told me I can wipe my ass only if the crowd agrees”. This gimmick should die in a fire.

Steve Maclin vs Cody Deaner

Deaner started off quick because Maclin was in disbelief that Deaner was actually gonna fight him. Maclin dodges a Crossbody, Busaiku Knee, and just starts beating on Deaner for fun. And this is fun, maybe Maclin can make sure Deaner gets stretchered out and written off forever. How do you call for an ambulance in French? Maclin with the old Back Breaker into a stretch. Deaner tries to nerd rage up, breaks the Back Breaker Stretch, his punch combo, into a Manhattan Drop and Bulldog. Deaner hits the Crossbody, but Maclin kicks out. This is entirely too competitive.

Deaner goes for the Deaner DDT, blocked, Olympic Slam into Splashing Deaner into the corner, Caught in the Crosshairs, K-I-A, thanks for coming you damn dweeb. Stay in Canada and don’t travel Deaner, please.

AJ Francis w/Rich Swann & Josh Bishop vs Sami Callihan

As the bell sounds, Sami knocks Rich off the apron, Low Bridges AJ, does the Beats of the Bodhran on AJ and then AJ eats the offense and strategizes with his crew. Bishop and Rich swarm the ring, Sami allows himself to get distracted so AJ slides in and starts beating on Sami. AJ throats Sami across the middle rope and Rich makes his presence felt, AJ distracts the referee and Rich gets in a lot of cheap shots. Bishop throws Sami back in the ring, and AJ keeps up the pressure. Lots of 5 count chokes and leverage moves. After the commercial break ends, Sami dodges a Tennessee Whiskey Knee, gets in a few shots before Rich trips Sami as he’s setting up a Dive, and then AJ takes advantage of the position and hits the goofball knee strike.

AJ calls for his Chokeslam, Sami tries to break it with Axe Handles, then claws the eyes. Sami goes for a Scoop Slam, gets him part way up and then falls over. AJ Chokeslam again, but he bites his hand and starts fighting back. Launches himself at AJ, sends him bouncing off the ropes and uses the momentum to hit that Scoop Slam that was teased earlier. Sami goes for a Western Lariat but eats a Big Boot. AJ does a little Hulk Hogan pose to signal a Leg Drop, but Sami dodges and then connects on a Sliding Lariat. Thumbs Up, Thumbs….interference. Rich distracts the ref, Bishop lays out Sami, AJ connects with the Down Payment.

Hammer Your ASH (ASH by Elegance & Alexander Hammerstone) vs JuggerYoung (Jordynne Grace & Eric Young)

ASH and Jordynne exchange slaps and then Jordynne starts to out muscle ASH. Spinebuster from Jordynne, Juggernaut Driver attempt, but ASH fights off, rope run, Sattelite DDT into both tagging out. EY does the Flair corner flop, slides back in between Hammer’s legs, and connects on a Neckbreaker. EY is the quicker of the two, but Hammer finally gets his hands on him and a Release Belly to Belly into a full mount raining of fists, then a near fall. Hammer smashes EY in a corner, Arm Wringer into an Irish Whip across, but EY moves and Hammer tags out to ASH. ASH levels Jordynne, peppers EY with a few shots and pulls him back to their corner and starts some tandem offense with Hammerman. Hammer Guerilla Presses ASH and throws her into EY for a near fall. Hammer looks to aim for either a Powerbomb or Nightmare Pendulum, but EY drops it into a Small Package, pinfall kick out, they both run, Double Lariat spot. The Knockouts get tagged in.

Jordynne is in control early, World’s Strongest Slam into a Vader Bomb. Juggernaut Driver attempt, but ASH fights it off and tags out to Hammer. Jordynne and EY do some schoolyard stuff with the old Push while Jordynne is down to trip Hammer. All four get in, ASH gets leveled, EY gets leveled, Hammer and Jordynne have a brief face off, but Hammer throws Jordynne to the apron and ASH connects with a Meteora from the apron. Death Valley Driver from Young on Hammer, ASH stares in shock, EY tells her to get, ASH runs away. EY goes up for his Macho Elbow, and ASH causes him to fall to Hammer’s feet, Torture Rack, and EY submits.

Josh Alexander comes out, with new heel music. And it’s not that bad, definitely better than some other people’s new music. Josh yells at the crowd a bit, says he can’t wait til he’s back in a real Canadian town, like his home of Toronto. Then he drops the mic in lieu of an explanation. The crowd chants him off with the “Nah Nah Nah Nah, Hey Hey Hey”.

The System (Eddie Edwards, Brian Myers & JDC) w/Alisha Edwards vs Matt Hardy & The ABC (Ace Austin & Chris Bey)

JDC and Hardy start, but JDC quickly tags out to Myers and that doesn’t go well. Hardy grabs a hold of Myers, a few Delete chops, drags him to his corner and they all get in a few shots punctuated with Hardy getting tagged back in and an Elbow into Myers’ extended and worked on left arm. Myers stays isolated, back into the corner, Boot to the gut, Ace tags in and wallops Myers. Ace connects on Double Kicks, into Russian Leg Sweep and his half of Click Click Boom, for a 2 count. Myers finally gets free with a Jaw Breaker and tags out to Eddie. But The System gets no momentum, Ace stifles Eddie’s offense and starts a few quick tags with him and Bey for tandem offense. Moose finally comes down the ramp as Eddie kicked out of yet another pinfall attempt because The System has had nothing going for them. Eddie finally gets some offense since Moose was a big enough distraction.

Eddie thinks they have a spot, so he tags back in JDC, but The ABC stop him cold, tag in Matt Hardy, and Matt walks down JDC, but JDC Low Bridges. Matt is on the outside, so all of The System surrounds Hardy, then Joe Hendry’s music hits! That stops the heel beatdown, and we follow Hendry’s entire entrance. So that proves Hendry is bigger than the 8 other people in this frame. Not really sure if that’s optics you want to push along. Ace and JDC try to remind people there’s wrestling going on, but JDC thumbs the eye to get a little something going. Vertical Suplex for a near fall, tag out for Eddie and Eddie lights up Ace with some of those NOAH Chops. Ace retreats to the ropes and Alisha chokes him with the ropes while the ref is distracted.

Myers gets tagged in, Ace tries to use the crowd energy, Myers stops it at first but then Ace slips a Scoop Slam and tags out to Bey. Hot tag, strike rush, Double Stomp, educated feet, Leap Frog to the corner but Lish climbs on the apron and yells at Bey which stops his rhythm. Myers kicks his feet out and causes Bey to crash. Eddie tags in for a few shots, then to JDC and Slingshot Knees, Wringer Snapmare, Bow and Arrow Submission, and JDC is just doing solid wrestling work right now. Uppercut between the Shoulder Blades as Bey tries to get out, tag to Myers and Bey is still eating offense. Eddie tags in, Bey tries the Sunset Flip, but Eddie tags out before going over, so Myers folds up Bey for a near fall and then tags out to JDC who connects on a Standing Suplex, slams Bey’s face into the corner, Eddie tags in, and Bey finally fights up to his feet, Eddie just flatten Bey’s comeback, tries a Tiger Driver but eats an Enzuigiri for a simultaneous tag. JDC and Hardy come in, JDC tries to exit halfway in, but Hardy is wrecking shop. He disposes of Eddie, Myers slides in but eats a tandem Neckbreaker/DDT from Hardy. Face team does the Delete Corner Face Smashes. Poetry in Motion into a Side Effect into Corkscrew Swanton for only 2 since Myers breaks it up! Everyone throwing hands, referee is distracted, Moose comes in to Spear Hardy, but Hardy dodges and throws him into JDC (I get the call back), Hendry then lays out Moose with the big Lariat. Twist of Fate from Hardy, Splash from Bey, Broken Alphabet wins!

Overall Score: 4/10

Ugh, cliche promos, too damn much talking, a competitive squash match with an imbecile as our first “match”, into an overbooked and slow heel match, finally a decent tag match (with the right team going over), into another overbooked match with a “tease” for the mystery backup being more obvious than Jericho’s WWF debut.

Aside from the afore mentioned tag match, The Rascalz promo and The System Promo; this was hard to watch. A lot of cornball promos, Rosemary licks her conspiracy board, storylines got zero traction. Whoopity Doo, Ryan Nemeth got a match next week and we get an undead wedding.

While this was a bad episode, it was bad by at least new standards. We’re not back in the TNA Dark Days again, but this was…a useless show.
